I’m looking for a room, ideally with my own bathroom/ensuite, and I’m hoping to move in immediately if possible.
A bit about me:
I’m a research doctor working full-time at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, in my early 30s. I recently moved to Melbourne from Brisbane after living there for several years. I’m quiet, tidy, respectful, and mostly busy with work. In my free time, I enjoy calm evenings, short drives, and keeping things low-key.
My budget is around $300 per week (flexible if the place is close to a train station, as parking costs would go into rent). A garage or secure parking is a must 🚗 I’m ideally looking for something close to the Sunbury train line.
I’m looking for a clean, comfortable place and I’m very flexible with location for the month. Happy to chat more and provide any details needed.
