Due to family circumstances, we need to find an affordable and comfortable place to live very soon as so that we don't end up homeless. My partner and I have been together for two years so it would be ideal to find somewhere to live together. Even if it's until after the New Year or the ideal opportunity arises. We are tidy, respectful and will clean up after ourselves. We are quite private people however we can most definitely be very sociable at other times. We enjoy being out in nature, binge watching TV Shows/Movies, listening to music, having a quiet drink. We both have odd sleeping hours due to medical reasons and studying online so ideally we are looking for an independent space, or sharing with 1 or 2 other people where TV or music (not loud) coming from our bedroom wouldn't disturb the other housemates. Realistically, given our situation, we will compromise where we can and ensure the same comfort and freedom we want from a home, will be passed on to others. We both have a broad spectrum of interests, are quirky, fun and also very mature for our ages. If we can find stable accommodation my partner and I will continue with our studies (I study Business/Laws part-time and Jarryd studies IT and Cybersecurity full-time unless he is able to find part-time/casual employment where he would reduce to a part-time study load).
My name is Peimikà, I'm a 24yo Italian-Thai nurse. I am currently doing a bridging program in Australian Nursing at Southern Cross University. I have been allocated to Murwillumbah District hospital for my next placement (7th Jan-1st Feb) , therefore I'm looking for a short term accommodation in that area. I'm quiet and easy-going, not a smoker.
Hello I’m Amber and I’ve just returned from a spiritual trip through India and I’m looking for a home with like minded people. I’m very down to earth and easy going, love anything to do with nature and enjoy doing yoga when I can. I would really love to find some conscious house mates to share a space with.
Just myself and 5 month old bubby. Clean, easy going, honest and reliable with rent. Respectful of others areas. Baby gal is an absolute angel, best temperament..definitely in sync with her mama. You won’t hear a peep out of us! Hoping for a place around Cooly/Snapper/Tweed.
Clean, respectful and down to earth. Cigarette smoker but of course only outside. Enjoy the beach, a good book, gaming, nature walks, a good movie or just spending time with friends. I’m working full-time and up early so not looking for a party house, but I do have a few beers on the weekend.
I am 19 years old, working full time in hospitality (about 50 hours a week) and spend my days off at the beach or visiting family! Looking for a quiet, peaceful sharehouse with housemates that enjoy being social, but enjoy privacy too. I love animals, the beach, good food & music.
Hey there, Originally from Townsville, relocated to the Gold coast when I was young and have only just begun to reach my tether and outgrow the touristy, egotistical vibe of the Gold Coast's most central parts. I love the beach and country, just anything that isn't in a CBD and wall-to-wall shoebox living with a supermarket and shopping centres at every turn. I'm looking for somewhere along the east coast from Currumbin to Fingal Head and surrounding suburbs (open to anywhere really) and make every effort to get down to NSW and adventure on my days off, I'd simply like to close the distance. At the moment I'm working full time in hospitality burning the candle at both ends doing double shifts. Ultimately, I'm looking to find work part time at a bar/cafe/restaurant and to study the rest and wind down the pace a bit. I am honest to a fault, always pull my weight around the house (bins don't scare me) and consider other people (neighbours inc) in terms of noise, mess and taking turns in a shared living situation. (Human cohabitation and etiquette 101!) When I'm not working I can be found tinkering in the garage on the bike, fishing, gardening, or with a cup of tea and my nose in a book. Partying lifestyle never really caught on but I love a few quiet beers on a Friday arvo and a game of pool at the local. In bed early most nights. I tend to get along better with dudes than chicks due to my very male dominated interests (could talk for days about bikes and will whoop your butt at pool) and I have a dad joke kinda lame humour. Cons: My bird can become unsettled for whatever reason sometimes and have little a carry on that involves toots, woo's and the odd scream which if I'm home I quickly correct. But that's parrots for you, if you don't have one, you wouldn't understand. He comes nearly everywhere with me, and is a big part of my life as I hand raised him. He's now 5y.o. I would love a household that accepts him and also loves or at least understands birds as my last housemates taunted and harassed him (He's toilet trained btw). I ride a motorbike and she's a tad louder than most streetbikes but not as obnoxiously loud as a Harley. I even go to the trouble to push her out and down the street before starting her on morning rides for the comfort of neighbours and housemates. A little excessive (my bird could give my bike a run for it's money sometimes) but worth it for the right home. Pros: Random people have been known to trust me to babysit their children and fur babies for extended periods, so you can also bet I'm adulty enough to pay rent on time and do the right thing by people. Built in dog walker and ex vet nurse if needed. Won't hog the bathroom or moult hair extensions, nails or eyelashes. Conclusion: I am a very quiet, considerate and clean housemate: the things I come with (by nature) aren't so much. I love all animals, dogs particularly, and thrive in a home with some fur, feathers and scales. I look forward to hearing from my future housemates~ Cheers!
Moving to northern rivers Dec/jan Looking for a place with snoop my pupster somewheres in the leafy parts preferably with a garden and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Would be super happy with a shed/shack on a property, happy to renovate fix up, negotiate. happy to socialize and get to know you tho I also like a decent amount of space :) Currently I study externally, so from home/library/cafe/wherever on my laptop. I like to feel im able to pot around the house gardening or cooking, being creative or studying being a happy hermit. Im self aware and wont invade your space. Tho i will be out n about, volunteering, spending time away every week, i am at home a fair bit sometimes, but not always. it all depends. Im very flexible. I would need ya'll i live with to be down with whatever. Also having open communication about things is super nice. I like to pull my weight in the house chores and know how to clean up after myself. In summary Im tidy, respectful, vego, I love animals, love to garden herbs and veggies, sustainable things, cook, study, read, create. I Dont drink. I always respect people's privacy, space and boundaries. Snoop is friendly, playful, chilled, well behaved & she goes where I go unless there's a human happy to hang with her :o)
Happy to do our fair share of chores, will sort own food, have our own WiFi, Brittany is full time employed also, need a lift well we have a car as well, hilarious with some English charm, attempts to be funny usually fail and if you need a hand with anything just let us know. I love to cook, watch soccer(real football) and we both like exploring, loads of genres of films, reading and pretty much a wide variety of activities as long as we aren’t sat around doing nothing we are happy. We just want a room as the girl we are sharing with at the moment has to end the tenancy agreement by 20/12
Hi there my names Celeste and My partners Name is Jake. I am 20 and he is 18. We have just moved down home from Brisbane and have been staying with my parents which isn't working out great. We are currently looking for a room furnished or unfurnished. We are a couple that enjoy time to ourselves but also like social time. I'm an organised clean freak most days but love to kick back and relax other days, My partner is rather shy but easy to get along with. As we have currently just moved back home we are unemployed but with the commonwealth games I doubt we'll be unemployed for too much longer hopefully. Our affordable budget is 150 per week but when the extra bills come in we can pay extra as we'll put money away for them. We both do not have our licence's so due to that public transport close by would be great. We would love an easy going housemate.

Hello! I am a primary school teacher who is originally from Perth. I love pets, growing things and playing sport. Mostly a netball and soccer person, but will give anything a go once! I like to have my own space and to keep areas neat and tidy. I'm a happy and friendly person, and would love to share a place with someone who I can get to know and shares similar values. Beaching, walking, Sunday Seshes are also favourite things. I enjoy a party now and again, but not every weekend. I am not in a hurry to move in with people I don't know but would love to meet some people to work out if we could live together so its a good arrangement for everyone!
Great easing going brothers, looking for a unit/grannyflat or 2 bedrooms for rent, we are very clean and friendly and both work, looking for a new home, feel free to message me if you think you have what where looking for, cheers.
Very clean, quiet and out going when I get comfortable in my space. Work 5 days a week from tuesday to saturday and it's shift work so I'm a bit all over the place coming and going.
Hey there! Bill and I are a quiet and respectful young couple looking for a quiet peaceful place to live in with a bit more privacy than the usual busy shares. We are ideally looking for our own space as we’ve discovered that we value peace and our down time, but a room in a quiet share would be great. Bill works full time, 6 days a week as a green keeper at Cabarita Beach Bowling Club and stays busy during the week with his sports and going out going out fishing with his friends. I work part time at Kingscliff Beach Bowling Club and am excitedly awaiting to start study to become an accountant, and love to spend my spare time at the beach laying in the sun with a book. We both do our socialising outside of our home environment so aren’t looking for somewhere to have parties or make a lot of noise. We are clean, mature young adults and would just love the perfect little place to call our home. We look forward to hearing from you :)
I currently own my own home on acreage in Tallebudgera for last 11 yrs. The house is too big for me and I'm about to rent it out and hence looking for something smaller for myself. I am simple with my living and like peace and quite and privacy. I enjoy cooking, gardening, meditation and doing some yoga. I'm clean and tidy and have maintained my own properties for the past 27 yrs and this will be my first time renting as I've always been a home owner. I prefer to live in nature with birds and trees. Veggie garden would be great but not essential. Preferred areas are Tallebudgera, Currumbin Valley or bushy green areas of Elanora (I prefer some garden and space outside too)
Ash loves to cook, so you might get free Food :) we don’t drink a great deal and often are in bed early. Nanas much!? We love weight training and attempting to surf at the beach, we are just easy going, happy, positive, hard workers that love some chillage and a good laugh. We are insanely busy, working fulltime and running side gig stuff too. Ash is a plumber so you’ll have a live-in tradie to fix things.....we’re socialable, chill and happy humans that love food and just enjoying life on the coast. We want to be close to the ocean and if you have a dog, you have live-in dog lovers / walkers ✌️
Hi! We currently live in Surfers Paradise but we both work near the NSW border so we are looking for a new place to live! PROS OF LIVING WITH US: Paul likes to make a lot of cake, if you live with us you will have a near constant stream of free, home-made cake. We are clean, tidy and easy-going. We are both relatively new in the Gold Coast. I have moved here from Adelaide and Paul is here on a work holiday visa from France. We are looking for somewhere for at least six months. Our main priority is to find housemates we can get along with, share an occasional drink or BBQ with and who are open, accepting and friendly. Paul works on a farm and I work in medical admin. We like to play card games and go on road trips. We can't wait to hear from you!
Fun, clean and tidy, great cook, good at gardening, likes to paint and draw, hiking, beach, reading, easy-going. Lots of experience living in share houses and now how not to be a shitty housemate! Working full time in Duranbah. Looking for something atleast 6 months or potentially more if it's the right place. Just getting to know the region so looking to meet new friends and do activities!
Hi My name is Tahlia. I’m 18 years old, and looking for a place to live in the Tweed area. I have enrolled in a Hairdressing course at Kingscliff TAFE which starts on the 5 February next year. My plan is to find a place to live, start my course and get a job in the hairdressing industry . I have already applied for a few jobs and am just waiting to hear back from them. So I’m looking for somewhere that is available either now or really soon.... (I’m starting to panic a bit!) I’m on Centrelink at the moment, so I do still have money coming in. (Rent assistance etc) while looking for work. I’m an easy going person, I love the beach and spend a lot of time there and I like listening to music. I’m a pretty relaxed, chilled kind of person, but also do occasionally like my own space once in a while to. If you need any other information, please call/text me Hope to hear from you soon. Tahlia
Hello! I'm India (21) and am looking at moving out mid/late JAN (dates are flexible) to Brunswick Heads/Ocean Shores/Pottsville or surrounding areas. I am very interested in meeting 1-2 other people for team ups or joining a current houseshare. I've been living out of home with housemates since I was 17 and can say that I am tidy and respectful of other peoples spaces but also love cooking/drinking with my housemates. I am about to start a graduate job so will be laying pretty low during the week and making the most of my weekends, being out and about, going to the beach, visiting friends/family or exploring! I want to get back into yoga, playing my guitar and learn to surf. I'm very easy going and would love to live with people with a good sense of humor and lovers of nature! Let me know if you think I'd fit in well with your house or if you'd like to team up and find a new place!! Thanks India
