I’m a very tidy respectful person. Hard working and quiet. I have a dog called Jaspa and will need an enclosed yard space for him to stay while I’m at work :)
Hi there :) I'm told I'm calming to be around. What I bring to a household is someone who cleans up after themselves and respects other people's things. I'm very considerate and very easy to live with. I can be an introvert or an extrovert depending on who I'm around and the situation, but regardless, I'm polite. I don't drink alcohol because for some reason my body has decided to become intolerant, but I'm fine with others drinking. I'm looking for a place with one or two people. Someone who is relaxed, self-aware, considerate and easy to live with (like myself). If you are looking for someone who fits my description and offer a peaceful, welcoming home environment, I'd love to hear from you :) Price and location is negotiable, I've just put an estimate. * Just so you know: I'm an empath so I need to live with calm, balanced, non-racist and non-homophobic people. I also have chronic fatigue and a lot of food allergies, so I need to live with people who can be ok with that and not put me down about it like some people I've lived with have. Thanks :)
Hi, im a 25 year old and work full time as an electrical engineer. I enjoying going to the gym, and having the occasional drink. I am quiet relaxed and respectful of others. Hi I am studying Master's program at Monash University and am a very tidy person, down-to-earth, friendly and spontaneous person. I do not smoke nor I have any pets. I would like to live in a quiet, clean and somewhere fun to live with easy going housemates and with no pets preferably. I am also open for teaming up with you and look or move into a new house. I am also flexible with the duration of the stay and move in dates and can consider short term before I move to another accommodation.
Hey everyone! My name is Marvin and I just graduated having studied Commerce. I am very respectful of personal space and I also clean up after my own mess. Looking for team up of 4 so we can get a nice modern house with lots of space. Preferably near Glen Waverley. Thanks!
Hey there! I am a full time student and working part time on the weekends at the moment. I am a very clean and organised room mate, always clean up after myself, etc. For fun, I love to keep fit and stay healthy and I'm super into the outdoors - love discovering new, cool places and just living a fun lifestyle. I'm quite a reserved person, keep to myself but am super friendly and always up for a chat. :)
Hey folks! My name is Sumit and I am a Master's student of Design at Monash Caulfield. I had been living in Oakleigh for 9 months and then in Caulfied for 4 months. I am looking for a private room in a quite setting. Being a post grad student, I spend most of my time at uni while doing my assignments. Even on weekends, I am at library for most of the day. I keep my room very tidy and like staying with people who prefer keeping home organised. I do not smoke at all but do take wine occasionally while socialising. Though I am mostly busy with studies but I do like to talk. My friends say that I am a good listener. My growth has given me enough wisdom to appreciate the differences in opinions. I may have a different opinion than people but that shall never affect my respect for them till the till their conduct is ethical. You can always trust me for rent as I never miss the deadline. I am looking for a flat or house with 1-3 bedrooms. I have been through enough mess while living without contract because of real-estate agents or flatmate's carelessness and do not want to go ahead without it. I am looking for a furnished apartment/room with shared facilities of washer, dryer, gas as a standard equipment + a carpark. A BIR is a must for my bedroom. . let me know if you think that you can team up with me or offer me a place to stay for next 1 year or more. . I am intending to move in Week 4 of August 2018. Thanks and kind regards.... :)
I’m a 25 year old friendly female looking for a nice place to live. I work full-time as a health professional. Enjoy attempting to make a nice meal to share with others. Also enjoy my TV time, Gym time and dance. I occasionally like my personal space to work/read/etc... I love dogs. Cats are okay. I rate myself 8/10 on the clean scale. Looking for a spacious room min (3.5X3) in a modern house or apartment.
I work full time and study part time. Pretty laid back but quiet, tidy, responsible type of housemate. I'm an Executive Assistant within a large trades/facilities organisation and work Malvern area. No kids, no pets. 9am - 5pm kind of routine and out of the house for gym/fitness & hobbies most days until around 8pm or so. Not a party animal but small amount of family nearby who might make an occasional visit. I'm 38 and just looking for somewhere stable and local with a considerate housemate for at least 6 months to possibly a year. Looking to move between 25th Aug and 2 Sept Cheers, Anthea
Hey! I’m Kahli, 24, a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, love yoga (no I am not 100% zen all the time, yes I can teach you to stand on your head if you like!) and pretty social. I love to chat but also love my down time. I’m looking to move out of my family home (it’s time) but looking for a place to call home rather than somewhere with a big bustling sharehouse feel. 😊
33y.o male, working professional. usually I work very long hours, so you might not see much of me. Easy going, and accommodating. Will abide by your house rules. Generally can appear quiet at first but will strike a lively conversation to those who are keen. loves working out, rock climbing, snow boarding and travelling. Rarely drinks but enjoy the company. Available to move in asap. Prefer unfurnished room and a maximum of 3 flatmates (myself included) , otherwise it might get too crowded Thank you for reading :)
My name is Amy, I am 36 years old and I am a manager in the disability sector. I work locally to these areas (my selected suburbs) and I am looking to start a new sharehouse with 1 other, preferably female. The kind of place I want to create will be independent, professional (part-time students okay) and able to chat meaningfully. We don’t need to be each other’s best friends, however open communication, respect and similar values will be highly regarded (haha sounds like a job ad, might as well get it right though). My favourite things to do include: - exploring new areas - travelling and camping - quiet and solitude - meditation and yoga (there’s a great yoga school in Glen Waverley) - meeting new people I am queer (though mostly straight), sex positive, and liberally-minded. Hoping to live with the same (though open mindedness more important than any particular identity).
Hi! I am Andrea, a 26-years old italian guy coming to Melbourne for a research collaboration with Monash University. I will be landing in Melbourne the 7th of September from the UK where I am currently doing a PhD in Chemistry. I am planning to stay until December. I like playing sports, watching movies, music (mostly EDM, jazz, rap, pop), playing board games, going out, have a drink or two. During my stay I intend to explore the city, bars and restaurants and do quite a bit of travelling during the weekends. I am very sociable and can't wait to meet new people to hang out with ;)
Hi :) My name is Anthony, but I go by Tom (I'll mention this now to save any confusion later). I'm a teacher, from the UK, recently moved to Melbourne. My partner Blessie is a lab scientist, an Australian citizen, but originally from the Philippines. We're looking for a reasonable size room in modern (or at least fairly modern!), clean house. Although not cleaning obsessed, we're tidy up after ourselves and would like to live with people that do the same! We're friendly and sociable, so would love to live with other friendly and sociable people, but equally sometimes we like our own space and respect when our housemates do too. We're quite flexible in terms of move in date and length of stay, but are ready to move in right away. We look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi, I am Joel. Studying Film and Television at Deakin University. Looking for a place for me and my good mate, Rui. Looking for a room for two of us to live so it will save costs for us. We are pretty outgoing and open-minded people. Love to have fun and party and mingle around. We love to live in a clean and friendly environment. Cheers :)
Hello All, I am Pradeep from Singapore who will be migrating and settling down in Melbourne. I will be working in the CBD and hence look for accommodation that is close to the CBD. I intend to share accommodation with other flatmates for about 4 months and then will be moving out once My family joins me in Melbourne. I am a very jovial, clean and easy going person who loves sports, watching movies and traveling.
Hi there, Looking for a room for rent. I'm currently working two jobs in Mount Waverley. I'm really independent and usually keep to myself. I'm quiet bubbly and enjoy conversation. I'm flexible and always happy to socialise.
Hi! I'm Beth. I'm 20 years old and currently studying my Master of Teaching for Secondary School. I'm an American, but live here permanently in Australia. I've been told my accent makes me sound like I've just come off the plane! I'm a massive book nerd and Netflix fiend. I enjoy my space, but don't mind a cheeky drink once in a while. I'm very low key and like my space to reflect chill vibes. Therefore, I'm not interested in a party house. I'm not an obsessive clean freak. But I am tidy and respectful of the communal areas. I am VERY allergic to cats, therefore I cannot live in a house with cats, regardless of if I keep my door closed. I am looking at adding a member of the dog variety to my family, and someone who would be open to loving a doggo would be a massive bonus.
