I'm a mature and responsible male that has recently started a two-year course in entrepreneurship and has taken over a new international sales role with a local exporting company in Mount Waverley. Hence I work + study Mon - Fri from 8am to 6pm. I'm very neat, tidy, respectful and honest and I do keep things/spaces clean and organised. I'm looking for a Studio, Granny or One Bed flat for rent, preferably furnished, that's close to a train/railway/bus station If your your flat meets these conditions, shoot me a message and let's chat to arrange an inspection. Cheers, Chris
Hi there! I'm David, I’m professionally employed working full-time in the corporate world - so paying bills on time isn't a problem. I’m a non-smoker, rarely drink and have no pets. I’m very relaxed with an easygoing personality. I'm tidy, quiet, considerate and respect the privacy of others. My partying days are well and truly behind me - so I'm not looking for a party house! These days I prefer to quietly relax and engage in good conversation with friends. Look forward to finding my new housemate/s!
Hi there, I'm a full-time law Student at Victoria University. A bit about me: - I'm an friendly, genuine & kind dude; - I'm a generally quiet & reserved person but also loves a chat; - Independent, self-reliant and likes his space What are my interests & hobbies? - I love traveling; - I play footy. I clean my footy boots; - Gym & running; - Catching up with mates. I am a Christian but won't impose my views on you, I will respect your way of life. What makes me a good housemate? - I am easy going and friendly and get along with most people; - I'm generally tidy and well organised, but a little bit messy in my own bedroom; - I am respectful of other people's privacy; - I generally clean up after myself because I like the house to be generally clean ( I can be a little bit messy sometimes); - I am an open-minded person. Experiences: I lived overseas for 6 months in Malta. I lived in a flat with 6 other people (4 girls & 2 guys), and I am one of the tidiest in the flat. I was the one who organised the flat and set standards for everyone. I got along with everyone (also with people from other flats).
Hi All, My name is Ash Working with HPE (IT), (Full-time) I am tidy, clean and very enthusiastic person. I am landscape and wildlife photographer and done diploma of Photography from New York Film Academy (Gold Coast). Friends + Netflix = Love ♥️ I have one property in my mind, 70 Wellington road. Very tidy, friendly and open minded individual! Very accepting and respectful! I work at Woolworth's. I enjoy going out with friends and making new connections. I also speak German and enjoy learning about other cultures and philosophies. Im looking to study German studies at Monash University in 2021.
I'm full-time education student working casually at an after school care program. I love art, fashion, literature, cooking, music, and cultural events. During the week, when I'm not at work or uni, I like to just chill at home and read a good book or watch netflix. On weekends, I like going to cool events with my friends, hanging out with my family, and I go to church. I'm looking for a flatmate(s) who have a good sense of humour (can't be uptight), I'd have to feel comfortable to be myself around you and not feel judged. A person who is truely kind and genuine. A person who has social awareness and emotional intelligence (aware of other people's feelings). A chill but respectful person (we'd need to have mutal respect as individuals but also respect each other's space). A person that is down to have just a nice chat with me, but no awkward small talk though haha
Hi potential flatmates, I am a PhD student from Germany and I am in Melbourne at least until end of August next year to do research. In my spare time I like to just hang out outside with friends, hopefully also on the beach now, or watch movies and series. If time allows, I enjoy going out to things like concerts and festivals or just a nice bar on the weekend. I have lived in different shared flats for the last 8 years and I am looking for a fairly social flat, which feels like a home with fun people who like to enjoy a few beers and chats in the evenings or on the weekends. I do enjoy some alone time as well, though and since I have to work and write a thesis, it would be good to not have a crazy party every night. Location wise, I really like Oakleigh! Aside from that, would like somewhere closeish to a train station going to Clayton and possibly close to some nice bars. Having an outside area/garden would be great, too :). Only occasional/social smoker I am looking forward to getting to know new potential flatmates and friends! I am looking to move as soon as possible, have to give my current landlady 4 weeks notice, though. Cheers, Julia
An easy going couple who work full time during the week. We are respectful and clean, don’t mind a chat but also don’t mind our own space too 😊 looking for another couple/person to live or move in with. Sinead is a full time Speech Pathologist who works with kids. Scott is a full time greenskeeper working at a golf course.
Hi guys, I’m Sophie and I am studying science at Monash University. I’m looking for a room near Clayton campus with a nice environment and friendly housemates. I am clean and friendly, like to have a chat but respectful of others time commitments. I am very active and enjoy rock climbing, cycling and cooking. My budget $200/wk included bills and utilities. I will be at Monash for the whole year, so looking for something longer term from early February. If you have any questions feel free to send them through, I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Sophie
My name is Bec and I'm 24. I work full-time at Monash. In my free time, I like to play tennis, hike, and fence. I'm pretty friendly, but also enjoy time to myself. I'm quite tidy, and am looking for a place that is pretty clean (particularly the kitchen!). I typically wake up between 7-9am and sleep 10pm-1am, but I'm not a particularly light sleeper. I'd prefer a place with natural lighting and a common area, though I don't need a TV. My move date is flexible. I'm ideally looking for a place that is $150-200/wk.
