I started a new job at the woolworths distrabusion centre Minchinbury as a mechanical technician and have a house on the central coast, I need a room to stay in as I'll be working a 4 on 4 off night shift roster. I mind my own bisiness and ceep to myself.
Hi! My name's Stephanie. I'm a friendly, honest, clean and tidy girl. I'm not afraid of housework and alway clean up after myself. I can be super social or a super hermit when I want to be. I'm laid back and highly value my alone time but also love being with my friends. I have just finished my degree in Visual Communication at WSU. I'm currently working in a casual position in retail although I am looking to find a full-time job soon since I'm no longer studying. I love to read, especially historical fiction and fantasy. I'm a huge fan of Game of Thrones, having read all the books and rewatched the TV show several times. I love the idea of growing my own vegetable and herb garden. I enjoy watching documentaries on random subjects and do my best to look after the environment. I'm looking for a place to call home in the Plumpton, Blacktown, Parramatta sort of area. I would ideally love to live with just one other person but that's not always possible with a limited budget. My ideal housemate/s would be easy going, friendly and keep the shared areas of the house clean and neat. Feel free to shoot me a message if you feel that you have a share house I would be interested in! :)
I currently live in Penrith but I'd like to move closer to my work in Rooty Hill. I'm a tidy person myself, so would like to live in a tidy house. I'd be pretty fine with most other things, just as long as it's quiet enough to sleep on weeknights. I like to think I get on well with most types of people, but definitely looking to live with people who are thoughtful of others.
Hi, my name is Ken. I'm a 49 years old from the usa (living in Australia over 8 years now as a permanent resident). Though I am not currently employed, that will change in the next month or even sooner. The reasons for this, well, I was a stay at home dad for about a year with 3 young kids. My wife and I have some disagreement about here parents living with us permanently. I guess I lost the battle. But I'm determined to get back on my feet and work through my issues with my wife, cause I DO still love her, and I love my kids. I know this is too much drama for you, but I felt compelled to explain my situation. Just want to be honest upfront. I have served 13 years in the military, so I'm really neat, tidy, disciplined, and organized. I consider myself easy going. I like movies, out-door activities, ten-pin bowling and going to the gym. I have worked as a mobile forklift mechanic for about 6 years while living here, and most likely will land a job in a similar role. Though I am considering other options too. I rarely cook (unless its in the microwave). When I do see my kids, I will not bring them over to the place. I usually take them out to eat or the movies. Thanks for your consideration and I will be available anytime for an interview.
I am a stable, quiet and clean living 60 year old male. Full time and stably employed. I'm Friendly and like to meet new people and discuss current affairs. I have had to chase employment and now work in Sydney though I am a Country lover at heart. I am married and my wife lives in my house at Wodonga. I try and return home when days off permit. I am hoping to transfer to a country location this year so am unsure of the duration I will rent, 6 weeks to a year. I am happy residing with younger people but I do need my privacy when required.
Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including Opal card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. If this is something you would be interested in now or in the future, please feel free to contact me as we have around 20-30 chefs per month. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: Panania x 3 Plumpton x 1 Long Jetty x 1 Swansea x 1 Wilberforce x 1 Rose Bay x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Brisbane City x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Updated 22/03/17
