Hello, I have just moved back to the Gold Coast. I'm looking to rent a piece of property next to a house, for my small tidy registered caravan. Must have access to power and wifi (if available). As i will be staying in it. ($80-120 rent) Unless a 1/2 bedroom flat/farm house is available. I would be happy to rent that and provide references and bond ($120-300 pw rent)(Must have safe caravan parking space*) Also have use of the bathroom for daily shower and laundry for weekly washing. Preferably parking on concrete or a hard surface. Please message me if you have anything suitable and want to make some extra cash weekly. Working, non smoker. All properties and areas around Gold Coast considered. I am a permanent resident in Australia, not a backpacker. I will buy my own food and toiletries, Looking at long term stay. I live a quiet, healthy lifestyle. I like horse riding, hiking and diving. (pool would be fantastic) .. Thanks in advance. 😊
I am Easy going, don't smoke, rarely drink, don't play loud annoying music and pretty clean. I like to spend time outdoors or at the gym while not working or watching tv series. single, no pets and no kids.
I'm neat, responsible for my own areas/as well as house areas I use. I have my own transport, permanent employment, and I am very laid back but also attentive. I enjoy writing - currently working on a novel + a small trilogy of children's books - video games, archery, fencing, playing music (though I'm not loud and often keep the sessions to a minimum + when the house is empty). I'm respectful of other people's property/private areas of the house, and I expect the same. That being said, I'm always very friendly, always down to hang out if my prospective housemate has similar interests while not forgetting that time to yourself is important. I play video games pretty often, so anyone who also games fairly often would be nice. Looking for a decent place, close to Mudgeeraba (for work), with a strong/fast internet connection.
I am extremely easy to get along with and very respectful of their peoples space. Im a humble quiet person but love to have a good chat and be friends with who i live with. I am a creative person who loves to draw and paint and am looking to start some work in ocean shores in August. I am vegan, love meditation, boxing and running. love the mountains. i would love to live somewhere that has a banana or mango tree haha... would be amazing and even some space for a veggie garden :) I am driving up in my van from Melbourne so dont have any furniture just my clothes, art, sketchbooks, clothes etc. Would really love to live with someone who is shares similar interests :)
I'm a 26yr fulltime uni student, studying accounting. Tidy and mostly keep to myself but enjoy a social beer in the arvo or on weekends. I have 2 desexed female dogs, one medium sized and one large. Both very friendly.
Hi! I'm Nic, and I come as a package deal with my 4 yr old rescued Alaskan Malamute, Moose. I am a laid back musician in two bands, currently working a casual stable hand job and I do some volunteer riding for a quarter horse breeder. I enjoy equestrian activities and anything horse-related, training animals, archery, jousting, guitar and flute (I am considerate of noise levels and can use headphones when needed). I'm friendly and get along with everyone, but clean and keep to myself. Looking for housemates that are chilled out, ideally active and enjoy the outdoors, and of course, will enjoy the company of a big, cuddly dog. Moose is super friendly, loves everybody, and is well mannered, desexed, flea/worm treated, house trained, doesn't bark or chew, but he will howl along with ambulances if he hears them! He's very gentle and tolerant of kids, cats, chickens and other pets but not always with other dogs. He does shed, but I own a very high powered vacuum cleaner to combat this as well as daily grooming. Air conditioning is essential in Summer as we both suffer greatly in the heat, if the room is not air conditioned I have my own window unit I can install. Budget and move date is flexible, and I am willing to pay more for the right place. I am very experienced with all animals (particularly horses) and am a good gardener, so I would be very willing to do work on the property for a reduction in rent, if applicable, by pre-determined arrangement. This includes cleaning or child minding. Location is flexible as I have my own transport, but anything in the Brisbane suburbs/outer Brisbane, though Southside is preferred. Rural areas are fine and I'm very much into permaculture, agriculture and anything to do with growing plants and livestock. Moose is not an escape artist or a jumper, but property must be fenced. I can supply some temp fencing if partially fenced. Please message me (I won't answer unknown numbers) if you feel I may fit in. Thank you!
I'm a quiet, friendly, clean, supportive single guy. I have been taking a break from work for health reasons, though I am looking for part time work now. I love taking photos, am in a photo club, enjoy the outdoors and nature. I'm involved in various community groups in Murwillumbah. I enjoy doing yoga and meditation. I'm originally from Sydney. I've lived in the Byron/Tweed Heads area since 2002, and really love it up here, and I'm looking for a place I can be a part of, share some meals with, and have space for myself as well.
My wife and I have been married for 5 years, we are both pretty easy going and quite people, very clean and tidy. We are both non-smokers and live a pretty clean and healthy lifestyle. We are both working full-time around 5 - 6 days a week (Jess is a full-time Nanny for a large family in Casuarina & I work as a Bookkeeper in Tumbulgum). We love the beach, movies and dogs. We have a small very well behaved and clean dog, who goes to work with us during the day. We would ideally like our own bathroom.
We are tidy, respectful and will clean up after ourselves. We are quite private people however we can most definitely be very sociable at other times. We enjoy being out in nature, binge watching TV Shows/Movies, listening to music, having a quiet drink. We are quirky, fun and also very mature for our ages. I am currently unemployed however receive Centrelink due to medical issues and plan to continue my part-time online studies. We are both studying through Southern Cross Uni - I am studying Business (Management) and Jarryd is studying Information Technology on-campus. My partner and I have been together for over a year and a half so it would be ideal to find somewhere to live together.
I'm looking for a team-up to form a new long-term share house and a place to call home for a while! I'm really easy-going, and laid-back. I've lived in plenty of share houses and understand that every one has their own little quirks. That's what makes us all a little bit wonderful...!!! I love a good conversation and shared meal, and also enjoy my own space and giving others theirs. About me - Down to earth but also in my own world at times enjoying the small moments of life.... Mostly vego - some fish and some cheese. Like to try and eat healthy and clean (but damn that sweet tooth for dark chocolate....!!) LOVE tea. Exercise - lots of body weight and animal movements, love a good bush walk, and just starting BJJ! Dabble in being creative. Love the green, so living somewhere where you can look out and see some trees is a must. No set move date - just want to find the right people!
My name is Kerri, I'm 56 and a spiritual teacher looking for a quiet and beautiful place to be still and take a breather. I'm between rental properties right now with my stuff in storage and need a large furnished room and ensuite, big enough for a small desk so I can continue to do my online transcription work from home. I'm really the perfect tenant to come and bring some beautiful energy and light to your place. Tidy, non-smoking, no pets, meditates, eats clean and totally independent, low maintenance and don't do drama. Love my serenity and good vibes. A view would be sublime. You will be on the same page as me and wish to enjoy some great conversations and cups of tea as we solve the problems of the world. Love to hear from you
We're a quiet couple who like to keep to ourselves. I like to read and my partner is a gamer. We're very friendly and tidy and are fully capable of looking after ourselves.
I'm a pretty easy going person, I like my own space but don't mind a bit of socializing over a wine or cuppa tea! I'm tidy and don't mind cleaning as long as everything is fair! I love cooking and going to the beach and on nature walks so if you're ever up for an adventure I am totally in. Im a first year uni student at SCU and work part time at Pacific Fair so I’m also out of the house a fair bit too.
Quiet down to earth full time working single local with no children. Positive very clean and tidy respectful fun personality looking for like minded chilled people. Easy going and drama free working as a head chef of popular day cafe. Love to hear from you! Matt

Looking for a new place to call home. Do you have a spare garage space? Internet available? A quiet, friendly household? Unfurnished room and within my budget - please read on. From the new year I will be working 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. I would love to find somewhere close to a train station (walking distance preferred) so I can get to and from Brisbane airport easily. Ideally I would also love to find a place with a spare garage so I can leave my car inside safely while I am away. Please note that this is important to me! I don't have many things, only a double bed, bed side table and a TV. The room must have built in wardrobes for my clothing and a ceiling fan would be great. I would like an unfurnished room. But I am also open to the option of a furnished room as I am about ready to buy a new bed. I usually just keep to myself and I am happy doing my own thing, I am a non smoker and not much of a drinker. I clean up after myself and am very respectful when using someones else property. I am currently living in Worongary but owners I live with are looking at selling in the new year so I am trying to be proactive in finding a new place sooner rather than later. They are happy to be used as a reference and will attest to my good nature, ability to help around the house & yard and rent being paid on time. Thanks
