I am 24 years old, easy to get along with and a very approachable person. I am incredibly tidy around the house but that doesn’t always extend to my room. I love catching up with my friends for dinner and drinks. Netflix and TV series are my go to on week nights as I am a little bit obsessed. I like to get loose and go out but not all the time and not too loose :) I am currently working full time as a retail assistant in a compounding pharmacy here in Perth, and have just been offered a position as a full-time admin manager at a compounding pharmacy in Prahan, Melbourne. What I want in a home is somewhere I can be completely comfortable, a welcoming and easy going environment. I believe honesty is the best policy and consider myself to be very easy to live with, respecting of others space, 150% supporting of the LGBTQ community, friendly and fun! i’m moving over on the 18th of july and start my full time job the following monday.
An oversea student who pretty much busy with study and work. Easy going, neat and tidy. Love socialise but respectfull. Bonus of living me is you will be feed with all sweet treats as I’m a pastry chef to be!
Very relaxed, like to keep to myself. Business minded (Work in corporate business/finance), all-round good bloke. Like a beer and footy on the weekends, Also very clean & respectful + I can cook really well Generally get along with anyone if they're mature. Currently living by myself in South Melbourne, looking to stay in the area.
Hi there, I’m a not-so-young professional (trader) looking for a nice place in the inner southern suburbs (my previous landlord wanted to renovate). I’m very easy going, love to have a chat or keep to myself as circumstances dictate. I like to keep quite active - tennis, walking, gym, and swimming. Last in my circle of friends to be unmarried - but determined that it won’t be a life sentence! Hope to find a good mix of people and place.
TL;DR Arriving in Australia first week of August for work. Looking for a room and a garage or large shed for Windsurfing kit with on or off street parking. Less than 30 mins to Carlton. 25-35 year old flat mates. Full version: Third culture, house share trained guy moving from Europe to Melbourne for work. Native in English and French. University educated. Work in business development for a Defence company. Into windsurfing, cars, music, hitting the gym, good food etc. No drugs. Looking for a clean and tidy (essential) friendly household of full time workers (no students). Age range 25-35. Educated... Preference for living with tenants only - not living with landlords. No couples please. My office is in Carlton and I should be travelling quite regularly for work. I would like to keep commute under 30 mins door to door. Prioritising properties which have a garage (shared or not) as I will need to store my windsurfing kit. On or off street parking essential. Home is to be a peaceful drama free sanctuary - not a party house. However I’m still into wining and dining; naturally...
Very easy going and down to earth, I’m tidy and can take care of my self and more than willing to do my bit around the place I work full time so bills will always be paid on time. Honestly believe could live with anyone in any circumstances hahaha I enjoy a beer sports dinners time with mates and relax as well so u could do aloT worse than living with me I think
I'm respectful, tidy, and open-minded. I'm not a party animal nor a prude. I can have a relationship with flatmates or keep to myself.
My name is Andrea, Italian student just arrived in Melbourne, I'm a clean person, love living in a nice environment and socialize with people. I'm a good laugh and I love relax, but I'm always happy to share a meal or a good glass of wine. I'm a pretty active person, I like to work, study, go to the gym and I love spending time outside. I lived in share houses in the past year and never had a single issue with anybody. I'm really easy going and I mind my business (that's the secret!). Happy with pets but of course I don't have any myself. Tech savy, I'm an IT technician so if you can't make it work I'll help! looking for a private room. Thanks!
New Life Required! :-) I have recently come through the other side of a break-up, and am looking for a change! I'm currently living in a fabulous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment which now has an available room (advertised on this site) However I am also open to moving out and signing a lease with somebody else, in a great area. I own everything you could possibly imagine, so I'm more than happy to fully furnish any new place. I do have a beautiful little Sausage Dog who has been brought up in Apartments so he is completely house-trained and alway happy to see you walk back in the door. I love a laugh, enjoy a drink (too often), I’m very casual, social and down to earth. More than happy to share food/cooking if we're both in the mood and at home together. I am very house proud so would prefer someone who also appreciates cleanliness and is familiar with 'sharing' so understands that we both have to pitch in to keep the place looking good. For me there is nothing better than unwinding after a long hard day with a wine, good food and great company….in a comfy and welcoming home. I am looking for a NON-SMOKER, who has a happy, easy going disposition. Someone who enjoys a wine but doesn't bring the party home (unless I’m invited & neither of us have to get up early in the morning! :-)) I'm looking to share a large house/apartment anywhere from Elwood through to Port Melbourne. I've lived bayside for quite a while now and absolutely love the area, although with that said I'm definitely not stuck in my ways so happy to consider other locations. My budget would be around the $500 per week mark (give or take) Look forward to hearing from you.
If you want somebody who might become a life long friend, look no further! I know that everybody is different, some people like to chill out, and some people like to stay busy. Fortunately! Im a bit of both. When it comes to privacy, your business is yours and I will keep this personal policy until you feel well enough acquainted with me. I'll do my best to match the mood of the flatmates, keep my voice down outside hours and clean my dishes 99.9% of the time. The only thing I bring to the table is good chat and positive vibes. Contact me if you think we'd be good flatmates Cheers Jordan
I am a full time student studying, like to keep my mind active however I am very relaxed and casual. Undoubtedly, I do like to be an active participate in the household and am willing to help around the house as well as keep clean. Friendliness is a must and theres nothing more that makes me happy than a smile on your dial. I'm not a social go-getting and would rather a non party house. A die hard lover of animals, eating well and good attitudes. Reliable with rent as my parents will be paying, also working in Port Melbourne so no need to worry on chasing up payments (wohoo).
hello everyone, i am a medical doctor , i will move to melbourne to complete my qualification examination and clinical courses. I am simple , clean and quite & like my own privacy.
I am a super clean and organized person. I'm going to study part time and I plan to work the other part of the time so I will not be in the house for a long time. I'm from Mexico and I consider myself a person easy to carry, social and cheerful. I like to exercise, read and watch movies :)
I'm a professional working in CBD 9-5. I'm looking for a nice place close to city; clean and tidy. Looking for quite and relaxed place that I can call home. I'm laid back, down to earth and friendly. Mostly out either because of usual routine (gym & running) or trying new things. I try my best to keep myself busy with different things, currently I'm learning rock climbing, and enrolled for touch ball for this season. Running is something I truly enjoy. On the other hand I'm quite private and do like my own space. I enjoy the small things in life. I love cooking. Everyday learning new healthy dishes. I am a vegan but not too fussy about that. Would prefer a friendly person, someone who is clean/ tidy and not noisy. If you're willing to accommodate, I hope to meet you soon.
Hi! I’m Eden! I recently moved down to Melbourne from Port Stephens in NSW! I’m looking for a place with a couple of people to try and get a bit more accustomed to the Melbourne lifestyle and also to find out what kind of places are around. I work full time tuesday to saturdays, so i’m out most days; but in my spare time i love to play video games, i like Magic the Gathering, i dont read often but i like books, i LOOOVVVEE movies and netflix haha, and of course food. Who doesnt love fooood!!! I do gym regularly, and i like to explore and be social with friends! (Although in a new city i only have a few haha) But i do at times like my own privacy, as do most. I’m a pale white kid who’s really easy to get along with; i can cook, wash, dry, clean, bake, and i look out for my mates. Look forward to meeting new people and making friends!!
Hi, My name is Neri. I'm coming from Israel. I'm 32 years old, so i'm not planing to do parties every night. I'm a clean person, who know to clean the dishes that are not necessarily mine :) Overall, i'm a friendly person that is easy to get along with...
Looking for awesome housie to share with St Kilda area Relocating back after 10 years in Sunshine Coast, Queensland. I'm a qualified Naturopath working part time on creating my business. I also work part time in the city as marketing assistant to keep me out of trouble ;). I'm into sustainable living, yoga and meditation. I love cooking and nurturing through food. I'm artistic, caring, thoughtful, social, enthusiastic and easy going. I have a great sense of humour. Even though my full on party days are behind me I like a little boogie now and then and still go out to gigs and pubs from time to time. Love a good laugh, a chat and a shared meal from time to time. Looking forward to sharing a home-Short or long term if it works out well. I have a 7 year old son. He sleeps at his dads most nights for stability and for his own room. We have found this is the happiest arrangement for all. The split was amicable. We get along fine. My son stays with me one night a week. He is fine in my room and is ridiculously quiet and well behaved. So I'm looking st kilda so walking distance to his school for simplicity If that all sounds awesome then I would love to hear from you! 😊
I work full-time in South Melbourne so ideally I'd like to find something close to work. I'm quiet, respectful, tidy & friendly. I feel that the place you live in should be a comfortable, warm sanctuary to come home to, and I will respect your space and your privacy. Though I'm naturally quiet, I like having people around to talk to. I hate the idea of coming home to an empty house. I also love gardening, so I'm happy to do any and all of the garden maintenance. I have a little furniture and my own car, so I'm looking for a house-share, hopefully with a car space or permit parking. My preferred date to move is around mid-July but I am flexible. Ideally I'd like to have found somewhere by start of August. I'm not sure what else to add, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
I'm moving to Melbourne next month for a new job, working as a content manager for a national marketing platform. I'm a social 23 year old mate, mature for my age and can hold a conversation with anyone. Coming from a background working in radio I'm a talker with a sense of humor and enjoy my music of many genres. I play american football and will be out of the house some weeknights for training and for games on weekend. I enjoy a drink while socializing with others on weekends and I'm after a room in a house of good down to earth fun people. I'll be working in Albert park so a place with good transport or a clear bike path are handy. I've also got a 1974 Holden Kingswood I drive so off the street parking is a bonus. Non smoker, healthy and active, very handy with fixing bits and bobs around a house and understand the etiquette of living with others. Won't be in Melbourne until the 15th of July but for the right place and people can arrange to come down and meet before hand, and move in right away. Hope I can be the housemate you're looking for!
Looking for long term accommodation with secured parking. Non-smoking. 25yr old female, single, full time professional working in a hospital as a radiographer (shift work). On my days off or down time I will usually go out and about with friends for food, drinks, road trips and catch ups, and the gym of course. So when I am around at home I am very quiet and like to keep it very low key and relaxed; I don't tend to have people around, but then again I don't stay at home much either, like to be out and about and keeping busy. I am a very clean and tidy person. I always clean up after myself (clean as I go) and everything is neat and well maintained around the house and I would love the same from my housemate as well. Very easy to get along with otherwise. Respects privacy and personal space very much. Been renting with housemates for 4 years now so I know all the etiquette.
