$220/week60 year old female

Hi everyone. I'm requiring to seek a long-term rental with JUST ONE OTHER. That is, taking out a lease on a rental property. I'm mindful of the space of others, respectful, but love a laugh and I'm actually ridiculously funny. People enjoy being around me because I YAM WHAT I YAM. I have just trialled a week's paying membership with no luck, so I didn't bother to pay again. I let my paid membership lapse because it didn't get me anywhere. I suspect that some people are looking for an instant live-in love, without paying for hefty dating site fees! I just want a compatible housemate and I don't care how old or ugly you are, whether you work or not... (just don't have a hidden agenda. I don't) Or if you are an owner and my listing resonates with you, and you have room for my stuff, that's fine by me too. I currently live out in the sticks, and want to come back to civilisation. I don't even mind living near to the Goldy, if not directly in it. Looking at around February or March to move. Anywhere on the Goldy, but you have to be flexible too and not just stick to an area because you want it. I am trying to sell all of my own furniture, mostly lounge, and my bedroom suite, dining suite (4-seater). I have a fridge but my washing machine is elsewhere. I have a lot of kitchen items and personal stuff, laundry, bathroom etc, so sharing a lease with someone is my best personal option. I also want garage space for my car. I'm a good conversationalist, good listener, but I also keep to myself and number honesty and compassion among my best qualities. I have a dear old puddy-tat,who is almost 19 and an indoor cat, very docile and doesn't jump on furniture. He eats, sleeps and poops. I have applied for public housing, in a decent area....I hope. I don't smoke or take drugs but I like an occasional drink, usually low alcohol wine. I also of mindful of others and expect the same. Electricity is used frugally (low wattage or energy saving bulbs), and what isn't getting used is turned off. I don't like to have anything on standby power. ANYONE ON THE RE TICA LIST NEED NOT ANSWER PLEASE.
