I'm not your typical 16 year old, I've been living by my self for a while and am an independent and outgoing person. I am also a fairly tidy housemate and will always clean up behind myself. My main interest and hobby is music as I am currently enrolled at TAFE studying sound production and music performance, I'm a singer/songwriter and guitarist.
Hi I’m Chloe. I’m 18 years old, work full time in Newcastle CBD, for the most part I keep to myself however am happy to have a chat if wanted. I’m very friendly, responsible and tidy. I work Mon-Fri (meant to be 9-5 haha) and usually am out seeing friends and family on weekends. I also have a 8 year old jack Russell x Harmony, she’s calming as she gets older but will always get excited to see you! I’m free anytime around work to view the rooms and would be looking to move in the next fortnight. Look forward to hearing from you 😊
I'm quiet and pretty much keep to myself. I currently live by myself and want to move from my current residence but can't afford to by myself. I currently work as a casual at 2 different jobs (Belmont and Kotara). I love to cook and I am very crafty. Tink is 7-8 years old and a very well behaved and lovable kitty who is desexed and is an indoor/outdoor cat. I have a house worth of furniture so you would just need stuff for your room.
About Sam Work full time as a Lifeguard. I'm chatty fun can keep to myself as well. Have good energy My lease has run out so I'm on the lookout for a new place. I come with great references and have had all my shots lol. I'm a down to earth guy, who is into fitness likes cooking, neat and tidy Non Smoker Looking for a non smoking residents I am a guy that you can trust, and would want to have in your property.
I am a laid back extroverted guy with a good sense of humour. Have lived with flat mates for 20 years and enjoy the company of others. I am definitely not boring and enjoy a good laugh, a few drinks and good banter. I am clean, respectful of others and their property. I work in Sydney but will be spending a good amount of time in Newcastle. I am a manager working in a HR field and have my life sorted. I don't have pets and I am not a crazy nutter. Have a tendency to make others laugh and can tell a good story. Can afford rent and will always pay on time but would prefer bills built into Rent as I would prefer just a flat fee every week. Would be looking to spend Friday night to Tuesday morning in Newcastle and the rest in Sydney. Hope to talk to someone soon. Prefer my own bathroom, no more than 2 flat mates and don't mind pets but prefer dogs. Prefer around Adamstown or the beach, mayfield or Hamilton. Cheers Jeff
My name's Mitch, I'm 19. I'm employed full time in IT I work Monday - Friday, and usually stay atleast one night a week in Sydney. When I'm at home I enjoy relaxing. Usually at my computer, listening to music or reading a book. I'd like a casual and laid back living environment, yet clean and social :)
Currently living on campus at the University of Newcastle, looking to move into a sharehouse. I go to uni at the Callaghan campus and work in Hunter St Mall, so would like to live somewhere between the two. I'm easy going, love the beach and socialising- would love to live somewhere relatively tidy and respectful but definitely enjoy going out some weekends and being around good people!
Looking to move out of home for some independence😁 I work 4 days a week permanent part time at Darrell Lea Charlestown & am currently studying TAFE online to hopefully eventually work in the animal industry. I’m friendly & neat & I absolutely love animals. I would prefer to find somewhere I can bring my puppy - she’s a three month old German Shepard x Lab who is mostly an outside dog & is also toilet trained.
Im single, tidy, organized, a personal trainer (so I work split shifts and you wont have to see alot of me), respectful of others belongings. Im very social so don't spend alot of time at home. I love all things clean so l love a clean house!
Hi, I’m Shane, I’m moving from Wollongong to Newcastle because I want a bit of a change and Newcastle is as far as I can move away while keeping my current (great) job. Not only do I need somewhere affordable to live while I tie up loose ends and settle in, it’ll also be good to experience the whole housemate thing, I’ve lived on my own from the get go and it kind of feels like I’ve missed a rite of passage. I’m an easy person to get along with, I have a good sense of humour, I’m friendly enough but I like my me time as well. I’m pretty tidy and I’m well practiced at doing household chores. I’m not a culinary master but I enjoy cooking and I’m ok at it. I work as a (passenger) train driver, I am a shift worker and I don’t expect anyone to be silent when I’m sleeping at odd times but I’m probably not suited to a (constant) party house. I try to be healthy and when I have spare time I’m usually off on long walks on a beach or cycle track or anywhere interesting, I also do a bit of traveling whenever I get the chance. I’m hoping to live somewhere convenient (shops/transport/beach) but one thing that I definitely need is a parking space for my car. I would also hope to live with friendly people of a similar age that are reasonably tidy. I’ll be staying (in temporary accommodation) in the Newcastle area from the 26th of November and will be happy to meet potential housemates anytime from then.
I am currently working part-time at aldi, whilst also studying secondary science teaching at university. I'm very easy to live with and know the drill with share houses as i have lived in them for around 4 years. I get along with just about anybody and am not afraid of a party every so often. I play a lot of sport namely soccer, between work, sport and my girlfriend i won't be around the house all the time but would definitely been keen for household activities and the like
Hi, I'm Leila. I am a registered nurse and I have just gotten a job at John Hunter Hospital and I need to relocate for this job. I am friendly, outgoing and tidy.
Heyy name is Taylor, I am a Newy girl. 22 & Single. Recently graduated from Newcastle Uni , yipeeee. I'm a young professional working full time Monday to Friday. I am friendly, outgoing with a relaxed easy going nature, reliable, tidy. I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy watching movies, hanging out and going on adventures , going in town, movies, festivals, beach and spending time in the outdoors. I also love animals, chilling out listen to music and having a chat.
Hi future flat mates! My name is Liam, I am a hard working 21 year old guy who loves to chat, have a laugh and just relax. I'm clean, well kept and always open to having a conversation.. I like to keep my possessions in tip top shape and am a bit of a clean freak for those sick of dirty housemates! I am working full-time in Hamilton as a sales executive and would like to move nearby, I'm not local to Newcastle so I would love to meet some Novascastrians to show me the rounds :) I love cars, catching up for a cold one and going out and about. I require a garage to park my car, willing to pay extra for this.
From the Central Coast , looking to move to Newcastle end of July as Im studying midwifery and working part time in Newcastle. I'm easy going, respectful and clean and don't mind an occasional wine or two.
My partner and myself have been living together for 7 months. Myself (Amber) works as a Nurse in disability and Sam maintains yard work for a company and will be off to uni early 2018. We're best friends and looking to share a house or rent a room with someone preferably a male or a couple. I believe we're great to live with, thrustworthy, reliable and enjoy making new friends. Somewhere that's pet friendly would be ideal as we would like to bring home a small dog once we're settled in. We're new to Newcastle area coming from a country town!
Im currently studying environmental science at uon. I’m a very easy going person, but tidy and will always help out around the place. I love surfing, or just getting out and about and am pretty active. I’m pretty social kind of person, and don’t mind a beer or two, but also love to recharge alone and chill out when necessary. I’m keen to make new friends, as I’ve only been here for a few months. I also come with a 3 year old border collie, that is extremely adorable but very relaxed and quiet!
Hey! I'm an Engineering student at the University Newcastle looking for a place to rent. Duration: 6-12 months. Internet connection: NBN. Ensuite: Preferable. Smokers: No. I'm an open-minded person and accept people from all walks of life. Tend to be respectful of other people's space and boundaries, although I do love a good discussion. In essence, the best way to describe me is as having an INTP-T type personality. Cheers.
I am working in Newcastle 3 days a week, live in Sydney, and would like a place part time to live in. Pretty relaxed, easy to get along with, like a wine or 10, and wouldn't mind making some new friends in Newcastle! Originally grew up in North Lambton going to high school at St Pius.
I'm quiet and often in my own little zone, however I am friendly and outgoing, I get along with most people. I work 2 casual jobs and I study at UoN, so I will often be out of the house every day and come home at nights just to cook and meal prep, sleep and shower. I will be studying with any spare time i have in my room. Thanks
Hi, I'm Satya, a software developer working full time in Broadmeadow, Newcastle. I'm a sociable person and enjoy doing my own stuff after work such as reading, doing my online courses etc. I maintain a healthy lifestyle and would like to have a beer once in a while. I'm looking for a friendly people to live with.
My name is Sarah, I currently live on campus at the University of Newcastle. I'm looking to move off with like minded people who preferably are vegetarian, enjoy yoga/exercise in general, hanging out together and occasionally going out over the weekend. Am really interested in teaming up with a maximum of 4 people, and getting a nice place together! I already have a few rental properties I'm interested in, contact me if you're interested! I look forward to hearing from you 😊
Hi I’m Lisha & I’m moving to Newcastle, from my hometown Dubbo, to start university. I’m a very tidy person who always cleans up after herself because I hate mess. I love to have fun & socialise but also need time to myself so can respect anyone else who is the same. I have family in Newcastle that I love but am needing some independence so living without them is something I’m excited for.
I am working full time in the health profession in Newcastle, but I will be back in Sydney on most weekends/holidays. I am pretty easy going, clean, tidy, sociable, and respectful of privacy.
You'll be living with a bubbly, tidy woman who likes to socialize with housemates but is respectful of everyone's personal space and schedules. By day, i'm a full-time applied social science undergrad, mental health worker, and freelance writer; by night, i'm an amateur cook, music junkie, and undefeated Cards Against Humanity champion. I also love riding my bike and playing with my wee dog (though he's pretty old so he's tuckered out before too long). I'm financially responsible and generally quiet (i'm over huge wall-rattling parties). I have plenty of furnishings to set up a place if needed, but can put things in storage if we're doubling up so it's all fair and equal. At this point in life, i'm looking for a place that's friendly, safe, peaceful, and happy! (Must be pet-friendly) (Note: Not on the market for a single room in student accommodation.)
I work full time so like to keep my weekday nights pretty relaxed and quiet, I don't mind watching a bit of tv or a movie and hanging out. On the weekends I like to try and get out of the house, to the markets, to a movie, maybe to dinner and drinks, and don't mind the occasional night out. I've been living with friends in a sharehouse for the past 3 years (all of which are moving for work/uni purposes) and out of home for the last 6, so I understand the importance of cleaning up after yourself, paying bills on time and respecting other people's space. My move date says 25th November but I am open to moving at an earlier date.
Hi guys! I'm a relaxed and sociable housemate who is fairly busy with both full time work (healthcare) and part time study. Love getting out and about to the gym, swimming and just recently surfing! i'm also very partial to a wine :) I'm not after a party house, but would love the opportunity to entertain now and again.
A fun, relaxed and clean couple and 11year old daughter looking to share for a while until we buy our own place. We are active, friendly but do our own thing a lot. If you are interested let us know :)
