Hi! I am currently studying Medical Biotechnology at UOW and working two jobs in hospitality. I am a tidy housemate and understanding of others alone time. I am looking for a nice place to live, preferably by the beach. I'd like to sign a 12 month lease so looking for someone willing to do the same. Send me a message :)
Hi! My name is Evelina and I am about to study at the University of Wollongong the coming fall semester 2020. I have a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and are currently studying a master in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Infrastructure at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, where I am also born and raised. On my spare time I like to exercise and explore, and I love surfing even though I am terrible at it. My wish in Wollongong is to become a decent surfer and to travel as much as I can whenever my schedule allows it, this means that I will probably not be home that much during my stay in Wollongong. I am an easy-going, positive person with a lot of energy that loves to travel and meet new people. However, this does not mean that I don't respect the people around me, I always take care of my stuff, I am not messy and I do not make a lot of noise. I am looking for a room, preferably furnished, since I am only staying 5 months, with as low rent as possible but I am of course willing to pay a bit extra if the location or standard are good. Hope to see you in February.
At the moment I am in Bathurst studying PE Teaching and from Wagga. However, I plan to move out of study into work full time. I love sports, hanging out with people, the outdoors, music, a casual beverage, and the odd pot plant. I am looking for a fun, easy-going household with a few people. I am outgoing, respectful and clean and looking to make a new start in the beautiful place of Wollongong!
Hey! I'm currently a student at the University of Wollongong studying Biomedical Engineering and looking for a relaxing place near the uni for mid February. I am polite, clean, responsible and friendly. I like animals, baking and the occasional adventure/hiking trip.
*I’m looking for an upgrade from my own 2 bedroom apartment that I’ve been renting. Independent, honestly quiet, respectful, reliable with rent, expect to pay bond, familiar with receipts and double-ledger accounting. Familiar with legal tenancy, additional occupant, strata bylaws, body corporate etc. I’ve got a legitimate good rental history. Barely drink, only social, and never to excess. Genuine non-smoker (not even Marijuana), don’t touch drugs doesn’t interest me, as I’ve grown out of the party scene & my friends classify me as 'straight edge'. Previously been an Airbnb superhost, I’ve seen it all, and there’s a reason why my budget and expectations for a property are higher, 'Quality not quantity'. I have an eye for detail, cleanliness, and maintenance, I won't disrespect or damage your property as I want to be comfortable in addition to receiving my bond back end of lease. I learned maturity and necessity for domestic duties from 16 & in the military (Army). I study a bachelor of Nursing at UOW, and spend majority of my time away from the house. I’m also a dog walker for a Siberian Husky, so I can live with and know how to handle and look after animals. I notice a lot of flatmates bullshit you, tell you after they move in they have a freeloader partner or friends always dropping in, you’ll never find another one like them, are alcoholics or immature, and don’t pay rent or bond on-time... well I’m in a strong position to say I’m unique. I’ve seen every walk of life, I have empathy for people’s plight, no empathy for the tight arse who wants everything for nothing type, but I steer clear of strife, and hanging with the wrong crowd. I’m looking for peace and quiet comfort, I’ve lived life, I dislike dishonesty and discomfort. I have no preference for male or female flatmates, I’ve lived with both, as long as the place is kept hygienic, not disturbing anyones peace, I'm only there to sleep (occasionally socialising when you want to meet, or share meals/eat). I’m not wanting to move in with the intent to pickup, I have alot on my plate. Believe it or not I’m a comfortable single straight cis male, with no hang ups, ex-wives, kids or a need beyond decent, respectful good company and my apparently ‘boomer’, or polar-opposite wild friends which I will keep to the bare minimum (self inflicted excessive partying is not my thing... that's why they love me, token sensible one). Definitely not pc, neither am I naive, so much so I’ve been trusted in some very interesting private circles, nothing illegal, I’m just very empathetic and easy to get along with. So as you can see I’m upfront enough not to play games with flatmates.
Clean, quiet, friendly and active. I enjoy my alone time but am also a very social person. Always up for a cheeky chat over coffee / dinner and love being outside. Looking for a place in a relatively quiet area and housemates that aren't smokers or heavy drinkers.
Hi, I'm Maddy. I am looking to relocate to the Wollongong area. I have a cat, he is my best friend so he would need to be welcomed with open arms. He is mostly an inside cat, however is fully house/ toilet trained. I also require somewhere that is 420 friendly :) I am respectful, tidy and take great pride in my home. I am a seasoned renter, with an extensive rental history. I like my privacy and tend to stick to myself. If you have something or know of something may may fit my requirements please please please contact me! :)

Looking for a teamup in the Wollongong area. Budget $250-$300 with 1-2 other flatmates. Preferably would like my own bathroom which I'm willing to pay more for. Move date is from now till the deadline which is mid Jan.

Hello, I am an exchange student and looking for a private room with a queen-size bed ideally from 5th December 2019 to 30th June 2020. anywhere around UOW or free shuttle bus stop would be great.
Hey everyone, I'm looking to either move into a room or start a sharehouse around the Wollongong area. I work and study at UOW so it would be a massive bonus to be close to the uni! About me: I'm an easy going guy who's working full-time and studying exercise physiology. In my free time I like to go to the gym, play guitar and do a bit of travelling. Basically just looking for a bunch of people who are of a similar age/position in life who also like to have a laugh and a good time. Message me if you have a room or if you want to organise a sharehouse!
I'm a lawyer who is leaving the law and moving to Wollongong to make a triumphant return to full time study and undertake a drastic career change - studying med at UoW. Get amongst it. I'm 29 and past my grungy student house phase, so am looking for similarly aged house mates to share a relaxed and comfortable home with. I love a cozy home environment, ponder: veggie garden, dinner parties, a red vino and a good ol' post-day debrief, a fire pit in the back yard, chuck some fairy lights on it all, a cheeky trip to the pub/life time goal of becoming a regular at the local. I love travelling, reading, food, camping and gettin amongst nature, beach weekends, and music. I like a mix of hermit life and socialising. I'll be getting my head around studying full time again but Wollongong will be a new place for me and I'm looking to meet some genuine gem people and do some exploring. I've lived in share houses for over a decade, and am a good housemate. I am considerate of others, pay bills on time, clean up after myself, and keep shared spaces tidy. I like to share a meal/netflix/bev with house mates and like to feel comfortable and relaxed in my home environment. I'm respectful of people's differences and mindful of other's needs.
Hi I am Steven. I am currently working full time as a engineer at Unanderra and my normal hours are from 8.00am - 4.00pm, however I normally get up at 5.15am for gym. I have been in share houses previously while going to UOW for 4 years. I am generally a quite flatmate that is into running, gaming and cooking. Looking forward to hearing from you.
