Hi there friendly people, Welcome to my ad and me (Ben), hopefully your near future housemate! I'm a British post-graduate student moving to Perth on 8th February to undertake 3 month research internship based at CSIRO in Kensington. I am urgently looking for place stay during this time and thank you in advance for contacting me. I'm a fun, friendly, sociable, and considerate guy. I always keeps a orderly, clean and tidy respectable living environment and am looking to contribute good vibes toward a happy home! Day to day I will be focused on the internship and will likely be having more of calm/chilling time in the evenings. On weekends I will be spending time with friends in Perth, meeting new people and exploring all that Perth has to offer. I'm a keen cyclist, an average runner, have an eclectic appreciate of music and film and am fairly well travelled. I am very partial to good food and would say I'm a practical home cook that's working on it! I am happy to live with professionals, students and pets and am seeking a private room. Hopefully I meet the profile of what your looking for in a housemate. If so, please do get in touch. Looking forward to hearing from you, Ben :)
I'm from Mauritius and looking for a private room in a shared house to rent. I am a responsible, mature and friendly person. I like to socialise and share my life experiences. I am not much of a party freak but i would enjoy spending some quality time with my mates when i'm free. i don't mind living in a house with ppets as im a dog lover. I strongly insist that privacy must be respected and be mutual among my flatmates
Hello! My name is Ashlyn and my partner and I are seeking a housemate to move into an apartment with. As our current lease is not up until around the end of March we have not yet secured a lease on another place yet but we are looking for small 2 bedroom units and apartments in the NBN network. My partner James has a full time job while I study from home. We have two older cats; Missy and 3 (desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, house trained, and we use a clay litter so there is no smell). Both tend to keep to themselves but may approach for affection for the right person. These are house cats and do not go outside under any circumstances so you must be okay living in a house with pets. We are a generally quite, tidy and friendly couple. Smoking is okay but only outside of the house. Looking a friendly and bubbly person with a great sense of humour. - Bills share evenly or can negotiate a flat rate (most likely no more than $150 a week but that will be depending on the lease we secure) - NBN connection/Unlimited - Unfurnished room (rest of unit will be furnished as we go) - Air Conditioning - Can provide dinners if required (it's just as easy to cook for 3 as it is for two. Please contact me if you would like to meet in advance with my partner and I.
Dutch PhD Student, spending most of my time at uni. 2-3 evenings away for sports and Saturday or Sunday as well. I've lived in shared houses for the last 8 years. I'm a quiet guy and a decent cook. My preferences: furnished room, double bed, 1 or 2 flatmates, rent including bills (just more easy)
I'm friendly, respectful and reasonably tidy. And there will be no issues with paying rent & bills. I'm looking for a relaxed home environment with an unfurnished room AND fun house mates that don't mind hanging out. I would be interested in the occasional drink or two, meal sharing or just watching Netflix. But obviously understand need for personal space! Bit about me; 29yo born & bred in Perth. Have always lived north 😁 so I'm keen to explore and familiarize myself with a new area including the local coffee shops. If you've got a dog that's a bonus (I'm not so much of a cat fan...)! I'm a health professional (midwife) working SOR. I'll be doing a mix of shifts meaning my routine will vary throughout the week. I'm easy going and enjoy doing triathlons (still a real novice), watching the footy, listening to music, and making a descent weekend brekky! Flexible with move in dates. I will be returning from NZ holiday early Feb. Get in touch if you think I'd be a good fit. Don't mind male/female. Would stay on for longer if it suited.
I'm super tidy and keep to myself most of the time -I'm looking for a place that has or will be getting NBN very soon, as I'm a streamer and an avid gamer. I don't necessarily need to be in any particular location as long as it's Victoria. I'm willing to move basically anywhere. My move date is flexible -I'm more interested in finding the right place. I don't mind being in a social household or a quiet one as long as I can have privacy when I need it and everyone is respectful! I'll be looking for part-time work but have funds to cover me in the mean-time. Send me a message if you're interested in teaming up or have a spare room!
We are a couple from Colombia, we are going to study at Curtin University and also we are looking somewhere to live, I love cooking and playing tennis, she is more into fashion and study. We are looking for a furnished room, splitting services bills, and preferably non smoker roomates ( at least not inside the house).
Hi my name is Tania from Colombia, I will be moving to Perth (February 1st of 2017) for a phd at curtin university and CSIRO working , I'm a petroleum engineer/scientists, very clean and quiet, non-smoker, love to cook, not much a party girl but like movies and travel . I'm looking for a shared place but I prefer to share with one or two persons max (please no more than 2 flatmates), the place must be furnished and have unlimited Internet. I'm looking for something near curtin and CSIRO maybe in South Pert/Victoria Park/Como. I Don't have pets but I do love animals so if you have Pets I'm ok with that. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Hi, my name is Jake. I am 19 years of age and relocating to Perth from Tasmania to commence full time study at Curtin University in February. I am a friendly, easy going guy who gets on well with pretty much anyone. I’m conscientious of my personal hygiene and cleanliness so would prefer to live with like minded people in a clean and tidy environment. I am a kind and considerate person who is respectful of others and their property. I would prefer to play sport or go exploring Perth rather than partying, but also open to socializing with flatmates. I enjoy keeping fit and healthy. I will require parking for my car as I plan to work part-time as well. Open to pets, but want to live in a non smoking home. Hope to hear from you!
Hi there! I'm looking for a place to live in a fairly central location (Western Suburbs, Melville area, South Perth etc). I'm studying photography online and I love to relax and do crafty things as well as keeping fit and healthy (I play soccer and go to the gym, but enjoy all sports!) I'm a non-smoker/drug user and very respectful of others. I don't have any pets at the moment but there's nothing I love more than dogs so I would prefer a place where pets are considered! (I am also planning to apply for an assistance dog, so this is quite important) Ideally I would like my housemates to become like my family. I am a very friendly and sociable person, and like to hang out with my housemates, watching tv and having a few drinks together. I'm not a total party animal, but I do love having fun and enjoying being 20 - I'm a bit of a geek and an excellent drinker of cheap alcohol, will turn up at any party/bar/club/beer pong competition a sharehouse with young, like-minded people (students) would be perfect for me as I am quite laid back - I do like to have my own space and often retreat to quiet places, but I'm looking for more than just a bed in a house - I'm looking to make lifelong friends as well! You don't need to worry about noise and privacy with me, I am responsible and respectful, as well as often being out of the way. When I say that I'm sociable, I still understand other people's need for quiet spaces as I would expect others to respect mine. If youre looking for someone easy going who's always up for a TV/movie marathon, a drink, a chat, a laugh or a nap, Im the perfect housemate for you! ***i have a queen sized bed and various other pieces of furniture (including a desk) so the room would have to accommodate this*** PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME VIA PHONE, MESSAGE ME HERE :)
hey awesome people, this fella is from a small country called brunei in between Malaysia (makes me bruneian chinese), looking for a place to call home during my stay in Perth. I chose 4 months so it would be easier if i want to add up instead of cutting off. I'm a super friendly person, nice if its mutual :), likes to joke around but not that kind that annoys people, enjoy cooking at home instead of eating out (home cooked food still the best). Bonding time with housemates are the best to create a warm stay while away from home. i clean up the place and i wish everyone does in the house, likes to tidy and not messy. I can be your friend if you need someone to talk to, if you need quiet space, it's provided as well :p. I hope to have awesome, fun, friendly housemates soon!
Hi, I'm a 19 y.o male student studying at Curtin. I'm looking for large room to share with 2 people so total of 3 maximum in the house/flat. I mostly spend my day studying in my room so I need privacy and a quiet atmosphere not a party one. I'm clean, tidy and kind person. I pay my bills on time and I respect others. You won't see anything bad from that is a promise. If you like me please contact me. Thank you. Almundhir. :)
I will be completing my practicum at the School of Public Health at Curtin University for approximately 8-10 weeks during the months of May-July. I am Ecuadorian and American and hopefully finishing up my Master's in Public Health this summer. I am really easy going and love a good laugh. I am tidy and I LOVE the show FRIENDS. I also would love to go to a gym or for a run while I am there and would love to travel to different countries after I complete my Practicum.
I am starting Uni at Curtin in February and am looking for a housemate (or 2) to share an apartment with. I would be moving in mid February. I'm mostly study-focused and am looking for a place that is a safe and conducive environment. I'm especially particular on cleanliness and hygiene so I would definitely keep the apartment clean! Ideally, I would want to rent an apartment with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. This guarantees each of us gets our own bathroom! I am sociable and friendly but definitely prefer a night on the couch with Netflix (and a drink) instead of a massive party. I'm pretty involved with Waterpolo and definitely love a good workout. Hikes on the weekends are a definite yes! I love cooking (especially homemade food) and baking too. I would be getting a car when I arrive back in Perth and would need a car-bay (preferably sheltered). I would also be more than happy to do grocery runs together and head out for nights out! Should you be interested, do contact me (:
I am a quiet housemate as I like to keep to my own business. I am clean and tidy and I am mostly out of the house early during weekdays and on weekends I would mostly rest.
Hi there, My name is Ben. I'm a young engineer hailing from Melbourne but I've lived in Perth and Darwin recently for work. I'm being rotated back to Perth at the end of Jan 2017 and will be working full-time in Perth CBD for a year. I've lived out of home for years and cook, clean, bake, do chores etc and whilst neat and clean am not overly so. I enjoy cycling, being active, exploring new places and cuisines with the odd drink, read a bit, like board-games and do all sorts of partner dancing (ballroom, swing, salsa, etc). I'm looking for somewhere to stay for at least 6 months in Perth surrounds where I can ride my bike to work, delve into the local food scene, walk for groceries and keep on dancing. I have a car so would like under-cover parking and a budget of $200pw including bills if house-sharing and am looking for an unfurnished room in a furnished home. I also have an iiNet NBN service that I would like to bring to Perth with me and would like to share it with roomies :) Drop me a message if you think you have something suitable or if you're interested in teaming up. Cheers!
Hey guys... I am looking for a place close to Perth. Either the CBD or surrounding suburbs. I work full time with hopefully a second job after New year. I am social, fun and also pretty chilled. I like to keep active by running and going to the gym. I like being outdoors and love the beach. I enjoy a drink but I am not a party animal :)
I am a recent Graduate who has started full time work in Subiaco this year. I am interested in shared housing or 2 bedroom units/apartments. I easy going, enjoy my solitude time as well as socialising with friends. I have lived out of home previously in Victoria Park and loved the location therefore am preferably looking for housing around this area.
I currently live in Brisbane where I worked for Cirque Du Soleil, which you may have heard is soon heading to Perth!! I am following the tour and am looking for somewhere cosy I can call home for 2 months from April 1st until the end of May. I like my peace and quiet time but also love a good chat over a coffee or a drink. I will be working long and late hours with CDS but am good at returning home without waking anyone :) I'm a vegetarian and enjoy cooking both savoury and sweet foods but I do love my junk food, I consider snacking my professional hobby. I love both dogs and cats and probably any other pets you have! I work hard and am reliable with rent and bills, and am more than happy to pitch in with cleaning and tidying. I won't have a car but I will be riding my bike to and from work so if you have somewhere secure I can store it that would be wonderful. I can't wait to hear from you!
Hi! My name is Hugh and I'm 23 years old. I'm currently studying at Curtin University whilst working in the hospitality industry in the city. I love to travel and when I'm not at uni or work I'm generally trying to plan my next trip. I'm a clean and tidy person and enjoy socialising and getting to know my housemates, however, I also enjoy my own space and privacy. If you think I fit the profile for what you're looking for in a housemate, feel free to send me a message!
I am an easygoing, sociable and genuine person who likes to keep things neat and tidy. I am a stewardess at the airport working full time, so I am looking for somewhere close by. I am home throughout the week but like to keep active, so out and about when I have the chance. I keep quiet and I am respectful of others own space. Out of the house most weekends catching up with friends, at the beach or at gym.

Hi, I'm Bec. 23, full-time Geologist based in a central Perth office although I can be away sporadically. I've been in share houses for the last 3 years and enjoy living with others. I like relaxing and having a chat after work and being out and about on weekends. I like living with people that enjoy a more homely household. It's great to know the people that you live with, but also have your own space sometimes. I'm tidy and easy going and have found living with similar people to be a lot of fun.
I'll be starting school at curtin in February. Looking for a room, preferably in a 2 bedroom house with female housemate. I love books, movies and music. Animal lover. Introvert but crazy once you get to know me
Hey! My name is Anitha and I will be moving from Sydney to Perth for work at the Department of Health. I have lived in Sydney for most of my life so this will be quite a new change for me. I am someone who is easy to get along with and values highly honesty, respect and understanding. In my spare time I generally like to get out and do new things with others whether that's exploring new places, eating great food or having a night out when needed. However I am also someone who enjoys staying in (watching a movie, sharing dinner, having your own downtime) - quite flexible depending on the priorities of my house mate. Other hobbies/interests of mine: Singing, interior design, foodie, beach, memoirs, tennis, travel Looking forward to meeting future flatmate/s :)
Moving to Perth from working up North in the mines. Relaxed, Friendly, chilled and love to have a good time. At the same time am very responsible and clean, Always pay bills on time. Very social, love to go out on weekends and hang out some afternoons. Ultimately looking for a place with some like minded people around the same age. :)
Looking for a room! ABOUT YOUR PLACE: Ideally my own ensuite but not entirely essential. Secure parking, but again, not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just on-street parking. Some storage space available would be good, as I will be hauling the following along with me: 1 x double bed 1 x chest of drawers 1 x small bedside table 1 x IKEA clothes rack 1 x bicycle 1 x 6 seater dining table – the table is actually dismantled and really easy to store, it takes up very little room. The chairs however can’t be dismantled but I have them cleverly stacked onto each other and they don’t take up much space either. Lastly, I have an array of kitchen items which I can either unpack and use with you, or if you prefer to keep your kitchen as is I can just keep them in their plastic Red Dot storage containers (got about 2-3 containers full). It sounds like a lot after I type it out but it’s really not! ABOUT ME: Full-time employed for a property consultancy and projects firm in Subiaco. Brand spanking new to university – studying full-time in Speech Pathology. I am clean – and not just one of those people who say that to give you peace of mind when contemplating a new housemate. I actually pick up the vacuum cleaner on the weekends and wipe down the house on weekends like grown ups do. I am not a freak though, if I’m in a hurry out the door in the morning and leave some dishes in the kitchen I’ll see to them when I’m home. I love dogs, and will smother yours with love and lots of play and walkies if you have one! Not the biggest fan of cats or birds so much. I don’t smoke and I’d like to say that I don’t mind if you do, but I do. You gotta cut that out man. I don’t really drink or party much, at all – it's kinda hard to do when you're doing the working/studying gig. Do still have a vino here and there though. I use my weekends for things I can’t always squeeze in mid-week: running, coastal walks, cycling and studying. And when I’m not doing these things, I’m relaxing and unwinding with my bottom parked at the beach or at home. I guess you could categorise me as a bit of a home-body given my requirement to study and work. Geez, I sound so boring when I type that! Juggling both can be stressful so I like a fairly peacefully quiet home. My summers are spent at the beach almost every weekend and I'm hoping to take up surf lessons with a friend if you want to jump on board that band wagon! Would be great to live with someone who is also working and studying so we can share in the anxieties of exams together (*laughs at myself). Otherwise, I’m pretty easy with anyone – so as long as you lead a pretty relaxed lifestyle and you don't par-take in the doof doof scene too much? Living with only 1 other person would be super ideal but also not essential, just don't really want to live with anymore than 3 under the 1 roof though. My max rent would be $140 a week (ideally less than this though!) - or $150 a week inclusive of bills. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I am a mature single young woman, very respectful of other people as well their properties. I have years of rental history, and treat every property as if it were my own. I generally keep to myself, quiet and have a very busy schedule between work and study.
Hey my name is jess. Pretty easy going and clean. I'm mainly at the gym or doing some kind of outdoor activity so hardly home. Always happy to meet you people and make new friends
21 | INFP | Virgo Lover of the ocean, dogs and sleep ins. Country girl from down south making the move to the city. My room might be a little messy, but I keep common areas clean. I've lived in rentals all my life so very used to regular inspections/ expectations of living in a shared space. I enjoy my own space during the week, but love to socialise weekends. I don't do drugs, I do drink socially. I don't have a license so I'm looking for somewhere near public transport. I'm looking forward to finding a great space with some lovely people.
Career focused 28 year old woman currently living with my sister who is moving home to save money. I'm bubbly and approachable, I've been told I'm very easy to live with. I work Mon- Fri and study. Usually I would use this opportunity to move in with friends but thought it might be nice to try something new and live with other like minded people, hopefully make some new friends.
Hi there, I'm interested by the room ! Would it be possible to organize a visit ? Cheers

Hi Perth! I'm an Irish nurse looking for a place with friendly sociable housemates. I'm happy staying in watching netflix, or going to the cinema and out to eat and drink! Loving the bbq picnic-ing culture over here. I'm an animal lover, non smoker and clean up after myself.
Hello, Ivan pleasure. I'm Italian and I try a room where I can rest. I love the order, cleanliness, respect between people, confidentiality. I love meeting new and interesting people, I love to talk even though English is not my forte. I have no animals with me. I am a creative person, I like to read and listen to music and adventure. I believe in the religions of the world and I am a believer. They are serious but adventurous, practical Aikido for 10 years but I do not like to have problems. They are for the serenity and peace and enjoyment. I love to swim and surf skiing. I am a fire safety technical sales. My hobby is restoring furniture. I am an enduro rider, I like skiing with snowboarding.
I am a fit and healthy 30 year old studying physiotherapy at Curtin University with 2 years left in the course. I also have a part time job conducting lung function testing at the children's' hospital. In my spare time I like swimming, running, going to the gym, listening to music and playing video games. I have lived in share accommodation for the past few years and have gotten on well with all my housemates. I am fun but respectful of other and always happy to do my bit around the house.
Yo renters of Perth, I'm looking to join a share house so we can revel in the impending panic of adulthood responsibilities together. I'm hoping to move to North Perth/Mt Lawley and surrounding areas ~or~ Vic Park and surrounding areas. But anything central is cool with me, in all honesty - if it seems like the right fit. I'm hoping to find chill vibes and friendly people to hang out with on occasion. I’m quite a social person but not a complete raging party animal either. A little about me: I'm 22, have one semester left in my psychology degree at UWA, I have a job in social work and an internship. I'm currently trying to learn to rollerblade and like going to shows a lot. I'm vego, but don't mind you eat meat. I spend most of my free time online or hanging with friends. I’m currently listening to a lot of Run the Jewels 3, Danny Browns new album, The Hotelier and The Garden. I can provide: a tv, a cross trainer, some kitchen stuff, vibes, a car for Maccas runs I’m generally pretty clean but not anal, I don’t smoke and am not into drugs.
I am a well travelled English teacher just staying short term in Perth so I can spend time with my family before returning back to Egypt. I am very open minded and would happily share with a young group of people or an elderly person who.may need som assistance as I am a Nurse although choose not to work in this field right now.

Hi, my name is Cailin. I'm 20 years old, easy going and looking for a room ASAP. I work full time at a chemist Monday to Friday. I'm clean, friendly and enjoy hanging out but also alone time.
I'm a great guy who cooks, cleans, friendly, plays the guitar and sings, enjoys people's company and knows how to share growing up with one brother and three sisters... So in summary, I'm a safe bet if you want a reliable, honest guy who wants to live without drama...
I'm a professional woman with a warehouse worker partner, we're both very driven and focussed on work but don't mind a few drinks on the weekend, not party animals and have the most amazingly beautiful cat in the world that would just have to come with us! Any more questions feel free to ask! Happy house sharing :D
I'm a quiet person who will do my own thing and not disturb anyone else. I also like to keep my area clean and tidy. I study full time and work part time as a waitress, so I tend to be home after 11pm, crawl into bed and wake up for school and work again the next day.
I am 25 years old and have a degree in Communication. I am currently a full time postgraduate student studying Speech Pathology. I am a big stickler for cleanliness and am responsible about cleaning up common spaces and facilities. Lifestyle wise, I am quite a lowkey person, I enjoy reading, going for walks, and just chatting over a meal. However, I am very friendly and find it easy to get along with people. I am also adept at taking good photographs of you for your Instagram account and am willing to take shot after shot UNTIL YOU GET THE PERFECT PICTURE ;) I am also looking at adopting a small dog for companionship in a couple of months and would be willing to pay any pet bond to ensure the preservation of the property. It will be taken care of by me solely and will not be any trouble at all. Hoping to stay with mature individuals, postgraduate students and/or working professionals. Do hit me up if you think that we'd be great housemates (:
I'm an engineering manager living in Brisbane but working in Perth 3-4 days (or so) each week. Most of the time I head home on weekends but on occasions my wife comes over for a long weekend.
*Not in a rush to move atm, just seeing what my options are. I'm looking for affordable accomodation near public transport, i work in the city 5 days a week. I'm quiet and enjoy playing computer games in my free time.
I am an engineering professional who works in projects - when i'm not on a FIFO roster I am working in the Perth office full time. Seeking a fairly central location to cut down on the daily commute into the CBD - Perth and immediate surrounds would be ideal. Love a bit of socialising but also value peace and quiet. Fairly tidy and tend to keep to myself but also love a beer and a chat after work. Avid mountain biker - would need room to securely store my 2 bicycles. My afternoons/weekends are a mixture of exercising, cycling, video games and socialising over a few drinks. Off street parking is a must, secure parking is even better! I own a large car which can have trouble parking on street. Open to male or female housemates, would need to be able to accommodate having my girlfriend over during the week however.
My name is Sunny, I'm a tidy and neat, courteous of privacy's Taiwanese girl, I'm an international student, currently, working at a hotel doing evening shift. I used to held working holiday visa and lived in the sharehouse, so I know the rule about living in the sharehouse. My visa expiry is around after two-year, I looking for a long term place to stay.
MUST be pet-friendly (pretty please). I am looking at moving into Perth around January/ February, as I am commencing study at University early next year. I also have a job lined up at an Early Childhood Education and Care centre and am super reliable. I'm very chill, friendly, easy going, tidy and social and I have a very friendly, well-trained retired greyhound along for the ride too!
