Hello beautiful humans, I’m Leroy a 29 year old working full time as a building manager. I’m currently looking to move into a shared apartment or team up with the right person to find a place together.

I’m tidy, relaxed and respectful. I value a calm, peaceful home. I’m more on the introverted side and generally keep to myself, but I’m friendly and can be social with the right housemate. I’m easy going, honest and respectful of shared spaces and always clean as I go.
I’m a homebody during the week and like to keep a routine. I’m usually up early for work. Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, spending time in nature, food, sports or other physical activities, and chill nights in.

I’m ideally looking to move asap and am open to Footscray, Maribyrnong, Fitzroy, Brunswick or surrounding suburbs. My budget is up to $450 per week.
I’m looking for a like minded housemate who values respect, peace and a comfortable home environment.
