I am easy going, respectful, love to have a laugh. I am up for a household dinner or drink every now and again. Neat and tidy, will do my part and am responsible with what needs to be done(punctual and trustworthy). I respect privacy because I expect the same. I am LGBT friendly, am super friendly and approachable. I am not a party animal but I don't mind every now and again. I can be a night owl sometimes but like peace and quiet as well as a bit of party sometimes but not often. I am 21 in November. I am studying music full-time in Yarraville(next to Footscray) and work Part Time in Caroline Springs(however wherever I move I will look for a job closer). I do not drive yet but am aiming to get my licence soon. I have a partner but am looking to live by myself although he would come over sometimes, but is very respectful. I would prefer a large room but NOT 100% necessary. I just need a place to store an upright piano, disassembled drum kit, and maybe some some other small things. The reason I am looking for a place to stay is because my family has moved to Sydney not long ago and I am staying here to work and study further. If you'd like to know anything else, message me for my number and I'll be happy to answer. Look forward to speaking to you!
Hey! Im a 30 year old musician, student, guitar teacher and tradesman studying a Bachelor of Music at Victoria University in Footscray, and also work in the construction industry. Im looking for a chill place with like minded, easy going people to have some creative space and work on my studies. Other musicians would be ideal, but not essential. Always up for a chat, hangs or a jam!
Hello I’m Bradley from Liverpool uk , I’ve been in Australia for almost a month now. Ive been staying in a hostel but since securing a job I’m looking for something more permanent. I am ex military so as you can probably imagine I like to be clean, tidy and organised with myself and my home. I try to get to the gym at least 3-5 times a week depending on work. I enjoy the odd beer on the weekends and socialising with friends. I’m also a keen cook. Thanks
I am a private person who is neat, reliable and easy to get along with. I like a good conversation and can socialise with people but mainly an introvert who keeps to myself. I am passionate about travelling, reading and am a big foodie who enjoys cooking and trying new cuisines.
I'm a 23 year old recent Uni graduate who will be returning to Australia in late October after travelling around Europe, looking to move to Melbourne early November (though I am quite flexible with this). I am a chill, friendly person who has been living in sharehouses for about 4 years and am very tidy and respectful of others. I'm originally from Brisbane and am looking for a change, fell in love with Melbourne after visiting a few months ago. I have a Bachelor degree in IT so naturally I enjoy the introverted and geeky hobbies that go along with that, but also do Photography for fun as well as love Film and Music.
I'm a 28 year old working full time in the city. Interests include football, socialising, running, outdoor activities, reading and music. Very generic I know. Fairly clean and house-trained. Would like to have housemates that are cool to hang out with and have a wine or two after work but at the same time respect each other's space and privacy.
Hi all. My name is Michal and I am a construction engineer, 30. I am pretty laid back, easy to get on with and looking for some like minded people to share a house with. I am originally from Prague although I have lived in several places over the past few years and with Melbourne being my home for the last two. I really enjoy meeting new people, travelling and participating in outdoor sports like mountain biking, skiing, running or hiking. I have three bikes that I would like to keep indoors or in a garage and having this option in the flat share is important for me. I do not mind if my flatmates have a pet or two, actually I would probably really enjoy it. :) During the week I work full time, so week nights are generally quite for me, although an evening having a chat, sharing a dinner and/or a good wine/beer is always welcome. Weekends I often spend outside Melbourne. When in Melbourne I am keen for a brunch or an occasional gig/concert in the evening. I would like to find roomies I can call mates and people who are tidy and considerate like myself. If you feel we could be a good match give me a shout. Also happy to get together a group of people for a new house share too.
I’m 29 and I’ve lived in Melbourne for a year. I Work 9-5 in a government job in the city. I’m a friendly respectful person who always pays bills on time and is happy to commit to my share of the housework.
My lease is about to end so im looking for a new room. I'm very clean, reliable and respectful. I work and study a lot so im not home too often, but im still up for for having a chat with my housemates.
Hey there! I’m a 20 year old student studying full time at Victoria University and working part-time in hospitality. I am looking for someone who is clean and can understand personal space. However, I do enjoy having a yarn and hope to sink some tins with you or grab some dinner when our schedules align. I am very easy going, open minded and honest. Looking to move in end of November.
My name is Alexis, I'm 24 and am studying at tafe, and also work 3-4 days a week in the city. I typically spend my time seeing friends, going on walks and hikes, studying, yoga, reading and just chilling out. I've lived in a sharehouse in Kingsville for the last few years, and grew up in Brunswick. I'm generally clean, quiet and easy going; always up to have a chat while making dinner or going for a drink, but sometimes will retreat to my room to study or chill out. Just looking for some cool housemates who respect one another, are friendly, and are happy to have me in. Hopefully hear from you soon :)
Sociable but respect personally space. I'm generally pretty busy but make time for those I'm around. Love sports and I could probably get you fit pretty quick!
Hey all! I’m a 28 year old who works admin at a hospital (RMH) full time! I'm pretty low key during the week during work time because I suffer through F45 most nights - I’m not a fitness fanatic type of person though and I enjoy a glass of red, a laugh and a cheeky chocolate I try to get out on the weekends and be social and do things! Love to pat every dog, art (making, looking at, etc), gigs and music, having a drink and a dance, do enjoy a big night out every now and again, meeting new people - but also not leaving my bed because of Netflix! Also love a coffee, and gin, plants, reading and can cook a mean toasted cheese sanga. Always down for an NGV trip. Not really looking for couples - sorry! Would prefer to live with similar aged ladies with great vibes although no real preference! I hope its clear that I am a lefty! Last boring bits: im very neat and tidy apart from the occasional don't know what to wear floodrobe, I'm not gonna just come barging in your room without warning to talk (I've heard enough horror stories) because I enjoy my own company and know how important it is! am always able to pay rent and bills on time (love that 4 year job contract) and I'm a psych student who is always down for a chat!
We are a young, easygoing couple, been together 3+ years and engaged. Marek works full time as a magician both professionally and as a street performer. Emily has just returned from a working holiday in England. We are both clean and respectful and love a good laugh. Marek also loves to cook.
Hi I’m Mel! I’m a professional working full time in the city. I’m looking for somewhere nice and close to the city. I’m very neat and tidy and respectful of other people. I enjoy getting outdoors and exploring new places but also enjoy a quiet night in. I can be found baking, outdoors or hanging out at the gym in my spare time. I’m reliable and easy going and enjoy being around other people. I am looking for a private room somewhere near the city and close to a train line. I’m looking for fellow housemates that are clean and tidy and know how to clean up after themselves. I would prefer a quiet and respectful housemate that isn’t up at all hours of the night making loud noises. Always up for brunch or a wine and cheese night with my fellow housemates let’s not be strangers! (Please note that I am not a drug person and would best suit a drug-free household) If you think I would suit your household please message me :)
Moving from Adelaide to study in Melbourne next year. Currently a beauty therapist, who will be studying paramedics. I am a very sociable person who loves a good night out, but also enjoys a quiet night in to watch movies & eat terrible food. I love cooking a lot, & I am a very organised person who always cleans up after myself. I do love going on adventures & exploring. As I am moving interstate, I do have a pet cat (Kacie), however the move will be stressful for her as she is getting a little old, I do not plan on taking her with me for around 6 months, so would be highly appreciated if it was animal friendly!
I have a positive outlook and sense of humor and wise counsel attributes. I am a part time accountant (but with personality) and have lived in the western suburbs of Melbourne all my life with Family living close by I enjoy all sports, horse racing, gym, reading, live music and dining out Equally happy staying and reading a good book or the weekend newpapers
Im friendly, outgoing, unflappable and easygoing. Im very respectful and cleaned. Im teacher and undertaking a course to improve my pedagogic skills. I work on radio and really like diversity. Good music, literature, dance, chai-latte, video games and sports -gym- are some of my passions.
During the weekdays I'll be at Victoria University, footscray park, for my internship. In the evenings and in the weekend I'm totally in for some socialising but I'm also fine on my own and I'm looking for a place that will give me some privacy. I'm down to earth, easy going and always try to keep everything clean. Besides that I'm always down for a drink and a laugh.
Hey guys, I'm currently looking for a place to move into, extreme friendly and easy to get along with, don't mind a casual chat when I'm home and enjoy being social with everyone in the house. I like to keep things clean and respectful other peoples spaces, on a rare occasion i might have friends over a catch-up but would always give you plenty of notice before. During my spare time you'll find me reading a good book, watching a good movie, cooking something up, studying, working out at the gym or even just having a quiet nap. Currently I'm studying at VIC university in Footscray and I'm casually employed at Crown Melbourne, I work night shifts so you'll often see me coming or going.
Hi, I'm Luca from Italy. I'm looking for an accomodation in Footscray or Seddon area. I'm working at one of the cafe in Footscray at the moment, and I'm going to study from next year, thing that will keep me in Australia for at least 2 other years. I'm a very friendly and easy going guy, like to know new people and open to different cultures. i'm a very clean person and I can cook italian meals properly as a plus. In my spare time I like to see new places, go around the city or sometime write or paint, trying to explore my creative side. I'm looking also for people to join me in a teamup and get a place in the area, thing that I find very money wise for everyone. Ok, so this is a bit of me, hope I will hear from you soon. Ciao, Luca
Lived with housemates for 3 years now, so i know the ropes with sharehouses, im having to move due to work Clean and respectful, but i enjoy to be social and share a few drinks, watch a movie/sport and cook meals with my housemates. Looking to be mates with the people i live with, not just another tenant
Hello! I'm James Currently live in Seddon, have lived around the area my whole life and love it. My current lease ends on the 7th of October however, I am able to move earlier if needed. I am an extremely sociable person, who enjoys a good chat, and I come from a turkish family... So you know I love my food. I work full-time as a barista/jaffels maker in the city. You will find me thoughtful and considerate of others. My friends and family mean the world to me. I thoroughly enjoy working in teams and sharing good humor. I enjoy games and anime (maybe an understatement), and always happy to nerd out with others. Although I am very sociable, I also enjoy my own down time (I won't be living in your pocket). I go out for lunches and coffee dates with friends almost every chance I get. I pride myself on my ability to keep things neat and tidy (but don't worry, unless you're a total mess you won't get complaints from me). I always pay rent and bills on time and respect people's space. No Doubt. If you would like to know anything else, please don't hesitate to message me back. Thanks!
Hi ! I'm ideally looking for flatmates who have a sense of humour and are not adverse to having a quiet beer or two after work or weekends, but at the same time are respectful of other peoples privacy and are considerate. I know how to do dishes and clean up after myself and would very highly rate those that do too. I work fulltime in an office job in the CBD (exciting, eh?) and like to chill out when at home - movies (Wes Anderson is God), watching sport (rugby, rugby league and cricket) and all that kind of thing.
I clean up after myself and respectful of peoples space. I am easy to get along with and believe in talking things out amicably to solve issues. I am student, so I majority of my time will be preoccupied with study and I will be in uni libraries for the majority of my stay. I also work weekends as a bartender, so won't be home on weekends. I also make a mean cocktail such as a daiquiri and negroni. I enjoy the odd drink, some conversation and love the outdoors. I am pet friendly.

Hi my name is Hamish Ross-Mcglynn, I am a easy going surfer from the coast. I have recently returned from travelling around Vietnam where i was staying in hostels and travelling by myself building knowledge and experience in shared living. Before travelling I was working throughout the coast of Sydney in event services first living with my uncle for 2 months paying rent and living in a shared house with two flatmates forming great friends and developing my understanding of respect in shared households. After leaving My uncles to move for work I moved into a hostel in the center of Sydney where i lived in a shared room with 12 people for 3 months learning how to treat others with respect in a shared spaces. I have plenty of experience living in shared environments, being friendly and communicating well with others whilst also understanding and respecting the need of others personal space. I love to sit back on weekdays and watch T.V whilst have fun and meet new people and have fun on the weekends. Cheers Hamish
