I'm looking for somewhere cruisy and interesting. Where we can do our own thing and come together for fun. Ideally would love my daughter (9months) to be around a variety of people to expose her to the richness of life. Currently, I'm a full-time stay at home mum. My daughter's easy going, rarely cries and is full of joy.
Clean, quiet, respectful, non smoker, easy to get along with and clean up after myself. Would like to make new friends :) prefer to share with females in their early 20's preferably furnished
Keen to see what's around before my lease is up. I'd say I'm pretty easy to get along with and fairly relaxed. Work full time Monday to Friday and do a bit of Bar work on weekends. Show me what Cha got guys!
Hey, I'm Emily and I'm a 25 year old. I work full-time and I will be also studying. I am very relaxed, clean and a fun person to be around. Hope to hear from you soon :)
I work full time and I'm moving up the coast for the first time. I'll be working shift work in Britinya at the new hospital. I've lived in share houses before and I've been told I'm pretty easy going. I do have a small dog (10kg apartment dog) so you must love dogs because he is quite affectionate but doesn't bark often (why I got this breed). I respect privacy but I'm also keen to go out and explore the Sunny coast. I would prefer to live with non smokers.
Hi, I'm a really easy going, happy gal who is moving up to the Sunshine Coast to start Uni in February and looking for a place to live. I'm creative, love the beach, healthy living, and going on adventures. I'm also clean, tidy, respectful and always up for a bit of socialising. I can afford up to $200 a week (inclusive of bills)
I was born in New Zealand so I have permanent residency in Aus however i have lived in the UK for the majority of my life. I' have just recently moved to the coast and i am currently living with family in the Caloundra area however upon finding work I want to get out my familys way and find my own place with similar minded/aged people. I am very easy going and always up for a laugh. I drive and love the outdoors. I'm quite a social person and always up for a night out at the weekends however due to me only moving to the coast last month i don't yet know many people. I have a degree in Geology (Earth Science).
Musician and soul surfer, love to travel and hang out. Work full-time in a good career, responsible and mature. Keep mostly to myself and not into the party scene. Clean and tidy and above all respectable.
Hi there I am looking for someone to share a unit with somewhere around Mooloolaba in January for a couple of months. I have bits of furniture and kitchen appliances, will be happy to sign the lease. Looking around 350 a week so would be 200 each weekly with all costs. The closer to the beach and the more natural light, the better. I love the outdoors - climbing, riding, kayaking, swimming, walks on the beach, hiking, going out for coffee, etc. Get in touch with me if you're interested in teaming up. :)
I currently live in Brisbane Studying Clinical Exercise Physiology, but will be now studying at USC in the new semester. I used to live in Caloundra a year ago but wanted to move back so I'm pretty familiar with the area. Living near the beach again would be sweet
Hi, I'm a full time shift worker looking for accommodation. Ideally I am seeking a granny flat, studio, detached type room or private room to share with one other so my odd working hours/sleeping patterns don't interfere with anyone else! I am honest, clean, tidy and respectful. I like to stay active and enjoy sports. I own property elsewhere and therefore have a limited budget!
Clean, tidy, either keep to myself or mingle. I'm funny easy to get on with. I make candles and soaps. Have my own business i'm trying to get off the ground. I ride and race motorcycles. I have a 20ft old motorhome which will need plenty of parking room, 2 bikes, a small bike trailer and a little car. Currently my race bike a friend is using it. Because of my arm, i've to buy a little automatic car. As I am currently unemployed due to and injured arm, I have no problem paying. I would prefer that all bills are included in the weekly rent. So if you would like to have a happy chappy person to share and like the smells of candles and soaps lol then that's me. Don't drink or smoke. My moved date is not concrete as I maybe able to move earlier and I would prefer to move before the end of January
Hi! My name is Sara I am moving from down from Brisbane to transfer to USC, I am currently studying a bachelor of psychology and criminology. My main loves in life are nature, good tunes and my kitten Orion. I am very easy going, tolerant and friendly, looking to move in with open minded and friendly people. I have experience living with people as I went to boarding school and lived out of home last year, my lease runs out early Feb, so if anyone is looking to move around then don't be afraid to hit me up :)
I have recently moved from Victoria and am working part time in caloundra as a housekeeper, so i know how to clean up after myself. I have a bright bubbly personality, and love spending time with my niece and nephew.
I love a good conversation and getting to know my housemate(s), sharing dinners and drinks is always nice. I love to cook and am very clean and tidy to live with. Bills/rent will always be paid on time and I have a relaxed yet bubbly personality and get along with pretty much anybody. :)
Hello my Name is Stephanie but I prefer to be called steph or stephie. I'm 18 years old and graduated school just over a year ago. I recently just moved to the Sunshine Coast from Toowoomba to study a diploma of Chilcare at the tafe here in on the Coast (located in Mountain creek). During my spare time I love to exercise and keep fit. I don't mind catching uo with a few friends on the weekend for a couple of drinks but I'm definitely not the party girl. I love to stay home and watch movies/socialise with family. I'm very outgoing and love to meet new people.
Hi, I'm Mell. I am currently looking for accommodation in a granny flat, studio etc. I am a Screen & Media/Journalism Major at USC on the Sunshine Coast. I love to read, write and head to the beach occasionally. I seek a secluded life as I am quiet. I am very friendly, enjoy sports and am easy-going and very tidy. I have a regular income and greatly appreciate anyone who would willingly open their home to me.
I am clean, quiet, a good baker and look to meet local people. Will be busy with Uni and work so probably not home a lot. Looking for a furnished room, need a bed, wardrobe, desk with chair, bookshelf.
Hey guys, my name is Lacee. I'm studying journalism at USC. l'm a pretty chill person. I enjoy a laugh and making friends. I also like my own space, a relaxed household and serious about my study. Would love a place with bills included $200 MAX. I also love dogs! Open to starting a new sharehouse. I would prefer a furnished place as I don't have all appliances for a house. I'm fine with anywhere under 15 mins drive to the uni. Also, I work part-time 2 hours north Fri-Sun (but that may change), and I have a partner who lives 2 hours north who you have to be cool with to visit once a week/fortnight. I would like to move any time between next week and mid February! Ta!
Both Leila and I are currently in full-time employment and are seeking accommodation for a period of around six months, preferably between Maroochydore down to Parrearra. We're pretty flexible so if you want to ask questions let me know :)
22 years old, single and am looking for a room to rent around the Buddina/Birtinya area or Alex Heads/Mooloolaba, I'm currently working full-time in administration at the Nambour General Hospital but will be starting work at the new Kawana Hospital in March-April. I'm pretty social, not looking for a 'party house' but somewhere that's okay with a drink or two on the weekend. I am currently renting a room in Parrearra but I'm trying to find a place I can move into before the lease runs out there in late January.
Hi!! I'm a student at USC studying nutrition. I'm pretty neat and clean and I'm looking for housemates who are a similar age to me and who are easy going and fun. I love living a healthy lifestyle, being social and studying hard. Wanting an ensuite cause I have a lot of toiletries!!
Hello, I will be working at the new sunny coast hospital and looking for a place that is an easy foot/bike to commute. I'm good at keeping communal areas clean. Looking for a smoke and pet free house as I have allergies. My partner works in ipswich and when our schedules aline she'll probably visit. Ideal place would be an affordable granny flat or similar that we would have our own space. Or cheap enough that we can get away regularly.
I'm a 24 year old female looking for a sharehouse close (preferably walking/riding distance) to the new university hospital on the sunshine coast, as I will be working there when it opens. I'm currently living in a sharehouse so I'm pretty easy to get along with. I'm clean, considerate and easy going. Don't hesitate to contact me
I am a sales professional, loving life, love to exercise and keep fit, love to travel and explore, looking for a similar person to share an awesome unit, townhouse or home with.
I would be great to live with as I like to mingle, yet respect privacy; enjoy music (have recently been playing in a band); can find my way around a kitchen and enjoy exercise. I work at the Caloundra tip, grew up on the sunny coast, and I have a daughter who I spend time with every second weekend and some holidays.
Clean and quiet, in process of giving up smoking? Only smoke outdoors, like the occasional beer and watching AFL, cricket and tennis. Like me time. I am an Enrolled Nurse.
About ourselves, my partner (Kenzo) is 30yo, he's got a Nutrition background and has been working for Jetts Fitness as a club manager/personal trainer for just over 4 years now, but most recently he's decided to change careers so he's been studying to pass the admissions exam for Medicine. He is obviously a very physically active and outdoorsy person too. I am 29, got a Marketing background but was recently doing some part-time work as a bartender at James Squire Brewery Perth CBD too. I love the outdoors too and will be looking for more stability with a job as marketing consultant. We do have friends in Peregian Springs but no family members on the Sunny Coast (they're all overseas, unfortunately). As we'll be moving from Perth on the Saturday 28th January, we'll only be available then for meet/greet. Thank you so much for your time and we look forward to hearing back from you!
I'm a friendly, funny guy, aged almost 33 who is a so-called mature aged student :) I'm studying journalism at USC so I can give you the scoop on why I'm so awesome to live with....if you can bear my godawful puns. I'm clean. I think the cleanings of kitchens, bathrooms and toilets are non-negotiable, the shared areas of any abode should be kept clean in my opinion. So you won't have me being 'that' guy who leaves stacks of plates in the sink for days on end. I like a chat but I also really dig my own space. I am currently living at the Village but I find it a bit too expensive. I don't have a car so it would need to be close to the uni and I would prefer to live with guys. Any questions, ask! I don't know of my move date, I'm just waiting to see if anything comes up. Thanks!

Hi, my name is Cathrine. I'm 25 years old and initially from Sweden, undertaking my master studies in business at USC. I spent my first semester at campus and now wants to explore other types of accommodation. I like to keep it clean and tidy and prefer to live with likeminded people. I'm not a party animal and consider personal space to be important as well as respecting others. However, I'm very sociable and would love to live with people who'd enjoy a movie, day at the beach or drink together once in a while. Overall, I'm really easygoing. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle and when not being busy studying, I like to work out, hang out with friends and spend time outdoors. Furthermore, I love animals, so if my potential flatmates have pets I'm all open for it. I'm back in Sweden now during Christmas so the easiest communication for the moment would be through messages on flatmates.com. Furthermore, the ideal would be to find a place in the beginning of February but there's some flexibility with the dates if necessary. I'm interested in a length of stay for about 6 months or more if things work out great between us :)
