Hi there, I’m Nick and recently got a full time job in the CBD. Will be working 9-5 weekdays. Looking to find a place that is easy going and doesn’t take itself serious. If people can clean after themselves I’m happy, love dogs so if you have one please let me know! Pay bills on time. Play sport on weekends or away seeing friends and family. Love a beer to unwind every now and then. Massive sport fan, the Tigers are the only thing that can flip my mood haha! If you have any questions feel free to ask, really easy going and approachable. Cheers,
Hi, I am a friendly, responsible 38 year old who runs creative activities for seniors Mon-Thursday. In my spare time I do water colour painting, am starting ballroom dancing and am studying to become a wedding celebrant and enjoy going for nature dog walks with friends and family. I always make my home feel loved and enjoy interior decorating and keep my space clean and tidy. I come with a non shedding/non barky poodle called Clover who is well trained, loves people, other dogs and is gentle. I am originally from country Victoria and have been based in Melbourne for five years. I am looking for a self contained space or share house with lovely housies. Also a safe enclosed courtyard/garden for Clover and preferably heating and cooling with adequate kitchen and laundry facilities. If the space is self furnished this would be a bonus for me. I look forward to hearing from you. Melissa
I am a nice, friendly house mate, I’m a chiller and mostly happy keeping to myself but do enjoy the company of a house mate. I can be adaptable, easy to talk too and have had positive house sharing arrangements in the past. I have lived on my own for the last 12 months with the lease ending 19th June , I’m now looking to secure some accommodation asap. Looking at short term lease (next 3-6 months) 1 decent sized bedroom, pref with ensuite and/or some type of private balcony/ courtyard etc. Parking space required also. I am looking anywhere in bayside or Kingston council areas. (Moorabbin, Sandringham, Mentone....) I Have bond ready to go, ideally wanted before/on 19th June. Furnished room not required but flexible on what’s available. Kind regards Soph
I am working part time as a personal trainer and studying exercise science and sports nutrition. Professionalism and organisation play a big role in my line of work. In my spare time I love training, small adventures and a good coffee at a cafe. I live a very healthy life style, easy going and enjoy a quiet night in watching a movie. Clean and respectful of other peoples space as I like my own. if you are interested to find out more about myself please feel free to shoot me a message.
Hi my name is Aimee and I am 24 years old. I am a Registered Nurse at a GP Clinic (work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). I am very easy going, originally from Mildura. I love fitness, horror movies and playing the sims. I have had experience living with housemates since moving to Melbourne last year. I enjoy cleaning and tiding, so that won't be an issue :) I'll be a very quiet housemate, as I often won't invite many people around as my family live away and I tend to spend most of time at my boyfriend's house down the Peninsula - hence why I am moving to be closer to him. I often spend my weekends, recharging from my busy week or at his house. I prefer a month to month lease, as next year I'll be looking for work closer down south of Melbourne. I am looking for possible rent for the end of this year to next year. If you think I'd be a great fit, please send me a message :)
Hello, My name is Craig. I am a professional 52 year old searching for a room in the Bayside area. I work for the Reece Group from Clayton. I am very clean and tidy. I am respectful of other house share persons need for space and privacy whilst at the same time having to contribute to the dynamic of the environment. I like to keep very physically active and run and do gym most days. On the weekends I love to catch some live music, play a round of golf or compete in local running events. My personal situation has me in need of place very quickly. If you feel I might be a good fit for your current situation then I would like to meet with you ASAP.

I have an 18 year-old daughter who initially will be living with me, until she decides whether to get a job or go to Uni. I have been living (surviving) in Cairns Qld for 20 years and now that my daughter has finished high school it's time for me to escape the tropics and come back home. I'm Victorian born and bred. I'll be looking for work immediately and am confident I'll get a job. Prepared to pay 3 months in advance so you have no concerns regarding the rent. I've rented the same place in Cairns since 2004 and will get a great reference from the owners of the Cairns unit. I still think and act young! Would treat your property with respect. I'm a great catch as a tenant!
I am a post-rockstar/poet/student who decided to make some money by working full-time instead of continuing to live a beautiful and hedonistic lifestyle. I just recently found a close-to-perfect occupation after a few years of tribulation and am now looking to live somewhere near the ocean to further my satisfaction with life. I'm looking to share accommodation because I am single and apparently judging by the cost of living and minimum wages our society doesn't really approve of such a status... Saying that reminded me of the film The Lobster, which I recommend you watch, whoever you may be... Anyway, I play instruments, like walking and reading, kickboxing, space, learning and listening, yoga, meditation, all forms of art, beauty and profundity, and much, much more. Oh and most importantly - I pay rent on time. I clean up after myself and love it when others do too, but, at the same time I wouldn't care if you were messy, I'd just work around it. Peace
