Doing a degree at uni while working part-time, I will be a busy but quiet housemate, who is also friendly and sociable. Currently house-sitting, I can do that indefinitely, but if I find the right place and people to share with, would love to settle into a space for anywhere from 6 months to a year (happy to start with 3 month trial to make sure we all think its a good fit). I'm a creative, worked in publishing, art gallery and corporate communications, exhibited in some art shows and been published as a writer. I love arthouse/indie movies, galleries, quality food (enjoy cooking) walking in nature, coastal explorations, snorkelling and exploring new places. I'm a fan of community stuff, libraries, parks, projects and like to be an active and contributing part of any community, including the house I live in :-) You will find I'm honest and non-judgemental and have an adventurous spirit, and love to create a comfortable and homey atmosphere wherever I am. If you're looking for an intelligent, clean and tidy house mate who respects others space and privacy while also being social, and who pays the rent on time every time, you've found me :-)

My name is Nathan I am 19 years old and I am an international student from the Netherlands. I will be studying at the UWA for 6 months and will be travelling after that period. I am a social, understandable and respectful. In the Netherlands I play soccer and like to participate in sport. I hope to be your future flatmate and have a great time.
Hey there Im a student nurse studying at Notre Dame University, looking for a place nearby. I'm a trade qualified mechanical fitter and I work at the University and have a job online. I love travel and adventure, my last trip before starting Uni was 1.5 years backpacking around Latin America. I've been to parts of Asia and also a lot of Australia and New Zealand. I can speak some Indonesian and Spanish. My favourite hobbies are surfing, skateboarding, music, martial arts and diving. I have a rescue diving scuba certificate and a master free diving license. I learnt how to sky dive too but my license has lapsed. I like live music and going out, but I don't smoke or drink. I don't have any problem with people doing that around me though. Thanks!
Hey, I'm Nick. I'm from Brazil, but I've lived here most of my life. I work as an exploration geologist, and I'm looking to move closer to my office in North Fremantle. I work away quite often, generally between two - three weeks, but I don't have a set roster. When I'm back in Perth, I spend most of my time in the office, but in my free time I love to keep fit, surf and enjoy a drink. Coffee, too.
Looking for a new place. I’ve been living in Geraldton & Mount Magnet since February whilst finishing off my degree in speech Pathology, and I can’t wait to come back! Before moving up here, I was living around North Beach/ Trigg, but I’d really like to live a little further south. When I’m home I’m super into keeping active/eating healthy/going to the gym etc (promise I’m fun too.) I am looking for a 6 month~ rental.
We have both lived overseas and around Australia. We are respectful flatmates. Expecting a baby in October we are looking for semi detached or privat residence. We like to cook, listen to music, go to social events but as well like our privacy. i am a commercial skipper and Lisa is a civil engineer. Looking for something latest from beginning of September.
One of us is FIFO worker doing 2:1 rotations. We are fun and relaxed people who are easy to get along with. We are both very clean and tidy. We would prefer 18-30 to meet new people and make new friends. We have not long moved to Perth from Victoria for work. Please feel free to message me anytime.
My name is Liyana. I am a fun, easy-going, relaxed, carefree and sometime reserved 25 year old from Perth, WA. I graduated from University last year, majored in Accounting and International Business. I took some time off, went travelling overseas for a while and now back in Perth, doing casual work but have also been focusing on developing a business for my craft. After my studies, I dived into the world of creativity which includes photography, poetry, calligraphy and floral illustration, and hoping to work full-time as an artist in the future. Although I tend to heavily invest my time in developing my craft, I do love the outdoors lifestyle, exploring nature, going to the beach, checking out cafes, hiking, and any interests that may catch my attention. I love the occasional socialising, don't mind having a good chat and I am very easy to get along with. I am also an animal lover at heart and recently decided to switch to a vegetarian lifestyle. When it comes to home living, cleanliness and tidiness are extremely important to me. I was brought up to be a respectful and considerate person, which means naturally, I am always courteous of others.
I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so some kind of parking spot is needed. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music , going to gigs when I can. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing away on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Regards Dave
I am looking for a shared place or a team up with someone who wants a place for 6 to 9 months. I am looking for a house or unit with some outside space for my gorgeous 6 month old pooch. I want to live with people who want to live with a cuddly dog, are easy to live with, understand adulting, are a good laugh, look after each other without living in each others pockets, are respectful, understand when to be social and when to be quiet and have bad taste in films but not Love Island type bad taste. Not fussed about male or female and in their thirties but ideally no couples. I have no problem with buying some furniture if required. I have kitchen stuff and a fairly old flat screen TV. And 1/4 of a boat that lives in N Freo.
I've just turned 22 and I'm a full-time working professional. Looking to experience moving out of home for the first time, hoping to make some great new friends and generally have a laugh. Happy to live with male or female housemates!
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Starting a new life in Perth together with my 11 year old son who grew up in Australia with his dad and now it is my time to take care of him. Used to work in a very large and popular theme park in the middle east which means I am a fun loving person :-) I am a non smoker and non drinker but does not mind if others do it
I'm a bubbly 22 year old that loves a healthy lifestyle. I love a good night in with lame movies or the occasional casual weekend drinks. Most of my spare time will be spent down the beach or at a cafe somewhere eating food since I'll be working full time during the week. Always keen to make new friends but also respect privacy.
Looking for a chill, organised, hygenic household. Interests: I'm putting most of my time and effort into completing my studies to be a certified Make-Up Artist. I hope next year to get into University to study fashion, too. Collaborating the two seems like the best option. As for hobbies I switch between different arts, such as, creative writing, sketching, lyric writing, make-up (although that's more or less like work now so haha) and fashion design. I enjoy; cardio/working-out, coffee (cheap pre-workout, if you really heap it), comedy movies, art festivals, my herbal teas and music. Perks: I live by a budget and a schedule. (Let's discuss yours and mine so they don't clash.) I love my privacy, so, I don't hover but I've been told I'm bubbly and friendly by previous house-mates. Requirements; -WiFi. -Aircon. -Fridge. -Toaster. -Stove. -Laundry facility. -Vaccum/broom. -Bed (would be nice but can buy my own haha) -Somewhere to put my clothes away. (Preferably bills included) Quitting cigarettes and I don’t do drugs but am not judgemental toward people who do. Income: Centrelink.
Hoping to rent an unfurnished room in a furnished house anywhere between Scarborough and Cottesloe. Perhaps a fifo home owner who would just like someone in their place while they’re away or similar. I am a very friendly and easy going person who enjoys a wine or two but I do tend to keep to myself. I have a beautiful and well trained dog who spends most of her time outside, but I do like to let her in when I get home from work. She is no trouble at all, you will love her. I work as a dog groomer so she’s always in a clean condition. I am a 26yr old female, and very reliable with paying rent & bills. Hoping to move in by the start of July.
May I rent half or part of your lovely house? I would need a seperate wing with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and lounge. Happy to share a kitchen. (My Mum spends a weekend every 6 weeks.) I now live in a luxury apartment but do not like living totally alone. 20+ years in Perth from UK. Widowed 3 years ago. I have a positive cheerful, flexible personality and a great sense of humour. My friends live near or in these areas listed. Financially independent. Friends say I am interesting because of my diverse interests, charity work, business consultant, life coach, cooking, fishing, boating and travel. Enjoy art, wine - and share trading. I have excellent referees and references. I visit UK once or twice a year. I understand and respect that we all enjoy some company sometimes but have great respect for individual personal space. Years ago I successfully paid rent in a spacious house but also ran the house and the social life of the golfer who owned the house and entertained often. Older now but it could work out well again. Lay out the ground rules to start with and there are usually no problems....Call me for a coffee to discuss.
I work from home, doing media transcription and court reporting. I'm looking for a tidy house in the western suburbs preferably, near transport links, with considerate and easy-going people who have a good sense of humour because laughter really is the best tonic for daily life. I'm happy to do things together occasionally and respect everyone's need for space too. I enjoy movies, brunching, comedy, antiquing and generally wandering around and seeing what's going on. I would like a spacious room (with a desk or with space for one), and internet access for work is my top priority. I'm currently in America until the end of July so I am unable to view properties in person until that time. :) Happy to answer any questions if you think I could be a good fit in your home.
Hi my name’s Michael, I’m a 26 year old male from the east coast about to move and start a masters in Biotechnology/Business at UWA after studying environmental science and philosophy at UON. As a housemate I am respectful and tidy. Looking for a mostly furnished room and a few housemates preferably in mid-late 20’s with some similar interests. I’m pretty easy going and liberally minded, into reading, good conversation, keeping fit/playing sport and still don’t mind the occasional night out. Look forward to talking with you more, cheers.
Looking for a room long term and or team ups .. .space for my trailer and car too Thanx ✌🏼 As close to the ocean as possible
Matt and I are both fun, cruisy, bubbly, easy going country kids from the South West. I have lived in Perth before while completing Uni at Curtin. We are clean, like to be social yet also like to have our own space to retreat to at times. Be are both a bit goofy and like our Sci fi and fantasy (huge Firefly fans!). I am very into the environment and wildlife conservation, currently working for an environmental management company. My boyfriend is a pool supervisor/ lifeguard, as well as a live action photographer. We are both into our photography with my main interests being wildlife photography and scenery. We both love our live music and entertainment. I need to move to Perth for work around the end of June/ start of July, with my boyfriend aiming to move up eventually to join me. We are open to any rooms available with space for a Queen and some bookshelves, but ideally we are looking for a master suite/ master room. Location hopefully within reasonable distance to Bibra Lake or Caversham. We look forward to meeting our potential roomies! :)
Im a very easy going, adaptable person. Im generally very happy. I work full time, in my spare time i go to the gym, i eat healthy love trying new things and just have a great outlook on life. I have an almost 6yr old bull mastiff X he has the same happy laid back personality as i do. Only thing is he is a bit of a sook because i worked away when he was a puppy and he has attachment issues haha and loves being inside at night - so i let him sleep with me (in my room on his own bed)
Hello! My names Mikaela, my partner George and I are moving from Melbourne to Perth in July with our 2 beautiful staffies, Nala (2yrs) and Lacey (8mths). We are hoping to move in somewhere around July 27th. We purchased our first apartment together 1 year ago in Melbourne where we currently live, however we are now looking for tenants to rent our apartment so that we can move! George has recently become a qualified builder after a long 4 year apprenticeship, so we are ready for a lifestyle change now that we have the freedom to do so! I currently run my own personal training business and have work lined up for when we move to Perth. In my spare time I love doing dance classes and walking the dogs along the beach or at a park. I love my own space and just chilling when at home but always up for a chat! George is also currently studying to become a personal trainer so that eventually we will run our business together! In his spare time he enjoys training at the gym but equally loves chilling at home and walking our dogs! We are both vegan so living with another vegan or vego person is a must! We would love to explore all the vegan places in Perth and would welcome you to join us! Someone who is a dog lover is also a must, our dogs are house trained and they absolutely love people so you have to be prepared for lots of cuddles and kisses as staffies are known to be very affectionate! We are both clean and respectful people but not OCD, it's nearly impossible to have a spotless house with 2 dogs so please understand that, our dogs are like our children and they are allowed inside and will sleep in our room, they can make a lot of mess in terms of ripping toys up and even though they both have short fur, it does get on (our) couch and clothes, however we will always do our best to clean up after them and be respectful of your things! Our budget is $450 per week. We would like to find a 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom place with a backyard or grassed area for the dogs! Ideally a spare bedroom for visitors, our parents may come and stay but wouldn't be very often as Melbourne is so far away! Would love to find a place that is walking distance to the beach. We would also like to have our own bathroom and prefer ground floor to let the dogs out easily, for this reason we are happy to pay a higher price to have the master bedroom. We are happy to go on the lease and make a private deal with you so you wouldn't have to deal with the real estate agents. Ideally looking for someone who can stay for at least 6 months. No smokers please! We look forward to meeting new people and potential housemates, please send me a message if you're interested in chatting and meeting! :)
Hi! I'm an exchange student from Sweden studying a Bachelor in Peace and Conflict Studies and I'm arriving in Perth July 19. I'm really looking forward to study and live in Perth, but I do need a place to stay until around November 18. I'm easy to live with and I both like to hang out with friends and being on my own. I like to keep my room clean and organized and I always pay my rents on time. I'm a non smoking person and would like to live in a place where smoking is not allowed. In my sparetime I love to do sports and training and during my time in Perth I hope to be able to discover the city and it's surroundings and do a lot of fun activities. Best regards, Frida
I work as a doctor so I work fairly long hours. I'm clean and tidy. I love the outdoors and staying fit and active. Non smoker. Don't mind if you have a pet cat or dog as I love animals. I wouldn't be keen on house parties though would rather a chilled out drink and chat! I'm easy going and make friends easily! Ideally I would like to live with one other person, max two housemates.
Hello! I am a 24 year old Research Masters student coming to Perth for a 3-4 month placement at UWA as part of my program. I am originally from Sydney, but have been living and studying in the Netherlands for the past 2 and a half years, and travelling in Europe. Ideally I'd like to sublet a room for this period, but we will see how we go. I am a pretty easy going person to live with, not a neat-freak but also not a slob, I clean up after myself. I am looking forward to living in a warm climate again and going to the beach and park on the weekend. I am really into art, theatre and culture, my placement is related to this. I also love cooking with and for people, I think it can be a really nice way to get to know others. I will only be in Perth for a short amount of time, so I would love to find some fun, sociable housemates who could show me around and help me meet people while in there.
