I and my boyfriend are looking for accommodation around Hobart. I work part-time as a Registered Nurse and my boyfriend studies at UTAS and work part-time. We are neat, clean and sociable. We want to enjoy life here in Hobart and are willing to help others when in need. If you do have a good accommodation, please let us know. Thanks :)
I recently moved from QLD for work. I am easy going, responsible, tidy, fun loving, can respect others boundries. I work with people that have challenging behaviour so am tolerant and able to look outside of myself and my own needs. I am a very positive person. I like my own space but I'm also sociable. I'm a pretty chilled person.
I'm a business man aged 63 and looking for accommodation.I am a confectionery, gourmet and grocery wholesaler supplying the Hill Streets, IGA's and smaller specialised shops. I have been in business for 35 years.I love cooking and I usually cook up a good meal as I have plenty of condiments to choose from. I like a wine whilst cooking but I'm not into parties. I'm away every 4 weeks doing the shops in the north of the state. You can call me on Mo 0432 128 307. I can also give you references from the Air BnB's where I stay in Burnie and Launceston.
We are an easygoing Brazilian couple that just moved from Sydney to Tassie after finish Master degree there looking forward to start a new life here. I’m a HR professional and my partner is a hotel manager and both of us are looking for a peaceful place to rest and reenergise after a work day. On the weekends we like to explore nature and trails. Visiting markets and attend to community events are also things we enjoy doing and also spend time with friends. During a week day we enjoy cooking dinner and watch tv shows on netflix. Some meditation and sound healing are also thing we are into. Not smokers.
Single dad fleeing domestic violence trying to rebuild a life with his daughter. She'll begin at EC next year and will be continuing on to Uni so we need something stable for best school results.
I got to Tasmania a week ago and fell in love with this adorable city already. Hoping I can stay here longer. I'm here with working holiday visa. Looking for a job in city now. I like traveling. I like listening to others to share stories. I'm non smoker, tidy and organized but I respect people's own lifestyles too.
I'm a nurse from England keen for new experiences and working around Australia to gain a new perspective on life and work. I'm usually either at work or out exploring in my converted ute, but when I am at home I'm social but respectful of privacy and like to have a nice clean and comfortable base to go to nursing shifts from.
I'm a quiet living person. I don't need parking. I don't smoke or drink. I don't want to share with a smoker. I'd prefer someone my age or older to share with. I don't want to share with others who have parties. I don't mind if the person I share with has a pet. That would be lovely. I am flexible as regards suburbs. I'd like to be near public transport if that's possible as I don't drive. I am from Hobart. I enjoy reading. I no longer work. I'd prefer to have my own bathroom but am willing to share.
Looking for a chilled house with people around my age. I work full time Monday-Friday with bar work mixed in after that. I love traveling & adventuring in my spare time but most mornings you will not see me as I am at the gym!
Hi, my name is Morgan but I usually go by Mo, I work in and love the outdoors. I have just taken 6 month contract in Hobart working for an environmental consultancy company. Alyssa is currently doing her PhD in Marine ecology and will be down for most of time but she will have to shoot off for some field work throughout. I'm still wrapping my masters so we always have somthing on the go but we enjoy a good chat especially with a cup of tea or wine or beer depending on the day. Hopefully talk to you soon. Cheers
Hello, I'm moving to Hobart from Townsville and am looking for a short term or long term rental. I am environmentally conscious, clean and tidy person. Am looking for a house mate with a similar mindset. I like a mix of social and solo time and love to get out in nature. The atmosphere of a house is important to me - I love a place with a good vibe and nice light! It would be nice to share with someone/people who like to share the occasional meal and see some music together etc. I am a school teacher and moving to Hobart to continue studies in marine biology. Looking for a peaceful, respectful, concious house share. I like pets.
Hello! I've recently moved to Tasmania and am looking for a home. I love the Tasmania lifestyle, the outdoors, books, movies, art, yoga, nature and learning about sustainability and growing food. I work full time in the city and have the flexibility to work from home, travelling interstate for training and meetings every few months. I'm a fully grown adult who has lived in share houses for many years, some housemates have become life long friends but that is never the expectation!
Originally from France, currently moved from 6 years in Melbourne to Hobart now, I'm looking for a 'happy house'! 🌟 I don't mind with whoever gender I'll be living in with but, living in a positive atmosphere and connecting with my housemates is important for me. I consider myself as a positive person and although I do enjoy my free time too, I have always loved being 'part of the house' and connect with my housemates eg. doing some gardening, walking the dog, having meals together, a glass wine, going to a gig (why not!)! 🍻 Although I enjoy a quiet house, I don't want to live with people who will be staying in their room as soon they come from home like '24/7'. It's good to connect and being part of the house! 🍃 I work as Restaurant Manager so won't be there mostly evenings, but as part of the hospitality industry I consider food & wine as a passion. Oh and also I'm a 70% vego, can I say that? Haha🍷 My hobbies include horse riding, wine stuff, food, walk in nature, spiritualist stuff, I love to boogie from time to time, going for a ride with my scooter! 🌞
30 year old winemaker from Adelaide, moving down to Hobart for at least the next 3-6 months, but hoping to make it longer term. Pretty chill sort of guy, neat without being too neat, quiet without being too quiet. Do enjoy a drink.
I'm in my mid 20s. I work part time and I am studying Community Support. I'm gay. I'm looking for a long-term home to share with great people! When I'm not working or studying I like to play games, do crafts, read, and socialise. I love listening to and playing music. I like a friendly and social household, where people can hang out together and cook shared meals - especially a BBQ! I like a respectful household where shared spaces are always welcoming. I like to chat and hang out, but I also like to be able to have space when I want.
Hi :) I'm a super clean and tidy, generally quiet, green-inclined homely homie seeking a tidy, quiet and green homely home 😁 My lifestyle tends to involve cooking, good local vegetarian/vegan food, markets, dance, dessert (I like to bake!), community connections, drawing/life modeling, yoga/kirtan/meditations, gardening and other creative dreamings 😊. I desire a *smoke and drug-free* sunny space (not too chic, not too shabby - rustic aok) where I can contribute my energy and create deliciousness in the kitchen, store some stuffs, maybe write and create some stuffs, and grow my own veggies :) I'm also doing my best eco-consciously, aiming for living zero waste. I very rarely dring alcohol - kombucha is enough for me 😉 Ideally, a calm self-contained space or share with 1 other, maaaybe 2, (sans children) would suit me best. I enjoy deep intelligent conversation and equally my own company. 😊 Did I mention I like to cook and feed people? 😉 And did for a couple years at Source Community Wholefoods until recently 😁 I adore animals and would really like to keep my absolute lovebug of a furry feline friend (rescued from a garbage bin (!)) and his somewhat less social spirit brother (also rescued, after a torturous first few weeks in life), both of whom I am a responsible, wildlife-protecting guardian. I've also raised a couple hens who can supply golden yolks, and their bodyguard (but will rehome if necessary). Additionally I would like to be able to share custody (alt weeks) of my most beautifully affectionate therapy dog, Lakshmi 💛 For the love of fresh air, stars and energetic solitude, I crave a quiet, green space - preferably less than 30 mins to town - but am certainly open to options and ideas 😀 Please, let's talk 🕉 Smiles, Sufiyo Rubyn
