Hello. I am a student studying Electrical Engineering/Arts full-time at UNSW. I can speak English and Mandarin, and I am an Australia citizen. I have been living away from home for over two years. I've lived with other university students previously, and currently I am living in a married couple in Randwick. Generally, I would like to think myself easy to talk to. I am able to clean and cook, and would prefer a flatmate who would be able to tell me if they have issues in a direct manner, to avoid misunderstandings. (Likewise, if they wish so I'll do the same if there are any concerns on my part). While I am busy most weekdays with university, I would also like to chat with my flatmates just to get to know them more. However, I am also happy to keep to myself if that works best. In terms of preferences, I don't mind young children or pets. I am hoping to look for somewhere with convenient transport.
Hi there my name is Alex, I'm 28 years old and have been living in Sydney for a little over a year now after making the move interstate. Currently looking for a new place to call home around the South East of Sydney but open to anywhere really south of the city. I work in the Matraville area, Monday to Friday usually early mornings till late, but have the weekends to unwind, head to the beach, go for a good walk/ run and just explore and have fun. I see myself as easy going, neat and tidy as well as considerate to people from all walks of life. Pretty much up for anything and just keen to have fun and be happy. Reach out and let's make something happen :D Look forward to hearing from you, Alex
I'm a 25 year old professional that works full time Monday-Friday. I'm clean, tidy and social.
Hi my name is Renae. I'm new to the Sydney life, originally from the Wollongong region. I'm a new starting primary education teacher who's super organised, clean, super friendly, accommodating and a considerate person. Adventuring through hikes and travelling, music, being around friends and family is what makes me happy! I hope to complete your place with only positive energy and a good, easy living experience if you choose me as your flat mate.
Full time hospitality worker. Working 6 shifts each week. Work nights only & rest during day. I'm an easy going person, clean & tidy & very reliable. I have been sharing with a couple for the last 18 months, however they are relocating therefore I need to move myself. Working 6 nights and usually catching up with friends on my day off, you would almost have the place to yourself every night.
Hi Everyone, We're looking to team up with another individual or couple and rent a place together. We both work full time - Alana is a Florist and Luke is in Construction. We have a beautiful female great dane, that is super lazy and loves cuddles. We like to relax and keep to ourselves during the week and socialise and have a few drinks on the weekend. We are super easy to get along with and love to go on adventures on the weekends. In winter we tend to escape to the snow and summer we go 4wd and camping. Essentially we are looking for someone that is tidy (few things around the house doesn't bother us), respectful, works full time, loves dogs, doesn't mind a drink and is easy to get along with. If you think you possess these qualities, get in touch! :)
I am a positive, happy person, quiet, with a lot of clothes and a shoe bookcase. I'm a part-time entertainer/singer in RSL Clubs mostly, but also work in Admin part-time in the days. Was at Taste of Coogee and Coogee Family Fun Day as Elsa in a kids show. I'm out evenings weekends, home Mon-Wed day time, but often still out even then. I have a Zazen counter top alkaline water filter & a juicer everyone is welcome to use, and several pot plants. I practice my songs when I think no-one can hear me or they are out. I wipe the stove and wash up after every meal. I'm a steak and salad girl. Looking for non-smoking flatmate/s who like an occasional chat. Love Patty on "Who Wants to Marry a Millionaire" Like sleeping in, walking/shopping bargains/beaching. I need a place that I can park my car and get in the door safely at 1am. A bedroom that can fit a 180cm wardrobe and a single bed. I'm pet friendly, but don't come with a pet.

I like to go to the park and the beach every now and then. :) Please note that my budget limit is inclusive of all bills. Looking for a private room, with preferably en suite bathroom, but shared can work.
I am a clean and professional person, don't often go out and party but still like to be social and get out to a bar on a Friday and Saturday evenings for a relaxing drink. New to Sydney, moving over from Canberra for a job. I'm clean and mostly keep to myself at home. I am however quite social when outside my room, and like to have people over occasionally (with notice provided mostly)

I am currently completing a degree in Social Work whilst working full time in the industry. Whilst at home I do like to relax and tune out watching tv or reading a good book. I am very clean and am completely agreeable to shared domestic duties to ensure the home is clean.
Hello my future housemate(s)! My name is Diarmuid, male, 33. I am living in Australia for 18 months now & am permanently employed by NSW Health in Randwick. I am a sociable person, clean, respectful of others and their privacy. I have rented numerous times and am fully aware of what is expected from sharing a home with others. About Me: I am in temporary accommodation kindly provided by a colleague. I must vacate by Mar 18 at the very latest. I've recently bought a surf board and try to get out at least twice a week. Would love to increase that to everyday if living within walking distance of the water. I'm a cyclist. I enjoy rock climbing/bouldering here in Sydney also. Looking For: Diarmuid is looking for a quality double room within a quality apartment (preferably furnished but not necessary). I am not looking to share a room. I would like max four people in the house including myself. I want to look forward to coming home after a day's work and be proud to call it my home. I'm looking to live with a fun, outgoing person/ people who enjoy good bants/ chats but can also appreciate down time. Looking forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience! Diarmuid (Pronounced; Dermott if you prefer the English version!).
Hi there, Im looking for places with utilities and internet included in rent around $200-250. I'm in the Dental industry and I'm also studying a Bachelors nursing science degree. I keep fit and healthy and I'm looking for a clean and quiet place to relax and study after a fast paced working day! Mostly looking for a place to share with considerate people with the ability to foster mutual respect and a friendly demeanour. I'm personable and always keen to have a laugh and make new friends but also very self aware and respect privacy. Mimi.
I'm a full-time marketeer working in Sydney. I'm a Sydney local having lived the last few years in the eastern suburbs (combination of flat share and on my own). Looking for something in the surry hills/redfern region or in the eastern suburbs somewhere, rather flexible. I'm looking for something relatively modern with a bit of light and a balcony for those arvo beers. Prefer my own bathroom to avoid the morning log jam! I will also need parking, preferably off-street. My weekday sees me leave at about 8am and return at about 8pm. I would usually cook up a quick meal (not too shabby in the kitchen) before chilling out on the couch or in my room. Always up for a chat but I got a few shows I need to keep up with! Weekends are a bit more exciting and varied; I spend them out and about meeting with friends, heading to the beach, playing golf, going out at night, and so on. I'm pretty chilled out and easy going - you can definitely join me for a beer and chat about anything, especially sport! . Whilst tidy and clean, I'm not uptight about it. I'm looking to join some easy going and cool people to live with. In an ideal world, I'd join a flat share with some people who are settled down with not too much chopping and changing of housemates. My preference is for 6 months initial moving to long-term if everything works out. Move date flexible. Reach out if you want to know more about me! BK
Hi, I'm Isabella (Issy), I'm 18 and from New Zealand hoping to find a nice place in Sydney where I will work and dance. I live a pretty healthy and active lifestyle and I'm always up for new things. I like socialising and would be keen to meet some new people. I do also love a good book or movie and a quiet night in. Hoping to find some like minded people :)
We are a young couple from Hong Kong and Japan. I have about 4 or so years of room-renting experience whilst Akira has relatively recently come to Australia for about 2 years. Our current contract ends on June 19th and are looking for a small studio, or private room in Maroubra or Randwick. We've been staying in Maroubra for a couple years now and love this suburb so somewhere close to Pacific Square will be awesome! I also have another friend who is keen to live with us so if you have any 2 bedroom units available or an additional room for all of us, please let me know! Both of us have been raised to be independent so we both clean up around the house and room. We even finish washing dishes while cooking before we even eat. We love to cook and bake at home together so maybe you can get some treats from us from time to time. Eating is one of my most favourite past times. Akira is studying commercial cookery and I am studying Media Arts. We mainly just sit in our room when we're not working; I play games on my PC and she browses the web so fast internet is important!! Sometimes we will go out to eat or order pizza. I've just begun to learn how to surf and skate and have my own boards. By just begun I mean only done it a couple times so I'm still pretty bad. I enjoy gaming the most so maybe we can play together (PC). Akira likes to watch shows on her laptop and play some casual games as well, and both love to cook. We love pets but don't have our own (we wish to some day!) and HATE smoking. We almost never drink alcohol so no need to worry about drunk shenanigans.
Hi! I'm from Jakarta, Indonesia I'm planning to continue my study in University of New South Wales (UNSW) that is why I'm looking for a place to live near from there. I'm looking for a private room preferably in a flat where there are other students. I love to relax and do crafty things as well as keeping fit and healthy. I love meeting new people, discovering music, exploring and adventuring out, roaming the cities, and learning new things. Hence, I am a very friendly and sociable person and I love dogs so it not a problem if you have a pet. I am also clean and tidy. That's why a sharehouse with young, like-minded people (students) would be perfect for me. I do like to have my own space and often retreat to quiet places. You don't need to worry about noise and privacy with me, I am responsible and respectful, as well as often being out of the way. When I say that I'm sociable, I still understand other people's need for quiet spaces as I would expect others to respect mine.
Hey, I'm 25 from the UK. Looking to work in Australia, whilst also spending time travelling too. I'm a graphic designer and will most likely be freelancing around Sydney. Would be great to live with someone else who also likes trying new things and enjoys life. I'm clean/tidy and I'd like to think respectful of my flatmates
Hey Everyone, I'm Rob, and I've just moved back to Sydney after a year abroad. Ideally I'm looking for a friendly share house in the Maroubra/Randwick/Coogee area which I can call home and meet some new people. I have been living in share houses for years, so I enjoy living with others and having a communal area to socialise and have a few cheeky drinks, but I also understand and value what it takes to be a friendly, clean and respectful housemate. Hope to hear from you! Cheers!
I'm a mature, healthy and active. I like a lovely home to come back to. I like to cook. I love animals and gardens. I am active, I surf, do yoga and basically love any outdoor adventures. I work online from home in the mornings, and in the city 5 days a week in the afternoon/evening.
Hello! I'm a 22 yr old from Sydney who loves animals and a good nap. I'm usually not home much as I work 2 jobs (assistant manager at restaurant and cocktail waitress) so I can come home at weird times of the day (sometimes 6am, sometimes 2pm) but when I am home I love to kick back with a wine. I'm a really quiet person so even if I do get home late I will always be respectful and be as quiet as I can so I don't wake anyone up. If I get a night off I love to cook and bake, especially chocolate brownies. They're my favourite!
I'm Brazilian and I'm going to be in Sydney for 4 months as an exchange student at UTS. I need to find a room asap! I'm organized and easy-going and talkative, and also know how to respect other people's privacy :)
Hi :) we're both from Dublin Ireland. Also both have full time jobs. Looking to stay in Sydney and rent for the next 3/6mths. New to Sydney and looking for somewhere to stay. I am a clean, considerate and laid back person. During the week, I'm a full-time professional, working in the city. On weekends, I enjoy good food, craft beers and live music.
hi, I am 27 years old baker, working in a bakery and studying in hospitality. I am looking for a private room in eastern suburbs. I will be able to move on the beginning of April. You can contact me anytime. Cheers

Hello there ! I'm looking for a private room ideally around Randwick, ideally place will need to be located close by walking distance to supermarkets (Aldi, Westfield) and a gym would be the top, or a gym/pool in the unit. I'm looking for a nice place to chill and relax, I'm not a party person thingy but I would love to be part of a real houseshare where we can go out together or watch a movie, play board or video games or anything but still respecting everyone's privacy. We can discuss about length of stay and price and we can negociate together. Also I signed up a 6 month contract but would love to find a place where I could stay more. Bonus : house with balcony/garden or terrace - bath - dogs (if you have pets, we can be really good friends haha) - parking spot or free parking in the street. Best would be for us to meet up so I can see the place and so we can have a chat together and see if we match :) I'm pretty chilled and easy going, very clean and tidy, like to have my own privacy but also would like to be close to my roomies and can share more than just a house to live ! Bondi junction would be the ideal location :) Cheers, Pauline
hi ! I am a french stuend who is going to be in an intership for the CSIRO and I am looking for nice flatmates to fully live the Oz way of life. I would prefer a appartment not too far (40 mn) from the UNSW. I am very nice, I am quite small so i don t take too much place, i am looking forward to discover Sydney and the people there, and if i can t cook as a french at least i hope i will learn to surf like an Aussie :)
I'm easy going, not home much but would love to make good company. I believe it's important to create a positive environment for myself and the people I surround myself with. Personal and professional growth are my main objectives. Look forward to meeting you! :)
Hi everyone, my name is Mattia, italian guy moved to Sydney a month ago after 3 years spent in London. We are 2 italians and 2 french guys all very friendly and very happy to create connections with people. Very chilled guys, we are all currently full time workers. Hey guys , I'm a young woman from Belgium and I live in Sydney (Maroubra) for more than 2yrs now. I love this area ! I'm looking for a nice place to share with nice people. I'm an easy-going person but I'm expecting to live with people with good values like respecting the private space of each-ether , being clean and being nice even if you had a bad day ;-) I'm an independent person but I like hanging out around a beer or a glas of wine and having a chat. I'm thinking about moving around the 1st July (I know it's early to have a look but we never know ;) ) I love kids and pets so if you have a full package it isn't a problem at all for me. If you have any question or suggestion feel free to message me ! Have a lovely day/night. Cheers. Barbara x
Openminded, quiet, tidy, and barely ever home :) (I have 2 jobs) I like to chill when I am home though. Happy to converse, watch a movie or just keep to myself. I have a very friendly 1.5 year old male cat that I would be sad to separate from. We are looking for a new and friendly home.
Hi, I'm Rob. I work full time in the city for a power company as a systems analyst. I'm looking for a place to live as I'll be moving out of my current Zetland shortly, so any time around/after that I've always got time for a chat and I'm a laid back type of person who loves a chat or a drink or two I'm fairly active and spend most mornings riding my bike around centennial before riding to work and will usually be outside if the sun is shining. I like to cook a few times per week. Hobbies are cycling, motorcycling, IT stuff and keeping active. I'm very reliable when it comes to paying rent and being respectful of others, and always clean up after myself. I'm not afraid to pick up a mop or a vacuum and always clean up after myself
I'm tidy, I can make you laugh and run a side secret bar blog! I think the best arrangement is one where a person still has their private space but also one where housemates can interact over a beer from time to time :)
Hi there, thanks for stopping by. I am a full-time engineering PhD student in the U.S. I am searching for temporary housing accommodations near UNSW (approx. 8 to 9 weeks) beginning May 28th. I am a clean and quiet roommate who also respects others' boundaries. I live a very healthy lifestyle and workout every day. I can be very sociable given the right circumstances and I am looking forward to meeting new people in Australia; however, I am more than happy to give you space and do my own thing. If you are interested in renting to me, please let me know!
