Hey there, lease is running up in 5 days and time is running slim. I've been applying for houses but no luck due to shortage of housing across Melbourne. I am a 20 year old female that's looking for a place to live close to work in glen waverly as I don't have a license for roughly 4-6 weeks till I find myself a house. I'm easy going and social I work full time and only really see my boyfriend so I don't party and rarely have anyone over other than him. I'm prompt at paying bills and rent. I'm respectful, clean and tidy and looking for something with like minded people. Thankyou.
Hi my name is Victor, currently working full time as a Business Development Coordinator. Looking for a place in the South Eastern suburbs and wanting to share a place with other housemates who are looking for similar accommodation. However I would prefer to have my own bathroom. If this is something you can help with or are interested in then please feel free to get in touch with me.
Hello! I'm looking for a furnished ensuite double room or studio in Melbourne (Caulfield, Carnegie, Oakleigh, Huntingdale, Clayton or Mulgrave preferred). I'm an Architect who immigrated to Australia about 5 months ago. I'm easygoing, respectful, tidy and clean. I enjoy chitchatting but also respect everyone's privacy and space. Cheers
I'm looking for a room or to start up a place in the outer south east suburbs of Melbourne since my job is based in the area. Those suburbs are just an idea of the locations where I'd like to live. I have rented on my own before & also in a share house so I am open to either choice. I do have furniture of my own that I am happy to share with anyone who is interested in a start up place. My work days varies to some day's full time & other days part time but I occupy myself with gym most days & also socialising with friends & family. I love to cook, watch sports & I am a Netflix addict. Like everyone else I respect privacy & also like my own but I am a social person & would like to be friends with my future housemate/s including dinners & a drink or two during the week or on a quiet weekend. I would prefer to live with singles, female & of similar age (25+). I am a non smoker. Vegan (no problems with living with an omnivore). I have no pets with me but I am a huge animal lover so I do not mind if you have a dog or cat.
Hi everyone, my name is Steven.. I enjoy nutrition, working out at the gym, attending concerts, socializing, and travelling. I am also a drummer but I use an electric kit during prac time which is quite and neighborhood friendly,. I work casually fulltime for Woolworths Distribution. Work is in Mulgrave so looking for something reasonably nearby (not super fussy). I am secured financially and can pay rent/bills on time. I'm easy going, keep to myself but also enjoy mingling with the other renters
Hi, my names Daniel. Looking for a place to stay as my family is moving overseas. I'm very laidback and easy going/get along with. I Run my own concreting business so most days I'll be out and about, good money from the business so rent$ ain't ever be an issue. I ride motocross so somewhere for my bike is a must and I also have a business trailer to store too. A space around the size of a single garage is fine for the bike and trailer as the trailer isn't big. Cheers.
Hi guys, I'm a friendly and clean person looking for somewhere preferably South Eastern suburbs. I've lived on my own for 4 years and now am looking towards saving rather than working majorly to pay rent. It also doesn't bother me whether the room is furnished. I would say I'm a private person so this seems like a great opportunity to get out of my comfort zone and make some new friends too!
Hi My name is maria, im student working part time and is looking to find my own little spot. I want somewhere i can call home. I have a good circle of family and friends that i love to have over and really cook for them. For me the most important thing about living with others is respect. Having a clean kitchen and shared areas is definitely important to me.
I work full time with the government. I love a good chat, beer and wine, relaxing and having a good time. Hoping to live with like minded people so it's an easy comfortable homely environment.
Hi! My name is Ana and I am a student of the B.S. of Clinical Psychology and Health. I am from Mexico. I will be staying in Melbourne for almost three months :). I think that I am a nice, responsible, and respectful person. I have experience sharing a room and a flat with roomates (including a cat :D). I enjoy doing research activities, reading, learning, visiting natural places and cultural events :).
I'm a very relaxed person when it comes to life and as such I am always open to new experiences and meeting new people both of which I hope to have with my future flat mates. For fun I play any sort of sport I can get my hands on or just hang out with friends and joke around with them. I am currently studying a bachelor of Information Technology at Monash University in Clayton and am looking for a part time job as we speak.
Hi my names Jaylene. I'm currently working full time in Notthing hill. I've been living in Melbourne for the past 5 years mostly in the south east area. I love a chat or if you need space im ok with just chilling in my room, I generally like to keep to myself. I like to get out and about during the weekend, also don't mind a few wines every now and then. I'm clean and always willing to help out around the house. Very respectful towards others and have an open mind. I also have a boyfriend although he won't be coming with me I'd like to find a place where the occasional overnight stay is ok. Currently looking for a room close to public transport or if anyone would like to team up I'm open to that as well. :)
Iam a full time working professional. I am currently looking for a place to share / rent. I prefer a neat n tidy house. Would it be appropriate for you to kindly share your contact details so i can call you sometime to discuss in more detail. Thanks
Hey I'm Kallie, 26 year old working professional originally from Gippsland VIC but I've been living out of home in Melbourne since I was 18 (8 years) so im very responsible and always pay my bills and rent on time. I've rented for the past 8 years with friends and an ex partner so I am preferably after people who want to team up and get a new place rather than share housing (but of course willing to share if I find the right people.) I don't do a whole heap with my spare time, mainly go out for coffee and food with friends but most of my spare time is spent Netflix binging. I love live music so go to gigs every now and then and I love nature and a good bush doof :p I'm very clean and I love to cook, I'm a very chilled out person with a great sense of humour so no doubt we will get along if you have a funny bone in your body :)

I am very friendly and easy to live with. Somewhat quiet and like to keep to myself a bit. But I do enjoy a good conversation or a shared meal with the people I'm living with. I'm working part-time at the moment, and studying personal training. I love cooking, reading, going to the gym, going to the beach, Netflix! I have a small 7-month old cat Mowgli. He is still young so he can be a bit nuts, but he's not badly behaved. When he's not playing with his toys, he's usually asleep somewhere. I like to keep the house neat and tidy, especially the common areas. But nothing over-the-top.
Hey, I'm Sven from Bavaria, Germany, and I’ve been offered the opportunity to work on a research project at Monash University School of Chemistry, Campus Clayton. My stay will be from May 1st to September 4th. I would describe myself as an open-minded, enthusiastic, joyful and active student. When I’m not at university, I spend my free time on working in associations, supporting refugees in German cultural integration or organizing events for Christian Union at university. Moreover, I like to do sports particularly with friends, e.g. table tennis, swimming, squash or hiking. It would be fantastic to share a flat with some locals since I love to learn more about Australian culture and having a good time during cooking, sports or discussions. I could also provide you with some German-Bavarian Culture and dishes ;). A personal highlight and aim of my stay is to get involved in Aussie Rules culture, so If you could teach me rules or even go out and train together, it would be awesome :) . Concerning some organizational details, I’ve considered living in a reachable periphery to the School of Chemistry and paying around ~190 AUD/week (negotiable). I’m looking forward to hearing from you and I could also provide more information or we arrange an interview on skype, if you like. Best regards and greetings from Germany Sven
I'm currently working Full time as well as studying. I am laid back, non judgemental, easy to get along with. I enjoy a social chat here and there as well as my alone time. I would prefer a solo one or two bedroom place although up for shared house with a large room as I love my space. Open to offers, feel free to message me.
