I am an IT Professional, Very easy going and not bugging at all kind of person. My wife is a pharmacist and we both are Australian Residents. I offer consultancies so I am working part time and sometimes only travelling in Australia. I love playing and watching cricket. Also like playing badminton and squash. Life is all about trying to be happy and putting smiles on other people's faces. Looking for a good separate place for a couple with all independent requirements like kitchen and bath. Internet facility is also required. We have stayed with different Australian owners previously and had wonderful times so looking forward to that again. We can commit for even 6 months if we find a good option and independent accommodation. Less than 6 month listing can also be considered if they are great. Looking forward. Cheers!

Hello! I’m Rosalie and I’m a 25 year old flight attendant. I am looking for a longterm and private room to rent as I am barely home due to traveling a lot for both work and leisure, as well as spending a few nights a week at my boyfriend’s place. I spend a lot of time outdoors, at the beach and occasionally attend ballet classes- would love to meet someone that would be keen join me too! I’m looking for people that make a house feel like a home. I like cleanliness and housemates that share the household work. I would love to find a housemate that enjoys the outdoors as much as me so that we can do coastal walks and outdoor lunches together, but I am also happy to spend my downtime at home relaxing. I am trying to save money to eventually buy my own apartment and it would be great to live with others that have a similar goal. I like to go out and socialise with friends, but I am not interested in living in a party house. My hours are very irregular so on the rare occasion I have 5am starts on a weekend, however I mainly only do afternoon shifts and finish work around 10:30pm I have all my own bedroom furniture, so I would prefer to find an unfurnished room. *Off-street Parking is a must *Internet is a must *NO share room *please only contact me if you have a listing & photos of the room available
Working down here for business. Need a place for stay for 3 weeks. Please reply with full pictures of the house. If no pictures of bedrooms etc. I will not view the apartment. Looking for genuine flat - Pref own room but will share with one other as I'm working full time all I will be doing is sleeping and relaxing.
I work full time monday to saturday. Most evenings I play sport. At the weekends I like to socialise with friends. I am easy going, chatty and very respectful of others people privacy.

My name is Laura, I currently work for a grocery company, so I come with delicious and cheap groceries. On top of this, I have a cute little mini rex bunny, Daisy. She is the perfect pet because she is cuddly, quiet and easy to maintain. I love cooking, there's always something brewing in the kitchen. If I'm not cooking, I'm on the lounge with a bottle of wine and Netflix.

I'm a PhD student at UNSW and looking to shorten my commute, while also creating opportunities to have fun in the city. I'm quite reserved, I'll let people be who they are if they afford me the same courtesy. I like to go to the park and the beach every now and then. :) Please note that my budget limit is inclusive of all bills. Looking for a private room, with preferably en suite bathroom, but shared can work.
My name is Jasmin, I'm a 28 yr female living in Wollongong at the moment needing a place to stay as my job is based in Sydney CBD. I'm a hard worker and work odd hours in hospitality and rarely get to socialise, but when I do get a day off I like to sit back, enjoy a glass of wine and be social with friends. I don't have any pets of my own, but I do love animals and would be fine around them. I'm also a massive foodie and am always in the kitchen cooking, there's always plenty of whatever I'm cooking.

Im from Sydney and have lived abroad in China. Work Full-time in Construction Management 5 long days a week. I have a working relationship with China and make frequent business trips there. I also study part time. Home is a sanctuary, looking for someone like minded, respectful, clean and tidy as well Social Housemate/s who enjoy a drink or a meal on occasion. I am a huge food snob and do rate myself as a fantastic chef - when I can be bothered to cook !! I typically lead a healthy lifestyle – but everything in moderation. Not much fun through the week due to work/study but on the weekends I enjoy the beach / outdoors, wine and anything good food related when im not studding.
I am originally from Adelaide, very new to the Sydney scene and eager to explore. I am very easy-going, sociable and enjoy all things sports, keeping fit and leisure reading. I am extremely clean, I cook (basic dishes, I'm unfortunately no Manu), and can adapt to get along with a variety of people.
Hey Guys! My name is Kelsie and I'm looking for a nice place to call home. Im on the look out for somewhere thats clean and tidy with some cool housemates. Im super easy going and really respectful of other peoples homes. I currently work as a property stylist in Alexandria and spend my days styling peoples homes. Ultimate girl job! I enjoy going to the gym and eating healthy (some times). I don't really party, I don't smoke and I very rarely drink. Im pretty easy going and just happy to have a clean nice place to live. I come and go a lot and stay at my boyfriends house a few nights a week. I vist my family up north every second weekend so I'm not around the house alot of the time. Some people don't like this as they want to be social and plan things together so I understand if this isn't for you. But if you're looking for a quiet house mate who is respectful of personal space im your girl!
I am an exceptional tenet/ housemate with an impeccable track record as a renter with both estate agents and privately. Hi, I'm Alan. I work full time as an Engineer/Electrician all over Sydney. While I do shift work, it's mainly mornings and afternoons, I keep pretty quiet and try not to wake anyone up. I'm tidy, respectful, easy going, enjoy good food and have every attempt to keep fit and healthy. Happy to hang out, share a meal or give people their space and do our own thing. The only thing I do need is parking. No problems parking on the street if there's always something. Around the 23rd of Feb is preferred, can work around something for early-mid March
I am very considerate and easy-going person. I am an architect who enjoys surfing, and now am moving to Sydney from Melbourne. I am super easy to live with, unless you are a total mess and do never clean up after yourself. Im looking for a place either close to my work (CBD) with off or on-street parking or at the beach, but close to a train or ferry.

Hi there, I'm helping my brother Peter to find a place! He is relocating from Queensland to Sydney for work and hasn't lived in Sydney before. Particularly looking for places with utilities and internet included in rent around $150 twin share. Peter is a second year architecture university student and I'm in the Dental industry. He's house sharing trained and very self aware. Looking for a clean and quiet place to relax and study after a fast paced working day! He's a fit and healthy 23 year old and goes to the gym after work ( it means no clashes in the kitchen at dinner time)!! Mostly looking for a place to share with considerate people with the ability to foster mutual respect and a friendly demeanour. I think Peter is a personable guy and always keen to have a laugh and make new friends .
I'm looking around to rent a studio bedroom type with kitchen and bathroom to stay temporary or long term in the future (will consider when it goes into the communication with good owners) . Sorry no sharing with others at all highly hygiene and private person here. Keywords of Annie: private, good clean, tidy, workaholic, sometimes-funny, easy-going, love nature, quiet, good responsible, very unique hard to find Lol.
I'm a full-time marketeer working in Sydney. I'm a Sydney local having lived the last few years in the eastern suburbs (combination of flat share and on my own). Looking for something in the surry hills/redfern region or in the eastern suburbs somewhere, rather flexible. I'm looking for something relatively modern with a bit of light and a balcony for those arvo beers. Prefer my own bathroom to avoid the morning log jam! I will also need parking, preferably off-street. My weekday sees me leave at about 8am and return at about 8pm. I would usually cook up a quick meal (not too shabby in the kitchen) before chilling out on the couch or in my room. Always up for a chat but I got a few shows I need to keep up with! Weekends are a bit more exciting and varied; I spend them out and about meeting with friends, heading to the beach, playing golf, going out at night, and so on. I'm pretty chilled out and easy going - you can definitely join me for a beer and chat about anything, especially sport! . Whilst tidy and clean, I'm not uptight about it. I'm looking to join some easy going and cool people to live with. In an ideal world, I'd join a flat share with some people who are settled down with not too much chopping and changing of housemates. My preference is for 6 months initial moving to long-term if everything works out. Move date flexible. Reach out if you want to know more about me! BK
Hi there, I need to find a private room after coming back from my holiday on 22nd February. I'm in early 30s and working full time in the city. Please inbox me if you have any available room convenient for transport to city. Cheers.
We are a young couple from Hong Kong and Japan. I have about 3 or so years of room-renting experience whilst Akira has relatively recently come to Australia for about 2 years. Both of us have been raised to be independent so we both clean up around the house and room. We even finish washing dishes while cooking before we even eat. We love to cook and bake at home together so maybe you can get some treats from us from time to time. Eating is one of my most favourite past times. Akira is studying commercial cookery and I am studying Media Arts. We mainly just sit in our room when we're not working; I play games on my desktop PC and she browses the web so fast internet is important!! Sometimes we will go out to eat or order pizza. I've just begun to learn how to surf and skate and have my own boards. By just begun I mean only done it a couple times so I'm still pretty bad. I enjoy gaming the most so maybe we can play together (PC). Akira likes to watch shows on her laptop and play some casual games as well, and both love to cook. Additionally: I have a friend who is up for living with us so if you have any 2 bedroom units available, please let me know! We love pets but don't have our own (we wish to some day!) and HATE smoking. We also don't like to drink (I have a slight allergy to alcohol).
The pros of me: -loves cooking, even if my skills could do with some work (have been told I make killer Cookies + Cream slice cheesecake) -always clean up after myself -respects you and your stuff -has a cool hybrid Scottish/Australian accent -brings Netflix and Stan with me -always up for a chat if you want one -when I'm not at uni, I'm probably working or making the most of Sydney's outdoor lifestyle so I won't cramp your space too much -don't smoke or do drugs= clean air, and everybody loves that
Hi, I'm Isabella (Issy), I'm 18 and from New Zealand hoping to find a nice place in Sydney where I will work and dance. I live a pretty healthy and active lifestyle and I'm always up for new things. I like socialising and would be keen to meet some new people. I do also love a good book or movie and a quiet night in. Hoping to find some like minded people :)
I have recently relocated from the UK and currently live in Botany but want to move somewhere closer to the city. I have a full time, permanent job in Pagewood so will need the transport links to be easy to get to and from there. I am not a massive party goer but enjoy eating dinner out/having bbqs/a few beers on an evening or weekend. Enjoy exploring, being outside, movie nights and keeping fit. Respectful and clean and enjoy my own company as well as happy to be social. Looking forward to seeing what Sydney has to offer :)
Im an international student studying in UNSW and now Im looking for a place to stay for the next semester. I'd say I'm a quiet person, I love to surf the Internet, read and listen to music in my free time. I enjoy being alone, but I can sometimes be out-going and talkative as well. I also like to keep things clean and tidy. I'd say I'm a person who's easy to get along with, friendly and respectful.
My partner and I are moving to Sydney at the start of March, I'm planning on working at the Royal Prince Alfred as I am an emergency nurse, (my partner is a PhD student on a scholarship) but we want to live near the beach. We both love lazing at the beach and my boyfriend (as well as me more recently surf, still a complete gumby though). We both love a chat and a few drinks over a communal dinner (I love to cook), or are happy to do our own thing depending on the atmosphere of the place. We have lived as a couple in a sharehouse before and are respectful and tidy in communal areas. We are carefree, social people but are certainly not loud, party animals. Feel free to give me a message or text if you have any questions and if we sound like your kind of people. Look forward to hearing from you!
