We're a married couple from Vietnam. My husband is working full-time and I'm a full-time student at Monash university, working part-time. We're very friendly and respectful.
Hi all! My name is Alberte, I am 25 years and from Denmark. I am in Melbourne to study at Monash Uni, Clayton for 3 months (end of April to end of July). I am hoping to find somewhere permanent to stay at for this period of time. I am very focused on my studies but I also like to go out or staying at home watching movies. I would love to work out while I am here and a workout-buddy would probably make it easier ;) Anyway, I am very openminded and tidy - pretty easy to live with. Hope to hear from you. Best, Alberte
Hello! Pauline and I are looking for 1 more lovely person to join our household in an amazing 4 bedroom townhouse in Clayton! It's ~4min walk to Clayton train station and ~2 min walk to buses to Monash Uni, Coles and shopping precinct. We're in our 2nd year at Monash and are both friendly, independent and clean people who enjoy quality banter, adventures, and memes haha. Here is some more info about us: - I study Engineering/Arts; love to cook, play video games and do film photography whenever I get the chance! - Pauline studies Genetics; She works part-time in retail, enjoys an occasional night out, loves Netflix and board game nights in! We're both really easy to get along with, love meeting new people and know to respect your privacy and personal boundaries. Also both pet friendly, having grown up with animals so feel free to bring ya furry friends! We're interested in teaming up with 1-2 other people wanting to start a new sharehouse, however, we're not fussed so leave us a message if you're interested!
Hi, my name is Nicole and I am from Malaysia. I am someone who cleans up after myself and I can never deal with too big of a mess (unless it's my own room). I also keep to myself, but that's only when people don't talk to me, so if you talk to me, I'll definitely be able to keep up with the conversation. I enjoy a few drinks every now and then, but I definitely do not like to party - I really like my peace and quiet. All-female unit please.
I’m friendly and I mind my own business. I work full-time and I’m mostly out during the weekends.
Howdy friends, My name is Emily, I'm 19 and I'm studying a Bachelor of Management at Deakin in Burwood. My landlord has just given me notice so I'm looking to move into a new place within the upcoming uni break (I *may* possibly find time to move out sooner, so if you really love me let me know and I'll see if I can swing something!) I work Monday-Friday mornings in Hughesdale and could not possibly fill my time with more AFL than I do at present. I play, umpire, watch, and work at Etihad and the MCG so it's pretty full on but I do really love it. If you also love the weird ball sport we will get along splendidly. What I was mainly trying to get at was that I work enough to pay my rent and bills on time (my landlord can attest to that) but now you know a little about my greatest hobby. I'm either looking for an existing sharehouse or to start a new place with similar friends. I can only sign a 6 month lease because all things going well, I'll be taking off end December to the USA for a trimester abroad. I'd potentially be open to resuming a lease at the same place upon return if we get on like a house on fire (pun intended but can we not burn the house down for real that'd be alright). I drive so the place needs to have some element of parking, off street would be dandy but I'm not fussed. I also love PT and convenience so I'd love to be close to a train station/bus route that takes me to work/uni, but I'm good with logistics so I can always sort something. I can't afford more than what I'm paying now, so the most I could go to would be about $200pw including bills (or less excluding). Location doesn't bother me, I have quite a broad scope. The above listed suburbs are a general reference so if you live anywhere in the vicinity of the inner-ish south eastern suburbs please sing out! Keen to find a new joint with a rad fam. Look forward to hearing from you soon xo PS. the pet is a maybe and it's a frog. I haven't gotten her yet, I've been trying to get her for a year now but getting her set up is more expensive than I'd accounted for. She would live in a tank in my room/communal area if allowed and I'd be completely responsible for her. Your pets are fine with me too!
Well.. I am an extrovert who loves to make friends and meet new people. Always up for a drink or few beers .Recently moved to Melbourne and working as s System admin with a MnC i Mulgrave. Looking forward to share my out of office hours with a like minded..
I am a single 24 yro male looking for a room in shared accomodation in the south-east suburbs. I work two jobs as an environmental consultant in Melbourne. I'm quiet, respectful of others and clean up after myself. I spend my time photographing wildlife, exercising, reading scientific literature and listening to classical music.
I am a quiet, very clean and tidy person who is also very friendly and easy to live with. I am an international student from Sri Lanka. I study nursing at Victoria University, so most of the time I will be studying and going to part time work. Also I am very flexible with sharing the facilities of the house.
I will be starting my research fellowship in Monash Clayton. I am a doctor, Malaysian, currently based in the UK (London) and will be moving to Melbourne for 6 months to do some work at Monash. I will return to London after the fellowship. I am definitely very clean and as I will be at work most of the time, will be quiet too. I do not smoke and do not have pets. I am a pleasant person and easy to live with. Please feel free to contact me
I work full-time as an account manager. I volunteer as an AFL Auskick volunteer on sundays at the MCG. I mostly keep to myself with my job being 9-5 mon-fri. I’m near, tidy, self-sustaining and am a great listener in conversations. I don’t make much noise however I am very friendly and easy to get along with.
I'm easy-going, clean, organised and charismatic! I love to read, and, generally speaking, I get along with everyone. I study Arts at Monash University with hopes of getting into an honours program, and for fun, I love watching TV, catching up with friends and going to the beach. Would prefer it if the utilities are included in the rent.
I am a friendly young tenant studying at Monash Uni. I am a non-smoker and dont have any pets. I am a very tidy person. I am also open for teaming up with other students and people to look or move into a new house also.
I am open-minded and non-judgemental. I respect others' privacy but am also happy to sit down and have a chat. I'm very tidy and organised. I'm an introvert, so mostly quiet and keep to myself. I always pay the bills on time, whether I am working or between jobs. I like to have open communication about household issues. I am happy to compromise on some things, in the interest of a peaceful, happy home. I have two beautiful indoor cats (Toulouse and Pippin) that are shy but friendly. They are desexed and microchipped.
I am a bachelor student enrolled in Monash at Clayton Campus. I am easy going and very much like to build friendships with housemates. I like to stay with people from different parts of the world and share your own stories and culture. Also, I enjoy hanging out with people to explore the most fun part of Melbourne as I am a desperado still have not decided where to settle down in the future of my life. Travelling is also appealing to me, but with the right group of people, anywhere can be fun. I am not a squeamish person but still wish that people in a house could work together to make the house clean and tidy. I am not an alcoholic but do enjoy grabbing a drink with friends on weekends watch a movie or playing all sorts of games or whatever. ( I am obsessed with horror movies, do need recommendations of good thrillers as I think I have watched all classic ones) I m not really willing to live with couples. The reason is that it has been tough enough for me to live by myself and what makes it worse is to watch people live together while I am single ( Bachelors get this one!!!!!!!) obsessed with music and whoever plays instruments and got a voice 'attracts' me a lot I am also looking for people who are willing to team up to take a house or townhouse or units or whatever. If you are looking for a company, maybe we can start with a message
I’m really chilled and friendly and usually make friends with my roommates so are happy to share meals together and watch a show together or what not. I’m always on time with rent, currently finishing a diploma in hospitality so once I’ve finished that I should have a full time job and are currently saving. Would love to find a place sooner rather than later and are quite flexible with living options as long as I have my own room. Make me your new roommate ✌🏻
I am working full-time I am organised, willing to communicate, responsible, and respectful. Looking for a nice place with affordable rent
Hey, I'm Brianna and I am currently studying at Monash University doing a bachelor of science. I spend most of my time either studying or working part-time at a fish and chip shop. I love to draw and commit myself to my studies. I don't party, drink or smoke but don't mind if others around me do. I'm half Italian and half Aboriginal, I was born in Australia and that's basically it. My Partner Sam is also studying at Monash, majoring in Astrophysics and Physics. He really loves what he studies, so he spends his time mostly studying as well. He works part-time as a security guard at construction sites for a company. He also doesn't drink, smoke or party. In his spare time, he'll play video games on his computer. He is Lebanese and was born in Lebanon. We are both not religious.
Hiiii! I'm Pauline, a second year Science student at Monash, working part-time in retail, looking to rent out a place with my friend Sienna! I lived on campus the previous year and loved the independence and responsibility but now I'm keen on branching out, meeting new people and living in my own space. I'm reeeaally easy to get along with (not a lie) and love experiencing new things but I also know to respect your privacy and personal boundaries. While I enjoy an occasional night out, I love quiet Netflix or board game nights in! I Sienna is a sociable, independent and tidy person also in her second year at Monash studying Engineering. She enjoys quality banter with friends, video games and does film photography in her spare time. We're both pet friendly, having grown up with animals so feel free to bring ya furry friends! We're interested in teaming up with 1-2 other people wanting to start a new sharehouse, however, we're not fussed so leave us a message if you're interested!
Hi I am 40 years old business man, I own a cleaning business with a few employees, I just got an office/ warehouse on Moorabbin but own a house in pakenham so at the Moment looking to sell my property and possibly purchase near where my jobs are, which is inner suburbs of south east melbourne, in the main time i do not wish to drive 45-60 mins each trip from home to work so if I can have a place to share with some people it would be nice, I am extremely easy going, and friendly enough to make ppl feel comfortable to talk about what ever, pretty clean as I’m a cleaner by the trade. One of my good useful skill is I am a good cook. I think that’s pretty much about myself. Oh if possible I like to have my cat with me, she is so not playful nor marking territory or something what so ever so prefer to have self contained/ studio or granny flat but if I can’t bring my cat or if not really self contained place then it also fine. I wouldn’t mind pay a bit extra if I have to, as it wouldn’t be much issue with that but of course nice to be in a reasonable price . Thanks for reading. Regards Zack
Hi, I am currently working in a full time, stable job that keeps me very busy. I am a very tidy person myself and don't mind cleaning. I do have a very busy lifestyle so would be out during the week quite a bit. I currently don't drive so do require access to public transport, or a place located close to Chadstone shopping centre. As a person I am a very relaxed, and easy going,I enjoy socialising, as well as having some alone time too. I enjoy a good netflix session, as well as some quality conversation. I am very respectful of others, and their property. Though young I consider myself to be quite mature and responsible.
