Hi all, I’m an accountant at a small firm in Malvern and am looking at moving as close to work as possible as I am currently commuting from Berwick. I have lived in both share housing and a studio apartment in the past. I pay my rent on time and keep thing tidy. I’m pretty busy at the moment as in addition to working full time I am completing my CA qualification. When I get a spare moment I generally head to the gym or just relax watching tv/ movies (don’t mind a drink now and again too). I’m happy to come and inspect properties and get to know people either after work on Mondays & Wednesdays or on a weekend, whatever suits best.
I am a friendly, easy going, positive, clean, tidy and respectful housemate and tenant. I am happy to have a chat over a meal or tv show or to respect your personal space and privacy if you like to keep to yourself. I am a vegetarian, animal lover and LGBTQI+ ally. I keep busy most of the week with study, work and exploring all Melbourne has to offer. I will need to be walking distance to a train station and will need a house with pre-existing appliances such as a washing machine and fridge. My hobbies include playing and listening to music, going to music concerts, watching tennis, reading, cooking, travel, watching film, going to art galleries and museums, going out, hanging out with friends, exercising/team sports, crafts and trying new things. I have spent the past 4 or so years renting with others so I have lots of experience. I would like not only a house but a home and if living with others would like to form friendships. :) Please get in touch if you think you have the place for me! Cheers.
Hi! I am Raksha, a student from India. I go to Monash Caulfield. I am easy and fun to live with, very social and can't wait to meet you! :D
Hello! I'm relocating from Perth to Melbourne in August. I'm a mature, tidy, respectful housemate that gets along with people of all age groups, and walks of life. I'm a creative type that loves making art, photography, reading, live music, and watching kitschy b-grade films. My ideal home would be a safe place with a private room (preferably with enough space on the floor to do yoga), relatively close to public transport, with friendly people that like to have a laugh. I would like to stay for at least six months if possible. Sadly I don't have any pets of my own, but I adore animals (especially cats!). I'm looking forward to calling your beautiful city my home, and to meeting you!
My name is Shani, I just came from Israel and I am looking for a place that wil feel like home and also wish to meet some new friends. I LOVE dancing salsa and food. A night out with friends or just hanging on the couch could be great with the right people. P.S. I hate tomatoes.
Love life and socialising and always up for a chat and hanging out but also love my down time and privacy so will be respectful of your space too. Easy going, neat and happy person that loves to get home and put on PJ's to relax and especially love watching SBS on demand on my iPad. Bit of a foodie and love cooking, just not every night. Secure 9-5 employment and can easily demonstrate trustworthiness if needed. I usually spend one day/night over weekends with friends and family on the peninsula and usually out one weeknight catching up with friends. Clean living - no alcohol or drugs. I haven't house shared for some years but enjoyed the experience when I did, so am looking forward to a new chapter.
I'm a student at Deakin University and also have a part-time job and now, I'm looking for home to live with tidy and happy people. I've never had an argue with my room mates. All you need is approach the situation with positive altitude. And also, I always prefer house with the pets. I can help you about them, before I came here, I was running a day care facility for dogs. I'm loving them :)
Hi I'm Harry, just moved to Melbourne for work from the West Coast. Lived in share houses my whole life, very easy going clean and respectful. Looking for a place around Hughesdale or anywhere along the Pakenham line as I will be working at Chadstone shopping center. Social person but happy spending time alone. Nonsmoker, will be working some weekends and most days during the week. Pay bills on time and like to contribute to the house. Science graduate, working for an electric car company here in Melbourne. Well-traveled around the world speak average Spanish and terrible French. Like cycling rock climbing and surfing. Fan of sports and other social activities. New to Melbourne so would be nice to meet some outgoing people but not looking for a nonstop party house. If you have somewhere you think will suit please get in touch :)
hi! my name's chloe and i'm moving up to melbourne so am looking for a share house to move into! i'm a florist and i've just gotten a full time job in inner melbs. i love cooking and gardening and usually spend my weekends at markets or adventuring :)
Hi. Currently I am house sitting in Brunswick whilst friends go overseas and will need somewhere to live after they return, late September early October. I have lived for years in share house situations so am 'share house trained'. I am reliable and pretty quiet living. I love going to the movies, trivia nights board games, swing/latin dancing. Also I love animals and am pretty health conscious. I've been working in a public hospital for the past 18 years. My desire is to live by myself but am happy to share with 1 other female and would love my own bathroom. Even happier if you have a pet. I don't eat warm blooded animals but I do eat tuna and salmon on occasion and my preferred go to drop is a red! I have a partner of 15 years, who has his own house (too far from my work) whom would obviously be spending a weekend every now and again with me. I also spend weekends there too. Am happy to meet any time that is suitable for us both. Cheers. Suzanne
Young female professional recently relocated to Melbourne for work. Looking for a fully furnished room for long term in the Eastern suburbs close to transport, need parking space (either on/off street) Quite, friendly, very neat, non-smoker. I am a social person who likes to have a chat and Occasionally enjoy a meal together but also respect personal space and privacy. Prefer to share with females. Hello, I'm a very quiet person and also friendly. I'm a full-time student, so i won't be at home most of the times. Also i have casual job and i work sometimes. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I am a fun Indian to stay with. Mature for my age and can compete very well in a beer competition. I am a clean person and quiet sleeper so no snoring or walking around in the middle of the night. I am currently a full-time student at Monash University, Caulfield pursuing a Double Masters in Journalism. I have an awesome friend circle so far full of international students and would love to make some more. P.S- I can cook well and make one of the best-scrambled eggs. (demonstrations subject to availability of eggs and necessary kitchen equipment in the house)
Hi there, I am a current student in Monash University. I am looking for accommodation near the Caulfield campus. I am tidy, quiet and also happy to have a nice conversation. Most of the time I will be in uni doing experiments. I am quite a tech person and won't cause any drama. My boyfriend will stay in another town but would like to visit me once a month (during the weekend). He is a lovely person with amazing cooking skills. I am more interested in places that's clean and quiet with students or young professionals. It can be either furniture or not. I am happy to bring mine if the room is empty. Cheers, Ying
I've spent nearly 2 years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and destress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
Hello :D I'm moving to Melbourne on the 25th of August so I'm looking for a new place to live and hopefully have that sorted before I get there. I've been living in Perth for the past 3 years and have decided that its time for a change and some new experiences and adventures. I'm a down to earth, quite active and outgoing 26yo girl originally from Croatia. Prefer a clean house but always up for hanging out and having some fun. Don't know many people in Melbourne yet so it would be nice to find some friendly house mates that appreciate your owns space so I can get some studying done but also like to hang out. As I'm still trying to fit my life in a suitcase I currently don't have any furniture so a furnished room or at least a bed included would be amazing. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hello everyone, My name is Shaun and I'm currently studying a Masters in Data Science. I have already studied at Monash for a semester already, so if you're new to campus, I'd be more than happy to help you settle in. My background is Malaysian but I was born in Perth. I'm very easy going and enjoy meeting new people. I'm looking to find a roommate who speaks fairly good English and doesn't cause too much of a ruckus I suppose, I'm not too picky. Hoping to find a place which is within walking distance from Monash Caulfield. I'll be returning to Melbourne on the 22nd (this Saturday) and would be hoping to move in on the same day.
