Hi guys, My name's Trang, and I work full-time in healthcare sector at 2 different clinics and ideally would like to find somewhere in between. I'm pretty easy going and get along well with everyone, clean and responsible as I have lived in shared house before. Love watching Friends, enjoy running and travelling :) I'm looking for a room but also interested in teaming up. Hoping to find somewhere long term. If you have any questions let me know. Cheers
I am in Melbourne for work and looking for a place to stay until the end of August. I have clean habits and is a non smoker. I have a wife and 3 boys back in Brisbane where I own my own house. I have rental references from well known agents in Melbourne from when I used to live here.
Work part time as a truck driver, im easy to get along with, very quiet and somewhat private person... I love all music and enjoy going to the gym a couple of times a week. I currently live in sunshine but work in cranbourne, the drive back and forward is getting too much so time to move back to the area.
Hi I'm Kaitlyn, I was just accepted at a part time job in the city however until that starts I do receive money independently of a job and ideally I would like to move in the next couple of weeks. I am looking to relocate closer to the train line preferably Oakleigh, Noble Park, Springvale, Dandenong, Clayton or the surrounding suburbs. I am looking to pay rent with utilities included in the rent price. I'm currently renting in a share house in Noble park paying $150 p/w however the house is not furnished and I would prefer to live in a fully furnished house, the house is situated close to the railway station though and this is something I relish. Prior to this I lived in a share house in Cranbourne paying $150 p/w, I had been living here since march of this year and got along well with my housemates. I was living in the latrobe valley paying $125p/w not including bills and I rented this property for approx 6 years. I am consciencious, friendly, polite, neat and I pick up after myself. I keep to myself and I'm quiet but I open up to people once I get to know them and I'm always up for a chat if you would like one. I love anything artsy from origami to card making and most recently VERY amateur embroidery, I enjoy watching movies especially comedy and I am an avid reader, especially of non fiction. Don't hesitate to ask me anything, Thanks for your time :)
Friendly, nice, easy going down to earth, social, clean independant, likes to cook (italian). Loves music. Art.. Tai chi etc. Love to laugh. I mind my own business. Studying online. Enjoy walking and beach nature etc. feel free to ask any questions. Thanks
G'day I'm Myles, working part time and studying part time at the moment. I've been at my current rental property for 1.5 years now but I'm looking for somewhere closer to work and uni. I'm good to live with because I'm pretty orderly and conscientious when it comes to housework and chores. I'm into gym, motorbikes, board/video games (DnD if curious), music and reading classic books, but I always end up spending most of my time studying due to uni. I'm a pretty frugal guy, so a $5 pizza and 75¢ drink from woolies, driving to somewhere new with a couple of mates is my kind of night out
Hi am Chenal, I am a 25.y.o easy going straight male working full time as a engineer in a Tech Startup in St.Kilda.Looking for a nice tidy place to rent out with good people who'd be cool roomies.I spend times after work or when not at work ,mostly catching up with friends/fellow roomies for a drink/chat,trying out a new restaurant/venue,playing games or binge watching movies/tv shows.I'm After a good room for rent ideally with all bills included around Glen Waverly,Glen Huntly,Keysborough,Westall, or Mount Waverly. Hit me up with any offers. Cheers.
I am currently working full time (Mon-Fri) at a financial services company based in Keysborough and my landlord at Bloomfield Road has recently informed me that my lease needs to be terminated by 20 July 2018 as he intends to rent the entire house to a couple/family that will be moving to the area. Therefore, I am looking for a new place to stay before 20 July.
I am down to earth ,easy going guy looking for similar minds
We're looking to team up with one or two people for a fresh share house in or around our preferred suburbs. Mostly this area because it's cheap for new builds and everyone can get their own bathroom, which I think is always the preference. We're happy to look outside this area as long as we can still find something that suits us. Rent would be no more than $190 excluding utilities, but depending on the house it could include up to two bedrooms and a living area you can do whatever you want with. I work part-time and my partner Jake is studying/looking for work. We're moving back from Perth and will be looking at providing the basics of the house (brand new fridge, washing machine, microwave). Our interests include gaming, reading, and digital illustration, so most of the time we're just chilling in our room when we're home. We don't mind saying hi and having a chat around the house, but we're not the intensely social type. We're tidy and clean people, and wouldn't mind people of a similar mindset. Our move date is flexible, but we'd like to not rush into anything without getting to know someone first. So throw us a message if you're interested!
Hello :) I'm Karla, I'm 23 and work in Early Childhood Education in Hampton which I love! I'm looking to spread my wings and find a place to share. I am easy going and social and enjoy being around people but also on my own too. I like to think I'm very respectful, clean and appreciative that I'm in someone's else's space. I do have a dog called Mixie she is a Japanese spitz with a very beautiful nature and house trained. I know this won't appeal to everyone but i can confidently say she will bring happiness into anyone's home! :) if you would like to know more please feel free to ask to me anything and everything.
Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you won't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park, Rick and Morty, or stand ups like George Carlin, Russel Peters or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke, or do drugs, besides the occasional drink. My limit is $200pw including bills and internet connection. I've been saving for a house for about 2 years now, so paying rent will not be an issue. I'm a Libertarian, so I hold personal responsibility over forcing others to pay for ones lack of responsibility, poor life choices or just outright laziness, therefore I will not be teaming up with people who rely on centrelink / tax payers money or child support. The only exception being disabled people and army veterans. Anyway please contact me if you want to team up, have a spare room, or have any questions.
I'm easy to live with, I'm clean, outgoing but know limits. And I cook great food !
We are an estonian couple, discovering Melbourne at the moment. We'll probably stay here for 6 months, maybe longer. We are quiet and tidy, so it's not annoying to live with us, but we are fun and we socialize enough, so it's also not awkward to live with us :D We don't party at home and we don't go out every weekend. We are totally happy with pets, but we rather not live with kids. By the time we start renting at least one of us will be working full time, but hopefully we'll both be working by that time.
