Hi there! I'm Raquel, 22, and am currently residing in Geelong, having just finished a BA in Psychological Science at Deakin University here. I am enrolled to study a new course in Creative Arts (Dance) at Deakin in Burwood in 2020, and have volunteered as an Education Support Officer at a school for Deaf children in Sunshine for the last two years. I am passionate about dancing, art, cooking, and love to read, paint and explore nature during my spare time. I'm also proudly Deaf, though am quite easy to communicate with as I speak clearly and use a hearing aid. As a tenant I think I’m quite easy to live with, valuing tidiness, communication and a busy yet quiet, drama-free life. I'm hoping to move in an accessible range to Deakin next year (commencing after the 1st of January 2020 and before the 1st of March) for 12 months to make it easier to travel to university and my volunteer workplace. I love meeting new people so please don’t hesitate to message or SMS me and introduce yourself should you have any questions :)
I'm currently studying business at La Trobe (Part-time) and looking for a short to medium term lease to commit to. Currently finishing up a 18 month lease and want something cheaper. I am very busy but always find time to chill out and have a good balance so never a bad time to have a good chat. I am a manager at a local McDonald's and study here and there but have taken a break so work is my primary focus currently. I love all sorts of music and do get around to DJ a bit but am very quiet and considerate at home (almost too quiet sometimes, won't know I am home for a few days straight at times). I get to escape a bit for some outdoor activities with a local Rover Scout group to keep myself sane I usually say but I do have a very balanced lifestyle. Love to chat about whatever and whenever but know when to keep to myself and keep a space free for use. Very, very clean and hate mess but not a clean freak so don't stress if there's a dirty counter I'm not that bad. I do love to cook and can cook a mean BBQ dinner so that is always a bonus.
New graduate about to start working in health care. Originally from regional Vic, I've been enjoying the northern suburbs, but now want to live in the eastern suburbs along the train line, closer to work. Looking for a quiet place with other working young adults but down for the occasional coffee or convo while cooking dinner. I'm a super clean housemate, and respectful of different working schedules. In my down time I like finding new coffee spots, practicing music, watching the odd documentary and looking to start a social sport.
Hello, my name’s Phoebe. I’m a quiet, clean and tidy person (though my room can get a bit messy). I can get a bit tired of the world sometimes, and so for me, home is a quiet place where I rest and retreat from the world. I am friendly enough and will say hello but I’m otherwise not interested in being social at home, sharing meals or activities together. I’m seeking a place where there is no expectation/obligation to do that. I want us all to feel free to approach each other for help with things around the house and to negotiate/discuss any issues etc. I’m sincere, matter of fact, plain talking, considerate and thoughtful. I’m fairly private/introverted in nature. I care a lot more than I appear to. My interests include reading, writing, animals and nature, personal development, listening to music and health. I work part time and have various other commitments throughout the week. I can always pay rent and bills on time. I have my own bedroom furniture so need an unfurnished room. I also have a bicycle that I need to store securely undercover. I eat a lot of meat, I cook outside mostly and need access to a power outlet for that. I dislike cooking smells and I greatly appreciate when my housemates ventilate the kitchen during and after cooking. If you have any questions, please do ask.

Hello I am seeking to move in with health conscious, positive individuals who are open communicators, respect a quiet, tidy, clean home with no pets. I work as a nurse Mon-Fri and teach Yoga on the weekends. I enjoy reading, cycling, snorkeling in summer, meditating, and practicing yoga. Furniture/stuff: I have two mountain bikes, a bike rack, riding gear, camping gear, snorkeling gear, a library, a microwave, a kettle, and will need somewhere secure to store it, like a garage or shed which will need to be locked. Quirks and Perks: -I prefer if shoes were not worn inside the house. -I like to wake up to a clean kitchen, so it would be appreciated if dishes were done before bed. -I'm conscious about our environment and prefer to use environmentally friendly household cleaners. -I favour a rotating weekly cleaning roster, as its only fair to share the household cleaning. -I do not tolerate drugs or smoking. Move in date is flexible, as I would like to give my current house mates 4 weeks notice. My Budget: $160/week or $200/week inc Bills. Please contact me with any questions Have an amazing day 😊

Hi guys! I'm looking for two new housemates to live with next year in my current rental house in Blackburn North. I will be studying full time doing my Masters of Dietetics at Deakin uni, working part time and getting out on adventures in between! I lead an overall healthy active lifestyle so would love housemates with similar lifestyle! Link to house details- https://flatmates.com.au/share-house-melbourne-blackburn-3130-P911470
I’m a very chilled out and outgoing person doing my degree in Tourism and Hospitality management in the city. I’m looking to move out of my current place in Jan, next year. I’m not too fussed about noise etc. but I’ll definitely be respectful of everyone in the house and keep everything clean :) Looking for a really cosy place/room and some friendly roommates who aren’t closed off and are looking for good conversations and banter x
I'm a 39 yr old American expat, have a 13 yr old jack russell cross, and have a 3 yr old floofy cat. My dog is getting quite elderly and lays around most of the time and my cat is a young cuddler who is quite shy until she gets to know you. Like a tidy home with other chilled out adults where we don't have to spend time together but a shared meal/drinks is awesome (I love to cook btw). My budget is including bills/week. I spend most of my time studying at Swinburne, reading, arting, going to the gym and whatever sport is on that I enjoy. I like playing board games, PS4, and all sorts of co-op goofyness. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly, mostly vegetarian - chicken eater here and there out of medical necessity, eco-friendly, don't smoke, enjoy a drink here and there but not a 'drinker', ex-military, extremely chill human being. I've recently divorced so looking for a stable environment. I'm looking for space enough for my queen bed, computer desk, cat and dog - the rest I can figure out. I can come with a small fridge, dryer, and probably a washing machine. I have a full set of kitchen equipment and vacuum as well. I take public transport pretty much everywhere so that nearby would be great and only ride an ebike. I don't care if I live with men, women, or anywhere on the spectrum of gender as long as they are decent human beings.
I'm originally from Adelaide but I moved to Melbourne at the start of this year to do my masters. I describe myself as outgoing, friendly and fun! I love traveling and I am always on the hunt for new places to hang out as well as eat! I like to occasionally go out and have some drinks but most of the time I love to just have a quiet night in watching some movies or binge a TV show (even love playing some board games!). I'm clean and love to help out whenever I can :) I'm a full-time student and working part-time at the moment as well. Looking forward to meeting you and hopefully form some long-lasting friendships!
