I'm Brazilian, very organized, quiet and spend most of my time working or studying / watching movies. I'm looking for a room with air conditioning preferably with own bathroom. I intend to stay 5 months, until August 15th at the latest because I'll be returning to Brazil when finish my electrical course.
My name is Rachael and I'm a 26 year old single female. I work full-time Monday to Friday as an accountant in the city and also study part-time as a distance education uni student, which keeps me busy in my spare time! I have a well-trained 8 year old Pomeranian named Lola who is used to living in rental apartments/townhouses and has lived with other dogs and cats in the past with no problems. I like to keep things neat and tidy and keep to myself mostly (due to studying), however enjoy a chat/wine every now and then! Move date is flexible and am looking for a minimum stay length of approximately six months, but happy to stay longer.
Hey! I’m Ned, a down to earth, easy going, open minded guy. I work full time from monday to friday, and try to stay fit in the afternoons. Fairly routine orientated during the week but on weekends you can usually find me riding, hiking, enjoying a drink or just straight up relaxing. Slightly introverted but don’t mind partying every now and then. Originally from Coffs Harbour, I’ve been in Brisbane for roughly 1 year now. I’ve been told that I’m pretty cruisy to live with, I always clean up after myself and pull my weight around the place. My only major requirement is somewhere under cover to park my road bike such as a garage, carport, etc. I’m currently living with two friends, but they have both just recently acquired love interests who are here a lot and the place is becoming cramped. Just chasing a change and bit more space really. Cheers!
I'm a very musical person. I have alot of instruments (violin. Guitar. Cello. Ukelele ect) I'm working towards graduating at Everton Park (in grade 12) and Starr uni straight away. I'm an outgoing person. Love to meet new people and really need accommodation asap. I'm willing to be flexible with whatever needs possible. :)
I’m 20, studying Aged Care, while working part time in a pharmacy. I’m clean and quite but love a chat and wine and dinners. I have a little 10 month old Sausage Dog called Pippa who’s well trained, friendly and super loveable.
Hi I’m Renee! Currently living in Morayfield, but work full time in Strathpine, hoping to find somewhere close to work/civilisation. Looking for a private room with parking and own bathroom preferrably. I’m very clean, respectful of people, space and belongings. I keep to myself the majority of the time, but don’t mind a casual yarn and glass of wine here and there. Look forward to meeting you, don’t be shy to ask any questions you may have. Thanks 😊
Hi all, my name is AJ. Fairly chilled, professional guy. Work on the Southside. Hobbies include chilling out in front of the TV, reading when I can, going to the movies, yoga, meditation, and gym. Looking for new ways to get out and about and meet new people. I’m an introverted/extrovert. Ideally, looking for a roommate who I can spend quality time with but still not be in each other’s pockets. I don’t take myself too seriously and enjoy a good laugh. Not much of a drinker however I can belt out a good karaoke when needed! Looking for a likeminded person. Tidy, respectful, chilled(already said that), down to earth etc. Any questions - just ask ✌🏼
26 y/o kiwi dude, moving for work from gladstone as a truck driver. pretty chilled easy going guy. my best friend and i are looking for a place to cal home for a little while. hes an alaskan malamute 3y/o super cute.
My name is Tori and I am a 23 year old born and bred Brisbane girl. I like to describe myself as a happy, positive, and clean person, so I ask that my room mates are quite clean too (I am happy to deal with the spiders but can't do cockroaches 🤮). I like to go out on the town every now and then, but I also enjoy a night in playing boardgames! I work with children and am in my final year of psychology at ACU, and while I'm not looking to move until the start of next year I am just wanting to get a feel for what's out there ☺ My current room mates are getting married in April 2020, hence the need to look into a new living arrangement! I've house shared with friends before, but not strangers so this is new territory for me. I come with a border collie puppy who adores people, so it's essential that my room mates are pet friendly. I'd be leaning towards starting with a six month lease with the potential to extend if we find the living arrangements to be working ☺ I have a car so I would need parking of some sort, and while my own bathroom would be wonderful it isn't essential 😅
hey, I’m a 36 year old looking for team ups. I am down to earth, considerate, clean, independent. Always up for a chat but also completely understand boundaries and people’s needs. I own a rescue chihuahua. He isn’t a typical chi, you will love his cuddly nature. I work full time + study part time. I enjoy ballet, any form of exercise, the beach, movies, libraries + endless love for dog parks. Looking for someone who enjoys living a healthy lifestyle. I don’t mind if you drink (my days are over) but just someone who isn’t into too much partying. Would love a zen and balanced vibe at home. Anyone between 25-onwards. 3 people is cheaper than 2 and so on and townhouses and homes of these sizes are much more cost effective. If you want to join me in signing a lease, hit me up. We can go for a coffee.
Hi I am Eva, 31 year-old from the Czech Republic. I am looking for a job in Brisbane at the moment. I am not a party person, I am quiet, clean, tidy. I am bit shy but after some time I am very friendly and fun:) I enjoy travelling, exploring new places, theatre, photography.
I am a full time uni student working part time in retail. I would much rather stay at home and watch Netflix than go out drinking so I would love to have a friendly and relaxed home environment to spend my limited free time in.
I'm an easy going bloke who likes to keep my home clean. I work 6 days a week and try to exercise regularly so I usually like to relax on my day off. I'm always up for having a good convo and even a cheeky drink every now and then. I'm ideally looking for a 2 bed, 2 bath unit/townhouse to share with just one other flatmate. Open to the idea of either moving into existing Sharehouse or starting up a new one with someone from this site. I have all my own furniture in storage so can bring as much or as little as needed. Looking to secure a place in the next couple of weeks.
26 Year old male from New Zealand looking for a new flat, i'm easy going, friendly and always clean up after myself. If i'm not working i'm usually working out or out and about's with friends or family.
Hi I'm jess, I'm 33 I am a quite person but I do love a good chat and a drink when the occasion calls for it. I have just completed my certificate 3 in retail and so I am now actively seeking employment. On the days when I don’t have much planned, I like to just chill out and watch shows or movies on netflix or stan, go out to the movies, hang out with friends, go for a drive etc. I'm not a big sports fan but I do like watching the afl when it is in season. I feel I am an all round good person who loves to have fun and just goes with the flow. I am looking for a place but just not right now, need to gain a job first. I am just seeing what is out there/available with rentals/share accommodation etc.
Hello there! My name is Steve and I am moving from Rockhampton (Central Queensland) to Brisbane at the start of March. I'm Currently an apprentice chef looking for kitchen work while I pursue my dream of becoming a stand up comedian. To tell you a little about myself as a potential room mate: I do smoke, but if that's not something you're ok with, I'm more than happy to not do it at the property. I enjoy a drink or two after work, but vary rarely do I get drunk. I don't take any drugs. I'm a friendly, polite and quirky guy, who gets along with the vast majority of people I meet. I hold self-sufficiency in high regard, I detest moochers and refuse to mooch off of others. I ride a motorbike, but it's not very loud. If you wish to know more, feel free to message me, I look forward to meeting some great people!
I’m 22, queer and vegan. I love art, animals, food, philosophy, nature and video games. I'm looking for a room in a place that is preferably vegetarian/vegan based, LGBTQIA+ friendly and close to the city! I am friendly, tidy, and quiet, always on time with rent/bills. I'm looking for a long time home, not just a room for the time being. I am interested in team-ups or joining an already established home. I will be studying full time so the closer to South Bank, the better! Not interested in living with bigots. Thank you!
I'm a bubbly Uni student and personal carer (elderly and disability care), working and studying ridiculous hours so if I'm home, I'd probably be studying. Can cook somewhat (pretty basic but it general is edible). Would love to move in with someone I can hang out with, preferably around my own age.
About me: Hey, my name is Imogen! I have recently moved from Cairns to Brisbane with the goal of a lifestyle and career change. Back home i was a barista and crew trainer, and was briefly at university studying a diploma in higher education majoring in psychology. Now that i have moved cities, I am working as a receptionist in a corporate background and studying Medical administration. I am young and love to socialise, go out and about and experience new things. I also enjoy just laying around binge watching netflix and being a hermit, and am looking for people like minded to either move out and get a place with, or to move in with. I have a dog (Great Dane) back home whom i am wanting to fly down once i am settled and have a home, but i will only have him on the weekends unless a housemate is studying and will be home with him while i am at work as he likes to be around people (or other dogs). so long term i am looking for somewhere that will be able to accommodate him. He is well behaved, very placid, and once you get to know him, a big sook. I am organised and tidy, I love food (but am not a great chef - its a work in progress!), love animals, and enjoy being around good people with a few quiet drinks, if this also sounds like you, lets link up!
I work in the CBD for a Corporate company and have for a year and a half now. I'm currently still living at home with my parents and the commute is over 1.5 hrs each way. Therefore, I'm wanting to move a bit closer to the work. I’m super easy going, clean, love a good laugh and a glass of wine! I like to watch your basic home and away and bachelor and I’m pretty NRL obsessed. Not really after a party house although always down for a wine and cheese night! (23 going on 80!) I'm looking for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom place. I do however have a little 4-year-old sausage dog who I wouldn’t have all the time but when I do have her don't want to have to worry about landlords and what not, therefore would need a pet friendly place. I have a partner who lives in Brisbane so I'd prefer flatmate(s) who are okay with him sometimes coming around to hang out and possibly stay the night from time to time. He is really friendly and responsible. Please feel free to reach out, would love to catch up for a coffee! :)
