I am currently a first year student at Melbourne Uni doing a Bachelor of Science, majoring in maths and IT. I am a mostly quiet person, though I never shy away from talking and getting to know people. I take pride in keeping organised and in keeping my room clean too. Other than that, most of the time I will probably be studying, but I do have hobbies that I balance it out with such as bike riding, going to see the movies or just catching up with friends :).
Currently studying and working and love being sociable with my flatmates but of course respect their alone time as I like a bit of it myself. I love cooking and have been deprived of a decent oven at my last residence and would love to be able to finally return to my full cooking potential. I absolutely love dogs, a Harry Potter nerd and the love beach as I grew up in a seaside town in Queensland. I'm a moderate gym goer but far from a junkie and love exploring quirky cafes. I like to keep a relatively clean house and like doing my dishes.
I'm Sanjay, a 26 year old doctor working full-time at Monash next year. I'm respectful and tidy, and am looking for a new place to call home with other like-minded young professionals.
Hello I am currently on the search for a new home for the next few months. I am working full time in Real Estate & have two days off work a week. I am usually out & about during the days and spend evenings at home relaxing. Bed provided is ideal, however if not I can source one. I am open to meeting all walks of life of any age & gender and generally find that I get along with just about anyone! I am honest, respectful of personal space & like to keep things tidy. I enjoy the company of others but I also need some alone time to recharge every now & then. I don't mind if you smoke & pets are an added bonus if you have them! Length of stay & price can be discussed further. Shoot me a message. I look forward to meeting you!
Hey there, I'm an international student from Berlin doing a postgrad at Swinburne. Been here for about half a year now.. I also work part-time for an internet-based company. I'm used to living in shared apartements, know how to be considerate and respectful and how to pick up after myself. While I do have to spend quite a lot of time studying and working, l also try to make as much time as possible to go out and see this beautiful country. I didn't come all this way just to sit at my desk!
Hello! My name is Anna! I will be working as a full time nurse in Melbourne from Feb next year! I’m currently looking for a couple or a nice person to team-up to rent a 2 bedrooms flat/apartment! I’m from South Korea and I lived in England for a few years and I am currently trying to settle down in Australia for good! I’m very friendly and open to new adventures and experiences! I’m well traveled and love cultural diversity in the house too! If you are new to the city like me I’m very happy to explore this beautiful city with you! 😊 I’m a very clean and tidy person! I love to socialise and also enjoy occasional get together and people over but also, I want my house to be the place where I can have quite and relaxing time! so I’m hoping to find someone who understands the idea of sharing house and is respectful and friendly!
Looking for a private room in the suburbs listed as I am trying to locate close to work. Female-only households, Max. 4 people. I am a town planner and work for local government. I am a pescatarian and enjoy a good hike, coffee and a book. I love nothing more than good food and taking photos of beautiful things. I'm not really the party kind, but I do attend the occasional trance concert. I like my privacy however I would love flatmates who are homely and welcoming, and aren't afraid to share dad jokes and banter about current world affairs, or jack all!
Hi there, I'm a recent engineering graduate and will be starting full-time work in the city in February 2018. Thus, I'm looking for a house near the city in mid-January 2018. I've lived with housemates in the past and understand the importance of respecting house rules, maintaining house cleanliness and paying the bills on time. I'm also always open to feedback and am willing to accomodate for my housemate's needs, so please don't hesitate to let me know if there's anything I can do to become a better housemate! On a typical weekend, you'd most likely find me playing boardgames in the city or cycling to new places. I do enjoy personal space time as well, but am also happy to hang out with fellow housemates. If your house is close to a train station (preferably a train station along the Glen Waverley line), please message me! I'd be keen to meet-up and have a chat.
Hi! I am looking for a place to live that is in or close to Prahran for work! I work at a pizza place on chapel street which consists of day shifts normally from Wednesday to Sunday. I need to move asap, because my house mate is kicking me out right now. :( I am pretty good to live with, I clean up after myself, I am quiet (I tend to listen to music with headphones and when I'm not working I'll probably be hanging out with friends) and when I cook, I tend to share with people. So living with me, you'd get lots of yummy food ;) I am a creative person, so I love making art! I also eventually wanna be a tattoo artist but we'll see if I ever create a folio lmao. Get in touch <3
Hey guys, I'm Mitchell. I've lived in a rural town my whole life so I'm long overdue for a change of scenery. Looking to make the move first week of January. I'm a pretty nice guy who is always up for a chat over a beer or meal, I value my friends and I'm happy to go out of my way to help somebody out. When I am at home you'll find me reading a book, gaming, cruising through Netflix, or listening to podcasts. I like to keep quite active and I regularly go to the gym. I do play around with the guitar a little bit as well, so if you are a muso and want to jam that would be lovely too. Ideally, I would love to live with 2 or 3 other people to expand my social circle as I'm leaving all my friends behind. I do have a couple bits of furniture if they are needed (table and chairs, lounge etc) If you think I'll fall in with your bunch, please consider me.
I'm an easy going person, early 30s, who likes to laugh a lot, spend time in the nature, hiking, outdoors, sports, etc. I'm an open minded, cultured person with a spiritual interest. I gobble up information as a vacum cleaner from all sorts of different topics so I need to read articles and watch documenteries time to time so I good internet wouldn't hurt ^^ I love having good conversations and going out and I'm also said to be an excellent cook. I'm also tidy, clean and a non smoker. I'm in IT as far as my job goes but I'm not the typical nerdy type.
Hey all! Looking for a place to move in to with my cat in mid December! I'm a pastry chef by trade, studying biochemistry at Swinburne and I'm pretty easy going. I mostly keep to myself but love a good family dinner or wine and whine and love cooking for other people. I ride a motorbike and am pretty good with technology too :) I have a cat called Sophie, who is pretty chilled and loves cuddles. She's pretty well housetrained (for a cat) and most of the time just naps in the sun or curls up next to you while you're watching TV :3 If I sound cool enough to live with you or you know someone who might like me, please let me know!
Hello! A little bit about me: I finished my university studies in 2011 and since then have been working full time in the CBD. I can be quite quiet but am also personable and friendly. I am outside a lot (normally I work between 5-6 days a week) and consider myself a very responsible person. I like my own space but also like to make a house a home. I guess what i'm trying to say is I think I make for a pretty good house mate and tenant! If you think that I might be a decent match for you, please drop me a line. Dexter :)
After work I'm looking for a place to relax, if I'm looking for something to do I'll generally go out with friends so when I'm at home I'll be watching tv shows/movies. I grew up in Sydney and moved to Melbourne to do a Master in Business at Monash and I’m currently working full time in insurance in East Melbourne. I enjoy staying active with the occasional jog/workout as I played a lot of sport growing up. I like to keep things tidy and will be happy to help keep the place clean. I’m respectful of your space which I find to be an important aspect when living with other people.

I'm pretty clean and tidy but not that much. I like listening to soft music, Jazz and singing. I am a post graduate student in Swinburne and doing some part time online work that requires me to access internet. Looking for a great place to rest at the end of the day with good access to university and having great internet access is very helpful. I am mostly a quiet person with friendly demeanor and I like to cook on weekends and doing some heating during weekdays. Looking forward to find great place and community.
Hi potential flatmates! We are two good friends who are looking to find a place in December. We are easy going and fun to hang around, either at home or going out on the town. Expect cosy evenings, BBQs, netflix watching, along with drinks on the weekend and fun gatherings with friends. Both of us have had experience living with others before - we are respectful of personal space and are good at keeping things tidy. Looking forward to getting to know you all!

I'm a chilean freelance designer/artist who decided to take another route in his life, looking for new expectations and experiences; call it a place to belong :) . I'm calm, tranquil and can chat about any kind of subject in particular so I can know more about others, cultures and chances to take. I'm a tidy and organized person, taking only what I need as tools to prepare myself for everything ahead. I like simple sports, like jogging, 3D art, videogames, literature, chatting about anything in life and learning whatever I'm taught from others just to spend a good time.
Digital Marketing professional Mon-Fr. Either off Sailing or hiking on the weekend. Easy going, tidy and respectful. I'm normally out and about most of the time. Do enjoy a bit of banter and a glass of wine.

My name is Joey I'm a student traveling from New York City to Study at Swinburne University. I'm studying Information Technology, future Network Engineer, Laid back personality, and I visited Melbourne once in March 2017 and instantly fell in love with Souvlaki. Also I'm new to this site so bare with me. My preferred towns (I think you guys call it suburbs) are Toorak, South Yarra, East Melbourne, Armadale, and Hawthorn(East). Please do note that I've visited a few on that list so if your Room/Apartment isn't on the list but is close by or if you think I'd be interested in your place, by all means shot me a message. Privacy is important so I'm looking for a furnish private room. I won't be home that often seeing how I'll be out and about exploring the city. Big plus if you have a Washer and Dyer or located near one. Since I'll be in school I'm also looking for High speed internet(wifi). Looking to stay from February to July 2018 and spend $325 a week but a little bit more if necessary
Hi There I'm looking for a private room to rent ideally for 1 year minimum. When I am not working part time/casual I enjoy going to yoga 6 days a week and catching up with family and friends. A clean / tidy environment is a relaxing one for me and I am definitely not looking for a party house. I like my own space and don't mind the odd chat. WiFi is a must but other than that I'm pretty easy going :-) Please message me if you think I may be a good fit for your home. Cheers Mel
Respectful independent Canadian, seeking accommodation. Ideal move in dates between now and late December. I begin PhD study in psychology at Monash Clayton in January and I'm involved with work in the mental health sector. I also run a graphic design business. I'm looking for a private bathroom, simple desk/office space in a light filled modern bedroom anywhere between Southbank and a bit south of Clayton.
Currently an international student from Malaysia who will be starting her degree in Monash Caulfield in February 2018. Looking for a place to stay near campus or near to the train line. I'm not really a party person but there might be time where I might be out late from time to time to study or hang out with friends for late night talks. I don't smoke, and I only drink occasionally for social events or with friends. I'm not a very talkative person in general and I'm in a long distance relationship with my boyfriend back in my hometown so there might be video calls at night but that's about it. I generally like to keep tidy and work within my schedule, even if I might stress out and be a bit unresponsive during my exam periods. It is a new environment so I'll admit that I might be a little awkward but I'm fine once I get the hang of things. My listing on preferred length of stay is flexible but at least for one term's worth.
Hello chickens! I'm an outgoing, loud and fun-loving hot mess, studying Primary Teaching at ACU! I'm looking to either move into an existing share house or start up a new place during 2018. I work in a child care centre during the week and I'm a kids party entertainer on the weekends. I constantly question why parents trust me with their children. The soul crushing realities of real life mean that I basically live for the weekends and love a solid night out that usually ends at Revs. Somehow I resemble a functioning adult who knows enough about cooking, cleaning and has a steady income to stay alive. I offer your household an endless supply of coffee and good times- my life is basically a TV show... I'd love to move into a place with people who are sociable, friendly and up for a good chit chat from time to time. Shoot me a message if you'd like to catch up for a coffee xx
I consider myself to be an interesting, peaceful, friendly individual with an open mind. I enjoy spontaneous adventures, treks, Music festivals and any kind of fitness/wellbeing. I'm someone who likes socialising and equally enjoys time by myself. I tend to keep things tidy and respect shared space. Always up for going out exploring and trying new things or just lay back sit at home and watch something or even engaging in deep intellectual conversations. Un-winding with a drink or an is something I tend to enjoy. I'm from Bombay, India and currently doing my Masters of business in Monash. Will be spending most of my time studying or working part-time. Looking forward in meeting my new housemates :)
Hi there! Apart from being a moderately good cook and a great mate to have, mostly a rather neat guy. Always up for exploring new parts of the city, big into coffee and a gin fan! Enjoy the active lifestyle and have traveled a decent part of the world over the years with all time favourite being New Zealand. Rugby and soccer. Cheers!
