Hi flatties. My name's Rianna, I'm single, 25 and originally from the Gold Coast and moved down to Melbourne about two years ago now. I've got a relaxed, open-minded, positive, introverted, earthy vibe and easy to get along with and I'm also very clean, and don't have to be nagged or asked twice to do chores. Career: I have a few jobs! I'm the online content manager/videographer/editor of a company so I sometimes work from home, sometimes go to the office. I also work at Nike in the city and also film footy games on the weekend. On top of this I also like to keep fit by playing club-level AFL during the week and weekends which means my schedule is inconsistent and kept quite busy! Companion: I have a little 13 y/o Maltese x Shih Tzu (Cody) who is very clean and well-behaved and super quiet. He likes to hang out with whoever's home and sleeps a lot, and is always up for a stroll! He has adopted the term 'therapy dog' with his calm nature and fluffy long fur (he doesn't shed). He also loves cats and other little dogs. In saying that, I would prefer a small backyard for him. Fun: For fun and in my free time (when I get it) I like to take my pup for walks and watch movies on my laptop. I'd love to have flatmate dinners once a week and hang out and get to know who I'm living with and hear your stories! I don't drink and I go out maybe once every two months. Sometimes my female friends come over for sleepovers because I'm still into that. Would love to hear from you!
Female 45 years old with own business working from home (online). looking for accommodation preferably either on my own or with one other person. 6 months or more, preferred. A small secure yard is preferable as I have an 11 year old, mature miniature (toy) poodle that does not shed. She is intelligent, friendly, house trained and greets people as they return home, with an infectious smile. I adapt to my environment, keeping to myself whilst working and happy to have conversation over a meal, single malt, or glass of wine. I am flexible with peoples work hours and am accustomed to shift worker's schedules.
I'm a friendly, respectful and reliable housemate, who pays bills on time and is happy to do my share of the chores. I love to have a chat, share a cheeky glass of wine (with the occasional bit of cheese) and a good Netflix binge, I also do my own thing and enjoy some downtime throughout the busy working week. I work in the city Monday-Friday, in a crazy busy government job, as it can be quite a stressful role, I like my home life to be stress free and easy going. I am fairly new to Melbourne relocating for work from country Vic, and a new life in the big city. I am currently living with my cousin, who is the bomb! but as her partner is moving in i need a new place to call home.
Urgently Need a Room.. Easy going/laid back Aussie guy looking for a room. I have a 3ft fish tank and a small trailer. Also need a bed supplied as I do not have one.. I smoke but not inside. My interests are going to the gym when possible, playing Bf4 on Ps4, aquariums and have a green thumb.. I
Clean, friendly and tidy Prioritise rent always. Moved to Melbourne last year for a change of lifestyle, endeavouring to become a jeweller (silversmith) (Currently living in an apartment and its unsuitable for this as it lacks the space.) My lease doesn't end for a couple more months, but out of the need to find something more suitable and longer term I've started the search. Hoping to find a whole property where there will be an area/space for creative works in silversmithing. (Outside space is fine) Budget is $475 PW, or under and a year or longer lease would be preferred if it's a possible option. There would be two of us living in the property, we are good friends and currently live together. Fully able to tend to any garden work etc. whilst maintaining the property to a lovely standard. Please feel free to contact and look forward to discussing any offers with you. Thankyou
I'm a Norwegian who's been living in Melbourne for 5 years now. Back home I used to work as a school psychologist, but left my life there to be a stay-home-dad in sunny and warm Australia. Had a few amazing years here with my two kids and a lot of gardening! The last year I have been doing some casual truck driving in and around Melbourne, mostly just to get back into "real life" I guess. Being in the midst of separating from my wife, there's a lot of loose threads at the moment. I'm looking to buy something in the next 6-12 months, but need to get a more stable working-arrangement going first. Having said that, my finances are more then decent and I always pay my rent on time :) As a person I'm pretty laid back and easy going. I'm into gardening, cycling, movies, books and the occasional bottle of red wine. I also plan on taking up rock climbing and yoga in near future. I like the company of others and wouldn't mind sharing dinners every now and then, but I do appreciate my own private time. My two kids (4 yr old daughter & 5 yr old son) will live their mum in Yarraville until I get set up properly, but obviously will come by every now and then to hang around a bit and maybe spend a few nights if I can fit them... You'll love them! Thanks for reading!
House-proud, clean, social, respectful, communal furniture, team ups only. discussed in more depth below. Hi All, I'm Andrew, A 29 year old Disability Support worker. I value friendly, courteous, mature people who are proactive in self development and considering others and the environment around them. I am very house proud and reflect this within my ideals of cleanliness, which is centred around the idea that we clean up after ourselves in communal areas after use and maintain our home and furnishings to a high standard to reflect how proud we are of our home. Living within the home I respect my fellow housemates by doing my best not to disturb them while sleeping or relaxing. I enjoy time together in communal areas as much as time to myself in my room, whether it be sharing dinner together, playing a boardgame or simply having a chat while we occupy the same space. I enjoy sharing the good and bad parts of our days and offering each other inside from a third person perspective. I consider housemates as family. I'm looking to start a home with people who are like minded and encapsulate the above. My hobbies within our home would be playing video games, cooking, gardening, the occasional dinner party or board games and relaxing on my bed. My leisure pursuits outside the home usually consist of Cultural events, visiting friends to play video games or watch movies/tv shows, lasertag, assisting friends with renovations, camping, going to the beach, and a range of other random activities. My work as a Disability and Aged Care Support Worker sees me working weekdays and weekends assisting people to develop and maintain a value of life they aim to achieve. This involves me cooking or cleaning for people, assisting them to access the community or teaching them skills to live their lives as independently as possible. I have all the basic furniture and appliances to furnish a house. This includes an l-shaped grey couch, a hexagon shaped table, rugs, a large one door fridge, upright freezer, large front loader washing machine, tv and more. Most of these are just over a year old. Thank you for reading my profile and feel free to send me mail if you think we reflect similar values and could create a great home together.
During the weekdays I'll be at Victoria University, footscray park, for my internship. In the evenings and in the weekend I'm totally in for some socialising but I'm also fine on my own and I'm looking for a place that will give me some privacy. I'm down to earth, easy going and always try to keep everything clean. Besides that I'm always down for a drink and a laugh.
Moving to melbourne for a nursing job July the 19th. I'm easy going and clean. I like to have a good chat but I also enjoy time to my self, I'm outgoing and enjoy fitness and getting outdoors. I'm looking for a place that will also allow my fiance to come and stay when he comes to visit from New Zealand.
I am a clean, polite and friendly person from Taiwan. I am open minded and like to make friends. I would like to stay 3~4 months initially with a possibility to extend. If you have any room available, please feel free to contact me, thank you!

Hi there! My name is Sharna. I work full time and I am a very bubbly and happy person. I enjoy going to the gym, hanging out with friends or just having a relaxing day just chilling out at home watching tv. I am a very clean, tidy person. I have a dog named Hunter who is a German shorthaired pointer, well behaved and trained. When I’m at work he is outside but when I’m home I enjoy him inside with me. I’m not interested in sharing with couples. I am very approachable and easy to get along with. If you enjoy watching movies, pho and animals we are going to be great roomies! If you had any further questions please don’t hesitate to ask. Thanks :)
My name’s Mac, looking for a pet friendly home for myself and my 2 dogs. Both are well trained and can be either indoor or outdoor animals. Currently living in Tassie and planning to move to Victoria for work. I work full time as a sales rep. I enjoy music, camping, reading, hanging out with mates and am a vegetarian. I’m looking to meet new people and am very sociable. Ideally a room in a share house with a backyard(dogs obviously) and am happy with a shared bathroom. Feel free to contact me, am keen to meet some new people. Cheers!
Hi, I'm Nicole! A bit about me: I'm 29 and work full time in banking. I've also returned to study part time this year, completing a degree through USQ which is all online so I'll be pretty busy! I absolutely love to travel, I love food (both eating and cooking), the outdoors, animals and winding down at the end of the week with a glass of wine. I have a four year old cat, Pippa, who is an indoor cat, very friendly and loves a cuddle or to chase a piece of string around the house. I'm always clean and tidy and am looking for a flatmate who is the same - but in saying that I'm not a super clean freak. Ideally I'm interested in teaming up with 1 other person of a similar age, someone who is happy to socialise and maybe share a meal now and again but also keen on their own space. I don't want a party house but do want to be flexible with having friends over for dinner occasionally. I'd prefer to find a new rental property with someone rather than join an existing house, somewhere in the vicinity of $250 each per week. I've lived alone for the last year and so have pretty much everything for a house except for a washing machine and dryer, as my apartment supplied those. I'm hoping to find a 2 - 3 bedroom place with 2 bathrooms and either a balcony or outdoor space. At this stage I'm looking to move in early April, and hoping for somewhere around St Kilda, Elwood, Brighton, Elsternwick or surrounding suburbs. Also open to areas around West Footscray, Seddon or Yarraville. Let me know if you are interested in meeting! Nicole
Hello! I'm 18 but please don't let my age intimidate you - I am a mature, responsible student who is itching to find a place to stay during university. I am a reliable tenant who has been raised to respect my environment and those around me. I am looking for a kind, respectful housemate who I can bond with; and I can assure you that I will always endeavour to help around the place as much as possible. I will be attending RMIT next year (moving from Rosebud), I love watching TV and some occasional gaming, and I am a friendly, social person who can easily adapt to any environment. Please feel free to message me if you are interested in further arrangements and thank you so much for your time :)
Hi, I’m Alicia. I have lots of different hobbies. I like to bake and can make macaroons. I have a sewing machine so I can repair your clothes but it does need it’s own space. I’m very active I play team sports mainly AFL at the moment but I can also play soccer, basketball and netball. I also try to get to the gym everyday of the week but when I’m at home I like to chill in front of the TV. I mainly watch ABC and SBS and have never watched an episode of the Bachelor. I like live comedy and music. I have been living by myself for the past year so I may not be as neat as most people. I’m happy to share household chores but not spending every weekend cleaning. I have my own furniture including a fridge so I am not looking for a place in an already furnished house.
We are a couple in our twenties who came to Australia to obtain an international experience and develop our English skills. We've been living in Perth for a year and now planning to move to Melbourne. Do not have a preferred district yet, but we'd like to live within 8km from the CBD. Studies are our principal focus and sometimes we enjoy having a time for ourselves. We do like chatting have a great meal and drinking a good wine however. If you are not into party and believe your home is a place where you like to take a rest and relax, pls text, coz this is the place we're looking for. We don't mind staying longer wether we like the place. We've rented 2 properties so far. I'm also available for team up.
We are a kiwi couple in our mid-twenties. We have spend over the past two years living in London and travelling Europe. Before that we were living in our own home for many years. Both of us are very clean and tidy and are happy to do our fair share around the house. we both enjoy cooking. Our lifestyle is a great balance of being social, but also chilling as well, we are very easy going, and happy to go with flow, and very respectful of other flatties.
Hey there, if you are interested in having a quiet, respectful housemate who enjoys movies and good conversation then you're the kind of person I'd like to live with! I'm a 22 year old film maker that appreciates the little things, I'm clean and tidy and have absolutely no problems with doing housework. I strive to co-opt into the household, please feel free to have a chat . I look forward to hearing from you!
We are both working professionals - respectful, none smoker/drinker. We have lived in shared accommodation in the past with no issues. We are looking to stay ideally anywhere between 3-6 months as we have a dog (GS) back in Sydney whom we are hoping to eventually bring to Melbourne once we find a pet friendly place - hence the time frame 3 to 6 months. In the mean time we will be traveling back to Sydney to see our dog most weekends. - Just to be clear no dogs will be moving with us at this stage though we are open to any dog friendly long term offers. We are both friendly, fairly quite and respectful of others space. Very easy going. I do love to cook and am pretty good at it. I love trying different cuisines and will cook different things regularly (anywhere from Italian to Malaysian). Happy to share/cook together etc.
Chilled, neat, organized and respectful. I work full time as a Telecommunications Technician. In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, photography, movie/TV and traveling when I get the time. I'm happy to stay 6 months and may extend further at the end of the initial length of stay.

Im a post-grad early 20s with a stable job. I clean up after myself, pay my bills on time and always accidently make 4 extra portions of pasta. I'm creative, down to earth and easy going. I tend to be quiet but I'm always up for a chat and a laugh. Looking for a friendly, respectful space and like minded people to go with it.
I am a final year law student, and will be a grad lawyer in 2019 (so close!). Looking to move into a share house / apartment from August. I am open, reliable, friendly... clean! I love a bit of me-time balanced with sharing delicious food, drink + conversation with whoever I'll be living with (I throw a decent pancake party). I would like to house-share with similarly minded people (ideally young professionals or postgrad students), and to add to the living space, with music, film, debate, travel stories and/or other weird and wonderful things. flexible with requirements (eg. number of housemates, suburb, price etc), so get in touch even if we don't 100% sync!
