I am the really clean person, I like to move in with my dog. He is super obedient dog. Never cause trouble nust like well trained guide dog. I am organized, easy going, happy and kind and I have black lab dog
I'm clean, I'm quiet, I love animals. I'm not that much of a people person and keep to myself more than socialize. I hope to find a place near a train station for easier access to the city, but I also have a car. I will be returning to SCU Gold Coast University in early July, until then, I'm currently looking for a job and in my spare time I work on creative projects. My hobbies include music and art, which require an internet connection.
Why I'm awesome : Pay rent on time Pay bills on time Dont smoke Dont do drugs Dont have big parties Am quiet Am clean Am friendly I do not have pets but dont mind if flatmate does. Likes; netflix, gym, puppies, my boyfriend. Dislikes : Turkish delights, mess. My bf would come over for short (few hour) visits but usually i go to his (he has a puppy). On occasion i have had 1-3 friends over for a chat and watch netflix. This is not frequent and all of my friends are down to earth decent people. Im looking for anywhere on the gold coast. I have a queen bed and dresser and other bedroom furniture that will need to fit in the room. For a selfcontained granny flat if pay a little bit more than advertised above. I would be interested in team ups to get the right place right flatmate. Im not in a rush so the first good place to come along ill take Let me know if i sound like what you have in mind. Thanks, Ellie
Hey, I am 24 years old. I am a mum and my son is 11 months old . I work with children and adults with disabilities. I am kind and easy to get along with & am adaptable to how others like things😊 I love fur babies too. I spend a bit of time/nights at friends and families homes but like to come home to base. I always pay bills on time and can provide references for past tenancies and proof of income.
I’m bubbly and outgoing. I have a sense of humour that I find click with most people. I’m 18, unemployed as the commonwealth games have ended (I was a supervisor there) but will always be able to pay rent. I love to clean, cook and I am into fitness and I’m very understanding and responsible for my age.
I am a very calm, chilled out kinda girl. I am a to-be-student and pretty easy going, I dont mind sharing my space so long as you can be respectful of it. I am always open to chat and give a helping hand when needed. I am accepting of all people and I have only two rules. 1. Treat me how you want to be treated 2.No lies, games, scams or people who are unreliable ***Would prefer to share with three or less others
I have a happy, positive and fun personality being a relief teacher. I love to chat or listen and also love to have personal space. I know when living with people to have that good balance of being social with each other, while also respecting their need for space and being alone sometimes. I am very clean to live with and love to the clean the house each week on the weekends. I always pay my rent and bills on time. I am not into parting or having parties, I am not loud at all and love quiet households where you can relax after a day of work. I am currently relief teaching in schools across the gold coast and this means that I am employed but not on a full time basis but I do get three days a week at a very good rate, so just assuring you that it is a good job that will allow me to pay all my bills each week on time. I have other casual jobs and centre link to ensure my rent is always paid. I am out most days from early morning to get to the relief school that has called but am very quiet and respectful of others I live with and noise. I do also love to have a weekly meal with flatmates I live with just to catch up on life.

For health reasons I am on welfare and financially stable nevertheless. Conscientious, so am Committed to paying rent on time. Planning to start full-time study in June. Very much looking forward to your expression of interest. Thank you
Not just looking for a roommate/Teamups, but mostly looking for someone easy going, down to earth and ready to interact etc. I don’t really want to live with someone that always wanna keep to themselves aha I need someone I can trust and at the same time grow up to become best buddies. Like don’t get me wrong I understand personal space so I’ll give you that when necessary, but I’ll also annoy you sometime😂I know when to stop tho so don’t worry. Anyways with that said; I’m moving down to the Goldie for various reasons some such as; Football/Soccer, Acting, Dancing ect I’m very interesting to be around with so if you’re ever feeling down I’ll always be there for ya ( ride or die). I’ll happily talk myself up, but I suggest you find out yourself by asking me anything and I’ll try my best to give you an answer. No promises😊 P. S moving date is flexible
Pineapple on pizza is essential. Sorry, just had to get that out of the way first 😂 Prefer living with other conservative gay guys who work early mornings. Looking to move closer to work. I'm employed at an awesome little coffee roastery in Southport as the Head Roaster. I'm more of a controlled chaos kind of person when it comes to my personal space, but happy to keep communal areas clean and tidy. Tend to keep to myself at home as the day at work is loud and energetic. Pretty much 9 to 10 hours of hard labour every day 😅 Home is my chill out zone. My fortress of solitude so to speak. Weekends are mostly spent at home enjoying sleep ins, Netflix/Amazon/Foxtel binges, gaming on my laptop, the occasional cheeky Gin and Tonic (top shelf only 😅), trips to Gold Class and coffee crawls. Once a month I take a trip to Lismore to visit the family. My must haves for my new place are: - Air conditioning in my room - Unlimited fast wifi - A space for my car and/or motorbike - No Smoking 🚭🚭🚭 - All bills included in rental price - Gay friendly Bonus points if you have fur children and a refrigerator with an ice dispenser 👌 😅 References available on request.
I am a single Mum with 5yo boy. Looking to share with someone who is OK with a child or another single parent (we can help each other out) he is only feral sometimes 😉 naaah, he’s a good kid, at school five days, I work part time. We’re pretty chilled, I like a wine, we get out and about on the weekends and often spend the night with friends.
full time phd student moving to gold coast from brisbane looking for atleast a ensuite in shared house or the best is a granny or studio apartment or a 1 bedroom flat I want peace no noise as i either study at home or rest..
I am a a 20 year old nursing student and work as a casual waitress and cashier on weekends. My current lease ends in May with my flat mates and need to find somewhere else to live somewhere on the Gold Coast as I study at southport. I'm super outgoing but also enjoy time to myself. I clean up after myself and spend a lot of my time studying.
Hey guys, my name is Jackson and I'm 20 years old. I'm returning to the Gold Coast to pursue my studies as well as work in a part time role. I'm a social person but also like my own space. I really love a clean house and housemates who also take pride in their home. Apart from that i'm pretty basic, I crack jokes all the time and I love a few drinks at the end of the day. Feel free to contact me if you have a place that'd suit me or if you'd like to know me better first :)
Looking for a new place to call home. From the new year I will be working 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. I would love to find somewhere close to a train station (walking distance preferred) so I can get to and from Brisbane airport easily. Ideally I would also love to find a place with a spare garage so I can leave my car inside safely while I am away. Please note that this is important to me! I don't have many things, only a double bed, bed side table and a TV. The room must have built in wardrobes for my clothing and a ceiling fan would be great. I would like an unfurnished room. But I am also open to the option of a furnished room as I am about ready to buy a new bed. I usually just keep to myself and I am happy doing my own thing, I am a non smoker and not much of a drinker. I clean up after myself and am very respectful when using someones else property. I am currently living in Worongary but owners I live with are looking at selling in the new year so I am trying to be proactive in finding a new place sooner rather than later. They are happy to be used as a reference and will attest to my good nature, ability to help around the house & yard and rent being paid on time. Thanks
