Middle aged hipster with grown up independent children. Did everything early and enjoy a busy single lifestyle. Responsible mature professional thoroughly house trained. Working six days my hours can be long prefer a good book or the gym for relaxation. Eat out and only use kitchen to heat prepared food and always clean up afterwoods. Healthy lifestyle my only vice is a good glass or two of red wine on the weekend. Looking for a chilled drama free environment, I meditate eat kale and all the hipster trappings but don't take myself to seriously. Young at heart with an old soul.
My name is Enrique and I am from Spain. I am a doctor going to be working at the Royal North Shore Hospital. I am sociable, easy going, tidy and very respectful. I am interested in an apartment a close to the Royal North Hospital or with easy transport. I have early starts so will be looking for a quiet place Enrique
I am not rushing to find a place to live. I'm not into the idea of moving in with someone on the short term because I am lazy. Moving is painful. I'd like to have my own bathroom. I'm looking for a tidy and studious flat mate (just one person, no couples).
Hey! I'm ZARA- I'm 26, work full time as an account manager and live a pretty active lifestyle. During the week I'm occcupied with work, I travel for my job a little, enjoy rock climbing , working out and the ocean! Most nights I'll home cook food- and I love a good glass of red. Weekends are usually filled with activities/ friends. I'm all for a social dinner and a few good bottles- but my party days are behind me. I come with an adorable rag doll kitten, Luna. She's well trained, quiet and loves to just snuggle!!! :)
Hey there! Nice to meet you, my name is Andreia and I'm 28yo. My current housemate is going back to Melbourne so it means I need to find a new place soon. I'm looking for a room in the North Shore and close to a train station as I work in the City (I'm in advertising and I work full time). When I'm at home I enjoy socialising and chatting if you're also into it. I'm not much of a cook, but when I feel inspired I can prepare the best meal (risottos are my area of expertise...haha). I really enjoy having my own space and privacy, so I'll always respect yours as well. Important to mention that I'm organised and I care about clean spaces. I love animals so I would love if you had a dog or a cat around :)
Irish guy moving to Sydney from Wellington due to promotion with work. Easy going and laid back attitude. Will be away mid week with work quite often. Tidy and like keeping my space clean. Pretty social - up for a beer or whatever on evenings or weekends.
Hi, I'm a 19 years old girl from Sweden who's traveling Asia at the moment. I'm looking for a place to live while working, in Freshwater, Manly, Fairlight, Balgowlah, Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay, Kirribilli or Lavender Bay in the beginning of mars 2017. I expect to stay about 9 months. I'm outgoing, positive and tidy, enjoy being social but respect privacy. I'm spontaneous, love working out but don't mind sharing a bottle of wine or beers with great company - I'm looking for a likeminded and easygoing flatmate. I will probably spend a lot of time at my sister's or outdoors, as Sweden don't spoil us with much sun, so there will be privacy time. I have no problems with dogs, cats etc. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
Hi , My name is Anmol and I am 25 years old. I am working full time in Sydney CBD. I am looking for a place to share from 1st April 2017 onwards. I am fond of reading, travelling and watching movies. I am quite easy going and open minded and like company and privacy in balanced amounts and am looking for a like minded person to share an apartment with. Thanks
Hey everyone, I am a 24-year-old student from Germany and I am doing my Master studies of Marketing at Sydney. I am here for an exchange semester at the Macquarie University and therefore looking for a room until July basically in the northern area of Sydney. Everything located near to a train station between Chatswood and Milsons Point would be nice. At home I did already live in shared apartments with other people and it worked out very well. I am a really clean and open minded, friendly person who likes to get in contact with new people. I like to hang out for a movie or a drink with my flatmates but I do also respect if you need some rest or privacy. In general I get along with everyone and I am very respectful. I need to go to attend my classes at university and I have to study a lot in the library so i will only be at home in the evening. I dont do any parties at home because I respect my flatmates but if you like to invite someone I would of course join that. If you are interested in sharing your apartment with me don't hesitate to contact me :) I am looking forward to your message! Kim
I am from Bombay and have moved to Sydney 5 months ago. I am tidy, laid-back and easy to get along with. Like a quiet home for the most part, and enjoy going out with friends every now and then. Currently staying in a shared house and looking for a place closer to the workplace once my current lease expires. I am looking for a furnished private room in a shared flat or house with an ensuite bathroom.
Looking to move any time around mid April 2017. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with former housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually to Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Hi my name is Fabio, I'm 42 and I'm Italian. I am married but my husband will remain in Italy (he'll come to see me twice a year on holidays). February 10 I moved to Sydney to study at Greenwich college (I'll study English and leadership & management) until 2019. I am looking for a room with private bathroom. I have already been in Sydney twice and I like the city. I don't smoke and I like the animals, sport and music. I'm a quiet guy and I like socialize. In Italy I am a check in agent i airport.
I come with my own room! All I need is an undercover/sheltered area (garage/carport/courtyard with vehicle access or similar) to park my caravan that has access to power. I'll take up no room at all!!! I'm a pretty fun/relaxed person, enjoy music (learning guitar) and plan on working/studying in Sydney.
I'm 28, American/Australian. Born and raised in Boston but have gradually worked my way west to LA, San Fran, and now Sydney. I work for a tech company and play soccer. My schedule is quite demanding so I like to take it easy in my free time - go to the beach, yoga, see friends, lounge around. Outside of soccer season I'm much more active and love a good hike, or trying a new sport (squash, tennis, canyoning, beach volleyball). If the sun's not shining I'm always up for some Netflix. I'm positive, open minded, flexible, compassionate. I appreciate a flatmate who is down to earth and friendly. Tidy but not anal.
Hi, we're moving to Sydney from London and looking to find a great place in the inner west suburbs-Balmain/Rozelle or lower north shores area. Keen to live with like-minded, easy-going people who're keen for a laugh but also reliable and considerate other other housemates etc. About us: Mark (English) is a 28yo professional who loves his sport, likes a beer and loves to cook! Jen (Scottish) also 28, works in banking, likes going to the gym, chilling out watching tv and enjoys a cheeky gin from time to time! We're both pretty chilled out, easy to get on with and respectful of other housemates etc. Looking to find somewhere to move in from end of April. Cheers, Mark & Jen
We are looking to move into our new home in late February or early March 2017 in the Inner West, lower North Shore or Eastern suburbs (we are not from Sydney, so we are not picky so long as it is close to the CBD!). We are interested in joining an existing share house/apartment or starting our own- send us a message if you are interested in either! David is a graduate accountant who will start working in the CBD in March 2017. Tegan is in her final year of law at university and works at the ATO. We currently live in a share house in the Inner West and come share house trained. We work late during the week so will largely keep to ourselves then, but are up for socialising on the weekend. Even on a weekend, we are still relatively quiet and low key, but are always up for a house dinner or a glass of wine. Our ideal housemates will also be young professionals who won't want to throw regular crazy parties and will generally be good housemates (the basics like paying bills on time, cleaning after yourself), as we will be. Send us a message if we sound like people you would like to live with!
I've just moved back to Sydney after 8 years away. Tend to socialise outside the house. Super clean & tidy (will always pay for a cleaner - I don't want to spend my weekends with a mop). Love a few wines with friends over a meal. I write, I read, I keep my bad tv show viewing to myself :) I love cooking but I love getting meals delivered more. That is to say - I can cook, but I never do, because cooking for one isn't much fun. I want a place with my own bathroom. Kinda flexible on location - just want it to be nice, and convenient for transport etc. I'd prefer to only be living with one other person, possibly two. Definitely no large share houses, though. Flexible on length of minimum stay. Professional - work in comms/marketing. Travel as much as I can.
Hi I'm Matt, I'm from the UK and am starting an 18 month secondment in finance in Sydney starting April. I am well travelled, open minded and easy going. My interests include cooking, outdoor activities and socialising.
I'm full time employed in the city. Laid back, tidy and social person. Looking for a long term flat.
Hello! James and I are looking for a 6 months + 1 or 2 bed flat north of the bridge. We'e on the hunt for whole properties to live alone in, so please don't get in touch if you are looking to fill a spare room in a shared house :) We are looking to move in somewhere while the tenant is away or looking to leave the lease early. With this in mind we are happy to look into shorter lets ranging from 1 month +, but also looking for something a little longer term. We both work full time and I travel a few days a week up down the coast for my job. We are very outdoorsy and will spend most of the eves at the beach or on the harbour. The dream is to make the place a home as we have been in a series of short term lets, so we would be very respectful and chilled. Ideally we would need to be in a new place by the 4th March, but can be a little flexible. Please get in touch over Flatmates so I have the link to the property, but feel free to txt us if easier to communicate in that way :)
Hi, I am relocating from sunny Qld to Sydney for a new job in an investment company. I am easy going, love a good chat, shares food but also respectful of other's privacy (and food). Likes to keep things tidy but not OCD. Most of all would like to find a place I can call home and relax after work. As I will be working in the CBD (near Circular Quay), Im looking for a place preferably close to public transport so I can commute to and from easily (train, buses or ferries). Im hoping to make friends in Sydney so ideally I would like to be living with someone that is up for random chats or dinners some time. Looking for like-minded professionals to share their home or teamup.
You'll be living with two professionals who both work full time, are coffee lovers, and wine enthusiasts who can't go past a good cheese and meat platter. Lucy, 24, works in the CBD. She enjoys going to gym most mornings, trying new restaurants, baking, and lazing by the pool. Emma, also 24, is a case manager in the north west. She goes to boot camp a few mornings a week, loves the beach, weekends away, and the occasional night out. In the evenings you'll either find us having a cheeky wine in our pjs watching tv or out with friends. Most importantly though, we respect each other's downtime and privacy. We are pretty easy going, love a laugh, and are fully house trained. We are looking for someone with similar interests to us, good sense of humour, social but respectful. Would enjoy having house mate dinners, but are also out and about a lot doing.
A Brazilian relocating to AUS to work in the Pharmaceutical Industry. I am very quiet during working days but I also enjoy company for a beer or indoors/outdoors activities during weekends. I will arrive on 22Feb and I am looking for a short/long stay. The office is based next to the Macquaire Park station so I would rather have a place with easy access to T1 (although I am open for another opportunities).
Responsible, clean and considerate working professional seeks apartment in North Sydney/ Neutral Bay area. I am clean and considerate, friendly yet enjoy my space and quite times as do we all. I like to relax at home, and explore or go to the gym in my spare time.
I've just arrived from the UK on a holiday work visa but hopefully going to turn that into a sponsored job as soon as possible. Looking to meet new people and find a place to call home. I was a software developer in the UK so I'm good with computers and can fix any technicals woes you might have, love a good chat over a few beers and hopefully people would say I'm pretty friendly and funny to be around.
Professional guy working North Sydney. Very worked focused. Not looking for social but respectful environment in clean and highly well maintained apartment. I travel quite a bit and have family in the area so rarely home. Can give references from current flatmate
We are both British girls (25 and 29) coming over to Sydney for a couple of years (maybe longer) with sponsored roles. We are both mega laid back and up for a good laugh aswell as a chilled night. We love going out and also love the outdoorsy lifestyle Sydney has to offer. I play women's football and my friend is a big fitness lover!
Hi, I'm Chris, I run a telecommunications construction company which keeps me awfully busy on weekdays 7-7 at least (and 1 or more days in the weekends). When i'm not working i am either out with friends enjoying a drink or im on my Boat fishing, skiing or any other fun stuff a boat brings. I come with my best friend Phil- a West highland white terrier who is 18 months old, completely house trained and joins me at work everyday because, well, he thinks he is a human. He wont do tricks for teats but ofcourse expects the treat. My busy lifestyle encourages me to have a simple and low maintenance home life where i love a quiet drink in the evening, even more so if you do to!
I'm just a laid back Canadian, who would like a nice flatmate to banter with. I'm pretty courteous and clean. I have dust allergies, so I try to keep everything as tidy as possible. I don't like keeping dirty dishes in the sink either. My friends say I smell nice, so that's a bonus. :) Aside from that, I work as a Marketing Manager in the CBD. You can find me on top of a mountain, in the middle of a football field, or tackling a fat piece of cake. Ideally, I'm looking for a place to stay from late March till the end of July (a little over 4 months). I can be flexible with an earlier move in date though.
I'm an easy going girl and like my place nice and clean (housecleaning - no problem) I work part time and study part time, so I'll be out a lot, also love the outdoors, exercising and the gym. I don't party or drink a lot but I'm still social and hope to find some great housemates to become friends with as well, rather than just being housemates :)
Hey, Im JP. Late 20s, Kiwi/South African, down to earth guy. Love to socialise and I have a very active lifestyle. I spend most week days pretty chilled out after work (9-5 job - Electrical Engineer in the city), either going to beach for a surf or gym. On weekends, you'll see me hanging with friends, having a beer or two, at the beach or down at the snow in winter. I am very respectful of others and their property. Use to cleaning rosters and more than happy to do my share around the house.
Australian professional with an ambition to live in an awesome place with awesome people. I tend to focus on work during the week and then focus on being social during the weekend. Here are a few simple facts about me: I love wine, but I don't drink alone, so I am likely to frequently offer it to you. To completely contradict the above, I do try to keep quite fit. It's quite a challenging balance to maintain. I spent 5 years living in London before I moved to Sydney where I learned how to be a great flatmate with a broad mix of people and nationalities. I'm originally from a small country town in South Australia and am therefore proficient at spider removal etc. I can basically handle anything nature throws at me except crocodiles and drop bears. I work in professional services in a client facing role - which I like to think suggests I have a social and empathetic personality. Or maybe just that I can make stuff up and it sounds good. I travel a lot. I watch a lot of movies and read a lot of books, but I can never find any that I really like.
I’m Kate, 26 yo from Bathurst. I used to work as a musician so I come complete with a host of instruments and a burning desire to perform again one day. (I recently acquired a xylophone, so, that's useful to have around, right?) I will be around the house a fair bit, I'm usually listening to a podcast and doing something creative. I love gardening, having a laugh, a spot of toilet humour, and all things creative - crochet, sewing drawing, painting. I have many art/craft supplies in tow. I’m a non drinker, non smoker, non partier, I'm looking for somewhere that isn't a party house, but housemates that have the occasional drink about the place or friends round is fine by me. I’m looking for housemates that are comfortable with communicating. It’s really important to me that my home environment is relaxed so I'd rather talk face to face than have things brewing. I tidy up after myself and like to keep things clean. I would ideally like housemates who are willing to do their share of cleaning too. I'm a fan of the cleaning roster. I'm hoping I can find some folks with similar interests to me.
I'm a 24-year-old Mexican who recently moved to Australia. I'm a happy, easy going person and will be working full time.
32 years old restaurant manager, and part time uber driver. Love active life, gym and chilled evening with the glass of wine. very easygoing, tidy and down to earth guy. looking for some nice place to live, bright and sunny with the water or harbour views.
Heya, I am a 26 year old nurse who has just migrated from the UK, and my boyfriend Vince will be joining me in a month's time. Vince is a 30 year old medical researcher. We are both active outdoorsy people, and so are both looking forward to embracing the Australian outdoor lifestyle! I love hiking and climbed Kilimanjaro last year, and am hoping to climb to Everest Base Camp this year - if you like that kind of thing I'm always looking for new hiking buddys! I also run and go the the gym regularly. Vince is very much into his Brazilian Jui Jitzu and cycling. We are both sociable people who would enjoy hanging out with our new house mates if we are sharing, but at the same time respect other people's need for alone time. We are very much looking forward to setting up our lives in Sydney, and can't wait to meet our new housemates!
Starting a new professional role in Sydney - relocating from the UK so it would be great to live with someone who can show me what Sydney has to offer :) I love being outdoors, cooking and nights in/out
A simple smile would do to make new relations :) I am very easy going person... Like to be organized... Looking for a Private room in North Sydney and CBD. Look Forward to Meeting my new friends :)
Hi! I'm Christina. My partner Rob and I moved here recently from the U.S. (more specifically, Eugene, Oregon!) I am 24 years old and have been working in Marketing for the past 2+ years. I am currently a student at Macquarie University pursuing a Masters Degree in International Communication. I am here on a full-ride scholarship that provides a housing allowance. When I'm not studying or working I enjoy socializing, checking out new spots for food and drinks, and of course the occasional binge-watching of Netflix. Rob is 26 years old and works as a restaurant consultant. He is an avid reader and can speak a handful of languages. He loves to cook and given his work experience knows a lot about food, drink and the like. Much like me, he spends his free time socializing, checking out great places to eat/drink, and relaxing at home with a good movie or TV show. We are both very tidy, respectful people and have been living together for the past 3 years. Looking forward to chatting soon!

Hello! My name is Lynette, I'm a 29 year old health professional working full time 8-5. I appreciate my down time at home with a good book or movie, as well as getting out and about to explore the city and surrounds. I occasionally have a friend over for a movie but tend to go out when I want to socialise. I'm friendly and considerate, reliable with bills, and clean and tidy. I like hanging out for a drink or a movie but also respect personal space and like doing my own thing. Note: Looking for a place with undercover parking and own bathroom. 6 months to longer term if it is the right fit.
Hi I'm Daniel from Sydney. I am a friendly, easy going and considerate person. I am a full time health professional and believe in a balanced work, social and home life. Hey there! I'm Jack, 23 years old, fresh out of uni and currently working as a professional in the city looking for a new place to live that makes my commute to work more convenient. I'm a clean, easy going and fun loving person who loves the outdoors. I also love cooking, as well as playing guitar, fishing, kayaking, cycling and racing motorbikes in my spare time. I'm from the Central Coast originally, and have lived in Sydney for the last 4 years or-so in various places, so I'm pretty familiar with the city and would love to show any newcomers around if they liked. I'm looking for a friendly few people, preferably a mix of genders, ages, occupations, nationalities, interests etc. to make life a bit more interesting. Also people I can hang out with, cook with and have a few drinks with is always a bonus for me! I'm also pretty flexible on the timeframe of the stay, but it needs to be at least 3 months. Anything else I'm happy to talk about with you.

Hi! I just got a job in Sydney and at looking for a room for when I move over on the 20th of Feb! I'm from Perth - and have been living in the UK for the last 3 years, so would love to move in some other friendly, likeminded people of a similar age. New to Sydney so a friendly, social househare is preferable :) No shared rooms please! I am a clean and easygoing housemate! Any questions just pop me a message.
Hey, I'm Janine :) I have been renting on my own in the North Sydney area for over a year now but am ready for a change. I work full time in North Sydney for a finance company. I have degree in Social Science and I enjoy being super active and I love the outdoors. I have 2 cats who have lived with me in my current unit who are very well behaved. I have all my own furniture so would prefer somewhere unfurnished. I also have my own car so somewhere with parking is essential :) I don't mind if it is on street parking but I will need somewhere where I can store a bike and a stand up paddle board. Cheers, Janine
My friend Jordan and myself (Jordan); are after a place around the city that is located close to our universities and work. Both outgoing and super friendly; after a nice spot to share with others.
Hello! We're both from the UK doing the whole working travel visa. After exploring Sydney for a few weeks we decided to find a place to stay to save up for our next adventure, this was three months ago and we want to carry on saving and enjoy Sydney a whole lot more! We're incredibly house trained and experienced living with others. We're also don't smoke and aren't regular drinkers but enjoy a fine wine and a few beers every so often. We love to cook our own food and enjoy nights with movies and ice cream as well as spontaneous beach days and exploring the city. We hope to hear from you soon!
I am moving to Sydney from Perth to work full-time. I am clean, respectful and easy going, and would love to meet some friendly flatmates. I enjoy both playing and watching pretty much any sport. I am also just as happy to go out for a drink as I am to stay in and play a board game or watch some Netflix. However, I understand that everyone has their own schedule and needs their private space. I will be working in the city, so ideally I would like to find a house near the CBD to give me the option of walking to work. I am looking to move in late March for a long term stay. Let me know if you have a spare room or want to team up and start a new sharehouse!
