Consoderate, quiet and easy to get along with. Hard working, barely know im around. Non smoker, rather quiet until you get to know me. Sometimes infeel. Rude for interrupting silence, but at the same time i dont mind a social beverage. Been living in outer north brisbane but commuting and working locally for over a year.
Hi I'm Justin, I'm laid back, bit of nerd and like to chat about anything! I will laugh at everything. Work full time with the Gov, studying part time, I do boxing and will happily binge on Netflix if a good show comes out! I like to cook, and can whip up some pretty good feeds, will keep my area clean and am considerate of your space (including your food!). I have one dog her name is Arya (yes, from GoT). She is black a Kelpie x collie and is very sweet. She loves to cuddle and extremely friendly. Arya is 100% my responsibility including walking, feeding and picking up landmines etc. I am looking for a place with a bit of space for Ayra yet close to the valley where I work and intend to train. Housemate wise, people who like dogs haha.
My name is Caleb, im a 35yo kiwi who has made brisbane my home for the last 14yrs. I work full time as a manager in a steel processing and distrabution facility, it keeps me busy mon-fri with my days starting at 5am. When im not working i enjoy catching up with friends, and weekend adventures. I do also enjoy my down time during the week, and occasionally on the wknds, with quiet evenings listening to music or watching a good show on Netflix. Im clean and tidy, and i respect others personal space. I would prefer a place with a private ensuite with the room, & aircon is a huge bonus too.
Hey I'm Nikki and I am looking for a place to call home with my 1 year old cat Amory. I'm quiet, quirky and down to earth. I like staying in, watching tv, playing games, going for walks, yoga and going to the cinema. I enjoy the quiet and keeping my home neat and tidy. While I usually like keeping to myself, I am not opposed to socialising and being friendly. I am looking to teamup with 1 person and find a reasonably nice and newish 2 or 3 bedroom pet friendly property that is within walking distance to bus and train between Greenslopes and Murarrie. I rely on public transport and I don't have a car so any parking spaces are all yours. I am also happy to find a room in a quiet and clean home, preferably with 1 or 2 people max and a separate living area if I can lucky, just so the cat doesn't bother you. Unless you don't mind! I work full time and can afford upto $220 a week rent for myself and I need to move out by January 31st at the latest. Would like to finalise a place at least a week before that date. My cat Amory must be indoors at all times and has had cat flu so she unfortunately can't be around cats who haven't had it. She is a bit of a cheek but adorable and she is the world to me, so would like to find someone who is a cat lover who would be cool with her being around.
Hi I'm Caitlin! I am currently studying law in my final year (hopefully!) and work part time. When I'm not working or studying I love going to the beach and catching up with friends over good food. I am looking for a tidy, positive and friendly roommate who is respectful of personal space (however, I love a good chat every once in a while!)
My name is Josh and I'm 32 and work in international education. Mostly working with universities to develop study tours overseas. I work from home, so I spend most nights out. In my free time I enjoy live music, theatre, and a good board game night. Love a chat and am quiet, clean and respectful.
The basics; I hit the gym most days of the week and love my training but don’t get me wrong, I enjoy a couple of drinks just as much. I really enjoy my sport and watching the NRL and hopefully you share that interest as well so you don't mind it being on the TV during footy season (or even going to a few games) I work Mon-Fri in the corporate world south of Brisbane, so weekdays I'm always a bit of a nana and early up/early to bed. I’m happy to be social, but respect your space and hope for the same in return. Sometimes after a long day/week, I like to cook my dinner and retreat to my room and watch Netflix. I will always respect you if you choose to do the same. I would like to find a flatmate who doesn't mind sharing a meal/drink/shooting hoops/going to the gym/heading out every now and then. I have my own bedroom furniture and happy to contribute or purchase any other furniture. My own bathroom is a requirement and I need parking, but happy for that to be on-street. I'm also happy to pay a little extra in rent each week if it means I can secure the master bedroom, (but not a deal breaker with the right flatmate) Move date is around the end of March/start of April, getting in early! Happy to start a new place with someone or move into an already established place. If you think you'd be interested, let me know :)
Hi my name is Tahlika & I’m 19. I currently work full time in the city mon - fri. When I’m not working I enjoy going to the gym, keeping active & finding new places to indulge in delicious food (ultimate foodie). I’m clean, easygoing and enjoy my own space but I’m always down for a cheese platter and drinks. Looking for fun, likeminded, positive people that are enjoy socialising for a laugh but also respect personal space.
I've just finished my first year of uni studying design and am looking to move before the start of next semester. I am currently working part time both as a waitress and a nanny and am planning to move to England mid next year to study so only looking to move in for the 6ish months before I leave. I'm easy-going, friendly and tidy. I spend most of my time socialising, working on art projects and volunteering at festivals.
My name is Nick. I work full time at an office job in the city and I'm generally pretty quiet and very clean. Looking for someone considerate and easy going to live with. I game and work out a lot, so if we have similar interests that would be a bonus.
Who are we? Ben - 32 years old, relaxed, happy, up for a chat and also enjoy peace peace and quiet. State Account Manager in FMCG, week trips away on work and live a corporate life style. Pantea - 35 years old, very loving and caring bubbly personality. Currently works in childcare. What our life looks like; - An indication of mine & Pantea's lifestyle on Monday – Friday; Very basic - We come home from gym at around 7pm, cook, eat, go to our room, relax and watch a movie. - We are both very friendly and happy to chat but are also both very quiet and very considerate of others space and quiet time. - An indication of our lifestyle on the weekends - We are active, enjoy being out of the house doing activities like hiking, the beach, at a friends, staying on the coast etc, honestly we are rarely home on the weekends. - We don’t really usually use the living space, so you have all that to your disposal also. We are both very very clean and tidy people, admittedly cleanliness is verrryyyy important. I'm looking for people who are mature, considerate, clean, respectful adults. Over 30 so both of us are in that mind set as mature adults we do not like a house that is full of loud noise, mess, parties, etc. Home is a place for peace, of course we are not opposed when a house mate wants space and perhaps an evening to have others around for dinner / drinks. However not into party homes. Not into drama or causing any issues - We are very easy to get along with. :-)
I'm 28, working as a Lab Technician. I like being active, especially outdoors. I like socialising but also being in my own space. I'm after accommodation close to the city, since that's where I'd work. Preferably something airconditioned and unfurnished where I would have my own bathroom.
I work as a paralegal, which means I’m always ready to chill out after work, and I’m just looking for something closer to the city so the travel time isn’t as hectic. I enjoy a good sleep, but I also enjoy a good night out with good company. Born in ACT raised in Brisbane; used to work with food so I’m super clean and tidy, and somewhat know how to cook. I’m looking for something easy and affordable, preferably not too old and somewhere I can call home.
Full-time working professional and a small Spoodle are looking for a peaceful and tranquil place to call home. We would like to live with a mature professional (male or female), who loves a harmonic and peaceful way of living, also likes to socialise over a glass of wine every now and then and enjoys the company of the most adorable little dog personality. Prefer not to live with children at this stage. While I'm at work (Mon-Fri 7.30 - 3.30), Summer (the Spoodle) stays at home. She is an inside dog, she's quiet, doesn't shed, hypo allergenic and a loyal companion. She loves to play fetch and enjoys cuddles. I'm an early riser, usually get up around 5.30am during the week, go for walks with Summer in the morning and evening. We are pretty active on the weekends, love everything outdoors, e.g. hiking, sup, running, beach, horse riding, camping etc... At this stage we are looking to rent a room in an existing share house, ideally with a fully fenced backyard. Also interested in teaming up to start a new share house. We are clean and respectful of others privacy.
Hi there, I'm a single 29 yr old (don't feel 29!) woman working as a disability support worker for Endeavour Foundation. I really enjoy my job and it keeps me busy so I'm not a homebody. Around that I enjoy yoga and practicing my music. I live a healthy lifestyle, that's not to say I don't enjoy the odd beer or wine. I enjoy having a chat but I also like me time to recharge. I'm looking for a quiet and peaceful place to call home. I am very considerate to live with and enjoy cleaning, I find it relaxing. Preferably looking for a largish room and a place with aircon for summer, an ensuite would a be a bonus. Anything else you would like to know please ask. Look forward to hearing from you! Erin
Clean. Friendly. I cook delicious food. Work full time so I'm only home mornings, evenings and weekends. Vegetarian. Enjoy TV shows, movies and books. Have a fairly new car so would prefer off street parking Love pets but don't have to have one of my own.
Let's be housemates! My name is Luke, I'm 28 and I work full-time in IT for an NGO as a UC Engineer. I have a 11 month old Golden Retriever named Atlas. I'm clean, tidy, don't smoke and don't really drink often but that doesn't mean I'm not down to have a chat with a drink or two sometimes. I aim to go to the gym before/after work most days and try to be out of the house where possible with Atlas however if I'm busy I tend to keep to myself. If I am home, I tend to keep to my own spaces but happy to hang out sometimes as I enjoy a homey/friendly home. After work I like to relax, I will usually aim to go to the gym, walk Atlas then hang out on my computer or room. On the weekends, I tend to visit friends, study or take Atlas somewhere. I am flexible with my move date, however I do need to vacate the current property by December 31. Preferably any time after December 17 but I'll make it work if needed! I have a brand new fridge, brand new washing machine/dryer combo and my own room furnishings. Atlas: Loves people and other dogs, he's a huge dork and loves a good play. He’s well behaved and doesn’t at all bark other than if you’re with him and he wants to play. Sometimes sooks if he knows someone’s home and he’s outside but just ignore him and he realises super quick. Completely house trained and I look after him completely, so I won't put that burden on you! But you're by all means free to take him for walks and spend as much time with him if you'd like.
I am a very neat and tidy non smoker who works full time in the city. I work pretty long hours and spend most weekends away at my girlfriends place however I am always up for a chat. I love animals and do not mind a place that has pets. I mostly do my own thing however would like to be able to have the odd drink or watch a TV show with my roomies and would be looking for like minded easy going people. Please give me a shout if you have any questions. I would be happy to pop over and say a quick hello. Thanks :)
