Hi my name is Brad, I'm 45 & work full time, I'm easy going & looking to share with Males only, I spend the w/ ends with my partner at her place in Wattle Glen, so I'm looking to live close by, I'm quiet & tidy & considerate of others, looking for long term house mates.
Im easy going, friendly. I clean up after myself and enjoy a chat
Funny, bubbly, hard working and open to any and all conversation topics. Quiet, clean, hard working and reliable. Love all things nerdy, animal, science, literature and garden related. Currently studying science at Melbourne University and work in a retail position. Do not smoke, drink and or take drugs. Have a pet Rainbow Lorikeet (bird) called squeakers, who is well behaved, playful and cuddles. PLEASE READ: *Prefer to initially talk over a message. Please no texting me via mobile without linking me up to the address or unplanned calls, thank you. *Looking for a place with at least another woman in the household and people near my age.
I’m a day time shift worker so I’m gone for the majority of the day. I’m mature, I have my head screwed on. I’m a social drinker, I don’t smoke or do drugs. I’m very independent. I love to keep a clean and tidy home. I have my daughter part time when my shifts allow which it around 11 nights per month.
Hi guys, my name is Ella, I've been around the sun 29 times, and I like aeroplanes. I work full time at the airport (shift work) and I would love a new bungalow to call home, particularly if the bungalow is attached to a house filled with friendly smiling people . I'm looking around the Eltham / Greensborough area preferably. Would potentially consider reservoir/Preston/coburg too. I'd describe myself as independent, practical, and friendly with a dark sense of humor. I can bring many skills to the house, I can re-light the pilot light on hot water system, change a blown fuse, and I also sometimes bake surprise cookies and muffins for my house buddies to share. I like art (I dabble in pottery so it'd be a bonus if there was somewhere I could set up my pottery wheel) and I have an old pet greyhound who sleeps 16 hours a day and spends the other 8 trying to snuggle you. He doesn't get along with small fluffy animals so i was hoping to find housemates that are all of the the large and unfluffy variety. (Some large dogs might be okay, if they meet and get along okay). I was also hoping to find some people who are considerate, respectful, communicate openly, and put effort into contributing towards shared tasks and building a supportive and welcoming home environment. I'm pretty tolerant of most people, however I can pretty much guarantee we won't get along if you start too many sentences with 'I'm not racist,but...', or think that the bumper sticker 'fuck off - we're full' is funny. I also like housemates who communicate openly and don't live by the phrase 'It's easier to ask forgiveness than it is to get permission.' Here is a quick list of my stance on some of the current more debated political topics. You don't have to agree with all of them yourself in order for us to get along, I just thought that this might give you an idea of my values and what type of person I am. I am pro choice; in support of gay marriage; agree with providing financial support for the less advantaged; in support the safe injecting room; and believe in the separation of church and state. I am against the cashless welfare card; can't deal with talking about conspiracy theories for very long; think homeopathy is a scam; and the collection of meta data and the new health care database scares the crap out of me. If you think we'd get along and you have a bungalow available, or are looking to start a new house with a self contained unit attached please let me know as well as send a little information about yourself and maybe we could catch up for a coffee
Max and I are really clean, we mostly enjoy chilling out and watching a good movie or tv show. Max is a qualified shop fitter so very handy around the house. We have two cats who are not just your ordinary cats they are very friendly, warm and affectionate.
Hi I’m a 38 year old female with a beautiful kelpie x staffy female 18 mth old dog. I’m a huge dog lover and looking for a pet friendly place preferably with a large yard that’s either on my own or granny flat/bungalow self contained or at least with an ensuite attached. If I am to share then I’d like the house to be large with multiple living areas. I need somewhere without other pets as my dog is friendly but not when it comes to her food as she’s very protective over that and had issues at my last place with this when someone brought his dog after we had already been there first so I know for sure this does not work!! I am looking in the Manningham, Whitehorse and Maroondah, Plus Montmorency, Eltham North eastern areas. Looking for a chilled out, respectful household and homely environment as want a home not accomodation. I want to be close to my family who live in Doncaster so that’s why these areas are where I’m looking at...
Hi guys, I am 35 years old chef. Australian citizen. I am a private person, social and a liberal. Mostly I do my own thing, I make great food :). I am a Tobacco smoker, who is trying to quit. I don't do drugs. What I am looking for is house mates, with good positive energy and who don't mind being social.
I'm a creative person at heart. I love photography, music and art.. I don't always have the time to engage in my hobbies as much as i'd like! Im studying full time at Deakin University.. so i spent majority of my time studying. I also work part time. I love learning about new topics, so ill venture out to cool nerdy lectures from time to time. I really feel passionate about a house feeling like a home, I respect the space of others and like my own space. But i want my home to feel happy and i'd love to live with people who like to socialise and a have a laugh from time to time. I dont want to live in a party house, or with people that go out all hours drinking and come home in the middle of the night.. i like my sleep :P This is why i'd prefer to live with max two other people (no children or couples). The only other catch is i have a dog (an amazing one), so a secure backyard for her and a place shes allowed inside would be great. She is not destructive at all and spends the day sleeping. I'd prefer a long lease, i don't want to have to move again any time soon.
VERY URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A HOME I HAVE 2 WEEKS TO FIND A PLACE ... I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR I ALSO HAVE A WELL BEHAVED 14 YEAR OLD DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THEY ARE HAPPY AND SAFE AND HAVE A LITTLE SPACE ... LOCATION NOT THAT IMPORTANT. I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and I am very flexible with the location I am more interested in having a home rather than just a room. I am a writer/director working on the final draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film 2019, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I also pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be helpful but not a deal breaker as I am looking for an office this year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I am flexible with moving dates and budget. Cheers Peita:)
Would really just love a property to park my van on with some trees... However a room/shack/shed in a house or on a property could also be a thing. Also - could build composting toilet and outdoor shower even (if possible.) I'm pretty Quiet, respectful, chill, easy going, clean up after myself - keep things nice type, would like to make veggie garden. My puppy dog is very lovely she's pretty chilled out tho likes a good play loves people and dogs the most I keep her in check with respecting wildlife and nature, she's still learning that cats don't want to play, she stays by my side and we are both vego. I don't have a particular length of time in mind, I'm flexible with this also It does somewhat depend on how ideal the hole situation is I would hit the road after a couple of months If my new pit stop is less ideal tho keen for a longer haul for something idyllic.
I am friendly, tidy, enjoy long chats and making music. I am an early childhood educator and musician, and am studying Steiner teaching in 2019. I enjoy communal living but am a quiet flatmate who isn't big on parties.

Hey guys! I'm a 29 year old single female who works full time in customer service! I'm from Melbourne and when I'm not working I love to relax, catch up with friends or have the occasional wine/netflix night. I'm a busy girl and am only home 3-4 nights a week usually. I definitely like a clean house and am bubbly, fun and quite easy to get along with. I'm a pretty relaxed person and like to have my own space when I need it but always up for a chat or two. Especially if there's wine or chocolate involved haha! I'm a non smoker and mature. Definitely beyond the party scene so you won't have to worry about that! I've been living out of home for over 4 years now including two years living by myself so I'm pretty reliable/responsible and know how to manage myself. I'm looking for a new home that's not too hectic and am looking for a larger space/room, ideally with my own bathroom but happy to share if it's the right fit. Don't mind at all having a master bedroom if that's up for grabs! Hoping to move in by end of October 2018 at the latest. Negotiable with length of stay and amount of rent. Let me know if you think I'd be the right fit for you! :) Ann-Marie
Quiet-living, responsible, now retired businesswoman - respect privacy of others, non-smoker, non-drinker, very clean, tidy, experienced at owning and renting properties, excellent tenant references. Need NBN/Broadband as currently studying online. Peace, and quiet living with female co-tenant or sharer 50+ would be ideal. I have no pets, no family nearby, and am open to sharing/renting with someone with 1 or 2 cats max. Must be clean, tidy, responsible. Advised rent budget of $250 relates only to co-tenanting homes; for sharing only, budget is $180-$200, and I am able to move earlier than last week November if this is needed - preferred date range of actual move sometime 2nd week October through to 3rd week November. I additionally may need a temp.-stay share arrangement from date I move to relocate to one of these areas (am presently just over the NSW border), on a week to week basis, while I search further for suitable rental property, and will pay $100 to $150 per week for temp. accommodation. I will just need a bed, shower facilities and ability to cook a couple of meals per day - rest of the time I'll be property-hunting. Am flexible about parking my car for temp. arrangements.
I’m looking for a studio for rent or bungalow or 1bedroom unit or granny flat.im very chilled laid back down to earth, very clean and quiet,I’m not a party head I like to chill or will be working or studying.
Hey there! Looking for some similar people to live with in a sharehouse. Don't mind if a join a hood or we start a new one in a new house. Preferably would like to live with 2-3 others to be able to afford a decent place but not drain the bank. I'm Extremely clean. Easy to live with. Responsible. Have a good renting record. Work multiple jobs to support a decent income. Love socialising, music, drinks and hanging out. I own/operate a music mixing and mastering business so I'd require a room to live in but also another room to work from. Ideally, I'd love to find a place which had a granny flat (separate room away from the house) where I could do my work. Hit us up if you're interested!
Hi! Kacper here, 29 yo male, with Polish background. In Australia since 2015 and loving it! I am working part-time in retail industry (bicycles) and I love riding my bike on my days off. You wont see me much on weekends as I will be working to pay the rent and buy new bicycle parts. On my days off I usually chill/rest,cook, run some errands and go for a long bike rides with my mates or by myself. I also have a car so it would be great if I could have access to garage where I could also potentially store my bike but thats optional. I clean after myself and consider myself easy-going and chilled person. I respect others privacy and expect the same in return. Always happy for a chat, but sometimes when im grumpy ( on rare occasions) i just keep it for myself. First week of October would be great to move in, but last week of september could potentially work too. Hit me up with any questions!

Hi :) I’m Andy, in a nutshell: - Domesticaed Sound Engineer/Musician - Work full time, weird hours - Chipper, but introverted. - Coffee addict. - Funny, sacrcastic (but the good kind) caring, open minded politically lefty. - Non smoker/not into substances I once wrote on a job application that I could fit five marshmallows in my mouth. I once drew a cat on a VCE exam in an attempt to gain extra credit. I've lived out of home for about a year, so I know how to make my own toast. I pay my rent on time and as a techie I can fix your internet and tv when they break. If there's a message thread for house business I may flood it with cat and dog memes, fair warning. Move date and budget are somewhat flexible. Cheers :)
