I am an IT professional looking for a room for 4~6 months. I was an undergrad lecturer few years ago. I don't smoke and only a social drinker (hardly get time due to work commitments) I am a very technical person who is very kind, understanding and respect the privacy of others. I am known to go out of my way to help others. I prefer to have my own room & bathroom but would consider shared bathroom I would prefer to have a furnished lockable room with a cupboard (in addition to wardrobe) and table+chair I might cook 2~3 times a month and would require using the kitchen/fridge for storage
Just a sort of a clean-living, inside out, Filipino lady who will arrive on the 12th of January. Needing a place to stay for the required bridging program for nurses. Basically supports the mantra of doing unto others what you would like them to do unto you. Loves music but prefers to maintain the quite environment that others also deserve.
Arriving in Australia around April or May 2018 to attend school at the Parramatta area. I'm usually quiet and just mind my own business, but I do interact and carry a conversation. I love music and don't mind dogs or cats (as long as they're not hostile). I would say I cook decent food, depending on which type of cuisine. I'm also a neat freak, so you can count on me keeping things clean. :)
Quiet school teacher with part time job on the side. Rarely at home especially during the school term. Enjoys experimenting with cooking.
I am in my first year of nursing at WSU Parramatta, I work as an AIN at a hospital in Macquarie. I have rented with people before so this wouldn't be my first time, I am a very social person and very easy going, I can get along with just about anyone. I'm very open-minded. I can cook quite well, and I know how to clean up after myself. I am usually not home too much, as I'm usually with my friends a lot of the time or at work.

I moved from from NZ to Sydney in mid Jan 2018 to take up a full time job as an Electrical Engineer in a company based in Huntingwood. I've flatted before in NZ and can provide references if required. I'm a very considerate person and can share in the responsibilities of the flat.
Hello, we are looking for a place to live because we have just moved from Adelaide lm studying law/international relations at UWS and my boyfriend is studying science at USYD. We are both non-smokers, only casual drinkers and are a friendly couple who were both born in Australia. We are also looking for some roommates that are always up for a chat or a Netflix session.

I really take pride in my home and treat it accordingly. I respect others and my daughter who is 10 lives to the same beliefs. We are fun happy people and love to cook for ourselves and others if welcomed. I am career driven and don't party these days but do occasionally have a friend over for dinner or a BBQ.
Hi I am a friendly and organised university graduate from Brisbane who will be working at the Westmead Hospital for at least 12 months. I am quite flexible, easy to get along with and respect that some people prefer a quiet flatmate hence will be able to accommodate you and your needs. I have commitments most evenings and weekends hence leaving the accommodation vacant during these times. As I will be working full-time, I would prefer a long term contract for a furnished private room and MUST have off-street parking. I don't mind sharing a bathroom as long as it is kept clean and tidy but would prefer my own if possible.
