Hi I’m looking for something stable and affordable with clean housemates where I can bunker down as long as I need to finish my degree. I’m quiet, a good cook, I clean up after myself and I’m generally just fantastic. I get really OCD about things, like to try my hand at stuff I regularly go fishing, play tennis, go climbing, play games etc I generally keep to myself but I’m alway keen to socialise
I'm a very clean and tidy person with a GSOH. I am a permanent employee with the Australian Federal Government and I work 4 days per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri) from 11.15am to 6.45pm. I enjoy listening to music (have eclectic taste in music but prefer most house genres) and most often will have the music channels on my TV. I enjoy cooking. I also enjoy a few drinks to wind down most days after getting home from work. I have a lot of friends who live down in Sydney so I regularly travel down there on weekends to go out and catch up with friends and socialise. I love spending time out in the garden and also enjoy home renovation / DIY - I'm a Jack (or rather Jill) of all trades, Master of none lol Anything you want to know just ask, I'm an open book and wear my heart on my sleeve - what you see is what you get! Look forward to hearing from potential housemates. Cheers Beck
Just a laid back gal looking for some chilled peeps to share rent with. Happy to socialise so sitting back with some tunes and a bev at the end of the day is always an option but also like my own space too. Love a good laugh. I work as a barista so i dig coffee. I'm vegetarian but not the pushy kind. I'm half way through a Social Work degree at USYD, but ive put it on hold just for now, keen to get back into it. Very capable of sharing house duties and cleaning up after myself.

I work Casual with intent to pursue a Masters Degree next year and I have a small Tux (Black n White) cat. I occasionally enjoy painting, treating out to a coffee or brunch and enjoy a drink or two every now and then. I'm financially reliable and always pay rent on time as it is a priority. I am respectful and considerate of other peoples living spaces, property and privacy, and am looking to share with people who share that value. Look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi! I'm Grace, I'm a 29 year old student-to-be moving to the Central Coast from the country (Orange NSW) to study Environmental Science at Ourimbah! I'm also going to be working casually or part time so I'll be quite the busy bee. I'm easy going but very respectful of others and quiet. I'm definitely not a party animal but I'm totally okay with people who are! I'm a big nature enthusiastic, I love animals and would be super excited to move into somewhere with a pet, I love cooking and gardening too. I'm just looking for my own room in a friendly home :)
Hi, My girlfriend Marie and I will be starting our farm work at Wavertree farms in Peats Ridge next monday (January 21st). We are looking for accomodation that is not too far from there. We are a lovely/friendly couple, I'm 27 she's 26, both from Canada and got to Australia about 6 months ago on a working holiday VISA (417). We used to work and live on the Gold Coast but we left for a roadtrip up to Cairns and now we're looking to work for the next 3-6 months. We both have international driving license and our own car. That said, we both have degrees in physical activity and are very active people. As mentioned, we are looking to work intensively for next few months so we won't be home much and would like to stay 3months+. Back home (Canada) I'm an elementary school sports teacher and my girlfriend is a kinesiologist+therapist. We both do alot of team sports (competitive ultimate frisbee, soccer, basketball, volleyball...) many solo sports (road/mountain bicycle, canoe, ski...) We're both well mannered, clean and eager to learn the Aussie way!

Easy to get along with. I come with an espresso machine and coffee grinder and the skills to use them. I like to keep fit at the gym. I've been a chef too and love to cook. I'm an retained fire fighter and have a graphic design home business. Just need enough room for a computer setup on a desk. Usually quiet and keep to myself working from home but I like to chat about all sorts of things.
Mature, respectful, responsible woman who is friendly but quiet. Non-drinker, clean and tidy, always do my share. Love nature, music, creative pursuits and personal growth. Looking for work and recently completed a course in Cert III Individual Support. Respect others' privacy and appreciate the same, including with noise. Want to move closer to Sydney to see my daughter and grand-daughter more regularly. Prefer an unfurnished quiet space / to share a house with a garden with 1 other quiet, respectful housemate who is not always home. Have my own bedroom furniture and can sell if necessary the remainder of my furniture. Storage would be great. Prefer a house, villa or semi with space. I have a beautiful indoor 4 yo rescue cat who loves people, is very sweet, affectionate and playful. Suburb is flexible as long as its safe and away from trouble and crime. Enjoy lots of trees and a garden. Happy to discuss.
Hello, my name is Albert. I am 21 and an Engineering Student at UTS. However, I have obtained full-time employment in the Central Coast Area, and am looking for a place to stay close by for 6-12 months. I will be working weekdays and will spend most of my weekends down in Sydney with friends and family, so won't be home very often. I enjoy hanging out and having a conversation, but also like to have my personal space as well. I am capable of cleaning up after myself and respecting the space of others. Ideally, I would like to move late January/ Early February.
I'm a down to earth person with a sense of humour, I try not to take things too seriously and I am always up for a laugh. I'm respectful of others, their space and their privacy and I enjoy spending time with people just as much as I enjoy a bit of time to myself. I love the outdoors and animals, and I am currently working at a cafe while I study veterinary nursing which I do work placement for twice a week.
