Work for myself as a plumber, also studying for my pilots license. Sports usually take up my remaining free time. Pretty out going, I don't really spend much time at home... Which I guess is a good thing for you? Tidy and independent... I am an amateur chef, but I do make this pretty bad ass taco/burger/burrito thing.
Hi there My name is Gaurav and i'm a content writer/sous chef looking for a room in or around Hobart. I'm currently enrolled to do a one year course at VTI Hobart and would love to share a house with anyone. I keep my surroundings clean and enjoy occasional conversations with my flatmates. Cooking and listening to music keeps me happy and i'm always keen on trying new things. It would be great to find someone to share a house or apartment with. I'm not very fussy. It would also be nice to team up with someone looking for a place themselves Looking forward to a pleasant year in one of the most beautiful spots in Australia. : ) Kind Regards Gaurav Holay
Hi. We're moving to Hobart area from Queensland. Looking for a short term shared or longer term private appartment or house. Easy going. Friendly and fun. Both professionals. Past partying.
Hey! I am currently living in Kingston and working part time, I'm only new to Hobart and have been staying with friends, I am looking at staying somewhere for around 6 weeks while I organise getting a place of my own! I'm a very tidy person and keep to myself most of the time, I love to have a laugh and always find the positives in situations!
I don't have much experience living in a shared experience but I am quiet, neat and tidy, love a good meal and relaxing. I enjoy meeting and getting to know new people. I'm adventurous and will try anything once. I'm Tasmanian through and through, working full time in Heritage Tourism. I am looking to move closer to the two locations I manage. In my spare time I like to play video games, listen to music, cook/bake and relax with a movie or two. My rental history is unfortunately very brief as I have spent the last 6 years assisting with the care of my mother but I have always been proud of the spaces that I live in and enjoy keeping them clean and tidy.
I'm very friendly and love people, love a good cook-up and chilling out too! Can talk about almost anything, but leave you alone when you need quiet too ;) I'll be needing plenty of alone time as a fast-track nursing student anyway. I am a disabilty support worker, non-smoker, neat and tidy around the home. I have a gorgeous 6yr old labrador I either can bring with me or leave with my folks if you can't have her, but trust me, you'd be missing out ;)
Hi all, I'm moving back to Tassie from the Sunshine Coast and am looking to either find existing share accommodation or team up with someone. Im clean and tidy, like to eat healthy and keep reasonably fit. Enjoy a few beers on the weekend.
easy going guy. love cooking, like to keep clean so ill keep the kitchen and living areas clean nearly all the time. i love gardening and im a regular fix it man. man of many talents but dont have any qualifications as of yet unfortunately. love my music but try to be respectful to others, so ill try keep it to earphones as much as possible. i work for toyota as parts delivery, so driving is my job. for fun, hasnt been an area ive been able to explore for a while due to bills needing to be paid, but these days will be different. ill be going to the gym and stuff like that from now on.
Hi there, I'm a friendly and relaxed person who's inclusive, accepting of others, and LGBTI+ supportive. I can pretty much get along with, talk with, and have productive relationships with anyone, even though I prefer quiet and alone time. I don't have much time for excessively opinionated, bigoted or domineering personalities. I like clean and tidy shared spaces, although I'm not OCD about it =) I like music and movies but can enjoy those things quietly when appropriate to do so. I'm Dog friendly; Dogs are the best people generally... I share care of my little girl, although she would not be staying with me; hence needing somewhere close to her in Lenah Valley. She is an 11 year old little Pug Dog girl with special needs. I'm 'differently abled' [I think the modern term is] and independent. I'm Cat allergic though. Level access is ideal or only a few stairs at the most if unavoidable. I no longer drive and use a powered wheelchair for longer distances. I'm vegan with Buddhist values by choice but I'm not a fascist about it. I have a moderately regular meditation practice and go on meditation retreats away when I can. I like a warm, friendly environment, and work towards making it so. Ideally I'd like somewhere I can set up a painting and/or meditation space [like to have, not a need to have]. What else? I'm mostly an ex-I.T. professional [in business, contracting and govt], and an ex-public servant [not I.T.]. I have degrees/qualifications and industry certifications from my previous careers, but these replace neither common sense nor doing your best to be kind to others. Righto, that's about all I can think of. I'm interested in joining or starting a share house anywhere near Greenway Ave Lenah Valley. What else? Ummmm, oh yeah, I'm awesome; you'd like living with me =) Thanks, John
Firstly, I would like a place where I have my own PRIVATE room, as I'm rather antisocial and like to have my own space. I'm also a gamer, and would be fine with paying for internet bills. I would also like to be able to have my partner visit from time to time, as I haven't been able to find a place for myself :(
Hi There, I am mauricio, I am currently based on Melbourne, recently I got a job offer as geotechnical engineer (google it ;) ) and I am looking for a place to share and get to know some cool people. I am colombian, Ive been 7 years in australia, pretty easy to live with, super chilled, also I am doing my masters part time so I will be extremely busy. Additionally I do have a little ragdoll boy called, he is pretty well trained, desexed so no issues, pretty sweet boy. If you want to have a chat or anything just let me know I am also happy to team up :)
Yo! Just having a peak on here for the not too distant future. I moved to Hobart in April after a death in the family, so I'm currently living a bit further out than is ideal but soon enough it will be time to fly the coop and begin afresh! I have lived in Brisbane, Melbourne and now Hobart all within the space of 14 months, and have oodles of share housing experience from the past 10+ years. When the time is right I'm hoping to find decent sized dwelling to house my wares and trinkets with some other artistic/creative types. I'm 32 and I'm just getting into the groove of being in new place at the moment. My most recent job in Melbourne was teaching guitar at a grammar school, so with any luck I'll ultimately get to go back to that sort of work. I didn't get a chance to start a masters in Melbourne, but am adamant about starting a masters of music next year, which I intend to do very slowly! Despite being a musician I'm pretty quiet in all aspects, but most definitely friendly and enjoy good house hangs/chats. I do like to spend a fair bit of time to myself, drinking tea and listening to podcasts, burning incense, reading, or just noodling away on some music, watching netflix, the normal sort of stuff. I do love a tipple, though I'm not likely to fall through the front door every weekend. Always on time with rent and bills, courteous and clean without being a fascist. looking for similar minded folk.
I'm a 19 year old full-time student at UTAS, I'm doing a Bachelor of General Studies (Arts) Pathway. I am also currently looking for work. I generally keep to myself and I'm a pretty laid back person. I spend most of my time at Uni or in my room. I would preferably like somewhere that doesn't mind visitors as I would like my boyfriend to be able to visit me once a week or so. I am a quiet person but I also enjoy conversations with others. I have basic cooking skills and I am a clean & tidy person.
Full time journalist who just landed a new role in Hobart. Would love somewhere central and close to the CBD, but willing to fit in with the right housemate! Easy going & neat guy, who enjoys a balance between social and solo time, and also likes to keep fit.

I'm a friendly and open minded girl, from Hobartia, studying masters and working. I am into yoga and learning to surf. I'm Emily, 23 years old, and work full time currently in Sydney and about to move to Hobart for work (I work in the health industry). I've never been to Tasmania before, and very excited for the move! I really enjoy the outdoors (especially hiking and bush walking), having a glass of wine with friends, cooking and baking, and curling up with a good book.
Im a cleaner , I'm quiet , like to keep to myself but also can interact with people. Looking for temporary accommodation to save money before heading off to the mainland.

I am able too cook and clean. i will have a stable job once i move as i can get a transfer from my current job. I will be studying physics and geology. I love to explore national parks or forests in my free time. I have a car and am on my P1 license but will almost be up to P2 by the time i move. I've just finished a 5 year stint working at the Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art in Brisbane, and also a 4 month holiday in Europe! I'm now working casually in hospitality while I find my feet in Hobart. I'm a tidy and respectful housemate but also keen to make some new friends. I am looking for something relatively short term :)
