I'm a person who likes my home tidy and clean. I don't spend much time at home but when I do I like it pretty quiet, and its important to respect each others privacy. When I don't work I enjoy quiet evenings with tv-series, as well as going out for dinner and drinks. Let me know If I can come by and check out the room. (I prefer furnished) Cheers! /zozo

Hi I'm Ethan, Your average friendly, neat/tidy and easy to get along with 25yo originally from New Zealand but have spent the last 6 years in Perth. I've been in Melbourne since June 2016. I work full time 11 hour days Monday to Friday and the odd Saturday half day. On top of this (call me stupid) I will be starting a full time Uni degree in July. I am outgoing with new people and consider myself easy to get along with. I'm judging this on the ease of moving to a new country and then state and making lifelong friends along the way both through work and housemates. Although it is high up on my priority list to make friends with my housemates and have a great time in a place I'm proud to call home. I am also very housemate courteous and spatially aware. I will be working or buried in study the majority of the 6 or so month stay. I do have an awesome German girlfriend Anni who is also super easy to get along with, super tidy and we spend nights throughout the week at each others apartments depending on what's on and where we are. So there will be nights where I stay at hers and visa versa but this will also be a courteous arrangement and not her living with me full time as some couples do without mentioning in these descriptions. Truth be told this is more often me spending nights at hers. My reason for finding a new place is that my current housemate is moving back to Adelaide and lease is up start of July. I look forward to finding a room in either an established flat situation or apartment living, I'm easy just need to find the right place with the right people and the rest will be history. The room can be furnished or not as I currently have furnished my bedroom but can sell the bed etc if the room is already set up. Look forward to meeting my future housemate(s)!
Hey I'm Mike, I've just moved to Melbourne for a new job. I'm a 29 year old sports scientist from Manchester in the UK and work for a sports tech company in Docklands. Love to travel the world, meet new people, see live music, sports and comedy shows, go to bars, hang out and enjoy the great outdoors! I've been told I'm very laid back and easy to get on with. Love being social but don't mind having a bit of space too. Looking to find a more permanent place to live just outside of the city.
Freelance cinematographer. I make pretty pictures, ride a motorbike and a mountain bike about a lot, and am generally pretty quiet about the house as I'm usually either making a film or watching one. I have headphones :) Garage space required for bikes and camera junk. Larger room preferred as I occasionally have clients over for film edit sessions.
Hi there, I work on a full time permanent contract for a high end Italian luxury fashion boutique 9-am-7pm in the CBD, at the same time I'm finalising a Bachelors of Business & Advertising at Swinburne part time. I'm looking to team up with a like-minded & professional young lady from any industry at 23+ years old to find a lovely, clean and new-ish 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment around the metropolitan inner city suburbs surrounding Melbourne. If this sounds like you, don't be shy please send a message. At the moment I'm living quite close to the CBD and looking to relocate within reasonable proximity to the CBD. I've had experience living with other housemates, they would describe me as friendly, respectful, tidy, organised, out going, busy and cultured. For fun I go to the gym, catch ups over coffee/dinner/wine, movies or relax and wind down to just go somewhere and do nothing (because I'm always doing something).
I am a 27 years old brazilian engineer who just got a work visa in Australia. Lived in USA and Chile before. I beliave I am sociable but I also know when to respect when someone needs his/her own space. And I love soccer :)

Stylist residential is my strength 😊 I like to go out and having dinner and maybe a dance with friends. I am sportive, especially in the weekend when I use to go surfing On the other side I am always happy to chill out home and share a pizza in front a movie or a chat. My boyfriend lives in Richmond with our beautiful cat - super happy to bring it with me if allowed!! (The cat, not the boyfriend 😊) *

I am a happy, positive, ambitious and active guy. Love sport, meditation, good food, travel and music. I am easy going, respectful, tidy and thoughtful. Like to laugh, have fun, relax and do this things outdoors. I have been told that I am a great cook! I only had good experiences with flatmates and enjoyed more friendships with them than just being housemates. I am looking forward to meeting you. :)
I'm a super easy going guy who enjoys the company of others but also values his privacy. I am an Electronics Engineer so I will try and fix all the things and give you advice on technology, which you can feel free to ignore if you like, but if you humour me, I'll humour you, that's how this sharing thing works right? I love to have a beer (many to be more accurate) on occassion and love to have a good laugh while I'm at it. Im not a party animal by any stretch, I prefer nights in mostly or going to a chill pub with mates. It would be cool to have a housemate to do this with, since I don't have too many friends in Melbourne. Being a nerdy engineer type, you will enjoy the benefit of access to my movie and TV collection on a dedicated media server with over 18TB of media storage 😊 if that is your type of thing anyway... Anyway, I'm sure there is a bunch more important stuff I could have said here, but overall, I'm a very respectful, clean, friendly, career focused guy. I just want to find a place for cheaper rent and to make some new friends if possible.
Hi I'm Yvette, I'm 31 and a secondary school teacher. I am warm and friendly, love a laugh and open-minded. I work really hard during the week so I like to relax on the weekends - catch up with friends for breakfast, go running, take a yoga class, or read a book. I'm a a pretty easygoing housemate; I like to share a meal and chat with my housemates when they are around, but I'm also very happy doing my own thing. I'm looking for friendly, relaxed, and honest people to live with, who are happy to be social at times, and also independent, who are reasonably house-proud and perhaps enjoy a glass of red at the end of a hard day. :) I have a washing machine and fridge. They can be given to friends if they're not needed. I also have a really nice two-seat chesterfield sofa in leather. It is small enough to pop in a bedroom, but would also be great for a common space.
My name is Paige, I am a nineteen year old student, who is looking to move to Melbourne to study full time at JMC Academy.
Hello there Melbourne peeps my name is Lucie. I'm looking for a place to live. I'm a friendly, tidy woman. I'm not a party animal but good for a chat with a glass of red and a cheese platter. I like foreign films, bikeriding and I'm a foodie. I am hoping for work in aged care while I am unemployed at the moment due to recently moving here from Brisbane I am furiously looking for work. I have Centrelink payments coming in and I'm very reliable when it comes to money, any of my former housemates will affirm. I'm looking for a place with at least one woman living there and maximum 3 people including me. Good heating is very important to me, coming from Queensland :) Also a place with wifi and is fully furnished but I do have my own bedroom furniture. Also no offence to anyone but I'd prefer a place where there no smokers or pets. I'm pretty solid really. Looking forward to meeting you cheers Lucie
I am new to Melbourne and looking for a place to call home! Super fun, friendly and not to mention clean and tidy... Perfect right? Looking around Prahran area but considering places nearby. My best friend is also looking for a place (female) and we are trying to find a place together so are open to sharing a room or 2 separate rooms! Contact me if you think you have a room for me :)
I’m looking for a room in a big old house within walking distance to the beach so I can easily walk my two dogs in the mornings. I work from home full time for an IT company and also just graduated as a Naturopath. I work quietly at my desk during the day, often on the phone, in a busy role. If I have my own space you will hardly know I’m there. Work life balance is important to me so outside of work I’m active and often outdoors with the dogs or out with friends. I’m easy going, positive and respectful. My dogs are very well behaved and beautiful natured and I always clean up after them. They are protective of their home and so make good guard dogs for the occupants but also very loving little housemates :) Move date is flexable any time this month.
I am a clear and tidy person, reliable, reserved and respectful of house's rules and privacy. But I also enjoy share spare time with my flatmates, having dinner or a drink.
Hi, My name is Nilanjan and I am moving to Melbourne on June 5th. I am a NZ citizen and will work for medical software company near the CBD(Southbank). I am looking for a quite secure furnished place to stay for an extended period close to public transport. I am male, Indian and 40 years old. I get along with people pretty well and have no issues with pets. Please let me know if you have any queries. Regards Nilanjan
My name is Monika. I have full time weekday commitments, working as a Veterinarian, and also work part-time on the weekends. Although I like my own personal space, I am keen to socialise and share meals/watch movies/go out with my housemates every now and then. Apart from work, I enjoy exercising, cooking, spending time outdoors and socialising on weekends. I don't tend to sit around at home and travel quite regularly. I am extremely tidy and would help out in keeping the place neat. I also own a parrot called Pedro and a bunny called Peanut - they are both very easy maintenance and friendly.
Hi! I am looking for a room to rent in South Melbourne. Moving there from the middle of New South Wales in two weeks time. I have a part time retail job lined up in the CBD to begin once I arrive, and am auditioning in June for music colleges to begin my degree in Music and Music Production. I am easy to please and keep to myself a lot, however I am always up for a chat and can get along with anyone :)
