I’m a 41-year-old town planner working full-time in Queanbeyan and I’m looking for a calm, long-term share arrangement within a 15-minute drive of QBN (ACT or NSW). I’m open to either renting a room in an existing share house or teaming up with the right person to rent a new place together.

I’m seeking a quiet, clean and respectful home and would ideally like to share with one other mature female housemate. I’m past the big share-house stage and value a peaceful, considerate living environment.

I'm good with animals and children although I don't have any of my own. Happy to pitch in with extra furniture/appliances if needed. I'm a gardener so need a little space for my plants.

On weekends I chill out, enjoy nature and catch up on chores mostly. I enjoy spending time with friends but I also crave quiet time alone to recharge. I love learning new things and am always down a rabbit hole or two discovering something I never knew. Hence I'm a bit of a trivia queen!

I'm quite artsy, I love fibre crafts such as crochet and knitting and have taught workshops in both. I'm currently doing a lot of knitting (socks are a favourite) but I always have several projects on the go.
