Hi.. I am Elen. I originally come from Indonesia. I am on my final year studying master at Swinburne. I am a friendly and easy going female and love to travel. I am looking for a single room, has to be has a living room and near public transport. Prefer to share the house with females. I am a pretty tidy person. I like to socialise but sometimes i like my own time. I have been living in a share house for about four years. I usually pay the rent on time, wouldn't mind to share meals or have drinks on the weekend too or go to bars on the weekend if I have time.. I am looking to share the house with people that I can call friends.

I am very adjustable person and doesn't like to interfere in others life.

Hi all! My name's Natalie and I'm a 23-year-old graduate business analyst at a large corporate (gosh, it feels weird not being able to just say 'student' anymore :'). I graduated at the start of this year, and have been living in the CBD since the start of 2016. While it's been great, it's time for me to move on to somewhere closer to work (in Hawthorn East). While lots of young people looove the city, coming from regional VIC where I'm originally from and having the habit of driving everywhere, I actually found it a bit too busy and noisy for my liking (albeit pretty city views are da' bomb!). I've lived in and out of home since the start of uni in 2012, and have worked since I was 15. Whilst I've been really, really fortunate to always find amazing people to live with in the past, I've definitely also come across (during my searches) my share of cramped and dirty sharehouses; places with curfews (literally - a 'lights out' time of 10pm), rules about having people of the opposite sex over, and interesting cooking restrictions. Needless to say, I never followed up! =P I'm not overly fussed about cleanliness but do appreciate a neat-ish home, so am obviously happy to play my part in maintaining one. I'm pretty sociable, so do love the occasional shared dinners, like watching movies/good TV shows with housemates/going out whenever - but can also totally respect your space. Not one for a party house as I love sleep too much, and am a total lightweight (so don't drink often at all :') xD I do have a lovely boyfriend who is the same age, and similar in that we're a kind of boring, career-focused and sensible couple; I'd expect him to be over a couple of times a week but he has his own place and would not be 'living' with me. You'll like him too, promise! Think that covers most things but please feel free to ask me about anything else! Not in a rush to move out too soon at all but am putting feelers out to see what's out there, and could potentially move earlier if I find the right place. Do let me know if you think we might be a good fit :)
I'm an easy going, smiley 34 year old. I work hard so enjoy down time over the weekend either relaxing at home or out with friends/family. I have a cat, Barney, who is friendly and like me, loves to eat 😀 he's a sucker for affection! I'm a mean cook, enjoy a drink and sing as a hobby (I don't practice at home often), but open to jamming if you play an instrument 😊 Looking to return to study in 2018, so looking for a chilled out and mature space.
I am an American here on a student visa with Le Cordon Bleu Australia in Morrabbin. I am from Los Angeles, California; and I am a very easy going guy who goes with the flow, wether it be hiking, museums, TV, or anything in between. I will confess I'm sometimes not the tidiest individual, but I will always correct the issue when it is pointed out. I am desperately in need of somewhere closer to LCBM's Moorabbin campus, as my 2 hr+ commute from Lara is making it impossible to find time to apply for a job or start a social life. Would like to move in ASAP.
Hi! I'm Melissa and I'm a student at Monash University (Clayton). I hope to find a place that has easy public transport options that goes to the university. I've been living in share houses for a few years before I moved down to Melbourne so I like to keep common areas clean. I don't drink, party or smoke. But I am a very late sleeper (if that is a problem) as I tend to stay up doing work for uni. I don't cook meat and I'm allergic to animals :)
Hi, I'm Joel. I'm in my final semester of uni currently working part time as a civil engineer, but will be transitioning to full time in a couple of months. I'm looking for a place fairly close to the city with easy access to the Monash Freeway and somewhere to park my car, ideally with people who keep a pretty normal schedule. I consider myself to be someone who is well mannered and relatively tidy, and I wouldn't say no to a glass of wine or a bit of a yarn after work. With that being said, I am definitely the kind of person who also needs a bit of alone time, usually with a book. In my spare time I enjoy going to gigs or just to the pub. Feel free to get in contact.
I just arrived to Melbourne on April 5th, landed a job, and I'm ready to leave the hotel and settle down in Melbourne for at least a year. I came here on a working holiday visa, but I'm not planning to leave Melbourne. I want to work hard and invest the money I can save for the next 12 months. I'm 25 years old. I studied mechanical engineering in New Orleans. I was born and raised in Ecuador but came here as Italian. I have an Italian Passport, because of my father's family. I'm the oldest son in a big family (3 sisters and one brother), whom I miss so much. I enjoy having dinner or sharing some drinks with good friends. I really like to cook and eat good food. I love soccer, pizza, dogs, meeting new people, reading, and learning new things. I am very respectful, clean, and tidy (but I guess everybody says that when they're looking for a place). No, really, I like things to be clean, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.
Hi, My name is Abhilash. I worked in an IT firm for 1.5 years and quit recently to pursue my studies in Australia. I will be studying in Monash (Caulfeild) and hopefully find part time work. I am pretty laid out and like a calm place to stay. But I am very happy to socialize and love to hang out on weekends. I am tidy and would like my flatmates the same way. I pay my bills on time and am respectful of others privacy. I LOVE animals and would like to volunteer at any shelter close by. I Don't plan on adopting a pet but would be very happy to look after one if he/she is already staying with us.
Very Clean and respectful. I currently work casually while streaming gaming content. i enjoy unreal feeds, going out and doing spontanious stuff. Very laid back and can handle responsibilities easily (rent etc.) Any questions please feel free to chuck me a message
I will be studying a Masters degree at Monash University (Caulfield Campus). I am a pretty easy going person who likes to relax and enjoy the weekend with a few drinks and friends, at times I will need my own space to study and unwind etc,
Hey all, to let you know a bit about myself; I have studied mechanical engineering at Monash uni, I finished my studies last year, I have lived in Melbourne for the past 7 years , I was away for a year and I just got back a few days ago and i'm living with close friends at the moment, but just till 15th April. I am a permanent resident of Australia and the plan is to get into an international management consultancy firm within the next 6 months as I have kick started my own in my home country Iran, but till then I'll be working full time at my old casual jobs, which are : Hospitality: my friend's bar/restaurant, retail :Men's suit and formal wear and potentially Marketing: helping with the lunch/startup of two of my friends' emerging new businesses. Now a bit on my personality, well, before leaving Melb last year I had my own place for 7 years in Glen Iris and I had both couple and single male and female flatmates from Brazil, US, Australia, Newzealand, Iran, China, Malaysia, Ireland, Belgium, France and now I am leaving with a Greek/french couple. so I consider myself pretty easy going and I understand, respect and get along pretty well with differences in cultures and personalities. Growing up and living with two sophisticated and independent sisters, I am so considerate and I take mutual understanding so serious, in a way that I mostly base and form my relationships wholly on these factors and that's how so far I had no serious issues with anyone I have ever lived with. I am quiet neat and tidy and I highly value personal hygiene and the cleanliness of the place that I live in, I believe in "sound mind in a sound body" so i'm into fitness and I used to do kick boxing for almost 10 years. Balance in the living environment is important for me and I think as long as there's mutual respect for privacy and whatever that is important for the others living in that environment regardless of the differences, I can get along with anyone. Mostly, I would spend my free time, reading, listening to music, watching movies and series, cooking, training, hanging out with friends and when in the mood I'm quiet social and I am always up for a chat, a walk or occasional drinks and I forgot to mention that I love living with both dogs and cats that are being well looked after, in general I am pet friendly.
I am open minded 28 yr old guy from India about to join the Monash uni. I can move in approximately by 1st July'17. I am fairly clean, fun loving and respect other people's privacy.
A young working professional in mid-twenties who is also attending university for a Master's in Business. Easy going and social but also have a very busy schedule so I am out of the house quite often. Love to maintain a clean common area and keep an orderly house but also like to relax and share a glass of wine or meal with the roomies. Ideally would love to find a couple of like-minded friends to start a sharehouse together.
Hi, my name is Liam Tran. I’m 26 years old and studying MBA Program at Deakin University. I’m very quiet, clean and tidy; I spend most of my free time running my business in my country. I love Jazz music, discovering art galleries and music store with friends at the weekend. Sometimes I like chilling out every Saturday night at lounge/bar, listen to live music and enjoy a grass of wine and a cigar with my friends. I want to rent/share a room/house/apartment with young people. It is more preferable if it have a car garage or off street parking.
Hey! I am moving to Melbourne in a couple of weeks and need a fresh pad! My new job, in the Marketing Industry, is situated in the center of town so am looking for central accommodation but am very flexible with locality. I am relocating from Wellington, NZ and come from an architectural background. I have a Post-Grad Degree in Interior Architecture and have also been a Freelance Graphic Designer for the past two years. I am really excited for the move over to Melbourne and can't wait to make some new friends. I'm super easy going, love socializing and have been told I will be missed dearly by my current flatmates - if that's any incentive haha. Please don't hesitate to get in contact!
I am a 68 yr old male seeking a place of stay (room in house, share/house etc) in Melbourne for at least two months initially with the possibility of a permanent arrangement if suited. I am based in NZ but I regularly travel to Melbourne, hence the need of a place I can call my 'Melbourne home' and a place to touch down when I am there. I am tidy, reliable, good help around the house, have a sense of humor, and very easy to get along with. I can supply excellent references. I don't snore, fall out of bed, or make strange noises in the middle of the night (or at least I don't think I do). I would prefer a quieter place occupied by only one or two working person/s preferably straight, and a place handy to public transport into the CBD - say a maximum of 30 minutes by public transport. I mostly do my own thing with meals but also don't mind a get-together meal. I make woodworking projects (not at the property) and write about them for my website. That is my fun job and my hobby. Rent is negotiable, however it would be nice if the rent could reflect the fact that I will be away for most of the time after the initial two month. Say maybe between $100 - $160 per week paid by automatic payment. It would be a place I could call home while I am in Melbourne and would be my Melbourne address.
Hi, I work in a professional working at a university. I am super neat, try my best to be considerate and friendly. I generally keep to myself and between working and exercising, and meeting with friends outside, you probably won't see a lot of me. That said when I do see you I am alway open to a friendly chat and a good cup of coffee.
Like my own space but also very friendly and respectful Clean and enjoy a few wines and out for dinner with friends Gym 3 to 4 days a week
