Hi! My name is Ellen and I'm 22 years old. I moved to Sydney from Melbourne about three years ago and have lived and worked in Balmain ever since. I’m looking for a new place to move into as i’m looking for a fresh start. I'm very friendly, laid-back and easy to get along with. I like to socialise and go out with friends but I also enjoy spending time at home. I work as a waitress a few nights a week at a restaurant in Balmain and spend my days working as a sales assitant in a fashion boutique, and my spare time modelling, swimming at the beach and going to cafes and bars. I'm more than happy to help cook and clean to maintain a happy, tidy house! I have a one year old kitten named Charlie who is very low maintenance and loveable. I'm looking to move into a place with housemates that are happy to hang out with me and my kitten but where I can have my own space too.
I currently live on the Gold Coast and am relocating to Sydney for work in July. I will be working in Pymble Full-Time leasing & managing a new serviced office space and would prefer to be within walking distance of North Sydney or Milsons Point train station. Looking to share a clean, modern, fully furnished (flexible) unit with one other young, social person (23 - 38 yo) with private bathroom, full laundry facilities and carpark available. I will need to go on the lease, or will do up a sublease contract for you to sign for company tax rent assistance purposes. I am 27 years old and appreciate privacy. I will generally keep to myself on weeknights, working and going to the gym but I do enjoy a few drinks on the weekend and getting out being social. I don’t like to cook but I do like to eat. I never take myself too seriously and enjoy being able to have a laugh with my roommate. I love to travel, I try and holiday at least once or twice a year. I don’t know many people in Sydney so I expect to head back to the Gold Coast on for the weekend once a month and could have visitors coming to stay with me on the weekend once every other month or two.

Very organised and take great care of the places I stay at. Looking at locations close to North Sydney, so I can walk to work.
Hello, my name is Luana from Brazil, i'm 21yo and I moved to Sydney recently to study "Marketing and Communication". I've travelled to a few places around the world (mostly Europe and Asia) so i love to meet new people and make new friends. As i'm new to Sydney i'm still discovering the city, but i like to go out and enjoy the nature when the weather is good, or meet up with friends for drinks and pizza. When i'm home i tend to be quiet, i don't really watch tv that much, and if i want to watch something i usually use my laptop. I LOVE animals, back in Brazil i have a dog and a guinea pig, so i'd love to be in a house with a dog or a cat or both... (or whatever other animal), and i'm also really good with kids as i have a 7yo niece. I'm looking for a single room for $250p/w incl bills + FURNISHED + walking distance from a train station (max 10min), max. 3 flatmates and shops/supermarkets close. PS: having no carpets would be good. Thanks in advance.
I work full-time as an analyst at NAB while studying for MBA (Executive) at AGSM at UNSW Business School. People describe me as humble, happy, positive energy creating individual who is always happy to give a hand in solving issues. Love watching movies, tv shows on netflix and look forward on having a good time with mates after a hard days work. Im looking for open minded individuals with a high level of cleanliness expectation to potentially team up and rent an accommodation near Sydney CBD or inner city suburbs.
I love to cook, am self employed and spend a fair chunk of my time away for work of one kind or another. Clean, tidy and into home, so where I live and who I share where I live with is very important to me. I do not smoke and am seeking a smoke free place to live. Outdoors and doing stuff is how I like to spend my downtime, although I have been known to spend some quality time on the couch, balcony or anywhere in recline to recharge over the weekend. So I am looking for a place and people who are aligned and comfortable that sometimes, the best way to relax is doing nothing. I am not a big partyer, but I do enjoy a drink and a laugh. Rest assured, not a hermit or prude, am just a bit beyond needing every weekend being late nights, and besides, the clean up the next day just sucks. I am into ocean swims and running. I am usually first up and pretty much first to bed.. I'm sounding heaps interesting right!?! I like my sleep - I work hard but need my rest. I need a place that works for that. I am looking to share with people my own age who are working and have their stuff sorted (and the bits you don't have sorted, well that either stays in your space or we talk it out over a beer or wine). People who live well, enjoy themselves and keep where they live in order. I am too old to live in a hovel and place too much importance in where I live too share it with others who don't. I am all good for doing my bit to uphold the place and keep it well.
Hello there! I'm a 33 y.o aeronautical engineer who has come from Brazil and is super excited about this new stage (2nd time in Sydney, btw)! I'm a super easy going guy, and have lived in 5 different countries, so let's just say I'm very versatile and easy in fitting in, especially after having shared more than 10 houses in the past 8 years! =) I'm very sociable and like to have some fun every once and then, but also enjoy having that quiet time, especially to update myself in terms of studies, career-wise >> can be a bit of a geek sometimes! haha! I'm crazy about climbing and a few other radical sports, and hit the gym regularly; I also have a thing for new cultures and languages! To me, sharing a house should be a pleasant and fun experience, and I do my best to keep a nice healthy, friendly and cool balance with my flatmates, as well as a tidy/clean house - not a big fan of mess! I don't smoke, and have a very healthy lifestyle overall, in case that matters ;-) Looking forward to meeting ya!
I am looking for a room to rent preferably fully furnished room with utilities if possible and near the train station. I work full time in a IT industry. By the way, I love music, enjoy baking, swimming, walking / hiking / running / zumba and movies.
