Hi everyone, I'm looking to find one or two girls to team up with and hopefully find a house in or around Burleigh Waters/ Varsity Lakes as it's close to work for me. I'm very respectful of privacy and space but am always happy to hang out on the couch and have a chat. I work full time during the week days and am out and about on the weekends usually. I have the option to bring most furniture items if needed or can sell anything we don't need. I am really easy going and hoping to find girls who are similar and looking for the same things as I am.
I am easy going quite and friendly. I clean up after myself, work full-time and I'm looking around gold coast for place to rent. Also able to supply own bed and sofa for unfurnished room. How expensive is rent here!!? Spending 11 or more hours of the day at work or in traffic. Often only to rush out the door again for salsa dancing lessons. Naturally, I need the cheapest rent I can find to match my introductory low wage. Early to rise, early in bed. Non-smoker healthy lifestyle. Into yoga, meditation, salsa, swimming. Love the beach and the bush too. Returned from living in Germany for 10 years since start of February. (Australian born). Started working at a hardwood timber wholesaler in Yatala.
Hello, I'm a friendly, outgoing person. I am not a party animal but, I am a very social person who enjoys spending time with friends and spend most weekends out, but stay focused on study and work during the week. I love to cook and usually cook a few times a week . I am a very tidy and organised person who prefers a clean space to study.
Hi. I'm sociable, happy, responsible, and clean. I have lived along well with both guys and girls while I've moved throughout Queensland a few times over the last 5 years as required by my current work. I've just returned to a Gold Coast position for a minimum 3 yrs (likely forever), working full time for a Qld Government organisation. I'm looking for two other like minded people to team up with and move into a house. I'm able to afford up to $260 for rent. Ideally I'd like to move into a modern 3 or 4 bedroom house, with 2 or 3 bathrooms, and a moderate yard in a decent area. I'm not after a party house, but a social afternoon BBQ or drinks once a month would be great. I have a perfect rental history, no late payments, no breaches. I've always received full return of bond. I keep common areas tidy and am respectful of others, but I'm not OCD with it or how you live. I have furniture for my bedroom plus one living space, a medium fridge, and kitchenware. I also have a lovely, affectionate, 10 year old female blue heeler, she has lived happily outdoors with other dogs previously, is well behaved and never destructive, and she loves people. I don't smoke, don't have kids, don't do drugs, and only drink out for occasions. I'm keen on sharing Internet/wifi, and Foxtel, if others are too. I am flexible with moving dates, +/- 2 weeks. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Please read whole description! I want to team up for a new rental I'll be on the lease. Just need 2 housemates keen to pay $180ish for big house. I'm relocating from WA and have all my own house stuff including beds and some furniture etc. Will be working one week on one week off in Mackay. I have a cool cat Chev who will need someone to throw some food in his bowl while I'm away! I'm vegetarian. Prefer vegan or vego housemates but if not that's cool. I can deal! Bit of a clean freak haha and like to keep to myself mostly but I don't mind a glass of wine and chat. My week off I'll mostly be visiting my family or smashing some squats at the gym 😂 (Gotta have dreams right?!) I want to find a house with someone else wanting to move. A smaller place with only one housemate OR let's get a big place with max 3 of us. Lots of space for all then. I will pay more rent to compensate someone being able to feed Chev on my week away. I have a few places applied for and lined up so let me know if you're keen. Cheers

Hi I am 34 and studying at Griffith Uni. I am very respectful, clean, tidy, honest and reliable guy. I am very active hitting the gym or walks or hitting the beach, enjoy a good chat and being friends with my housemates. I am a very positive and passionate person and like to help bring out the best in people. I love animals, if you have a pet that would be awesome.
I am a retired RN, young for my age despite the greying hairs! I spent many years nursing and traveling so have heaps of interesting experiences in my life. Now Retired from the noble profession and enjoying retirement but need to find a place to settle and call home and need to put down some long term roots. I enjoy company as well as being very comfortable having my own space. So am not a person to be in your face, or inappropriate with your time or space. I am not a party person but enjoy a few drinks socially, going out for a meal and having a chat from time to time. I am tidy and clean but not a perfectionist. Happy to help with what ever chores are needed. I enjoy being closer to the beach, but also enjoy city life. Beside Nursing I have worked with Children in a Children's Centre in Africa for a time and was also in the US for about 9 years on and off doing voluntary work with a church and have made some great friends over the years. I am from a big family which means I am used to social interaction and love a good laugh! Basically I'm laid back and don't sweat the small stuff! :) Would enjoy being in my own place but with social contact as well, so sharing in a place, but where I have my own space would be my ideal.
Hey there- I'm Jess! I'm a sociable, friendly, tidy person who loves being outdoors and exploring, so you won't find me home much! I work casually and study full time at Griffith on the Gold Coast. I work and volunteer in the biodiversity space and am interested in keeping fit, reading, drawing, creating, listening to music, meeting new people and experiencing what the world has to offer! I have a beautiful little dog Wiggle (small-medium size kelpie x staffy x dalmatian) who's very sweet and friendly- and totally ball obsessed! She loves other dogs and people :) I have lived in a lot of share houses in the past so understand the importance of respecting personal space and property, keeping things clean and sharing the housework load! Looking for a happy space, with friendly down to earth people to call home. I would prefer to bring my own furniture for a room if possible and am looking to move in the next few weeks. Thanks!
Hi there, We are a couple moving from Cairns to the Gold Coast to be closer to our 18yo daughter who is attending uni. Ideally we would like to stay somewhere around Robina, but will consider anywhere within a 20-30 minute drive radius. Initially we were going to move at the end of September when our 12 month lease expires, but we've got itchy feet and have decided to find someone to take over our lease up here at the end of June. Therefore, we're looking for a place, furnished or unfinished from the first week in July through to the end of September. We are; - Non-smokers - Enjoy a glass of wine or beer - Not drunks or party people - Clean and tidy - Him - Vegan, Her - Semi-Vegetarian (eat fish and dairy) - Enjoy being active - e.g. bike riding, walking the dog, going to the gym - Have one vehicle (2010 Mitsubishi Outlander) - Love to travel when the opportunity arises - Quiet and keep to ourselves, but are also friendly and enjoy the occasional chat - Respectful of other's privacy and space - Water and electricity-conscious The other member of our family is Buddy, a 6yo chihuahua, who we love dearly. He's always been an inside dog and as such is house-trained. He gets along with other dogs once he trusts them, but unfortunately he isn't a fan of pussy cats :-( We are prepared to pay for accommodation a month in advance at a time. Our budget is between $150 and $400 per week, depending on the space for rent, property location and inclusions/exclusions such as internet, bills etc. Having hosted exchange students for the past 5 years, we are current Blue Card holders (working with children clearances), and will be seeking police clearances prior to departing Cairns. Originally we were going to leave Cairns at the beginning of October, and decided to Air BnB it for 3 months until our daughter's lease expires and the three of us will rent a property together. Therefore, we are tied into accommodation from October 6 to January 3. We have found that from July to September there's not a lot to pick from in our budget, so Flatmates it is! Thanks for considering us as your future flatmates and we hope to hear from you soon :-) Cheers, Julie & Greg
I am calm, relaxed and tolerant. I have a job I love at Bond University and don't want to get under your feet. I have a home on the Sunshine Coast and go home most weekends. For company I have a well trained and sweet natured Tibetan Spaniel named Jamy. We are both cruisy and enjoy chilling together. I love dogs and volunteered at an animal refuge for many years. I am a Mac person and love my devices!
Do you live anywhere from Nerang to Palm Beach ? I'm a clean professional male from Brisbane, non smoker. I have taken up employment on the Gold Cast but still keep a house in Brisbane. I can't be bothered to find another house just yet. I will be in Brisbane over most weekends and simply need to share a space with someone on the Coast during the week. I would like to share a house with someone who is not simply after getting a room filled in exchange for cash. You need someone to rely on to look after the residence when you're away and perhaps have a conversation with once a month .. or perhaps even once a week :) I'm no party animal but am social and friendly. I don't have dogs, I don't do pills, but I do have a drink.
Hi!! I already leaved in Gold Coast in 2009/ 2010 studing, working at Watermark Hotel, and sharing a flat in Surfers Paradise with two switzerland girls, one italian boy and one mexican boy. We are a just married, happy and organized couple comming from Brazil that loves to cook, make exercises, yoga and also we´re Netflix lovers. =D I will study in Surfers and Matheus will work as much as he can, for pay the bills and trips lol We are excited to spend this new moment in Australia, exchanging and sharing our histories, culture with our new flatmates :) Cheers!
My friends and I are looking for a cool share house. We love to chill most days at 4:20, we love video games, music, TV shows, movies, and alcohol. In short, we are a relaxed group looking for a share house one the cheap to keep costs down. We all work at Grill'd Robina part-time, and I (Tom) am studying. Chris and Hannah are planning on studying in July this year as well. If we sound irresistible, hit us up for a chat.
Hey! After a room for 1 week anywhere in Gold Coast as of today haha. Won't be home all that much. I used to live in GC but moved for work, returning for a last minute quick holiday. Clean, respectful and love animals. Sunday 26th March - 1st April Dan
My partner and I are looking for a small house or granny flat on acreage for ourselves and our two large lovely dogs somewhere on the south side or hinterland area of the GC. We are 25 & 28 yo and work full time as a landscaper and cabinet maker. We're quiet and respectful and enjoy a quiet drink on occasions. When we're not busy working, we enjoy fishing, camping, and going for a swim in the creek. We're flexible with move dates and are looking for something available in the next few months. Hoping for a year lease. Can pay MAX $400/week. Unfurnished place is fine as we have our own belongings.
