Hey guys, Looking for a place to crash, shower and leave my car. I'm barely home since i work an avg. of 40hrs/wk and studying at Maq Uni. I always clean up after myself and I'm happy to clean up after others too
My name is Kaylee, also known as a crazy cat plant lady, I'm 25 and working 7 days a week in Horticulture along with full time study... Yes, I basically have no life. I'm bubbly and I talk almost too much. I have a Dachshund named Bacon who is my best friend, we're a package deal. I'm currently riding a motorbike with plans to sell for a car. If you don't mind lots of plants and an energetic sausage, a good conversation and personal space, send me a message :)
Hi there! My name is Angeline, I'm 21 years old and I have a 3 year old cat who is mostly outdoors. I like to read, paint, and binge watch tv shows. I tend to like my things tidy, although lets be honest - it doesnt always stay that way, but it usually goes back to normal pretty quickly. Currently working part time to save up to go to the National Art School of Sydney, among other things.
Friends describe me as lively, kind and caring. I work in early childhood education industry. I love spending time with friends and travelling to different places in Australia. Rental references available from previous landlords. I'm looking for friendly, courteous housemates who are easy going.
Looking for a room to rent with other females. I am 21 and have just moved to Sydney from New Zealand. I am working full time monday-friday. Would love a place where i could make some friends, meet some people who want to hang out and maybe do things on the weekends if there free how ever i do respect space! super easy going !
I'm really cruisy, pretty quiet. Just moving back down to Sydney after staying with family in the central coast. I can bring anything I need for furnishing but I have a really friendly Neapolitan mastiff named Tytan. He's a big softy, a true gentle giant. I take him to the park multiple times a week so space is really no issue. He's so lazy, sun baking is one of his favourite pastimes. I take him out a lot, he's social and extremely well behaved. I'm easy going and straight forward so if there's any problems or questions don't hesitate to bring it up.
28 year old male, full time job mon-fri as a landscaper. Clean and tidy, social and easy to chat to, though do enjoy time to myself. Work every week day and out most night so won't be home a lot. Have motorbikes so will need a locked garage space and a private bathroom or ensuite would be preferred but is flexible
We are two 22 year olds; looking for our first place to move out. Both currently living at home. Needing to take the next step in becoming adults :) Super friendly and outgoing people. Not messy, love everything to always be clean and tidy. Both working full time; Alexandra - Manager of a Doctors Surgery Nathan - Accountant for Hills Buses Look forward to hearing back from you all! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!:)
i'm a hard working 42 year old, clean, tidy, honest and respectful looking for a stay of between 6 and 12 months. I am an active volunteer for Catholic Community services so i already have a current working with children certificate and a current national police background clearance certificate.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
1st year Engineering Student who also works part time. Easy to get along with, won't be home all the time as I work 24 hours a week and study full time. Don't go out clubbing or anything so I won't be that flatmate that comes home drunk at 3am and wakes everyone up. Willing to listen to all types of music except country and pirate metal.
I'm urgently looking for a room in any sort of accommodation (house, apartment, grannyflat, etc) to move into ASAP. Looking for bills/wifi inclusive room for max $170 a week. Looking for places around the Blacktown area (or in a 15km radius) My name is Rachel, I'm 17 and currently looking for work. Im very friendly, respectful, honest and I tend to keep to myself and I like my quiet. With me, you can be sure to get your rent on time and I'm happy to help with anything around the house that needs to be done. If you have a room available that you think I would fit the bill for, message me. Thank you!
A little about myself; I am a 19 year old (almost 20) currently looking at moving back to NSW from the Gold Coast. I currently work as a manager in retail, but am hoping to begin studying Business Administration (online) in the near future and swap over into a job that is more suited to that field. I am a musician and do the occasional gig on the weekend, therefore I do have a guitar, however, if that would be a problem, I can always find somewhere else to practice/play. I love meeting new people and I'm very honest, outgoing and friendly. I'm very tidy, in fact I'm a bit of a neat freak. I’d preferably be looking at being in a female only flat, but I am willing to be flexible depending on the nature of the housemates. I look forward to hearing from you soon, Ashleigh.
I am very easy to get along with. I have a sense of humour; a load of respect for other people and their things. I also treat the house I live in with respect. I love relaxing, watching sports, cooking, and meeting up with friends. I am clean and tidy. I have made great friends from my last share. I have ticked off smoking but I only smoke occasionally.
