I am pretty quiet, clean and I am easy to get along with and do enjoy a chat from time to time. I like people and socialising but I am a bit of an introvert. I like gardening and outdoors, I enjoy adventures and solid conversations. I’d like to meet similar people that will play boards games with, an occasional Camping trips, and drinks. I like animals don’t have pets but some day chickens when practical.

Hey I'm Aidan, I'm looking for a place to live short or long term that's closer to my job in Kingston as a Receptionist/Housekeeper. I'm obsessed with video games and hanging out with friends, so as long as I have room to set up my consoles and decent internet, I'm more than happy! I'm pretty easy to get along with and look after my own stuff, and working as a housekeeper means you can trust me to clean up after myself too XD.

Hello, I am a friendly, respectful, tidy, independent woman and will be relocating to Canberra for work. I would really like to meet a flatemate who is friendly, respectful and tidy as well, someone that wants to be comfortable and develop a warm welcoming environment that is good to come home to after a long days work and who also is happy and likes to have a laugh and a conversation. I enjoy relaxing with yoga, walking and MTB. I also enjoy jogging and going out with my friends to movies and look forward to exploring the area. I am not a big party person though do enjoy a glass of wine with friends. I want to not spend alot of time commuting so I can enjoy my life outside of work. We could meet and talk to see if we are a good fit. I believe life outside of work should be happy, relaxing and to come home and enjoy your housemates company really is so important.

Hi! I work at an auto body shop doing paint and panel beating and am looking to start university 2021! I've always lived in Canberra but need to move out of home. I'm looking for a nice, friendly environment. I have a little cat called Angel and she is super beautiful and lovely but rather nervous when she meets well - anyone. She will definitely keep to herself and is super well behaved and loving. I'm a super friendly, out going person and can make friendly chat or if you'd prefer can keep to myself completely! I am super progressive and I do have a sewing machine which can be a bit noisy from time to time. I value my alone time sometimes and I'm neat, tidy and a great cook! (Or I like to think so at least).

I am a 27 year old secondary school teacher who is relocating to the Greater Canberra region for work. I am taking over a position that could become permanent in 2021. I am hoping to find somewhere to sleep until the Christmas period and then see if the job continues from there. I have a beautiful partner in Sydney who I have been with for 3 years and have lived together most of that time. We have recently purchased a block of land nearby to Canberra and intend to build later on in 2021. Most (if not all) weekends, I will commute back to Sydney to spend time but when I am around of an evening I am happy to have a chat, have a bite or watch a show/movie and/or have a glass of wine. I am a quiet and respectful person who will contribute to cleaning and ensure that I leave a low footprint. I am happy to be as social or quiet as is liked whilst in your home or shared property. If you feel that I could be a good fit, I cant wait to hear from you.

I am looking for a TEAMUP or an UNFURNISHED room on a long term basis anywhere in the southern half of Canberra or Queanbeyan/surrounds. I also need extra space or a second room within the home to cater for the pieces of furniture and other bits and pieces I own. This furniture includes a double bed, tall boy and dresser, sewing machine cabinet that folds out and chair, a large desk 160x170cm L shaped (see Amart Enzo desk for similar configuration) with racerback office chair, a few small cupboards and 2 book cases. Please note, I currently have a bedroom where I'm living that is 3.6 x 3.7m, and it fits my bed, dressing table, tall boy and bedside table. It cannot fit any other furniture. I also have a few plastic tubs of crafting supplies. Space for my desk, along with unlimited or large limit internet, are necessary for my study as I am a correspondence student. I require the ergonomic set up to reduce the chances of injury. I am hoping to find a suitable home that essentially allows me two rooms to accommodate most of my things, I can store some of the small things such as craft equipment but the bed, desk, tall boy, dresser, book cases and sewing machine cabinets I am not able to store elsewhere. If you think you can accommodate the above, please read on :) About me: I have recently completed a Bachelor of Criminology and am planning to complete enrol in Masters in July. In my spare time I like to do crafting such as bobbin lace and papercraft, photography, reading and watching Netflix - in particular true crime binge-fests. I enjoy gardening and have several outdoor potted plants that I would bring with me. I also like technology and "smart home appliances", and I want to learn more about programming - I'm not great at it but have built a little robot that actually works. I am neat and clean up after myself, a non smoker, rarely drink (a beer or wine with dinner occasionally), and am not into partying. I would enjoy a chat or having dinner with housemates on occasion. I'm generally described as a friendly introvert with a somewhat sarcastic sense of humour. I am respectful of others' need for space. As a correspondence student and home body, I spend a fair amount of time at home, and am used to and enjoy my own company, and am respectful of other people I would also like covered parking as my car is not particularly new, I'm trying to baby it a bit. I need to avoid too many stairs (some internal may be okay, but need to avoid flights of external) and physical activities such as vacuuming, washing large spaces of flooring, due to having arthritis and other chronic illnesses. Happy to negotiate other chores that I am capable of doing, and my parents also visit me weekly (one day 10am-3pm) and assist me with maintaining my space as well. Also, every three months my mum comes to stay for the night but other than that, I am unlikely to have overnight guests. ***Currently, my parent's dog has to visit as well as he is injured and recovering from surgery. This is a temporary issue until he is healed, then he will go back to going to daycare, but may be dependent on Covid19 how soon this is.***
