Hi all, Young professional that works full time. When I'm not working I'm usually cooking, at the gym or away fishing/diving with mates. I spend a bit of time in Canberra but usually I spend my days off away. I don't mind heading into town every now and then for drinks and some nice food or whatever, but definitely not a party animal. I'm clean tidy and have lived in sharehouses for a fair while now, I clean up after myself, look after myself and contribute to cleaning mutual spaces; I'd expect the same from other housemates. Preferably I'd like to find a few people on here willing to meet up and start a new lease together in a nice location. Otherwise I'm chasing somewhere reasonably modern with ducted heating/cooling and more than one bathroom between three. Also I need a carport or similar for a small boat I own, preferably a garage. I look forward to hearing from you.
I'm a part-time bookseller, currently looking for full-time work. I'm social, enjoy meeting new people, and am happy to join in with group activities. I can bring my own furniture, and don't need a furnished room. I can provide a television and video game consoles, if that interests anyone. I also have a small board game collection, and make excellent pizza. The moving date is not set in stone, I am happy to arrange to move in earlier or later.
Hi, I'm Claire, easy going, friendly, reliable and dynamic. I graduated from Sydney uni, now full time working in Woden and looking for a room in south Canberra. Keeping tidy and clean for the place, I'm quiet but always happy to chat and social with friends. I enjoy reading, kendo, cooking, and all other adventures. Moving date is flexible before late October.
I am a full time music teacher, having studied classical music at uni. I'm a very neat/tidy/clean person to live with, having grown up with multiple siblings you had to be! I have a cat, a silver/white tabby named Charles, who is very cheeky and stays indoors 24/7.
I have lived, worked and studied in more than 4 continents. Loved exploring every inch of the culture and history's of the countries I was residing in. Now working in a field that combines my passions and skills into one and I can make a significant difference in society. In my spare time, I am often hiking, riding my mountain bike, surfing or playing a round of golf. I like to meet new people and hear their unique adventures via a well-prepared curry. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Jack
Hi there! I've been in Canberra for just under a year now and I'm looking for a new place to live. I'm social, but like to have a bit of me time also. I'm always happy to share a bottle of wine and am always up for a chat and small Canberra adventures. I'm originally from Sydney so I am still back and forth a little. I love pets (especially dogs) but don't discriminate between any animals, as long as they like a good cuddle. I'm clean, I'm nice and am always up for some good banter.
Hey my partner and I are pretty chill and quiet, very clean and tidy, always pay bills on time and contrary to most people our age, reliable. Janice is moving from the coast and once moved will have a job ready to go, just needs a residence, I have a full time job as a dental assistant in South Canberra I've had for nearly half a year now. Both enjoy Netflix and gym, don't drink really and can be fun to have a chat with at the end of the day over a cup of coffee. Don't be afraid to shoot a message, happy to live anywhere from north to queanbeyan. Sincerely Olivia and Janice
I'm an easy going, down to earth guy who loves his privacy and also like to socialise. A psychologist by profession and have lived and worked in London, Dubai, and India. I love to cook and bake as well. I'm looking for an LGBT friendly long-term accommodation preferably with ensuite bathroom.
My name is George, I am visiting Australia from El Salvador. I speak Spanish and English. I like going to the gym, watching movies and eating pizza! I am volunteering with some charity organisations in Canberra at the moment and I am keen to meet new people. I am quiet, tidy, clean and respectful of personal space and privacy. I also cook a mean BBQ. Looking for a short term rental (2-3months).
I'm a mature, respectful, clean, quiet 25 year old, recently moved to Canberra from Tumut. I like to have a chat but also happy to keep to myself. I have an awesome well behaved indoor cat. I'm willing to pay a bit extra rent to ensure I can be with my pets! I'd love to share with an animal lover! I also love gaming (PS4) and watching scary movies. I have always paid rent on time and can provide excellent rental references. Happy to rent anywhere within a 30min peak hour traffic of Fyshwick.
Apprentice plumber who has move to the area from central Queensland. Keen to meet people. Come from a large family so good at looking after myself and doing my share of chores. If you like me I willing to stay longer.
I’m Haynes, 23 years old, and from Melbourne! I’m working full-time in the APS (in Barton) and I’m looking to move closer to the city. As it's my first time living in Canberra, I’m keen to explore new venues/bars/restaurants and see what the city has to offer. I'm a very respectful, tidy and happy housemate who loves to be social but can also respect others personal space. I don't have any pets or dependents & I'm interested in securing long-term accommodation. Things I like: - Food festivals - Films - Good coffee (basically a pre-requisite to living in Melbourne) - 80’s music - Reading - Hiking/jogging - Cycling Ideally I'm looking for my own room in a friendly house. I’m interested in a long-term rental close to the city or universities – but I’m flexible. Shoot me a message, I’d love to hear from you.
Hi, I'm Michael. I’m a 26 year old guy, originally from Melbourne but I've been living in our nation's capital for about 5 months. I work in Communications with the public service, which I really love in a 'old sell out' kind of way. Prior to being a public servant, I was ski-bumming in Japan for about 2.5 years, and before that I was working as a Communications Officer in Melbourne. I like skiing, music, reading, and the occasional frosty pint. I like to keep things pretty chill, but I’m always happy to pull my weight around the house. Not super outgoing, but I do have fear-of-missing-out, so normally pretty keen to have a good time if the occasion calls. I have a long-term girlfriend, but she lives over in Japan. I also like to watch AFL, Cricket and re-runs of the Simpsons. Officially a non-smoker but I do enjoy the occasional cigarette. Some goods and services I can bring to the place include: - The ability to service and repair skis. - A Netflix profile. - Heaps of novels and classic video game consoles. - my drum kit, but I'm cool if that’s not your thing in the house. Happy to provide references if you’d like, formally lived out of home for three years in Melbourne, and in share-rooms with people of varying cultural backgrounds throughout my time spent in Japan. Currently living in O'Connor but working in Symonston (with no car!) So basically just looking for something closer to work/ritzier. Please feel free to contact me at any time if you think you’d be interested to have me.
Hi my name is Tom. I'm currently living in North Queensland but am looking to move down to Canberra to continue my apprenticeship as a mechanic. I have 2 dogs where I am now but they do not need to accompany me at the moment. I mostly just play guitar and console games in my spare time but I also enjoy going on bush walks, short road trips or even just walks at night around the neighbourhood. I feel like I'm easy to get along with and am not easily bothered by much. I'm looking to move down to Canberra maybe late this year or early next year but honestly the sooner the better so I can continue my training. If you'd like to chat just send me a message.

I am a small business owner and work from home, I love gardening, sunshine and socialising whilst also having my space. I am respectful of others privacy and easy to get along with, Very clean and tidy, I have no pets but I love all animals and train dog obedience as a second job. Sometimes I stay up late on my computer doing my graphic design and music hobbies. Hopefully I find a large room with great sunlight but not boiling hot, I'd like an ensuite and a happy living environment. Where everyone is clean and tidy but easygoing.
I am a professional, working part time as a dentist and looking for a clean and tidy shared accommodation, preferably ensuite with good sunlight and fresh air. I like socialising and I am an easy going person. I have been living in Canberra for 1.5 years and have no plans of relocating to any other city for at least 6 months. I have no pets but I love being around dogs. I love listening to music, trying different activities and meeting new people. I am very clean, tidy and organised and respect others' privacy.

Single, 27 year old male. Currently working full time in the public service. I am looking for comfortable accommodation, with housemates that are fairly relaxed and chilled out people. Preferably bills and internet included in rent cost. But this is not a requirement. I am very tidy person and like to keep kitchens and bathrooms spotless. I am looking for a place where I can have my own privacy, which I will respect in turn, however, I am more than happy to socialise with my housemates as well.
