✨PLEASE NO SHARE BEDROOMS ✨ I am 25 and just moved back to Sydney from Perth so looking for either a team up or a share house. I am looking for a chilled out friendly environment. I have a little pug x called Henry who loves a cuddle or 10. Little bit about me: I am super easy going and respectful, Lived in a few share houses over the years and would like to move in with someone who is like minded but also can have a laugh and a drink every now and then. I make a mean antipasto platter and sangria 😏 Would consider more given the right place came up 😊
Hey hey! I'm a manager at an insurance company and co-own a car brokerage business on the side so that keeps me pretty busy. I play soccer 3 to 4 times a week for a premiere league team and spend whatever free time left over either socialising with friends or watching Netflix at home. I'm very social and would love to become friends with my housemates, whether it's making dinner/watching a movie at home or going out for a feed or a night out. I'm all about respecting each other's space, keeping the place clean and would prefer to not live in a party house. Hit me up if you have any questions or think we would be good housemates!
Hiya, I am teacher from Wollongong working FT in South-West Sydney. I am super friendly, very creative and outdoorsy. As a housemate you will find me to be clean, easy going and approachable. I am looking for a room in a share house to use a base for work. Hoping to move in with like minded people.
Hello. I'm looking for a new place to live with my little mate Horse (Cat). I've been searching for awhile, but cannot seem to find a place that will take us both in. He is very good around people, not entirely sure just how he is around other animals as he has only ever seen a dog before, but he didn't seem to fussed and spends more time outside than in. Myself, I'm a little rough around the edges, but that's just on the outside. I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't party, I seldom have people over and spend most of my time at work. I generally keep to myself, but always up for a chat if the opportunity presents itself. Not really bothered by location, but would prefer it to be within 10-20kms of Waterloo, closer is obviously more desirable. Also handy with a spanner in my hand and more than willing to help around the house. Looking to move ASAP. Thank you
30 year old female working in the creative industry. I'm friendly and tidy and love being active. I'm an animal lover and don't mind living with any kind of pets.
Hey☺️ Looking for someone to sign a 6-12 month lease in either the inner west side of city, or city center area. I am a very clean and hygienic person. So the place will always be neat and tidy. I am very respectful when it comes to others, so privacy will never be an issue. I am also a very open; bubbly person, so when I am not at work and have my days off, we can bond and have fun. I have a busy working schedule, so most of the time I won’t be at home, however, when I am, I like to switch off and chill, so you’ll never have to feel obligated to put a front on. You can be yourself as long as you give the same respect to me. I personally laze around, eat and love to watch movies, so if you like that, we will definitely get along.
Looking for someone to cover your rent while you look for an ideal housemate? My husband and I need a temporary place to call home for 2 weeks while our property settles. We are both full time working professionals and are out and about most of the time. We have lived in shared houses for the past 4 years and know very well how to respect the space and privacy of each housemate. We need your help and we hope to help you too! We have been subletting our unit and understand it takes time to find the ideal housemate so we are willing to let you hold inspections while we are living in.
Hey everyone! I’m Chloe, a 26 year old working professional (fashion industry), currently living in Summer Hill. I’m looking to move out within the next month or so in the areas provided. I’d prefer to live with no more than 2 housemates of any gender just as long as you’re nice and respectful. Paying rent on time is my biggest requirement. I tend to keep to myself during Mon- Fri but love weekend drinks and exploring the city and creating clothing. Would really love to meet new friends rather than just “housemates” as I don’t know many people in Sydney. If anyone has a room going or alternatively would like to look at getting a place together, please don’t hesitate to drop me a message! ⚡️🤘🏻
Just finished Uni in Wollongong in December and I'm starting a new full-time job in research out at Westmead. I'm a very friendly and easy going person, but also clean, tidy and respectful of communal living. I'm happy to let people do their thing, whether introvert, extravert or something in between, without judgement. I love to hang out, eat food and laugh, and I'm definitely keen to explore the city. I'd like to find a place where I can come home from work and have fun or unwind. I'm looking for an unfurnished room with enough space for a queen bed and maybe a desk. Also somewhere with off-street or all day on-street parking. I have some extra living and kitchen furniture if needed as well.
"Quite possibly the most clean, quiet and respectful person of all time" - Flatmates Monthly ($100% genuine magazine) I'm super clean and I respect people's privacy and space.
Hi, I'm a mature-age teacher doing temporary and casual blocks at a number of schools. I have a well house-trained, 10yr old cat, Gary. We are looking for a home with a view to travelling to the UK to teach either in September or at the end of the year. I am very independent and I love my privacy and respect that of others. Nevertheless, I enjoy a chat and a coffee if offered. I enjoy reading, movies, theatre, choral singing, mainly classical and early music, meditation, swing-dancing and Gary. Gary loves to go on walks and to love and be loved.
Hello ! My name is Margot, I arrived from France two months ago. I’m looking for a place to live, à bedroom in a collocation in (Dulwich Hill, Marrickville, Summer Hill, Petersham and Ashbury) neighbourhood. It’s not far from my office. I’m from a small city near to Paris, I’m here because i have find a job, I’m a woodworker and also because I want to discover Sydney and his lifestyle. I’m really easy to live with, I love meeting new people, i interested art, culture and love all the small pleasures that life can offers. I have one big issue, my English level! But I’m sure I’m gonna improve my level thanks to my futur roommate!
Friendly guy, enjoy good company, clean home, good health, outstanding house mate! :) Have recently moved to Sydney for work (software developer) and am looking for a long term flatshare. Will be fairly active on flatshares.com and look forward to hearing from you! Moving from Perth, very clean, young professional, and looking for similar
I am a 27 yo full time engineering technician and a part time student. I like fishing, roller skating, snowboarding and pretty much would love to get up to anything fun outdoorsy. During weekdays at home I like to keep to myself by cooking and catching up on new episodes of my fave tv shows, but also love to catch up with housemates now and then. If we have things in common to do I will definitely be up to doing them together! But also always up to trying out new things. Like to keep the house as clean and as tidy as possible within reason, we all have lazy days or zero time now and then, I don't expect anything crazy (things like weekly dusting, vacuuming, wiping seem reasonable to me, for those kind of things I am happy to have schedules) Communication is key. Would rather be mates and just tell each other how it is without being shy, awkward and quiet. I am planing on adopting a small size doggy, hence me looking to move out to a house, that is spacious enough. Don't worry, I won't be asking you to feed it or to take care of it if I am away, dog is solely my responsibility. Room must: -have large built ins (or wardrobe equivalent) -fit queen bed -fit medium desk (or at least a small one) If you got any other questions do not hesitate to shoot me an email. I am an open book =))
Hi I'm Sara. Actor/Filmmaker in Sydney who also works at an Arcade. Looking for place for me and my dog Cash Douglas - he's heaps cooler than me. I'm a pretty chilled homebody - like a catchup over beers and binging netflix. I own power tools and flatpack are my jam. Looking for respectful housemates who don't mind the odd catch up and who will love Cash Douglas as much as he loves himself. Ideally after a room in a pet friendly place with a yard or courtyard or to find a cool group of people who are keen to set up a new home a little further out of the inner west to make our money go further. I have quite a bit of furniture but no fridge or washing machine Peace!
Tara and Kyle here! We are both pro-intersectional queer vegans and love animals. We like to chill when we're at home after our super hectic work days - Netflix is a solid go to! Kyle: I'm a musician and I love to cook. I am a creative! I have my own company (Konnect Events) supplying music and lighting gear, directing and producing musicals, and I'm also a freelance audio visual designer and operator. My work can be spontaneous and long hours so I am not at home a lot. Tara: I have sharehoused for 5 years. I am a zero waste as possible human. I'm sensitive to chemicals and live a low tox life - it's really important that my home is accomodating to this! I'm a dancer and love any form of live entertainment. I have my own business (Tasker Tara) servicing the Inner West providing cleaning, professional organising (yes like Marie Kondo!), admin, hospitality, and other freelance tasks - this is my full time so my working days are a little all over the place and I tend to be in and out of home a lot! If it is of interest, we're also down to trade some work for reduced rent. If there is anything we can assist with to lower rent costs let us know!
I'm a healthcare professional, working full-time in western Sydney. I enjoy reading, music, and podcasts. I generally like to relax at home on weeknights, and hang out with friends on the weekend. I've lived in a number of sharehouses so I'm well house-trained..! I'm looking to live with people who have similar left-leaning / progressive values.
Hello, friends! I’m a 22 year old Brazilian, working in a hotel as a receptionist. Not a party person. More of a netflix/ wine and cheese person (happy to share all of these) Terribly allergic to pets, sadly. I'm super clean and organized, but I promisse I'm not a neat freak ✨
I work full time 6am - 4 pm 5 - 6 days a week. I am clean, tidy, respectful and quiet. I like hanging out with my friends and family and having quiet time at home as well. Im looking for a 420 friendly house and somewhere I can bring my beautiful housecat, meowfoy.
I'm a medical journalist working in Surry Hills. I have two, very cute and quiet pet frogs. I'm looking for a place that feels like home.
I am a friendly, tidy and easygoing UTS student in my mid 20s looking for a place in an equally friendly and tidy share house around Sydney. I am Blue Mountains born and raised but I promise I only have five fingers on each hand. I work part time at Lush (so I'm always nice smelling and a little bit sparkly) and study sociology and international politics full time, so most days I'm out and about. I love cooking (and eating), books, cinema, music, cult classic tv shows, traveling, languages, wine (especially when paired with cheese), animals and (most) people. I'm newly returned from living overseas (like every other basic white girl) and I am looking to move a little closer to uni. I am a very low key housemate who can work with the vibe of any household. I enjoy some peace and quiet to myself sometimes but I am always down for a group dinner or a couple of beers :)
