Hi there, I'm currently looking for 1 private room in shared apartment since my contract in UTS housing ends soon. I'm currently a graduate, working full-time at Myer and looking for a house close to city/Bondi. I'm happy to move into a house with a room for myself as well and would love good company as well. I'm a chilled and relax guy who would normally workout and go for a run in the park - when free. Apart from that, I like to chill out with my flatties and watch series whenever we're all at home. Not to forget, love to have good banters, sneaky wine and beers and create good vibes. INTEREST: Football- watching EPL and UFC
Canadian living in Sydney (6 months into my Working Holiday) and looking for a place and new friends. I'm generally pretty quiet but enjoy a drink after work or some such relaxed time. Fairly tidy, very clean, and used to sharing a house.
Hey! I'm a fully trained housemate (been living out of home for 10+ years) looking for a new place to call home. I work full time in the city in operations for an e-commerce business. I'm a huge wine and cheese fan and enjoy a post weekend debrief with my housemates. I do however also enjoy solo time, especially after a long day at work. My weekends are spent out with friends, at the pub, or watching some sort of sport. I do love to cook, and can make a pretty good pavolva if you're a fan. Fresh flowers, coffee table books, and good linen make me happy. I like a clean & tidy house but you're free to have your spaces however works for you. I'm currently living in a studio in Petersham but am looking to move into a larger property with a backyard or patio. Please note I'm not currently interested in moving into another apartment. I have a full house (studio) of furniture I love but of course happy to look at storing things if needed for the right place.
I'm a friendly, full-time employed queer femme who works 9-5 as a client manager for the public sector in Sydney's CBD. I also study molecular biology at Macquarie University so while I'm sociable I do need some down time and not a 24-7 party. I'm a qualified PT. I'm arty. I like to keep fit, cook something new (with great success!), check out cafes, restaurants and art exhibitions with friends, take photos or enjoy some couch time at home with housemates and pets if you have them -- and I'm a total sucker for Netflix nature docos for obvious reasons. I'm looking for a room WITH BUILT-IN WARDROBE in a vibrant, happy, smoke-free, drug-free home, preferably with queer/queer-friendly professionals. It's none of my business if you keep your bedroom in chaos, but having organised, cleanly shared spaces (particularly the kitchen and bathroom) is very important to me.
I'm 30, full time working professional, and have house shared for many years. I am mature, easy going, and honest. I am respectful and will treat your home like it's my own. Happy to take turns cleaning regularly. I enjoy cooking, playing football, boxing, relaxing at the beach, Campos coffee, meditation and exploring this beautiful country. Weekdays are pretty low key between work and the gym. Over the weekends, I'm out and about during the day catching up with friends. I'm a homebody and prefer to relax at home in the evenings. I can sell my furniture of your apartment is furnished: front loader washing machine, tv, entertainment unit, and kitchen equipment.
Hi! I'm Kristy and I have just moved to Sydney from Brisbane to start my dream job working in the music industry. I am staying with a friend for a couple of weeks but am available to view properties and can move in to the right place straight away. I am a tidy and considerate housemate and would be looking for a room with an ensuite or own bathroom preferably in inner West Sydney. I am friendly and generally pretty quiet but am happy to have a chat over dinner/drinks. I've lived in my current apartment with housemates for nearly 7 years so would like to find a place I can call home. I like to cook/bake, read, listen to music and go to gigs. I will be looking to explore Sydney on weekends so would love any recommendations for adventures :)
I'm a gentleman from Perth, been in Sydney for 6 months. I run a pretty intense business which keeps me quite busy and at work mostly, although am always up for a friendly chat when I'm around. Love sharing stories and experiences over dinner and wine/beer, but also love quiet time and can certainly respect others wishes of peace and no banter. Can cook some delicious food, like toasted sandwiches (the best ever) and am a fond lover of Mexican cuisine. I'm very clean and considerate.
Howdy. My name's Ash (you knew that), I'm a red-headed (also knew that), and I work in creative advertising as an art director (would be awkward if you did know that...). I'm looking for a new pad to nest in and hopefully find some rad housemates. I'm currently living on the north side, so looking for something a little more central and looking for a change of scenery in a new, awesome and social houseshare. I am flexible with my move date and taking my time to look for the perfect place and/or perfect flatmates. I'm looking around the inner-west/inner-east area. Keen for 6months - 1year+ stay I'm pretty chilled out, the only thing high maintenance about me is my hair (and you don't have to deal with that so we're sweet). I love to cook (my homemade muesli is definitely my claim to fame), keeping fit (total gym junkie) and love going out to see live music. I work in advertising and usually train at the gym before work so I work fairly long hours during the week, so always just keen for a chill out on weeknights, although I'm a big fan of wine o'clock and usually have plenty on hand to share. I'm looking for some like-minded housemates who are easy-going, fun and clean who don't mind having a chinwag over a wine or three, but who also like their own time and space too. Keen for teaming up to start a new houseshare as well, so send me a message if I sound like your type of gal.
Hello, I am a 24 year old legal assistant from Brisbane, and am relocating to Sydney for work in August. I am looking to rent a space where I can unwind after work, and from where I can explore the greater Sydney area. I am quite outgoing, but also treasure my alone time.
Hi , I am an Chinese student , I like working and studying in Sydney. I am outgoing person,I want a private room close to train station.
Mature, friendly but respectful of the need for personal space, easy going and a fairly good cook when I have the time. Hi! I moved to Sydney a year ago with my federal government job, and am presently happy in Homebush but my housemate is building a house too far away, so I'll need new accommodation soon... I'm looking for a place which is close to trains, clean, modern, and that's decently proportioned.
Easy going, i'm not looking for a party house, my pet hate is people who don't clean dishes propperly and or leave dirty pots and pans out or leave food scraps in the sink and people who don't clean the toilet after them... Apart from that i'm easy going i've a few hobbies that i spend a fair bit of time doing both in the week and weekends, like to cook, like a beer, I'm up for a laugh/chat and i equally like time alone of a night depending on how I'm/ you are feeling, i'm a morning person too in the week i'm usually in bed early and then up early, i'm an electrician so i work 5/6 days a week, I'm from the uk and i'm 27 ... also would like a big room that gets alot of natural light... If you think i would fit in in your home drop me a message
I'm a Chef, working in the cbd area. Clean and quiet and easy going, friendly and bla bla bla bla etc..... need to move closer to work for convenience. Professional and work hard, long hours. Peace and quiet is extremely important. Enjoy sharing a convo and the occasional dinner or maybe an outing. Love pets. Don't have any though.
Hi I'm Kayla, single, 26, I work full time as a retail manager and an online full-time student Looking for a place with my x2 ragdoll cats, who are gorgeous to live with. Friendly yet rather busy Monday to Friday so I tend to keep to myself during the week. However, love to be more social on the weekends.
Full-time working professional (corporate lawyer), who works in the city (can involve long-hours). Am looking for a place relatively close to the city, to share with a clean, tidy and considerate working professional. I'm not a partier, and tend to lead an active lifestyle. Due to work, weekends tend to be quiet for me, and I enjoy just using them to relax and unwind. Anything else, please ask.
Im a french girl studying Childcare in the city. I have been living in Sydney for 2.5years now, and been used to live as an au pair in the Inner west. Lilyfield/Leichhardt. Singing is my favorite hobby, so Im a big fan of music, even tho im not a loud person at all, you will rarely hear me sing or not at all. I sing when no one is here or only in Gig , I love chill at home, like having few friends around, specially my 2 bestfriends here, going in restaurants and obviously have a glass of wine at night while watching a movie. I like party sometimes, but not the party animal as I used to be before. I like going around and discover new places and definitely love travelling. Im pretty chilled and very easy going. I like having a chat. Im clean and tidy and like to keep my area clean. I like cooking when im around people, but living by myself back in France made me an expert in Pasta ;).
I am working in events and fashion and have just returned from work in Europe. I am looking to make a home back in Sydney. I am very tidy and try not to disturb my flatmates too much. I also love meeting new people and look forward to meeting you!
Hi I'm Nick, I'm 24 and work full time in North Sydney. I'm currently living in Newtown/Marrickville and would like to find somewhere nearby. I've been at my current place for about 6 months and haven't had any issues paying rent or keeping the house clean. Looking for housemates that are more 'friends' than 'people that happen to live in a house together' (think 'family dinners', going out for drinks etc). I don't have any pets with me but if you do that would be a plus. I'm busy a few nights a week but don't mind having some time and space to myself and letting others have theirs. On the weekends I play sport, practice piano and go skating. Any other questions just let me know
Hey, I’m looking for a place I can call my home. if you’re looking for a tenant that would pay half of your rent and live in your house, please skip to the next. If you’re looking for a housemate and someone you can potentially call friend, please read on, I’ll be thorough so you know if you wanna contact me. Guidelines for the ideal place are modern, optimally with wooden floor and I want my own bathroom, heating/aircon is a must (car spot bonus). Biggest deal: I’m extremely tidy (and I mean it, I don’t usually leave the dishes in the sink for more than 1h and I vacuum my room 3 times a week). I need to live with someone that share this and I’m happy to set shifts for the housework (or get a cleaner), so please don’t contact me if you don’t. On top of being super clean and respectful You'd really enjoy having me as your housemate: I’m quite fun and relaxed, not loud I don’t smoke, I make the best italian food in the new south wales (upon request ;)) and I usually eat out and live out. When I’m home I’m always happy to have a chat (I'm fluent in English italian and Spanish so you can choose), and you can talk to me if there’s anything to work out as I don’t bring dramas and want none. What else you need to know? I’m kinda smart so if you’re too we’d probably get along and I’d be keen to hang out sometimes; I might have a girl over once a week or two and if you wanna leave the common area for me I’m happy to do the same for you and your partner any time! I would always let you know in advance if someone’s coming and super cool if you wanna have some friends over sometimes. Bonus point if you go to establishment on tuesday, we can go together haha. I come with bed, desk, chair, pc, car and a digital piano (I play with headphones unless you ask). For anything else message me or call me -my preferred location are potts point and wolli creek and date flexible
Hi, my name is David and I am from Edinburgh, Scotland. I am a 28 year old University gradute, currently work full time in the CBD and I'm currently looking for a new place to stay. My 6 month lease is up and I am now looking for somewhere to live closer to the city. During the week, I live a really chilled out life and enjoy going to the gym and hanging out with friends. At the weekend, I enjoy hanging out with friends and having a few drinks or chilling out at home and watching movies. I am still relatively new to Sydney and enjoy experiencing new things. I am an outgoing person and would definitely be up for hanging out with my new flatmates. I also enjoy my alone time and am respectful of other people's space. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions you may have.
Grace & Matt, love good food, wine and to chat. Twenty-five and thirty, we don't like dirty. Would love a golden retriever, but if it doesn't happen we won't be a griever. We would love to share a place, preferably with car space. We have kitchenware, and other household items to share. This rhyme is pretty bad, but we think we are pretty rad.
I'm a rowing coach moving over from Perth to coach/repair boats until April 2018 or so (possibly longer). I have a couple of early morning starts but am very experienced at being a silent mover to get out of the door. Aside from that I'll be working throughout the day and some early evenings. I'm very relaxed and sociable so will be up for a chat if you want, but also know the value of personal space and can keep to myself. I'll pull my weight around the place and make sure that everyone continues to feel comfortable in their own home. I like exploring new places but also just as happy to sit with a coffee and take in the day. I'll be in Sydney from the start of September but will take a short trip back to Perth before looking to move around the 18th. More than happy to meet before then. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hey :) I like to think of myself as a pretty well balanced housemate. Im clean and tidy, but not a clean freak. Im friendly and social, but like my own space. Im quiet and respectful, but i know how to have fun. I dont drink, smoke, or have pets. Weekdays i work, play sport, cook, read and go to bed early. Weekends im out exploring. Some things I'm into: swimming, mountain biking, netball, reading, art, philosophy. My dealbreakers are: -pets (im allergic) -smoking -noise after 10 pm If you think I'd be a good fit, get in touch!
