I can cook, am very social, easy going and quiet person. Love catching up with friends and family to have a beer and having a chat. I am a Supervisor on Road Traffic Control. I have lived in Raymond Terrace for 27 years and in Cooranbong with my family on an orchard before that.
I am very reliable, always pay my bills and rent on time. I work full time in a stable job. Happy to split evenly. I have two very clean animals (cat and small hypoallergenic dog). I work in the industry so am very vigilant with them. I take my dog to work with me and he goes to day care on Fridays. I keep to myself a lot, I consider myself as clean and tidy and clean up my mess when I make it. I like a drink every now and then, don't mind if you smoke outside and clean the mess or if you don't smoke at all. I'm pretty easy going. I'd prefer one female housemate/friend who is an animal lover, loves having a chat over some wine and a cheese platter. I have lived with a housemate before until she moved out with her partner so know the ins and outs of sharing a place. I am recently single hence why I am looking for a housemate. I am looking to move out together so applying for a place now and moving out.
Currently renting with a nice couple, have been here for around 18 months but the lease is up in May so looking for a new place. My roommate is very neat and tidy so I've picked up some good habits! I'm a full time software developer working in Newcastle, currently the drive is around 45 mins so hoping to move a little closer. I'm pretty easy going and respectful but don't mind the occasional beer with mates at the pub on the weekend after a game of cricket/soccer. Looking for somewhere where I can still have a little space but don't mind socialising. My girlfriend lives out of the country but when she comes to visit we are barely home. There are 4 pets here currently (none are mine) so I'm quite happy to live with furballs/take care of them when needed if you have any.
Looking for a share house, i am clean and tidy but still relaxed. I have a budgie which would be nice if he could live with me too :) I currently work full time as a vet nurse. I do have a boyfriend but understand he would not be able to visit so this should not be a problem. I like spending my days off at the beach or having a few drinks with my friends.
I am a very quiet and clean person who enjoys reading, gaming, cooking or sleeping on my downtime. I'm very respectful of others and would never intentionally cause issues.
I am a clean easy person to live with and respect other people and their belonging but I also don't mind having a laugh and knocking back a few drinks on occasion. I do have 2 indoor cats which are completely harmless and well behaved. Just recently moved to NSW so I'm looking to live with someone I can get a long with quite well. hit me up if your interested. *I may need a garage for 1 weekend car I currently have stored interstate.
Hi, I'm Lucy. I am currently studying to become an English teacher at the University of Newcastle (yes, I am quite aware of the fact that I have a death wish.) I am an on campus veteran who has taken enough of a beating to my liver and my bank account to warrant looking off campus for accommodation. But enough about me. I mean, I know the real reason you're here. It's to find out what living with me would mean for you. If you choose to live with me, I can promise an exceptionally neat and tidy common area. However, don't let the cleaning nazi thing scare you off. I am also quite laid back, easy to get along with and I'm always up for a chat. I'm even funny ... sometimes. However, I will warn you right now, I do like a drink ... or seven ... and I do like to party and hit up the bars. I would love to live with people who would be keen to join in or have a few casual drinks around the house, but I understand if that's not your scene. I would also like to live in an environment where I feel comfortable to bring friends around and ideally, if you can tolerate my sarcasm, I would like to be friends or friendly with my housemates. With that said though, I am incredibly respectful of boundaries and can be quiet when I need to be. If that's not good enough, I will be away for work every second weekend and you won't have to deal with me. Ultimately, I'm not promising to be the best housemate ever, but I can promise you that living with me will never be boring. My moving date is subject to change and I'm pretty much ready to move whenever you are. Message me for any more details.
We're a couple from around Gloucester/ Forster area, we're both currently studying full time at the university of newcastle and looking for a new place before the start of second semester. Mason is an all round top bloke, He studies civil engineering and surveying and can pull off a mullet and a moe pretty well. He's pretty great to live with because can hold a friendly conversation but won't be in your face at all. He likes playing the Xbox and drink of choice would be a ice cold schooner of tooheys new. Jasmin is alright herself, she's studying writing at the uni and is a bit of a creative sort. Loves live music, bushwalking and reading. Pretty good to live with as she can talk about pretty much anything and is always there for a chat if needed. Drink of choice would be a double shot tequila sunrise when she's feeling loaded but lets be real, usually you'll catch her with a bottle of harddys charddy. We're both pretty good at keeping to ourselves or having a cheeky chat in the kitchen, whichever you prefer. We're both clean, tidy and love a good netflix binge. We've listed ourselves as looking for a place near the city but are open to suburbs close to the uni. We both have a stable income rolling in and the 280$ a week is our maximum rent SPLIT not each.
I'm a 23 yo student studying engineering, I'm about to finish up my bachelors and move on to a research degree at uni. I'm generally somewhat organised and like to tidy after myself. I'm pretty easy going and social, though I do need some alone time to recharge. A party house isn't for me; I'm just looking for a place with friendly peeps, that like to have a good dynamic with each other.
Hello! I am Marissa, or Missa for short. I currently study at Callaghan and I'm a car-loving gamer and book freak. I'm a clean freak and an introvert so no wild parties from me, but I don't mind to join in with others at times. I don't really drink much but I'm happy to have a glass at times and I like to have one or two friends visit. I study a Bachelor of Visual Communication Design, second year, and I love studying languages (currently in Japanese but also want to study Korean, too). My ideal locations are anywhere within a walk or bus ride from Callaghan campus excluding Jesmond. I prefer to keep costs to a minimum so my absolute maximum is $180/week including bills. If I had to say three main criteria for my perfect place it'd be safety (current place is in a dodgy suburb), avoiding Jesmond and off street parking is a must (my car is my baby). Overall, I'm clean and quiet usually, and I both like to hang out with housemates as well as time out to myself. I think I'm fairly easygoing. :) - Marissa
Holla I'm Imogen!! Im a 20 yo student studying Environmental science at uni (2nd yr) I'm super laid back, easy going, social and love a chat and a drink ! I love to get out and do things, grab dinner, hang, go to the beach etc I'm clean and respectful! Wanting a place that's social and happy, dreaming of burrito night, a heated game of pictionary or hitting town every now and then!
Both of us are full time students at Newcastle University and work part time. Brad would only spend a few nights a week in Newcastle, as he likes to spend most of his time on the Central Coast with family. We are neat and tidy people who enjoy casual banter as well as time alone to study. Neither of us are big drinkers or party goers however will enjoy a casual night at home on weekends. Ideally bills and internet included in rent, off street parking would be nice but not necessary. We are going on a month holiday in June/July and are looking to move after we get back. Thanks :)
Hello, I'm an ambo and have just been posted in Newcastle so will have to move from my home in Orange for the year. Looking to rent a house with a backyard as I have a kelpie, a border collie cross and a cat. Ive been looking online for rentals and Newcastle is a little pricier than I was expecting and would like to rent a nice house (by the beach preferably). Looking for a friendly housemate who loves animals to help with the rent so we can have somewhere decent. I'm very active, social, love to cook and enjoy beers at the pub with friends from time to time but I also value my downtime when I have it. Happy to do the leg work with finding the right place so Let me know if you are interested in teaming up!
Hi, I'm ash. I'm 29 and extremely clean. I work a lot. I'm heaps chill and happy. Single and don't mind a good time 😁 I'm open to most places but would like to live with people that are also clean like to keep there place tidy and naturally ain't wankers! Let me know if you have anything that you think might be suitable and will catch up for coffee/beer and see if we can live together Thanks x x I'm also keen on getting a place with someone if that's what you'd like to do. I have the best rental history and can easily get a rental but do not like living on my own. I naturally would only do this with someone who also has a good rental history and is clean. Let me know if you are looking for someone to live with in our own little place together
Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm studying my Masters in Social Work and working in mental health with an NGO. My current real estate (Nextview Property) are happy to rent to me again so If I can find one or two others to live with me, we're good! Also happy to.do.to.do . a team up with someone and apply for places around the uni. I'm an amazing housemate and have an indoor rabbit named Margot that spends her days getting pats. She is smart, litter trained and more of a cat-dog. I have been living in rentals for 7 years. I'miss clean, considerate of all my housemates, responsible, active, enjoy a glass of wine, hanging out and gaming.
I am a 31 year old male who works full time as a tiler. I work Monday to saturday in Newcastle. I am clean and easy to get along with. Love to get out and try new things, not much of a drinker but do like one every now and then. Enjoying hanging out with friends and doing things in my spare time.
Hi my name is Emily and I work casual (though it's basically full time). I have a Ragdoll cat by the name of Yuki. She's pretty friendly with people, though not with other animals. I'm born and raised in Newcastle and have no plans to move from here any time soon. Video games, movies and tv are my main passions and I tend to spend a lot of time doing that, keeping mostly to myself but I don't mind a hallway/kitchen chat. Or if you wanna watch a movie together I have a great selection to chose from! I am hoping to find a place before June as I am travelling overseas in July and my housing situation right now isn't very stable as the landlord could give notice to move out any time now! Thanks for your time and please message me if you're at all interested. Emily.
I am a very easy going person, I don't go out much but I'm always keen to chill with some friends . Currently doing my Masters in Business Administration and Human Resources so I'm pretty much a book worm. Also work part time which doesn't give me much time to socialise but I take every opportunity to make new friends .
