I've been living in Melbourne for a year, but am moving off residence at Deakin (where i study law and international studies) in Feb of 2018. I love to party (except during exam period), binge watch netflix and make new friends (which is what i'm hoping to find here). Hoping to find someone to find a house or apartment with.
Hoping to move any time between December - February. About us: - students (age 23-24) - gamers - book worms - LGBT+ - comes with cat - language nerds - non-smokers - drug free - friends (not a couple!) We're looking to team up with another person (ideally a young professional) to find a long-term rental in a 3BR place. We come with everything that a house requires as far as communal furnishings go so aren't looking for a pre-established sharehouse. Relatively flexible as far as location goes, but would prefer to be decently close to a train station. We'd like the house to have decent temperature control (evaporative cooling or air conditioning) and a dishwasher but are otherwise open. Both of us also have positive rental history (3 years each). Keen to meet up for coffee any time from November onwards with the aim of starting house inspections in December. Feel free to send us a message if you'd like to know more!

I am just looking for a nice room with decent people to move in to at the end of jan as that is when my lease is up, i know its a fair way away but would just like to be organized. If you have any questions dont hesitate to message and ask! Cheeersss 🤙
Working full time Monday to Friday and some of the weekends travelling to Sydney as my family is living there. I am okay to have a chat with 1 or 2 drinks after work and very much open minded personality. I prefer my personal time in my room most of the time. Thanks Sujan
Hi my name is Adriana. Im 24 years old. Im extremely bubbly and friendly. I absolutely love spending time with family and friends but also enjoy the quiet time to myself to get lost in my books or my tv shows. I am the most outgoing and raw person you'll ever meet. Im looking for a CLEAN room to rent with a maximum of rent of $200 per week. I am looking to move in or around 13th of November. If you're looking for flatmate sooner, im more than happy to pay my bond to hold the room until the move in date. Feel free to contact me :)
Experienced Teacher looking for a 40+ share house. My interests include online study, streaming, and attempting to stay fit. I'm a friendly person although fairly quiet.
Looking for a team-up :) Hey there! I am a 24 year old looking for a chilled place and people to live with. I'm a social worker 4 days per week and I volunteer 1 day with people who are seeking asylum. I'm an aussie but i grew up in Japan! So im fluent in Japanese can whip up a sick asian dish in no time. I enjoy eating out, having wines, dry humour and great company. I am also a little bit of a nerd and hope this scores brownie points with you (star wars, lord of the rings, studio ghibili)! Looking to find a household/housemate that is clean, somewhat lefty progressive and I'd love if we could share a meal or wine occasionally. I have lived in a share house before and I'm very respectful of others needing space and keeping common spaces clean. I have currently teamed up with with another young professional named Matthew. Matt is moving down from Canberra in December and we have decided to team up. Ideally it would be great to have a team of 3-4 in total :) Matt is currently working full time during the week and is really fun to be around but also chilled. Matt has mentioned he is a bit of an art buff, enjoys good food and is pretty hilarious. Ideally we would be looking for someone who is able to move in by December :) Looking forward to meet you!
Hola! I'm am looking to move to Melbourne, I currently live in Sydney and am finishing my under-grad degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. I am looking to move mostly in the Eastern Suburbs area, I am unsure about when I'll be able to move but it will definitely be around the start of 2018. At the moment I don't have a car so living in walking distance (aprox. 20 mins) to a train station is essential, though I do daydream about the idea of riding my bike everywhere. Preferably I would like a house of all females, but it is not essential. I am a private person and like my space but I also like socialising over board/card games, TV, meals, and I do like the occasional kick around of a ball. I am a neat person ( got to have a clean kitchen otherwise I go insane) and like to bake when I have time. I am a hardcore reader (don't know how I'm going to bring all my books with me...) and am learning the Cello, though you won't have to worry about noise cause I'm reluctant to play with any sort of audience. I also love my sport, right now I'm playing Soccer and Roller Derby and would like to continue this when I travel south. Other things I like to do in my free time is play video games on my PS4, learn German, write and draw.
I'm a 23 year old Biomedical science student studying at Deakin! I babysit and work in pharmacy for money, and I'm very family orientated so you'll usually hear me telling hilarious stories about my naughty nieces and nephews! I enjoy cooking, reading and going for adventures! That could be something's like going camping or braving chadstone on a Friday night! I love Disney movies and will flinch my way through a horror movie every once in a while! Hoping to find someone/someone's to live with who are a little social (red wine enthusiasts anyone?) but ultimately are happy to have me hermit in my room for a week when it comes to exam time!! I'm currently living in Geelong, and have exams until the 20th but I'd love to try and organise something asap. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I'm 21 years old, studying Security and Counter Terrorism online while working part-time to cover expenses. I prefer to keep to myself most of the time, but am happy to pull my weight. Been boarding with a family for last two years, but they're moving interstate and i need to stay in Melbourne. For fun i like to hang out with friends, (very VERY occasionally have one over, possibly for the night) or play videogames quietly in my room. Already have all the furniture i need, all i need now is a room to put it in.
Hi I am Jacque, a 27yo female professional I work as an emergency veterinarian and so will sometimes be away at night and alseep during the day. I don't smoke and lack the skills to do much cooking, so the place won't be dirty! I am looking for place for myself and my cat My cat is a very smoochy 100% indoors feline, very neat and cuddly If sounds like a good fit let me know!
Clean and tidy housemate looking for stable long term accommodation. Pretty busy schedule so I would be in and out of the house; When I am home I can still be quite busy so I tend to keep to myself however I am a people person and would love the occasional house dinner/glass of wine!!
Hey I'm Victoria, I'm a second year Deakin student and have been living on res at Deakin this year, so after the trimester ends I would like somewhere to stay for a month so I can continue working at my current job :) I am from Geelong, so I will most likely be going back there on the weekends. I'm clean, organised and respectful of others and would love to meet some new people!
Hey, I'm Maddison. I'm 18, which I know is younger than most people are typically looking for when looking for a new housemate, but there are many good things about me that make up for the fact I am a tad younger. I cook, quite a fair bit. I come from Eastern European background so I was taught to cook for an army, so you'll always have leftovers and lunch to take to work or uni (or whatever it may be you do). I'm extremely friendly and bubbly, I have a very vibrant personality and I love to have a chat. I work full-time as a first year hairdressing apprentice, which yes it does mean (in the future) that you'll get unlimited free hair treatments, haircuts and blow waves (if you're into that). I have an extremely positive and friendly personality but of course, I respect people space as we all need that. Message me if you want to talk or have any questions for me :)
Hi, I'm a PhD student at Monash Clayton. I've been overseas for 6-months doing an internship in Singapore, and will be looking for a room around Monash Clayton when I comeback in late October. I'm looking to stay for 4-6 months, so I am open to rooms "just for the summer" (until February at least). I'll be available to meet you and inspect a room after October 23rd. About myself, I grew-up in Sydney and moved to Melbourne a few years ago to do a PhD. Have to admit Melb > Syd. I'm getting towards the end of my degree and pretty focused on thesis atm, so you can expect a quiet housemate. I'm respectful of personal space, but I am usually up for a chat too. I like a squash and I'm into board games, always keen for a game of Codenames or Pandemic in my free time!
Quiet, out going, loves to cook.. sings in free time.. giggles and travel. Less dramatic. focused on studies.. very clean and neat. I love to sing and also hang out with others, go for movies, eat outside. RMIT student reading for Masters in Laboratory Medicine. Works part time at Crust Pizza Boxhill. I love to learn new languages. Looking forward to find a place with bills included that is a big room with furniture included such as cupboard or wardrobe built room, study desk, mirror, medium size bed, window, heater. :D Simply to say a room which would be ideal for a student. Will need a car space.
Hey :) I'm an international student from Kenya currently studying Journalism at Monash. I'm pretty chilled and enjoy hanging out with friends, watching movies and the occasional glass of wine. I'm very neat and would love to live in a house with like minded people who like to hang out as a house once in a while :) Preferably other students
