Kiwi/Samoan just moved back to Melbourne after a year back in NZ. Chilled, tidy, working 9-5.30 and train a bit, so out of the house a bit during the week. Usually find something to do on the weekends.
Hey everyone! My names Brody and I'm on the lookout for a new place to live. Social, but enjoy my alone time as well. I'm clean, respectful, honesty and a pretty reliable housemate. Also, put a huuuuuuge emphasis on being respectful of others space. All of which are pretty important qualities I seek in other housemates. Don't mind a bev here and there, a few laughs or just chilling out between work and study. Looking for a place, preferably with bills included. I'm a creative type of guy, in my last year of Design at Uni. Love music (Rap Caviar's my go to), Netflix and just being creative. I love a bit of footy too. Hit me up if anyone's keen to chat about getting a place or wanting to add me to their housemate fam! Cheers, B.
I'm 24 year old female working full time in residential care - often do night shifts and on my last year of university at Victoria Uni. I love animals, cooking and travelling. Will only be there during the week at most times. Very clean and neat, down to earth, outgoing person Lastly, I can pay rent/bills on time :)
Hey everyone! I’m Lisa, I’m 28 and I’ve recently relocated from Adelaide to Melbourne to start a new job with Virgin Australia. I’ll have a lot of early starts so I’ll always do my best to keep the noise down! I have a beautiful staffy, her name is Lexi and I’m looking for a place/housemates that would be comfortable with having her around. She’s playful, cuddly and energetic. Ideally I’d like her to be part of the family in the instance I may be away for work for a night or two, my housemates wouldn’t mind giving her some love and attention. I understand she’s ultimately my responsibility so if it wasn’t possible, I’d look at putting her in boarding if I’m away overnight. As she has some anxiety issues with other dogs, It would be best if she was the only pet in the house. I’ve lived in share houses before in Adelaide and in London so I’m respectful and considerate and know to clean up after myself. While I sometimes enjoy “me” time, I’m a very social person and would love to hang out with my housemates and hopefully will build more of a friendship rather than just be people living together. I enjoy travelling, spending time with family and friends, sport, movies and keeping fit and active. Pilates and spin classes are my go to! If me and my pooch sound like we’d make a great housemate, send me a message! I’m ideally looking to find a place and to move before 8th July.
Hi, I'm Andy. I work full-time shift work in emergency services. I'm friendly, respectful, clean and responsible. When I'm not working I keep busy with gym, or walking/running, going for a bike ride, or chilling on the couch bingeing on some TV shows. I enjoy skydiving, coffee, and crappy tv shows. I'm looking for people with similar qualities to myself, and who don't mind the odd hours that come with shift work. I like people who clean up after themselves. I think communal areas should be kept clean in the interest of all housemates. Ideally your place will have broadband internet, and a room big enough for a queen bed, average size study desk, shelves etc... with BIR or hanging space. I also have a large 520L fridge, a few kitchen appliances, and a clothes dryer. Happy to get furniture items if required.
Hi guys, I just started a full time role in accounts in Preston and currently living in Hoppers Crossing so I'd really like to live closer to work and bypass the hour and a half drive to and from work. I'm not a drinker but I do smoke which is restricted to outdoors. Not a fan of cats and would love a place to myself or a house share with only one other person. I do prefer my own bathroom. Really really don't want to share sorry. I am single so there won't be a significant other coming in and out. So I'd prefer not to stay with a couple. My idea of a night out or in is trivia with some friends... Food and some good banter. Hoping to move beginning to end of July so I can save some money for bond. Please let me know if you have something available. Una ☺️
Hi my name is Izzy, I am currently looking for another place to live as my lease here runs out at the end of this month! I am a 23 y/o NZ Maori girl, who's been living in Melbourne a little under a year. I am currently working as a Wholesale Supervisor for one of Melbournes Seafood Centres. Im Full-time and I work night shift so youll find I'll be either home during the day, or out and about finding things to do! I love my music, I come bearing my trusty old Guitar (I love to jam every now and then.) Love hanging out with my friends over a few quiet beers. I know how to cook mean feed! (Us NZers know how to cook and how to Eat!) lol I also know how to wash, dry and pack a dish as well as keep all general areas tidy and clean. I pay my bills on time, and like to think of myself as a genuine trustworthy peron. Although I like to hangout and share a meal with my Flatmates, I also love my downtime and will definitely respect your privacy. I look forward to hearing from you! Cheers, Izzy
Hello, we are are a happy go lucky couple, whom are easy going and neat and tidy. We are looking for a cozy place to live with easy going people. We don’t mind a chat but we like our space as well.
I'm an easygoing guy that enjoys sport, cooking and being social. I am a site manager in the construction industry. I have grown up in the Essendon area and know the area well. I get on well with others as I deal with all walks of life in my work.
Super chill guy very easy going, well aware of respecting others and their space etc etc. neat and tidy. Happy to contribute to the household. have a super funny French bulldog who is very well behaved and loves a snuggle.
Very quiet, respectful and clean. eventhough i am quiet and like to have my own space and give people theirs, i can be sociable, however I keep quiet busy, i also like my own space, and give people theirs :) I appreciate mutual understanding, respect and pretty much a cool, chilled and quiet space with mature people. I very much prefer own bathroom, otherwise, very very clean people and rooms with less people in it, less residents and rooms and people who don't bring people over, too much and overtly, not partying. Prefer double story houses and being on the second level. Don't mind pets at all, in fact would love to live with one <3 I hope to hear from you. Thank you! :)
Funny, bubbly, hard working and open to any and all conversation topics. Quiet, clean, hard working and reliable. Love all things nerdy, animal, science, literature and garden related. Currently studying science at Melbourne University and work in a retail position. Do not smoke, drink and or take drugs. Have a pet Rainbow Lorikeet (bird) called squeakers, who is well behaved, playful and cuddles. *Prefer to initially talk over a message. Please no texting without linking me up to the address or unplanned calls, thank you.
Hello! :) I've been living in Essendon since I first moved to this beautiful city from the Caribbean aand finding it difficult to part ways with it. My housemate has to move back home so I'm currently looking for a new housemate for a cozy apartment in Essendon, however if that doesn't work I'm game for teaming up :) I'm 25 years old working full time in the CBD as a finance administrator. I've very clean and organized. Aside from working full time, I attempt going to the gym after work and am currently pursuing a Masters degree through online learning. My lifestyle definitely keeps me busy and to myself at times which means I respect other people's space and privacy but I do also enjoy watching tv, brunch, hanging out abd the occasional night out. I'm very responsible and good at handling money thus ensuring bills are paid on time. Fun fact: I'm also a massive Harry Potter fan! If you have any questions or are interested in a team up feel free to message me :)
I am a full time teacher, living with 2 boys, full time businessmen; we like travelling, food (vegetarian) and fitness :) We are friendly, tidy, reliable and clean.
My name is Adrienne, I am a 26 year old female working as a Practice Manager of a Collins street Dental Practice. I am a very clean, respectful, mature & friendly person & would want my housemate to posses these traits too. I would prefer to live with someone who is aged between 23-35 & do not mind whether my housemate is male or female, however I am not looking to live with a couple. I am open to moving into an existing property & I am happy to supply all of my own bedroom furniture. I would be looking to live in a property that provides me with a private bedroom & either my own bathroom or en-suite, to ensure that I have my own space & that you have yours :) I'd be happy to pay between $200 & $300 each p/w for rent, not inclusive of bills. I am very much into keeping healthy, cooking, baking & during the week I will either be at work or at Yoga. On the weekends I am often catching up with friends, family, cooking or having a Netflix/Stan binge! I would love to share a home with someone who would like to go out for the occasional meal & drinks & is looking to form a friendship, as well as being roommates. Last but not least - I do own a pug named Marley, so whoever I move to a place with must be comfortable around pets! Marley is completely house trained & very affectionate & basically just loves anyone who will give her attention! Ideally I would love for the property I move into to have a court yard or a small yard for her to have some space to run around on the days when I'm not home & she's not at doggy day care. It would be an added bonus if there would be another dog living at the property too, as she would love to have a little playmate. If all of the above sounds good to you - I would love to hear from you! - Adrienne

Female 45 years old with own business working from home (online). looking for accommodation preferably either on my own or with one other person. 6 months or more, preferred. A small secure yard is preferable as I have an 11 year old, mature miniature (toy) poodle that does not shed. She is intelligent, friendly, house trained and greets people as they return home, with an infectious smile. I adapt to my environment, keeping to myself whilst working and happy to have conversation over a meal, single malt, or glass of wine. I am flexible with peoples work hours and am accustomed to shift worker's schedules.
Life makes great to live especially when I'm at Melbourne. I'm cool and easy going guy and an IT professional, entertaining the people of Australia with Foxtel. Sometime smoking with a cup of Latte coffee, but not party guy. Basically I'm from India, came here in 2017 and continuing journey with Foxtel.
House-proud, clean, social, respectful, communal furniture, team ups only. discussed in more depth below. Hi All, I'm Andrew, A 29 year old Disability Support worker. I value friendly, courteous, mature people who are proactive in self development and considering others and the environment around them. I am very house proud and reflect this within my ideals of cleanliness, which is centred around the idea that we clean up after ourselves in communal areas after use and maintain our home and furnishings to a high standard to reflect how proud we are of our home. Living within the home I respect my fellow housemates by doing my best not to disturb them while sleeping or relaxing. I enjoy time together in communal areas as much as time to myself in my room, whether it be sharing dinner together, playing a boardgame or simply having a chat while we occupy the same space. I enjoy sharing the good and bad parts of our days and offering each other inside from a third person perspective. I consider housemates as family. I'm looking to start a home with people who are like minded and encapsulate the above. My hobbies within our home would be playing video games, cooking, gardening, the occasional dinner party or board games and relaxing on my bed. My leisure pursuits outside the home usually consist of Cultural events, visiting friends to play video games or watch movies/tv shows, lasertag, assisting friends with renovations, camping, going to the beach, and a range of other random activities. My work as a Disability and Aged Care Support Worker sees me working weekdays and weekends assisting people to develop and maintain a value of life they aim to achieve. This involves me cooking or cleaning for people, assisting them to access the community or teaching them skills to live their lives as independently as possible. I have all the basic furniture and appliances to furnish a house. This includes an l-shaped grey couch, a hexagon shaped table, rugs, a large one door fridge, upright freezer, large front loader washing machine, tv and more. Most of these are just over a year old. Thank you for reading my profile and feel free to send me mail if you think we reflect similar values and could create a great home together.
Hey future flatmates, I’m Johnny! Very chilled, easygoing guy that’s respectful and considerate. My mum never had an issue with my room so I consider myself very tidy too. I’m always working or at uni so you won’t get to see me that often. But on my days off I’m always down to go grab a bite, binge watch movies or even do a hike if you’re up for it.And if you’re lucky , I’ll even cook for you. Look forward to hearing from you guys!
Hey all, my partner and I are looking for a new place to rent, we would prefer a house with some kind of backyard as we come with a furry little beagle x foxy terrier friend so dog lovers are a must. My partner and I are both creatives, he is a photographer/filmmaker/writer and I occasionally draw and paint but my real passion is cooking. I work full time in retail while my partner does freelance work in his fields. We would love to find a place with hopefully not to many other people as we are usually very quiet and are absolutely not the party types and are looking to live in a nice, chill environment.
I am a clean, respectful and organised person who has lived with multiple housemates overseas and spent the past 5 years living with one other. I am respectful of downtime, but still enjoys a social chat and get together with housemates. I work full time as a Teacher and on the weekends I enjoy catching up with friends and being social.
Looking for 6 months + ability to be on a lease, if possible. Clean, sociable but respect privacy and quiet time, pay my bills on time; no exceptions, work full time (out of the house roughly 7AM to 7PM) This will be my second year in Melbourne, so I enjoy meeting new people. I've spent the last 6 months in a share house in Essendon. The current head tenants are looking to get their own smaller place, so I need to find a new house. Been with my current company/ employment for 5 years, this year. Weekends: I like playing video games, watching movies or I'll usually go out. I have a reasonably sized fridge and lounge that I'd prefer to move in with me, if possible. Otherwise I can find storage if the rent is fair and reasonable. Would love to meet and greet if you think I'd be a fit for your place. I have references from my previous house and professional references for work.
I'm Lachlan, I'm 28 and have a background in visual art and illustration, and currently work in an art and craft store at Highpoint in Maribyrnong. I've lived in a few share houses over the past 6 years so I know the importance of keeping a house tidy and cleaning up after myself, as well as respecting housemates' space. When I'm not working I enjoy drawing, reading, checking out new and classic movies, op shopping, and going out and getting a drink once in a while. If you think I could be a good fit to your household please don't hesitate to contact me, thanks!
