Hi, my name is Jan, I am from Germany and I want to do a semester at the Monash University (mechanical engineering) in the first semester 2017. I would love to share a house with some other students to have a great time together.
I've been renting for about a year now, and my time at my current home is coming to a close. Looking to broaden my horizons. I am a casual stocktaker with a reliable income, and I work at various times on different days. I don't drive or own a car so I would prefer to be close to a station. I clean up after myself, am careful in my usage of home utilities and respect others' privacy and personal space, so I hope to expect the same from those I share with. I'm pretty quiet but happy for some banter, and I'm not opposed to house events and the like. :) In my free time, I tend to keep to myself and I'm a bit of an introvert. I like to play games, read, watch movies and learn things to cook. I don't often drink or go out, but I don't care if anyone else does. I sometimes have my boyfriend over for the night (21y.o), and other nights I stay at his (we work together). He is quiet and respectful, and I hope my housemates will be comfortable with him hanging around sometimes.
I'm a student at Monash Uni currently living in brunswick, which is a million miles away from campus. Looking to move out around February, getting in early on the moving scene so I can find a place I will mesh well in. I'm usually pretty easy going, I do bake and clean when I get stressed, shout when I get too excited (soz). I have grown up in a very wog family so if you want a good pasta hit me up. Always up for a drink, a party, a political discussion or a session of meme analysis. As long as the feng shui is tight we should all get along fine. I am a pesceterian but always up for a meal share as I don't understand portions and always cook for 10 instead of one. Send me a message if you are looking for someone in the future! Peace x
I'm a science student who currently lives in Warragul and is looking for a place closer to uni. I am a really considerate person and I keep my belongings organised and clean. I'm fairly quiet, bubbly and comfortable to be around. When I'm not at uni (or working) I like to read novels/comics, watch movies, chill out and have some chats. I have put 6 months but am flexible, same with the moving date - it's just an estimation.
Hey there, how's it going? Nice to meet you, my name's Phillip, I'm 21 years old & am a working sales professional for Telstra. In my time off I enjoy physical exercise (gym, basketball, swimming or even just going for a jog), cooking, cleaning & my own personal downtime. I am very big on privacy and will respect and honour each and every individual's privacy and personal space. I also believe that cleanliness is a feature of organisation and that it translates into productivity. I often work 6 days out of the week for a total of nearly up to 60 hours, so for a good majority of the day I will be absent as I usually visit the gym straight after work. I also have my own car, appliances and furniture that I am more than happy to contribute to any individual in the household. Coming up with rent money will never be an issue as I am more than happy to pay months in advance if need be. If this ad more than meets your criteria, please do not hesitate to contact me via mobile or email Hope to hear back from you soon. Kind Regards, Phillip.
Hi,I'm originally from Indonesia currently studying at Monash South Africa, I will go to Monash Australia for an exchange program around January- February. I describe myself as a sportsman I like mostly any sport but soccer is what I'm best for. email me if you are in the same situation as me or offering a place to live in
I'm an easy going, tidy, light smoker. I start my bachelor of education next year so being reasonably close to the city is a must. I am looking for a long term residence, but have been fairly ok bouncing from short term house to short term house these past few years. I love animals, witty dark-humoured cartoons, and video games. I genuinely enjoy cooking and cleaning so am more than happy to do both of these things :) I have been living independently since I was 16 because I needed to live closer to the school I was attending in the city. Education has always come first for me, so I am usually studying, reading or writing, meaning I won't be a bother to have in the house!
Student from Perth, Western Australia. Studying Arts, Majoring in Human Rights and International Relations at Monash University. Loves going to gigs, galleries, volunteering, going to the beach, for walks, cafes, bars or shopping. Hobbies include photography, pilates, reading and writing. You can find me out in a park, drinking coffee in the library or looking around NGV. Very focused on studies and busy outside of university, so I keep fairly to myself however always up to socialise and make some new friends. Super neat, Non-Smoker.
I've been living on campus at Monash for the last year but want to move into a share house because rent on campus is way too expensive for what it is. I'm 20, I'll be in second year science next year hoping to major in maths and environmental sciences. From Gippsland and will likely go back every weekend to work and play netball so I won't be around 24/7. Ideally after around $160-$180 a week with an ensuite but not too fussed. Also probably won't want to move in until February.
Hello! I just finished my first year of University at Monash and I had to move home. However, I want to move to Melbourne for the christmas break before the commencement of university. I speak Italian, French and English and I'm from a town on the border of News South Wales. I'm super easy going, super clean, I enjoy working and studying and I'm looking for a short stay before I go back to college in March.
Hey, I am a 1-year exchange student from Germany with a full working week and hopefully satisfying experiences on weekend! Clean, responsible and sociable. Looking forward to traveling a lot and learning to know Melbourne and its people.
Hi, I'm Dylan. I'm a very easy going person who can be a bit of a chatter box, but i also spend a lot of time doing my own thing too. Im soon to complete my last year of my science undergrad at monash, so i am just looking for a place to stay around clayton, whilst i complete it. My main hobbies are music and bike riding but i'm usually up for anything.
I'm a Business Analyst professional who has been recently shifted to Melbourne from Sydney. I'm working for a leading Australian clothing brand in South Yarra. For the time being, I'm staying in my friend's house and will have to move out as his wife and baby is coming back. I'm a very friendly person. Like to keep my home neat and tidy. Love sports, hanging out with my friends and would love to have an occasional beer or two with my house mates. That being said, I also love a quiet time. Understands the word 'Privacy' and appreciates the basic house sharing etiquette.
I m an italian-aussie girl who is going to start an undergraduate degree at Clayton. I like reading and even if I like spending some time alone, I can be pretty chatty. I am open minded and I like to keep things clean and in order but I am not a particular person at all. I don't smoke and I don't have pets, anyway I wouldn't mind living with smokers or pets. I have already lived in a shared flats for 2 years. I like play pool and enjoy movies. I love boardgames and poker and I wouldn't mind a drink with friends sometimes. Not convinced? I can solve your rubik's cube or cook for you (pizza, bolognese pasta, tiramisù...) ;) See ya!
I'm Maddi, I'm 21 and I have recently graduated university in nursing and paramedics. I am about to start my graduate nursing year at Monash Medical Centre. I am neat, fun and down to earth, I love nothing more than good food, good music and hitting the gym. Looking for a house with like-minded, similarly aged individuals. The room would need to be UNfurnished, and large enough for a queen sized bed.
Ayoooo I'm Stevie :) Currently working full time in retail management. Super easy going, very much into art/music, I clean a lot when I'm bored. First timer here, so I'd much rather to set a time to get coffee and actually meet ya for a chat!!
Hi, I'm Emily! I'm a student currently studying fashion design at RMIT and working part-time at Monash University with the Academy of Performing Arts. I have a friend who is moving down from Sydney in late October/early November so we're looking for a place with two bedrooms. I work late nights as an usher at the university theatre, so we're looking for a place near the Monash Clayton campus. Nadia is still organizing things for their move down to Melbourne, but they're looking to study history at Melbourne University while working part time. I love theatre, sewing, reading, and hanging out with friends watching rubbish telly and movies. I'm a bit of a nerd and so is Nadia. We're both very clean roommates who love to cook and drink coffee. I mostly make costumes in my spare time, but I've been known to make the odd made to measure outfit here and there. Who knows, there might be something you'd like that I can make for you!
I am Ramin, 25 years and I am full time working in the coolest restaurant in Oakleigh. I just moved to Melbourne 2nd March from Holland. I am here to work full time and to start study in February. I am an easy going person who likes to socialise with people. I am clean and considerable. I have been working in a restaurant for 6 years, so I have passion for food and love being with humans. Generally a happy, friendly and sociable person who loves to have a chat and laugh along the way.
Easy going, fun and friendly, love cleanliness, good to hangout with. Student, about to graduate. Work part time at Port Melbourne. Looking to share house with people easy to get along with.
Hello, We are a British couple in our early 20's looking for a place to stay during our 6 month working holiday in Australia. We are very clean and tidy people and will be very respectful of any property we are lucky enough to stay in. We are still currently looking for jobs but ideally looking for a place to stay with good links to the city via public transport. We have been travelling though Asia since September and so we're now interested in seeing what Australia has to offer :)
I'm currently studying at Monash University about to enter my fourth year out of five, I have been living on halls for the past three years so am keen to find somewhere with a certain sociable aspect, but where I can study quietly when I need to. I am organised, clean and respectable, I also work part time along the Mornington Peninsula. Originally from England, but I have been living in Australia for over five years now.
looking for a furnished granny flat or studio. Not interested in sharing room/kitchen/bath. Looking for a self contained room with private entrance. Ready to move in by jan 1st 2017
We are a Australian couple who are friendly, honest and are easy to get along with, looking for stable accommodation where we can have our children stay when in our shared care. Preferred sth eastern suburbs and access to garage or parking space. Self contained accommodation would appreciated as well as whole property but needing 2bedrooms please. References available on request. Thank you
My name is Keely and I am moving from country Victoria to Melbourne next year to study at Monash uni, looking for somewhere laid back with other people my age 😊
Single female, clean, quiet, respectful. Ive recently re-located back to Melb looking for a relaxed place for 4-6 months. I like animals but don't have any. Need furnished place, but not a problem. Have 2 adult children. Previously worked in aged care, and recently as a receptionist. Enjoy being outdoors, walking.
I am a PhD student at Warwick University in the UK and I will be visiting some academics at Monash University for a few months. I like animals, outdoor activities and rock concerts. I clean meticulously and like to tidy up after myself. I cook most of the time, so a lucky housemate could benefit from some free food.
I take my responsibilities seriously, I'm good-natured, chill-axed and independent. Whilst I enjoy company, I'm not looking for a new bestie. But flatmates, that are mature and working full-time would be fantastic. My little dog is a cavalier x papillon; she's a clean, quiet, happy little pet. Well-trained and an inside animal.
Accomodating easy to go guy, but serious with academic stuffs, I would like to prefer a place which is quiet and clean, specially because I would be pretty busy with my studies [PhD thing :( ]. I am omnivorous, but would prefer veg though :)
My name is Chrisa, 28 yo from Greece, just completed my PhD degree from the University of Melbourne. I will be working in Monash University and I am looking for a room close to Clayton Campus. I am positive, easy- going and I love sports, music and dance.
Hi I'm Bella (intl - S.A) and I'm looking for a place to stay with my partner, Jim. We work part-time and study full time. Saying that, we don't really have a lot of free time, but when we do, we just like to take it easy, such as watching a movie or just chilling with friends/house mates. We're looking for some where unfurnished, as we already have bedroom furniture. Not really party crazy kind of person, but we're more than happy to have dinner or chill out with a board game or two with you or binge watch a series to two. We're clean, responsible, and easy going :)
I'm a 26-Year-old Mexican student. I really love sports, performing various activities as well watching to them with friends :) I love literature and listening to music, I've been the vocalist for different bands in my country. I love animals, nature and spending time learning from people and going to parties.
I am a very easy going, fun person who loves to have a laugh :) Am very tidy and can be both friendly around the house and engage in conversation or respect individual privacy and let you do your own thing :) I love sports and don't mind going out on the weekend occasionally too
Easy going mature minded individual that is considerate of others space and things. Enjoys cooking and the team effort of keeping the place tidy. The home I see as a place to recharge for the day ahead, some social interaction and time out. Tend to be more social out with friends than at home. Preference for unit style accommodation with some yard & Lug. Thanks, Sam
Hello! We are a couple from Sweden who are moving to Melbourne in the end of January 2017. Anton will be doing his master thesis at the swarm robotics laboratory at Monash University, and Sara will be working. We will stay in Australia for approximately 6 months, but are also interested in shorter stays (e.g. 1 month) if 6 months aren't available. At our spare time we enjoy participating in different cultural events (music, art, movies), playing boardgames and don't mind going out for a beer. We've lived in shared houses before, during our time at Lulea University of Technology, we're clean and easy going. Looking forward to swap the snow of Sweden to Australia!

I'm looking for a new job at the moment as I will be starting my course full time which it will be Mondays/Tuesdays. All in all I'm respectful person towards everyone , massive clean freak, and always good to have a conversation with. :)
Hi! I'm Kevin, Indonesian student soon enrolling in Monash Uni in February, I'm looking for rooms around Clayton, budget is around (preferably below) $200 bills included. I'm pretty chill, friendly and easy going, I get along well with almost anyone, I'm also a neat, organised and respectful person. The things I like doing include cycling, swimming and travelling. I am also interested in photography, anything associated with automotive and aviation, and most of all, food! Hello, my name is Jasmine, I'm currently 19 and Studying full time at University. My current lease ends at the end of the year, and I would love to share a home with like minded individuals. I'm fun and will guarantee to tell you a few horrible jokes on the daily. I'm honest, and will of course pay rent and bills on time. I'm easy to get a long with, don't mind a few drinks but also like a bit of spare time to myself. I write novels in my spare time, so if I ever looked stressed, never fear it's just the good old writers block! I'd be quite happy to cook dinner one or two nights a week, bear in mind that I am a Terrible cook though so eat at your own risk!! Otherwise I I'm currently unemployed, however since being published, I am gaining freelance work and I am also looking for jobs around the areas I have listed and won't stop until I snag one! I've had four years of shared house experience as I moved out of home at a young age, I'd like to think I've matured beyond my years. I appreciate a clean home as I'm sure most people do, so I'm very clean! I'm willing to also team up with someone or a few people in getting our own home also. Hope to hear from you soon! :)

Hello there, I am a full time work-aholic as a Project Manager in Construction. Currently working in insurance construction for the past two years! Been in Melbourne last two years (originally from Sydney/Canberra) living mainly near the SE Suburbs (Malvern East & Chadstone). Looking relocate somewhere in the near vicinity of work in Oakleigh South. Fairly quiet during the week and generally head out on the weekends to catch a gig/show or venture around! Love weekend trips away visiting the family! I'm easy going, big heart, honest, clean and great with bills! I love music and the arts, that is my passion! I'm 34 years young, play guitar and program songs. I also enjoy sculpting, painting and I adore all animals. Hoping to find a place with happy fun vibes with those of a similar lifestyle preference!
I am interested in finding a one bedroom place to live by myself. I'm clean, reliable, trustworthy and have a part time (33hrs) job. No pets. I don't smoke.
My name is Amy and my dog’s name is Gizmo. We are looking for a friendly, tranquil, animal loving share-house to settle into. I am 37 and currently work full time during the day (Monday – Friday). I am returning to study next year (Teaching Masters at Monash) and will be working part-time - receiving Austudy/Rent assistance from Centrelink. I enjoy Yoga, walking with Gizmo, reading, cooking, watching movies/t.v shows and catching up with family and friends. I’m looking for a furnished house with an unfurnished queen size bedroom. If possible I'd like my own bathroom, but would be ok to share with one other person. Non-smoking house please, this also includes outside. Gizmo is a Cavalier X Tibetan Spaniel (small/medium dog) who is predominantly indoors, but has access to an enclosed yard via a doggy door at the moment. He is fed in my room and sleeps with me at night. He is toilet trained, has a loving and social nature and doesn't bark much. I also take very good care of his hygiene so our house would never smell of dog. I'm a creative soul who loves music and theatre and will often randomly sing and dance around the house. I have an electric keyboard that I like to play occasionally as well. I’m happy to spend time socialising with my housemates, but also appreciate my alone time - it’s all about balance. Please feel free to contact me if you have a place you'd like me to consider, thanks :)
