I'm a French Marine biologist who's just arrived in Perth for a PhD after three years living in the Galapagos. I'm looking for somewhere convenient to live close to Curtin University since I spend most of my time here. - I am a long-time guitarist (~15 years) and singer so can happily entertain a chilled evening with an acoustic ambiance. I should be starting doing paid-gigs in Perth soon enough. - Also semi-professional magician so happy to blow your friends away at their next birthday party. Also about to start doing this professionally in Perth. - I love cooking and sharing nice meals and hope to get some cooking gear to make some elaborate French and world cuisine. I rarely buy meat but would enjoy an occasional BBQ. - I'm a certified dive instructor and keen free-diver so I'm good advice on that too. - I'm really an overly chilled person to live with and I would bring my positive energy and care wherever I'd live. - I care about the environment and strive to find a real purpose in my professional and personal activities. - Non-smoker. I don't drink very much but enjoy some beers on week-ends or chilled evening. To me it is vital to live in a clean and organized space so count on me to keep the place nice and tidy at all time. I would prefer to avoid all-male house-sharing since they tend to be a mess and I'm always the one ending up pushing the others to clean. In the Galapagos I share my over the course of three years with a majority of female work colleagues with always the greatest respect and I guess I prefer houses with a feminine energy. I can pass their Emails for recommendation ;-) Looking forward to sharing a space with you ! Etienne
One male and one couple, looking to move into South Perth. All of us work full time, with the single male working FIFO. No pets, no smokers, no kids, friendly and tidy. We like going out to the pub and decent cafes but appreciate quiet nights in and keeping fit. Looking to move at the turn of the new year, the single male can only stay for 12 months.
My name is Nisha, and I'm a full time student at UWA. I work 4 days a week at a GP in Bentley as a receptionist- and I'm looking for a house close to work as I sometimes work very early mornings. I'm easy-going and friendly, and love to have a chat with anyone. I value my personal space, and will respect yours. I like to spend my free nights doing face masks and binge watching reality tv with my boyfriend. Looking for something within the next couple of months, preferably some place I can move in after my exams are over.
I am a mature age student looking to live with like minded people in a quiet environment, who don't mind an occassional drink (Not a party house), or a meal/Coffee catch up with other housemates. I work in a Childcare as a casual childcare assistant. I am originally from Country Victoria, and have lived in Perth for Four years now. I am involved in Scouts as a leader with the Venturer scout section, which keeps me busy. I love water based sports, and am looking for other housemates who would enjoy getting outdoors for a walk, or a quick paddle on weekends.
Hey peeps I am a full time research student studying at UWA. I am a very outgoing and fun friend to be around with. After people who have great personality and attitude to live with, as I always respect others and have good manners at all time. I like hiking and road trip when I have free time, hitting the gym occasionally too. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you're planning to team up or have a great single room for me! Cheers, Vincent.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I'm a Melbourne born Aussie who has actually spent over 20 years in Europe, mostly Italy and the Uk. I will be moving to Perth late November 2017 to complete my final year of studies at Curtin University and am looking for mostly a peaceful environment though I don't mind a laugh or a d+m (deep and meaningful conversation). I take pride in being clean and tidy and consider myself to be quite easy-going and always respectful of other's needs.
Hi I'm 24, Aussie and work for a private equity fund in the city. I work long hours during the week and keep busy with sport and a social life on weekends. I currently own a 1x1 apartment in East Perth which I'm In the process of renting out. I've found living by yourself has its benefits but isn't always the most fun and my apartment doesn't come with a carbay. Looking to rent with a few like minded young professionals (girls or guys) in a near CBD suburb or in the western suburbs. In summary I'm clean, easy going and sociable. Looking forward to hearing from you all
Work in the city Monday to Friday which takes up most of my working week along with getting myself to the gym when I can. Like to enjoy a drink on the weekend and am pretty social on the weekends.
Clean and tidy person. Good sense of humour, respectful, team work. Good cooking skills and non smoker.
Hoping to find some flatmates to share a house with. I am a 22 year old uni student who loves coffee and meeting new people. I love the beach and being outside! I am friendly and easy going and I love to chat and hang out but I also like my own time as well. I am looking to move in with house that are close to my age. I work part time and I am a full time english & journo student. Feel free to send me a message :)
Hi all, My name is Jessica, I am 19 and a full time manager at Hungry Jacks. I'm friendly, I'm very quiet and clean up after myself. I am not one for partying or going out every weekend. My parents are moving house and don't have room for me anymore. I have a small dog ( maltese who isn't any better than a large cat ) named Shadow who I have to bring with me. Wouldn't mind starting a new share house with new people.
Hi everyone! Bryce and I are a friendly couple - social and active, but understanding that it's nice to have your own space. I am a 22 year old business and law student, with casual employment. Bryce is a 25 year old security technician, working full time. We both enjoy an active lifestyle, playing sports and going to the gym regularly, as well as going camping etc. We like to have our own space and keep tidy, however we are also happy to have a social drink or two at the end of the week. If you would like to know more about us - just ask!
Hi there! I'm a 19 year old Curtin student currently on a semester break from uni (returning in 2018). My current lease at Cockburn ends on the 6th of January 2018, however I am looking to move in somewhere with my brother mid-late Decemeber. We're both looking for two rooms in a team up situation around that time . We both have part-time/full time work to support us and have a fair bit of furniture and household stuff we are happy to share. If any of this sounds appealing to you, please don't hesitate to contact me! :)
Pretty much stay in my room and game the whole time, just looking for a nice place to live for 6 to 12 months while I evaluate where I'm moving to out of Perth (or if depending on y'know, anything, but I'm in a stable position here and I always give plenty of advance notice of changes). Just me and my little buddy Peaches (love bird, chirps during the day but that's about it, lives in a cage). Looking for someone who can keep the place nice, tidy and quiet. A place with a lovely kitchen and reasonably modern. Aiming in the $350 - $500 region split with me and +1. Suburb choice is pretty limited to East Vic Park / Vic Park / Bentley / St. James / Rivervale and some surrounding areas with NBN (as listed on the NBNCo Rollout map) as shit internet is the number one cause of anger amongst housemates. Looking for a 4 x 2 place so we each have 2 bed 1 bath each. (or a 3 x 2 if you want to pay less and only get one room and a bathroom but up for discussion) If you need help with your budgeting, I work in Analytics / Finance so I can give you a pretty good idea of costs. Based on my current estimates (which over-estimate just to be on the safe side), bills add about $30 a week to your rental costs. I expect to split everything 50/50 if we're aiming for a 4 x 2 place (compromising on space divisions) or a split closer to 65/35 (for rent, still 50/50 on services of course) if we're aiming for a 3 x 2 place and you intend on only having one room and a bathroom to yourself. I work full time at Crown, been there 8 years so pretty stable. Able to move ASAP
Engineer on 5/2/4/3 roster so am away weekdays and in Perth every weekend. From Adelaide but have been in Perth for 3 years. Social and active into golf, footy, cycling, hiking and most outdoor activities.
I'm Marco, from New Zealand but studied in the US and worked there after uni too. I've been in Perth now for 18 months and found out I'll be staying indefinitely so looking for a longer term lease. I work full-time and am often home late in the evenings. Keen to live in the South Perth area, am into my sport and enjoy chilling and socialising on weekends. I'm clean and easy going, would like to move in with 1 or 2 other like minded people.
I'm friendly and easy going and get along with most people I meet. I enjoy the company of others but also like to recharge my batteries in a quiet place. I'm very neat and tidy and can be relied on to chip in with the house work to make it a nice environment for everyone to enjoy. I'm a good listener and love a good chat over wine, chocolate or both! I'm quite sporty and take myself off for a run every other day. I'm in the middle of switching careers so work part time and study part time and will therefore have my head in the books a bit!
