19 year old female looking to move closer to work as the hour and 20 minute drive to Beerwah each day is a killer. Not into partying and enjoy reading a book in my spare time. I work largely outdoors, with people and horses, so I get along well with others and enjoy the company of animals, though I have none of my own.
I'm currently seeking a room to rent with my 4 year old daughter. I work Full time in Nambour and study part time in fitness. We are very easy going people that love being outside. My daughter is with me 4pm Monday - 4pm Friday and she also attends child care on a Tuesday - Thursday while I work. i have a Budget of $150/w
I could write an essay about my world travel, great sense of humour, stimulating career, and my gorgeous, well behaved Samoyed girl Asher, but I'd rather meet in person and have a chat, that way I get to hear about you too :)
Hello, my name is Josie. I am a 24yr old female looking to move to a new home on the Sunshine Coast. I have lived here my whole life & don't intend on going anywhere soon. I like to keep a tidy house & always clean up after myself. I don't go out drinking & partying & I will have hardly have visitors. I would like to move into a home with people of a similar age. I can be quite social & love to have games nights, but also like to keep to myself at times. I love baking, so there is bound to be cookies & slices to there to share from time to time. I have a Very extensive movie & TV collection, as well as Netflix. I would prefer a large room so I can fit my things in, or be allowed to spread them throughout the house. I am very good at saving & budgeting therefore I always make sure I have my bills paid above all other expenses. I have lived in a few share homes before & enjoy meeting new people. I will be able to attend an inspection & meet you on afternoons or weekends as I work Mon-Fri. Kind Regards, Josie
HI Marcus here, I'm from the Gold Coast and looking to move to the Sunshine Coast or maybe Hinterland area. I am in my late 40's quiet vegetarian -vegan studying alternative health and medicine. Also Buddhism and yoga. Unemployed at the moment for the shift north from the gold coast, but able to pay the rent no problem. looking for accommodation from Beerwah, Caloundra to Noosa, Nambour. Some past hobbies interests hiking, kayaking, cycling, skiing and a lot of study at moment. Spent the last ten years caring for my sick parents and before that a self employed electrician contracting.
I work full time and am also studying. I go to the gyms most mornings. I am just looking for a quiet space where i can complete my studies Needing one bedroom unit, studio or granny style
I am a uni student currently studying at Nambour and I am very laid back. I am undergoing a bachelor of visual arts and I am now moving in to the field of puppetry and theatrics. I have a very fun and lively personality and I am a social butterfly, but I can also respect personal space and others privacy. I enjoy the company of others and I can usually get along with just about anyone and I am a huge family man. Currently I am out at Parklands (between Nambour and Yandina) and need more access to public transport. I am stuck in a house with a hoarder, which affects my work as an artist and personal space. I also have one female cat, she is de-sexed and very much a people friendly girl.
I am a friendly, fun, likeable person and I am looking for a place to rent when my current lease runs out in January, 2018. I am neat, love to clean (laundry, dishes, the house) and am great to live with (I believe)! I love the healthy lifestyle I lead, and enjoy being active! I am quiet, I don't party or drink .. so no raging parties from me ;) (no noise)
I'm clean, respectful, use clear communications, non smoker, not into drugs, and am looking for the same in a place to call home. I enjoy the odd chat over dinner or a cuppa together. Between work and study I'm out of the house 6 days a week, my time off is usually spent at the beach with my dog, having down time chilling, and going to brunch or coffee with friends. I'm reliable with rental payments and can provide references for myself and my 6 year old dog. She's not a barker by nature- just lets you know when someone new is visiting. I work in Noosa so anywhere within 20mins drive of my work would be fantastic. Feel free to message me with any questions.
Hello, my partner and I are searching for a place here on the coast, making the move from Brisbane. I have full time work and Natalie is starting her study's in horticulture plus some part time work on the days of. We're passionate about growing food, compost all that stuff. We are non smokers and into healthy living. Love to hear from you, cheers Luke and nat
I'm an easy going honest down to earth guy who is clean and tidy.Social by nature at the same time I respect people's privacy. Love the beach and the outdoors.I work hard so I'm looking for a comfortable peaceful environment to live in. Work for a Cosmetic company on the sunshine coast.
G'day, I'm John. I'm 37 and I'm originally from the coast, but I have just come back from a 17 year stint in Melbourne to be closer to my parents. I'm a freelance designer and I am also starting part time work at a friend's sustainability business. When I'm not working I do a lot of design related stuff (mostly draw) and I'm trying to get my fitness back. Apparently there's side effects to a donut diet. Who knew?! I like a laugh and am a pretty positive bloke. If I sound like someone that you might be able to live with, send me a message.
Hi, my name is Emma. Grew up on the Sunshine Coast. Moved up to FNQ for work (High school teacher). At end of year I have decided to come back home. Miss my family and friends. Clean. Healthy. Active lifestyle. Play touch footy and cycle. Love to cook and bake when I have the time. Now I have a 4 month old wolfhound x Dane x arab puppy. She is going to be big but a super chill, loving and happy pup. Would like to team up with someone who is similar and like minded and have a house that has a decent back yard. I love to socialise with friends, but at the same time, like home as a quiet peaceful place. Not a party animal.
Easy to get along with and have diverse interests from the arts to the outdoors. As a recent empty nester I am looking for a share place(with young or older) as I do love company (although I do enjoy my own space as well). I am considerate and involved with various volunteering organisations and have been active at the local gym. Not into dramas and just would like to be in a light, bright, cheerful environment. (Of course everyone has their days), and Im not judgemental and am a team player when it comes to doing my fair share. I love to travel and now have the freedom to take time out for myself. Hoping to find the right situation, wishing you a great day.
Hi, I am moving to the sunshine coast to be closer to family and friends. I am 54 years old and have secured part time work in the area and looking for additional work. I am quiet early to bed early to rise and very easy going. Hope to meet you soon :) Michelle.
I can say a few things without seeming like I've got a big head. I am a very easy going person, very approachable & east to chat with. I can be either very social depending on who I may be sharing with. I love to clean in my spare time (a little OCD some might say). Vibe to the music I listen to, keep active & love to train. I have just come out of work, I won't lie, but I am really keen to get into it during the holidays. I am very reliable, responsible & respectful. I do like to at times have my privacy as I'm sure everyone does but yeah.... I can do $200inc a week max, would prefer to have an ensuit as I'm anal about hygien but if not, that's okay 🕊
We are polite, tidy, really clean and very friendly. Love sports, reading, listening good music and coooking. We like having dinner or chatting with our flatmates but also appreciate our private space and respect the privicy of our mates.
I am quiet, tidy, and respectful. I have never paid my rent, or any bills, late in my life. I'm laid back and like my own space most of the time, although I don't mind relaxing and having a chat sometimes. I come with a beautiful little boy with a disability. He is quiet, polite, and respectful. He badly wants a backyard so he can get a pet; apparently his main aim in life! We would preferably like to live somewhere quiet, away from the rat race. Ideally somewhere like the Sunshine Coast hinterland (Maleny is perfect), or a quieter area on the coast, like Pelican Waters or Maroochy River. Even Bribie Island would be good - some nice canal homes there with the breeze. It would be great to team up with someone similar to look for a property together. Somewhere with dual living areas would be great, but not essential. Also happy to look at an existing property, although I have all of my own furniture. I can pay up to $350 and would ideally like someone that can pay at least 250, although I'm flexible. Prefer mature female, single, or okay if you have a child. No couples, or males (sorry, but I have my child to look out for). Pets welcome. No smokers, party animals etc. I am looking to move in January 2018 in time for the new school year. :-) :-)
