I am very clean and appreciate a good looking home. Work full time, single and pretty quiet. I enjoy a glass of wine, the odd game night, binge watching Netflix and going for walks but I appreciate personal space and quiet time too. I work in the city during weekdays. Work from home every now and then. Looking for a room to rent or team up to find a place with another female. ☺️

Hi I'm Nathan, a Tassie local looking for accommodation on the peninsula whilst working in Port Arthur from mid September to early January. I will also consider a longer-term space in or around Kingston/channel as that is my home and worth the travel for the right home. l enjoy being social, sharing a meal and having a relationship with the people I live with though if the right self contained space was available I would also be very happy living alone and am flexible on rent. I love exploring the natural world - bush walking, camping and am slightly crazy about freediving. I also enjoy cooking (ex chef), drawing, board games and I love building things. I work full-time as a commercial diver. I take great pride in being neat, tidy, organised, reliable and respectful and I don't smoke or take drugs. I am very open to new accommodation ideas and locations if you think this situation could work for you somehow. also happy for team-ups. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks so much, Nathan 😊

Hi, I'm Luke (40) and I work full time as a professional photographer looking for a new place to live in Hobart or its surrounds. I am a very relaxed and easy-going housemate, who is quiet, highly respectful, and friendly. When I'm not out taking photos or editing them, I love to go bushwalking and exploring the amazing places we have here in Tasmania. The hours I work are quite varied along with my working environment. I am usually home in Hobart for a week or two and then off travelling for several days to several weeks. If you're interested to see my work, you can click on my verified social media links on my profile. I need a little more space than the average housemate. Ideally, the room would be generous in size to allow for me to set up my desk and printer and provide some additional storage area for my equipment. Private entry/exit is a bonus. I have a car and am happy to park it on the street if required if there is ample parking. I like to live self-contained and therefore my preference is to have my own/ensuite bathroom but that doesn't matter if the place is a good fit otherwise. Thanks for spending the time to read my profile and feel free to get in touch if you feel my profile matches your listing, or if you have any other questions!

Hey! My name is Kelsey. I have been travelling/working abroad in Asia and in Port Douglas, Qld over the last 5 years. My full time work has included teaching English classes in Cambodia and scuba/snorkel guiding on the Great Barrier Reef. I intend on further study in nursing within the next year or so. I met Mike 3 years ago whilst working in Cambodia. He was managing a backpackers/ hostel which was also a fun water park. He is a talented musician, we play music together and he shares my passion for the outdoors. In our free time we camp and hike a lot. We are working on our parter visa at the moment as Mike is from Canada originally. Since arriving in Aus he has been building boats from fibre glass, but now wishes to re enter the Adventure Tourism industry. We are well travelled and have lived and worked with people from all walks of life in all different parts of the world. We are a quiet couple at home. We prefer to think of home as a sanctuary and choose to do our more loud and adventurous socialising elsewhere. But that’s not to say we don’t enjoy a good social gathering or dinner party! We both enjoy cooking and sharing the odd meal with flatmates. We are both very tidy and respect the space of others. We seek a tidy share space. Mike is unfortunately allergic to cats, so we will be unable to share with those who have an indoor cat. We adore dogs though! We are currently looking for a relatively short term situation, 4-6 months being ideal- as we would like to make sure that we share compatibility with our flatmates before committing to any long term arrangement. Situations where there is an option to extend are ideal. We would prefer a space situated in a nice garden or within the nature! Please reach out if you wish to know more. Thank you!
