I'm looking for a room with my own ensuite/bathroom, flexible about move in date, preferably in a near new house/apartment in either Kenthurst or Kellyville. I work in the nursery industry full time, and in my spare time I ride dressage horses, go indoor rock climbing, and watch UFC/MMA. I'm openly gay, and only keen to move in with housemates who are 100% fine with that. I'm not around much during daylight hours, and don't rack up the utility bills. I'm happy with either very social/extroverted or quiet/introverted housemates. I don't bring much in the way of cooking skills, but am excellent at keeping things clean & tidy.
Hi potential flatmates, I'm Alex!!! A little about me and what I am looking for. I am a laid back, genuine and honest person that enjoys healthy banter, having a chat and a good laugh even if it’s at my own expense. I have solid full time employment in the Hills District that I have held for the last 5 years. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, listening to music, mountain biking, kayaking, weekends away, having BBQ’s and dinners, watching movies or enjoying a good boxed set (bonus points for Californication or Breaking bad fans!!!) I also enjoy cleaning and maintaining the house (yes I know that’s weird for a man) I don’t have furniture or appliances, as I have been lucky enough to always have flatmates that have provided these. I am more than happy to buy things to contribute towards creating a homely relaxing environment for all of us. I would best suit an owner occupier or people that are house proud, I am very clean and considerate to my flatmates and like the same in return. I currently live comfortably and happily with female flatmates, that have become close personal friends and are happy to provide references for ladies that may be dubious about male flatmates. I am hoping to find a room and preferably but not essential a garage space. Within a friendly, social and tidy household. I respect privacy but believe it’s a much more welcoming environment to live in, if everyone is of a similar mindset. It’s not fun for anyone exchanging awkward small talk in the kitchen and then retreating back to your room, or walking on eggshells around each other. Because of this I only want to live with people that are westernized and not of any strict religious beliefs. I have no preference to ethnicity, I just would like all flatmates to feel comfortable over the long term. If you want to find out more about me, or think I would be a good fit drop me a line. Alex
Easy going, aussie single girl, looking for shared accomodation with easy going like-minded housemates. Im tidy and self reliant. I work full time, monday to friday, and work a 2nd job on most weekends. Happy to relax on my own or with others. Enjoy the occasional drink or having a catch-up over coffee with a friend... im an outdoor smoker Happy to meet/ have a chat if your interested.
Hi I'm Bec, 29 quiet and looking for a place to sleep. I'm rarely home due to a very time consuming hobby (horses) and prefer quiet nights in, although not opposed to joining in with festivities occasionally. I work as a primary school teacher. I do have a Jack Russell who stays at my parents during the day but if possible would love him to continue to stay with me at night.
I'm 21, super easy going and friendly, and I work in music/arts/fashion events (I'm also a musician). I love cooking for people and I'll never say no to a glass of wine and a chat at the end of the day, and I'm careful to always be on time with bills so I'm generally pretty easy to live with. I'd ideally bring my dog with me - she's small, really chill & well trained, and loves everyone she meets.
Friendly and relaxed people. Neat and tidy. Both work full time, Brent runs a landscaping company and Tarlia works as a graphic designer. We love heading to the beach on our days off and spending time with family and friends. Travel is also a great passion of ours.
ABOUT ME I am easy going, articulate, social, and have a wicked sense of humour. As much as I enjoy fun and games, I also value my private space and down time. I come with two male well-behaved furry kids, 4yr XSilky and 2yr XCavalier. They are well behaved and a spoilt with love. I work full-time, am away from home approx. 3 nights per month due to work. I do have someone that can care of the dogs whilst Im away although I prefer they safely stay home. It is imperative to me that you enjoy dogs and like having them around, in and out the house and there is an area outside which is fully secured, fenced etc. I read a lot, watch a bit of TV, listen to music and love the garden. I studied Horticulture and it is my passion. I am artistic and oftentimes I will paint, sculpt, mosaic etc. I am a social drinker. I would like to move into a house that is friendly & social but also respects privacy. I am clean and neat but not overly so; however, I do not want to be cleaning up after people, labelling food in the fridge or arguing about who ate what. Respect, peace and a bit of maturity is key. Socially I visit friends, do dinners etc. and have left the nightclub scene far behind me. I also like to go away on weekend trips up and down the coast and the dogs come with me. I do a lot of driving in my week and generally arrive home, chill and spend time with my dogs. I take good care of my dogs… so they are happy little things. My ideal space would be a large bright bedroom with an ensuite, however just the large room would be great. I really would like peace in a household, with not too many people. Oh yes… and a dream, would be to have a pool!! Please feel free to ask me any other questions you might have.
I wish to live with ethernet Internet (no wifi) and a corded home phone. I follow the science from Dr Devra Davis and other scientists. It would be great to share a house with people who care about such things or to have my own space within a house where I can have choice in such matters. I am quiet, honest & responsible and work full-time Monday to Friday. I am young at heart and work as a teacher with teenagers. I am looking for accommodation for me & my responsible, sensible 13 year old son (currently Year 7). I am happy in a house I lease right now but once my flatmate moves out and if don't get another flatmate for a while it is expensive. I have moved from northern NSW to Sydney to a permanent job, so I am still a bit new to things here. We are currently living within the Castle Hill High School catchment. I have excellent references. My lease ends on 20 September 2016 but I can stay on after that. Please get in touch if you'd like to have a chat about things and perhaps we can make a plan for the future. Latest update: it looks as if my current flatmate will stay on, so I will stay in my rental for the last school term and then look to move. Thank you.
Recently married young couple, looking for a shared accomodation. Both of us are highly qualified professionals in Healthcare and Research. Easy going, clean and would love to meet new people! Looking for a place from 29th December 2016
22 Year old IT professional (net/sys admin) working full-time in Sydney CBD & have been for past 3 years. Super chill, hobbies include socialising, surfing, skateboarding, mirrors, buying things I don't need, Sickies, & sarcasm. Looking for somewhere around Penno/Kellyville/Rouse Hill/Castle Hill with people of similar age/interests + good vibes.
I love to cook, so I'm really appreciative of a clean kitchen, and this generally applies to other rooms. I am a very friendly, enthusiastic and positive person, but I'm also happy to keep to myself for a quiet break. I love dogs, am not keen on smoking, and believe that drinking should be classy and in moderation.
I am a storeroom manager at JBHIFI rouse Hill, and a freelance Illustrator. Originally from the US, I've been a resident in Australia for 9 years. I am quiet, neat and an animal lover-although I have no pets.
Hi there! My name is Katie and I'm currently on the look out for a private room in Sydney. I'm very much into music, good food (especially finding cute coffee spots), all things vintage and most things chill. I'm usually a bit of a homebug and like to binge watch my favourite YouTubers, make Spotify playlists and or watch a Disney film and when that's not a thing I'm usually cramming in study sessions as I'm currently studying at Macquarie University. I also work in the Sydney CBD and I love what I do. I'm not too fussy with location, as long as I can get to work safely and within a reasonable time. In terms of a move date, I can work with anything within reason and would of course need some time to prepare my things and organise a couple things with my current home. If this is something you might be able to work with, don't be a stranger and please do flick me a message :)
We are a soon to be married couple and are looking for a place to live while we study and work. We are very respectful, financially reliable, dependable, and good natured. This is our third year of schooling here and we are both so excited to start the year married!

I am clean, organized, and considerate. I like music, video games, and Netflix but do get outdoors a fair bit for personal fitness, touring, and sport. I do enjoy being a home body at times but am quite active in going out and doing something active on weeknights and weekends and normally come home to recharge, relax, do house chores, cook for the week, and rest. I am flexible with splitting or sharing house hold chores, groceries, and supplies. I am handy with fixing intermediate issues around the house and on vehicles.

I'm a 24 year old working professional, who tends to have long hours, so I won't bother you too much. I love getting home, cooking some dinner and having good chats with like-minded fun people. I don't party at home, but do enjoy going out for the occasional drinks with friends. I don't smoke and I'm very clean. I've been renting my own place(s) for 7 years now and feel like renting a room for a while to save a little more money- maybe for a house deposit but more likely for a holiday! I'm looking all around Sydney, except south, as I have ties to several different areas. I drive but prefer to be close to a station to avoid traffic.
