Hi Guys, My name is Fran, I am a young, honest and trustworthy 50 year old female, who is a witty, clean, tidy, quiet, self-sufficient, non-smoking, retail property development professional who is interested in potentially renting your room and ensuite. I pay my rent in advance directly into an acct via automatic deposit, so you would never have to chase money. I was wondering if you might have a room, with an ensuite, off-street parking (preferably) but understand if on-street parking is a requirement, bills and internet included - my budget is $250 - $300pw but could stretch to $310pw for something special. I am a good roomy. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Cheers Fran

I have a masters in materials engineering and I have plans to come to Sydney on July 7th. I hold a Skilled Recognized Graduate Visa which lets me stay, study, and work in Australia for 18 months. If I find a proper job, I will stay further. I am personally patient, easygoing, tidy, and organized. I am not noisy or disturbing at all. The one who becomes my flatmate is lucky because I am super nice. I care my roommate and support him/her like a real friend. I love sports and outdoor activities and I am a semi-pro climber. My other leisure activities include playing tennis, skiing, reading, writing, and watching movies. Since I am a compatible type, both energetic and silent roommies are welcome.
I'm 28 years old, Brazilian, usually working or in the spare time I like to read, go to the gym or cook. I'm looking for a quiet place with mature people. I'd prefer a non smoking house
I am a full-time student from Sydney looking for short-term (max 5 months) accommodation closer to the city/uni. I am clean, tidy and always keen to pitch in my fair share of cleaning around the house. I like to cook my own meals so a well-equipped kitchen would be a treat. I also love animals but won't be bringing any pets with me.
30 year old UK male who has a stable job. Enjoy cycling and coastal walks (that Sydney coastline!!), and also love to chill out with a book or podcast. Looking for a female flatmate preferably; I am clean and considerate, and am certainly not a 'partier'. Look forward to hearing from you. James

Hey peeps, I am Jakob, 35 years old and I come from Germany. I will be studying human resources management in Sydney and I am searching for a place and flatmate. I have been to Sydney previously and loved it so I am super excited to finally be here again! At the moment I stay in Coogee with my cousin at her place. Ideally I gonna meet a long-term flat mate as my course goes for 3 years but this is flexible. I will also be working part-time, this means I will spend a lot of time at work and then studying at home. I am basically just looking for a small, quiet, clean room. As I´m in my 30s, I´m not interested in partying hard but always up for a good red wine, a nice chat, cooking, BBQ, coast walk, Capoeira or just some chilling on the couch. I am down to earth, have a warm heart, positive, outgoing, honest and humorous. I enjoy good energy and am looking for a house mate with similar values. My benefit to you is that I´m interested to stay long-term. So you have a reliable tenant, clean, tidy and I know what a good manner is. I have lived in shared houses before and know the importance of keeping areas clean, being respectful and paying bills on time! If you think that I am someone you could live with please contact me or ask anything that needs clarification. Looking forward to hearing from you, Jakob
Hi there! My name is Annika, I'm from Germany and 28 years old. I will come back from a Europe trip late August and look for a new place to live then. About myself: I love the outdoors, I work part time and study part time and am pretty busy most of the time. I like to hang out with friends, exercise outdoors or hit the gym and live a very healthy lifestyle. My passion is food and cooking. I'm very clean, organised and hope to live with some awesome housemates my age with similar interests. Looking forward to hear from you :) Cheers Annika
I am looking at options to move to eastern suburbs or inner city preferably a house for a new job at Bondi beach but rather leave close to public transport and ride my motorbike to work. So, up to 20min distance is good. I have enough furniture to fill a medium house and two bedrooms but it is too expensive to take on the whole lease. So if you are interested in teaming up, please shoot me a message. One requirement is off street parking for my car preferably lock up garage where I can work on it. Just a bit about me: I am a full-time process engineer working in water treatment industry. I spend my afternoons being active and weekends hanging out with friends. I am a picky clean but also respect everyone's preference too so always open to set house rules together and stick to it. Over the years, I have successfully shared houses with friends and strangers who became friends. Cheers,
