21 year old transgender female Very tidy and respectful and keep to myself and easy to get along with and live with Message me if you think you may have something for me :)
I am really neat and tidy! XD I'm also very quiet, so I won't ever be making too much noise. :) I will be going to university 4 days a week, and often for the entire day. I plan to get a part-time job for the weekends, so I guess I'll be very busy soon. I'm from South Western Sydney, the oh so discriminated south haha. For fun, I read a lot of books and comics, but I like studying more (lol judge me). XD I also like to play the guitar but unfortunately I don't think I'll take mine with me when I move, but that means more quiet right! :D I may be young, but I'd like to believe I'm very respectful and I sure won't invade you privacy and what not. :) Anyway, thank you for reading, hope you'll consider me as a flatmate or potential tenant. Have a good day! :)

Hi all, I come from Brisbane to do a 1 year's course at TAFE here in Sydney. Single, quiet, tidy, clean, non smoker, non drinker, no pets, no parties, no friends over. Need a QUIET place for 1 year+ as I'll be studying and doing part time work. Please beware I'll need you to sign me the rent assistance form, as I'm reporting income to centrelink while working/studying and I'll be getting rent assistance.
I'm an American moving to Australia to marry my Australian girlfriend. I've lived in Los Angeles and Phoenix over the last few years, but am pumped about coming to Sydney. I'm low maintenance and won't be home too often. If you're interested, let me know!
Hi Everyone! My name is Jalisa, I'm 23 years old, and I am currently working full time for a finance company in the Sydney CBD. I have a 1 year old son, but he is living in NZ with my parents. I'm looking at a share house closer to the city, as I am currently living in the central coast and the commute is a bit strenuous. As well as this, it will give me the opportunity to save more to send home to my son (and to save for University, which I am planning on starting next year). I have a passion for baking cakes, so you'll have to be okay with me taking over the kitchen every once and a while!! (I'm also a shower singer, so being able to put up with that is a plus as well!)
Study at uni and work part-time at supermarket, also do contract styling work on the side. Career focused hard-working professional who is a perfectionist, always tidy. Friendly, sociable but enjoy privacy too. (:
I am an IT Professional, Very easy going and not bugging at all kind of person. My wife is a pharmacist and we both are Australian Residents. I offer consultancies so I am working part time and sometimes only travelling in Australia. I love playing and watching cricket. Also like playing badminton and squash. I like to watch TV Shows and Movies. I am friendly but I try to be in limits and respect other people's limits as well. Life is all about trying to be happy and putting smiles on other people's faces. Looking for a good separate place for a couple with all independent requirements like kitchen and bath. Internet facility is also required. We have stayed with different Australian owners previously and had wonderful times so looking forward to that again. We can commit for even 6 months if we find a good option and independent accommodation. Less than 6 month listing can also be considered if they are great. Looking forward. Cheers!

I'm self-sufficient, self-employed, working from home while casually studying online courses. I earn passive income doing dropshipping and selling 3D printed products while working on crazy electronic inventions. Soon I'll be using mechanical arms to build electronics from scratch for a kickstarter I'm launching, so I'll be pretty busy most of the time. I have good rent history, I like keeping things clean, and usually keep to myself most of the time working away in my room.

Hi I am searching for a room, studio flat or Granny flat. I am a 26 years old studying in uni and want room with my partner who is working full time. We are quite and easy going couple. We love to mix with everyone and respects each other's privacy. Most of the times we stay outside the home. Non smoker too. No partying at home.
I'm 20, currently working 2 jobs, by choice. So I'm never really around during the day, mostly just nights and even then I'll be out or doing my own thing. I'm very open, honest and relaxed. Overall Id say I'm a chill person, I like to do fun, heart racing things but generally I'm a keep to myself type. I'll spend most of my home time listening to music and reading, writing, drawing, dancing, cooking etc. Id like to find someone who is similar to me in personality and quite close to my age. Not particularly interested in living with anyone 30+. Just for the ease of mind for me, I'd rather someone on the same wave length.
Hi. Me and my sister are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment. I'm working full time and she's a full time student doing her masters. We are clean and we take care of the place we live in. We treat it as a home not just a place to live. We don't party much at home. We're friendly outgoing people.
Hi :) I'm a 29 year old independent woman who is easy going and is open to a social or quiet environment. I work as a dental nurse full time in the inner west suburbs. I also have a 2 year old medium sized white fur baby who has a belly full of love and will only attack you with hugs and kisses. I prefer a pet friendly place and I am also a very clean, neat, honest and tidy person.
I grew up on a beef farm near Kempsey, where I enjoyed spending time with animals and gardening. I enjoy reading, writing and gaming (both board and electronic), and also learning new activities. I am a Full-timeStocktake employee of Woolworths which means early mornings for me most weekdays, but I do enjoy a good sleep-in. I am friendly and enjoy a good conversation as well as spending time with friends (both new and old) and would love to build a strong relationship with future housemates.

Enjoy doing home renovations and gardening, have a green thumb. Like the simple things in life and a good conversation with like minded people. Easy to get along with as i have no hang up's, I'm a friendly happy person. Keep to myself mostly after a hard days work, relaxing at home watching TV or on the computer. Will venture out on weekends to do fun things weather permitting. Currently living in West Pennant Hills with my sister and brother in-law, but now have to move out as they are downsizing and there new house is smaller. Matt.
We are traveling and working round Australia hoping to meet new and interesting people who are easy going. We are clean, quiet and like to socialise with new people Annmarie has a job in an office in Parramatta starting around the 6th march and Asa is working in bars but is mindful of other people when coming in from a late shift, who has good cooking skills and doesn't mind doing meals for groups,
I'm looking to move into a cat friendly house, not an apartment. I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies, in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cats so I would prefer a cat friendly house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out thanks.
