I am quiet and considerate. Will work hard to respect the houses rules and keep things neat and tidy. I will mostly keep to myself and expect a certain level of privacy, but am not against sharing meals from time to time. I work in software development, but enjoy getting outdoors whenever possible in my free time, or reading a good book. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello there, We are a friendly couple moving down from the mainland to make Tassie and Hobart more specifically our home. I am Australian and am moving down to study ocean science. My partner is French and she will be working in finance and consulting. We enjoy a wine with dinner, chats and unwinding from the day, being comfortable and relaxed in a warm, welcoming home. We are active and social, but clean, tidy and respectful. We will be France for the next couple of weeks, arriving in Hobart mid-August, so please contact us and maybe we can arrange a skype call/meeting. We are open to any length of stay at this point. Can't wait to meet you! Angus and Marion

I lived the past 3 years in different flats and love this way of living and sharing good memories :)

Hi, we are two friends studying MITS at UTAS. We are open minded, like to keep our place clean, advocate of conscious living, non smoker, looking for accommodation to feel at home away from home. Please contact us if you have any place available for the two of us. Our interests includes reading, cooking, playing guitar.
We are a couple who like living in the heart of the city, socialize often but also enjoy the privacy of our home. We are clean and tidy and love getting out and about for day or weekend trips. Several years of shared house expience both seperately and as a couple. I'm from Germany originally and my partner is Australian. We are looking to stay in Hobart for at least 3 months, possibly longer depending on the job situation. We've got hospitslity and IT backgrounds.

Hiya I'm Dan. I work full-time for the Tasmanian Government. About me: - Hobbies include fishing, reading, PC gaming, watching TV shows/movies, adventuring. - Big fan of Mexican Fajitas - Easy going, self-contained and easy to get along with. - Cat lover and looking to get a cat next year (ie pet friendly environment and people wanted). - Coffee and beer lover. - I'm tidy, clean and hygenic. I'm looking for some friendly and clean people to live with who are around the same age as me!
I am a medical student who will be undertaking a 10-week placement st the Royal Hobart Hospital from mid-Nov to mid-January. I've lived with several housemates throughout my undergrad in Canada and am currently living with others through my med degree in Ireland. I get along really well with everyone and am great friends with all my housemates. I'm pretty easy-going and clean up after myself. I'm into sports, travelling, and winding down after a long day with a good bit of banter over some drinks.
An incoming UTAS graduate student, I enjoy fun and insightful conversations and outdoor activity (sports, treks, etc). I'll selfishly boast as well that I can strike a chord with absolutely anyone. Look forward!
G'Day, Fulltime journalist from Brisbane but moving from Sydney to Hobart. Easy going and relaxed but also neat and tidy. Enjoy (trying) to keep active and pretty keen to explore Tasmania and hit up some hikes.
I'm a 21 year-old male from Singapore who is a future UTAS medical student come February 2018. With that in mind, I'm looking to find accommodation preferably near UTAS (Hobart). I'm looking long-term accommodations because it can really be a hassle to keep moving from place to place throughout my 5-year study at UTAS. The Jane Franklin Hall is offering a single room at $400pw with food, laundry, wifi, bills, furniture and transport all covered. For private accommodation to compete with this rate, rental should fall within $200pw. Hit me up if you think you have accommodation that suits my needs! A little about myself: I'm your typical asian dude with eyebrows on fleek 24/7, a flat nose, ears that flap outwards and a not-so-typical forte - Contemporary dance. I'm sporty and fun, but nowhere near 'party animal'. Well I love studying so I guess some would say I'm a nerd too (LOL). As an aspiring doctor, I love to keep clean and organized. I prepare my own meals to save costs and facilitate my macro goals (I'm a fitness enthusiast too). I love doing my own things, but am also very social and friendly. I'm super chill so really just about anything goes with me. I hate being inconsiderate because I believe in treating somebody else the way you want to be treated, so you can rest assured I'm a good housemate :).
Hi I am a female RGIT student who is looking for a room for rent for 6 moths or more. I'm currently living in Melbourne and coming to hobart by mid week of July, 2017.
