Hello everyone! My boyfriend, Thomas, and I are looking for a place to live in Perth. I think that our best selling point is our story! So here it goes: Thomas and I met at Sziget festival (in Budapest) 1.5 years ago. I fell for his dark eyes, very thick French accent (you'll see!), his humor and his smile. I have no idea what he saw in me, but it might have something to do with the fact that I walked in a bikini all day. Or it might have something to do with my Dutch accent, who knows. Yes yes, we're originally from France and The Netherlands and have been doing the long distance thing ever since we met. Australia is an opportunity for us to be together for more than 2 days a month. Thomas will be studying and working and I'll be working (preferably in my field of work, deaf education). We absolutely love dogs (and cheese)! And unfortunately, my allergies (and hatred, sorry) make it impossible for me to live with cats. Thomas pretty much loves all animals, and humans for that matter. We're both people-people and like to be surrounded by them. We're arriving the 1st of August and we're planning to stay for at least 6 months and possibly even more than a year. This all depends on how it goes with Thomas' study, our job search and on how awesome Perth is. As long as it's affordable, we don't care whether we share a house or live by ourselves. We do prefer a private bathroom if possible. The area isn't that important either as long as it's not too far from the city center and in a safe neighborhood. If you have something for us, or you'd like to team up, please contact us :).

Introverted Estonian girl is looking for a nice room to rent. I'm not very cool, so you probably won't see me very much as I hang out in my room most of the times. However, when you do see me, I might surprise you and crack a joke, as I can be funny occasionally. Every once in awhile we can have a dinner together at home or enjoy a glass of wine to get to know each other better. You might even get a chance to drag me for a walk or do something together outside of home, but don't count on it. ABOUT ME: - introverted - respectful - clean - working in hospitality - loves cats & likes dogs (meaning: if you own a cat or a dog, i wouldn't mind) - once or twice a month I might invite a friend or two over, but we'll be quiet WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR: - location: East Perth - max 4 km away - quiet & clean place to live in (no loud music, people cleaning after themselves, etc) - friendly & respectful housemates - maximum 4 people living in the property - relaxed atmosphere - can pay up to 170 per week (bills & INTERNET included) - preferably furnished - prefer to share with females
I am a quiet housemate as I like to keep to my own business. I am honest, clean and tidy and I am mostly out of the house early during weekdays and on weekends I would mostly rest. I work full time and on my free time i usually train at the gym. Im looking for a new place thats clean, respect my privacy and quiet. If you have one, send me a message
I'm Brazilian, I'm going to Australia with a friend to improve our English. I am 30 years old, single, architect, I like varied sports, mainly soccer. I like to make new friends and want to enjoy the quality of life so good found in Australia.
I'm 23 currently studying at Curtin University. I also tutor highschool students. I spend a lot of my time studying but I also enjoy socialising ocasionally on weekends. I am tidy, quiet, friendly and respectful of others.
I'm and easy going, clean, and independent individual. I tend to keep to myself, and am neither a noisy or eccentric person. I work part-time in hospitality. I'm currently studying full-time at Murdoch University, and need a place that is no more than 1 hour from Murdoch via public transport. THE ABOVE SUBURBS ARE ONLY A GUIDELINE, I'M OPEN TO OTHER SUBURBS. I would also prefer a place that is reasonably furnished and includes amenities (water, gas, electricity, wifi) in the weekly rent. I have a short-haired cat who is 13 years old; she is very well-mannered and very friendly. She's desexed, microchipped and fully vaccinated. Currently, she is an outside cat but can be indoor if preferred by property owners. I am willing to discuss a pet bond if required. I am not needing to move from my current residence ASAP, but am researching possible places to stay in the near future. Please don't hesitate to contact me with anything you think may suit me, or any questions you may have.
Hi! Im a nutrition student at Curtin University and am looking for a central place to live. I study hard, work part time and generally like to relax in my spare time during the week and do enjoy going out and having a few glasses of wine with my friends on the weekend! I respect privacy and do enjoy my alone time, but am also sociable and easy to get a long with, I'm looking to live with people around my age with the same qualities.
Brazilian student, 31 years old, clean and tidy person, respectful, non smoking. Looking for my own room.
Working professional in Subiaco. Curtin uni student. Peaceful//quiet. Unabashed introvert, with a dash of sarcastic extroversion. Easy going. Non-smoker. Book worm. Triple J fiend. Nap taker. Fitness dabbler. Food eater. Early riser. Early nighter. Doggo fan. Mild clean freak. Homebody/chiller. No party houses. Seeking a place to call home. ABOUT YOU Also a working professional. Student would be cool – but no bigs if not. Also peaceful//quiet. Either extro/intro-version. Open and warm. Also a food eater. Mild clean freak. Cool as a cucumber. No parties. Would like to share their home with me. ABOUT YOUR PLACE: Secure parking would be ideal but not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just on-street parking. I have all bedroom furnishings so looking for an unfurnished room. Would prefer to live with no more than 2 people :) Rent would be between $140, up to $155 inclusive of bills. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings – NOR would be preferred - absolute brownie points if you're near the beach! Also interested in teaming up with someone as well - flick me a message and we can T up a coffee to suss each other out! Feel free to stalk me on Facebook too, to make sure I have all two eyes, ears, a nose and mouth – but totally non-discriminant against anyone who does not possess those things.
I'm a really easy going, friendly gal, who loves a good chat but also enjoys my alone time. I'm normally quite busy, working as a carer and later this year going into study. I love to go out and see my friends, whether that be for a drive, drink, adventuring etc. I am a tidy person and more than understanding that each household has its rules. After a long day or just having time to relax, I like to watch movies or read 😊
Looking for a place. Best roommate ever (silent, neat, ordered, good cooker). Into sports and arts so not a party guy. Studying master atm.
Looking for a house share with a few people, Working full time in an admin position in the city Monday to Friday so looking to live close and training gymnastics most week nights, very sociable, loves food, travelling, travelling for music, the beach and would love to with a dog so I don't miss mine too much. This will be my first house share :)
Hey there! I'm Patrick. I'm currently studying Urban Planning at Curtin University graduating mid next year. I also work 32 hours a week, so paying rent won't be an issue. I'm looking to lease a place with someone for the next 12 months. I am not as interested in renting a single room as I have an apartment worth of furniture that I'd like to bring with me! Of course, if you're after a new flatmate who has a bunch of furniture, hit me up! Reasons I'd be a great roommate: - I love to cook, - I can get along with almost anyone, - I'm a good communicator, - I'm hilarious (and humble), - I love gardening, - I'm tidy (not in a judgy way, just don't leave dishes for me to do). Things I do for fun: - Rollerskating, - Yoga, - Hiking, - Cooking, - Reading, - Watching movies, - Going to gigs.
I am a very polite, respectful, neat and tidy individual. I am a person who generally likes to keep to myself, however I am not anti-social. I do not smoke or drink (however I am not against others smoking outside the house or alcohol when consumed in moderation), nor do I party or enjoy loud, late nights.
I'm a bubbly, kind-hearted person and I'm looking for a friendly share house to move into while I study theatre at Curtin. I'm a children's entertainer so I work over the weekends and my hobbies include singing, dancing, life modeling and sewing. I'm a tidy person and love to be social and enjoy some wine time.
Hi I work full time in real estate in Subiaco. I have been working in property management and leasing for 5 years, so I understand choosing the right tenant and how to look after a property. I am respectful, a bit of a home body during the week. Looking for ONE quiet and easy going person to live with (preferably a male). I have my own bedroom furniture and big TV. I love animals, so living with them does not bother me. Things I can't live with out: My own living space (I have my own big TV) and bathroom (preferably with a tub), NBN, air con and a big wardrobe (I own a lot of shoes). :) I have a small car, would prefer a garage parking spot, but can be flexible on this (depending on the area). About me: I enjoy having a wine or rum, and go to a lot of live music gigs during the weekends. I love the beach, music, travel, wining and dining and meeting new people. I rarely cook, and if I do it is simple meals. Usually home during week day evenings. The house MUST be drug free (also I have 0 tolerance for people who use drugs!) Child free and I need to be able to trust the person I am living with. This means, no one with any weird fetishes. My budget is $180 including all bills. I have a police clearance and rental references upon request :) Please don't contact me if your advert does not meet my criteria.
I work in hospitality, I'm very easy going and straight forward. I'm always happy when I'm with friends and i also like my own company, so with friends or not I'm generally a pretty happy guy :) I'm a bartender so I can make you cocktails ;D I'm also a professional gamer, I livestream which I also make money off, I enjoy it very much. The reason I've picked Victoria park and surrounding Perth is because I need a place with NBN to be able to stream properly with high quality :)

I am looking for somewhere to live just until around November. I am currently full time studying at TAFE with a part time job. I am very friendly, but quite introverted... not much of a loud party person. Always up for a chat, mature and well self-maintained. Clean and tidy, bit of a minimalist.
