My mum always told me the only thing I've got going is my sparkling personality. So I can guarantee that at least I'll make you chuckle. But I'd better list some other amazing qualities ... I'd say it almost qualifies me as a superhero, these are so great. I'm super tidy but rest assured I won't be cleaning up after you. No need to worry I want to take over. I love my own company, so I won't be in your back pocket, constantly needing reassurance I can be social, I won't be that creepy person you only see going to the kitchen or bathroom. I would like to list more but I just realised the list is endless. Suffice it to say, I'm a ripper of a housemate. Not like Jack the Ripper, more the fun, cool, decent, slightly anti social, kinda social type
I'm Brazilian, I'm a student, I'm still learning English. I'm an easy and very clean person. Respect your space. I like to be quiet and sometimes a party. I have good vib and a very good energy.
I’m a great tenant. Tonnes of references. Also looking for more longer term in Balmain from August onwards. Prefer an all inclusive price (which is my budget - $300). Thanks everyone.
Hi there, My name is Yazan and I want to be your flat mate!. I am a professional, working full-time as a project manager and a part-time PhD student. I have recently moved from Dubai to Sydney, before that i used to live in Leeds, UK. I am usually described as neat, clean, quite and a social person with a great sense of humour. I also do respect other's privacy and would pay the rent on time. Important to me: you’re nice, you keep shared spaces clean, we are close to public transport (my office is near Wynyard Station) NOT important to me: your Gender/Orientation, your Race/Religion, and your age. Sharing a home is all about courtesy and common sense.
Hi, I am a recent marketing graduate from the University of Liverpool. I am clean and tidy, love sports (football/soccer, tennis), and i'm interested in current events, culture and all that good stuff.
Hey guys! I'm making the big move over from the west for work and chasing a great home with even better people! I'm very clean/tidy, respectful and non-smoking. Super chilled and all about the social banter over a coffee/tea/beer/vino. I'm new to Sydney and would love to meet some fun people who can show me around and explore with. Love all the usual standards - sport, music, food, beach. I once had a MasterChef audition and made it to the final stage of My Kitchen Rules auditions in W.A. with a high school mate hahaha. See my insta below for a few foodie pics. I love playing tennis, golf and occasionally a surf. I also play the piano and have been asked if I'm a professional, but can't read music! I also have a few more tricks up my sleeve as a former qualified physiotherapist and financial planner and excited to be moving into the data analytics and artificial intelligence scene!... naturally.... Like-minded professionals who love to laugh enquire within! Better yet, let's grab a coffee at a funky little cafe and have a chat in person :)
Hey! Norwegian girl living in Sydney on a 1-year working holiday. Currently staying in hostels, looking for a private room in a nice share house. Studying economics and business management online whilst also working full time as waitress in Alexandria, so preferably somewhere close to that area or a train station with good connections to central/green square! I’m friendly, easy going, and adventurous. I enjoy working out, sports, hiking, photography, and going out for casual drinks whenever I have some spare time. Working most days and in my free time I’m usually out with friends so won’t be around too much. Although I’m young I concider my self a mature person, previously lived with people 10 years older than me and we had the best time. Would like to be friends with my flatmate/s and do stuff together, but do also appreciate privacy and respects others. Clean and tidy, good cook;, non-smoker. Cheers!!
Hi my name is Joel. I'm looking to rent a room in a houseshare/flatshare arrangement or to team up with possible flatmates for joint rental. I am not looking to share a room. House or flat, can share bathroom, don't smoke, furnished or unfurnished. I don't own any pets. References from previous landlords. Proof of income if required. Broadband internet connection required. I’m happy to split water, electricity and internet bills equally. A little bit about me: I’m a full time student at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music studying Music Education & Classical Guitar. I work at a music tuition business 3 days a week in Penrith, I teach guitar, bass and music theory. I also sing in a choir and work with a children's choir. For those worried about sound levels: Classical Guitar is quite soft and I mainly practice at uni or work. I’d like to have easy access to Circular Quay where I study and Penrith where I work and many of my relatives live. Happy to provide a criminal record check or working with children number if you’re interested. Potential flatmates who are open to a discussion about criminal record checks may be more competitive in my considerations. This would only apply to issues that may be relevant to living together, records that may be irrelevant to that are not my concern, I respect your privacy. Contact me for further information. We can meet up no obligation and can also talk budgets and other details. Take care, Joel
Hi, My name is Vivek and I just moved from Seattle for work. I am a full-time IT engineer in a MNC and recently transferred to Australia. I am a simple easy going, down to earth guy who is fun loving as well. I like to travel, explore new places and make new friends. I like my own space but I am always open to friendly conversations. I tend to keep the place around me as tidy as possible so that's what you can expect from me. Requirement: A train or light train station within 10-15 min walking distance or with a frequent bus connection to such station.
I am a very easy going person. 29yo from Spain, clean and easy to live with. Love movies, TV shows, music, photography, going to the beach or the mountain. I'm looking for a clean and private place to come back to and relax after work.
I would love to live with happy and clean people. I like to have a couple of wine or beers, coke, I love sports, meditation, healing, reiki, watch a movie, go for a walk, nature, beach. I am always live the present.
Empathetic, honest, reliable young professional from Denmark. I have stable finances and good job prospects in business consultancy. I take care of my stuff, I own my own flat in Denmark so I know what it takes. I have lived abroad before and are simply looking for a suitable flatshare where I can fit in with my easy-going presense, where I can lay low when needed, and where we can share each others company when we choose to. Im a vivid traveller, a strong networker, a guitarist and musician, a passionate cook, and simply a good guy looking for a quality time here in AUS - whether it be a few months or years.
Hi, my name is Vincent, I'm a 21 student who is here in Sydney for an internship. I'm a nice person and really like meeting new people, always ready to help when needed, I'm responsible and still like to have some time for myself but I'm always ready to make some new friends!
Australian-French We're pretty arty and always have a future project in the works, we also love to hit a cool bar or cook up something yummy (I love a good Nigella recipe, that Malteaser cake is my downfall haha, and can't forget french pastries of course!). I'm currently studying at AFTRS whilst waitressing/working at after school care and Jules is working as a labourer full-time and a chef part time. I hope to hear from you! - Chloë
Down to earth white collar professional who enjoys going to the movies (the bigger the screen, the better), live sporting events (rugby union mainly), playing sport to keep fit (racquet sports & golf), cooking a good meal (accompanied by good wine) and spending weekends out of town/travelling interstate. Looking for a place to call home where cleanliness is a priority (but not to OCD levels), respect is given and received, and where sociable interaction is undertaken regularly.
I'm looking for a nice downtown spot with cool people to live with starting in June. I'm from Texas - grew up in a small town outside of Dallas, but have the spent the last 8 years in Austin. I'm moving to Sydney with my company for a 12-18 month project. I'm a clean roommate, and like to contribute at least my fair share. I'll be doing some light traveling, and will be hosting guests from time to time. Otherwise just looking to fully experience Sydney while I'm there - restaurants, beaches, wineries, rugby games, concerts - all of it! If you have a dog(s), all the better - I'm going to be leaving behind a 65 lb golden-doodle (heart breaking, yes) so I've got the fur mommy thing down! I've also played and coached volleyball for about 13 years now, so would love to get into that while I'm living near the beach. I work in sales for an advertising technology company - happy to geek out with you if you're into that sort of thing :) Generally speaking I'm just SO excited for this new chapter, and if you think you/your place should be a part of it please reach out!
Hi there! I'm an American graduate student looking for a temporary place to stay here in Sydney - emphasis on temporary (~June 5th to October 2). I'm pretty quiet as a roommate, not a fan of big crowds of people, more about a quiet night with a glass of wine or cider, maybe a board game, book or tv show. Bit of a geek, would love to live with someone else who's a fan of things like Doctor Who and Critical Role (my current fave). No major pet allergies - in fact, I love cats, and will probably be pining for my cat back home for all four months I'm in Sydney, so animal friends are very welcome.
