Hey! :-) I'm an easy-going 28-year-old single guy, studying and working with a lot of competitive Irish dancing on the side (that last bit surprises a lot of people). By day, I'm a part-time postgraduate student working full-time in higher education. By night, I'm generally at the dance studio, the yoga studio, or at home chilling out. I usually enjoy quiet nights in, and I'm out and about most weekends at dance-related things. I'm pretty good at whipping up Asian food (spring rolls and rice paper rolls are my specialty), and I like a nice glass of wine after work. I'm looking for a room to rent with an upper limit of $300 (including bills), and seeking the opportunity live with people who share similar lifestyles (i.e., work full-time, get out and about a bit, and can appreciate wholeheartedly the value of curling up on the couch after a long day of work with a cuppa or a glass of wine to debrief about the day - the wine bit is especially important!). I'd also be keen to team up and find a two-bedroom place with someone to save a bit on the bills! Feel free to message me. :-) Cheers.
I am from Thailand, working full time as professional so I am tidy and clean. I usually cooking every morning so I might cook as fired, boil and grill. I am looking for private room 1 bed room and own bathroom, all bill included.
I'm friendly but private and respect others. I like to play fair and treat people equally. I'm working full time as a supporter for a construction project. Im clean and quiet, you are hardly to hear loud noise from my room. I don't smoke or drink and don't like overnight party. I do enjoy dining out and outdoor activities on weekends. My hobbies are travelling, bush walking, exploring different cuisines and culture events. For the price I'm happy to pay betwre $250 to $280 per week depending on a location and room type.
Pretty easy to get along with, been sharing with other people for about 8+years. I work full time in finance and like to go catch up with friends on the weekend. Usually also go for a run as well.

Hi, my name’s Maddy and I am from the UK. I am coming over to work and explore Sydney and surroundings for about 6 months from January, am friendly and open minded. I graduated this year with a Masters in Biology, and hope to be able to use that to work in the natural areas around Sydney. I am hoping to be able to meet some great people and make some friends, it would be great if I could share a house with some other young, friendly people, who can maybe help me explore the city. I am not very messy, and enjoy baking apple crumble. 🌸
I will be starting my third year of medical school with rotations mainly at Concord hospital so I am looking for nearby accommodation! I took the last year off school to spend time with family in Canada and the summer backpacking through Europe. During the school year studying and rotations take up the majority of my time but outside of school I regularly go to the gym and I played hockey in Canterbury the last year I was in Sydney. I have a pretty busy schedule but do enjoy the occasional drink/movie/outing to keep myself sane! I have lived with flatmates on and off over the last 10 years and never had any issues. I like to keep a tidy house but I am pretty relaxed when it comes to house decisions/preferences, just ask! I will be returning to Sydney December 28th and am looking for accommodation right away. Happy to email or skype before to get to know each other a bit and answer and questions you might have!
Easy going, open to 97.5% of things in this world, clean, outdoor activities and indoor Netflix-es, never let paying rent. Part time language teacher, will go for an audiology degree from 2019
Hey All, I’m 25yr old guy, looking for a room to rent with my own bathroom. Im very friendly and outgoing guy. I work in finance in the city - mon - fri. I’m also into fitness and like going to gym and swimming. As a result, I’m pretty busy during weekdays. Over the weekend, I like to go out see my mates, go for dinners/brunches/cheeky drinks and to explore places around Sydney. At home I like kick back watch netflix and play occasional FIFA. I’m really friendly and outgoing, and very adjusting to my environment. I’ve lived by myself since 17 and know the ‘common sense’ around houseshare and cleaning! Also need parking for my car! I love it too much :D I hope I dont sound as boring as the above description! Feel free to hit me up!
Hi , I am Varun; bunny, electrical engineer, guitarist, vocalist, fitness enthusiast, traveller; working in a corporation. I am cleanliness friendly and quite social.
G'day, I'm a 32 year old professional who works in Disability Services and runs a Trivia company in the evenings. I like to spend my weekends relaxing at home with a movie or board game and catching up on sleep, but do enjoy a spot of cleaning. I'm also a pair with my delightful cat, Marma. Marma is a 6 year old domestic short hair cat that is an absolute darling. She loves soft cushions, feeling safe, head boops, and pats. She is litter trained and uses the tray without issue. She is vaccinated, wormed, and flea-free with regular vet checks. She will love you if you let her, and is a sucker for a belly pat. I love her. I am respectful of communal spaces and enjoy time alone in my room(s) as well as the social aspects of share housing. I don't depend on housemates for social fulfillment as I have my own group of friends and family that are important to me. I have just ended a 7-year relationship and am looking to look after myself for a bit (read: spend time at home cuddling Marma) before returning to the world of dating. As I work heavily during the week, I like to arrange my own foods for Mon-Fri (typically cereals and sandwiches). I am happy to share in common items or supply my own. I also am partial to a spot of baking and dinner cooking on the weekends and would be happy to share this with housemates on arrangement/request. Omnivore. Partial to a good vegetarian dish and am not insistent on meat for every meal. Will respect your dietary choices and accommodate. Do not have own kitchen utensils or lounge furniture at present. Do have own PC set up and small stereo that I can put either in the common areas or in my room. Also have two bookcases that can be called into service.
Hard working single women, driven by career and a passion for moving to Sydney. I already have a job secured, just need two move into a secure property. I am currently living in a granny flat, and have two cats due to not having children. Pros to owning cats, they are well trained, behaved and clean, and don't ruin your property. Due to sleeping all day. Have a long list of rental referees Thanks stephanie
Hi! I am a Filipino and an incoming student at Macquarie University (Masters in Public Health) and I am looking for flatmates/ room for rent preferably walking distance to the train station. I am a very friendly person who enjoys conversations but also respects private time. I am very tidy especially in the kitchen. I do not smoke and usually workout after uni or work. I love dogs so it won't be an issue if you own a dog. On free days i enjoy staying in watching netflix/movies or go around sydney. Im not much into partying.
I am a former journalist who has been living in shared housing in various cities for more than 10 years since graduating from uni. Living in so many successful flatshares, (and a couple of not so successful ones), I have learned a few things about living with others. The important ones include keeping the common areas clean, respecting the privacy and private spaces of housemates and paying the rent on time. I will be starting a course in school in January and hope to find a place around Ryde to live for a year or more. I am generally a quiet person with a relaxed attitude and can be a bit of a homebody who enjoys reading, playing games and watching TV. Having said that, I am looking forward to living in and exploring Sydney, so things might be a little busy while I find my feet in a new city. No pets here but love living with dogs and cats, so if you have any in your household, that is a bonus to me.
