I had really great spiels written here but I closed the tab accidentally... twice. Anyway, about me: I'm a young professional software engineer, an innovator entrepreneur thinker rockstar, with the world in his shoulders and chips in his eyes, or something. My current contract happily looks like it'll be renewed for another 2 years, though I might not be in Sydney for that entire time. I'm pretty quiet and reserved, but love a good argument and/or discussion about really anything at all, learning, all sorts of beverages, and bike riding (I don't actually do much of it in Sydney, though).
Hello, I am 26 years old and working full time as a gym club manager. I am a friendly, responsible, neat and tidy person. I lead a very active lifestyle but also like to chill and meet new people :)
Hi, I am Farid, an Indian from Mumbai. I am single and a civil engineer working full time. I am looking for either a private or shared room. Things that I am looking for are: 1) Close to public transport 2) All bills included like gas, elec, wifi, etc 3) Chilled out flatmates. 4) No objection to cooking. NO BUNK BEDS PLEASE. Feel free to contact me if you have a place. Cheers
My housemate and I are losing our third amigo, and need a change of scenery! Looking to start a 6+ month lease or join a current one. Potential for my housemate to stay on longer, but I am moving to Jindabyne for the winter next year. Both are very friendly, like to socialise, hang out but also like to relax and have down time after work. We are usually out on the weekends socialising, but also don't mind having no social events every now and then so don't mind if you do too. My housemate is a plumber so works early mornings and home during the afternoon. I run a before and after school care, so I am often out early mornings and if I'm lucky enough not to have meetings during the day, I'm home, otherwise I am home late evening. Niether of us have pets or children.
I'm a 22-year-old female working as a Patient Transport Officer with hopes of getting into Ambulance Service NSW soon. I work either day shift (starting at 10am) or night shift (starting 2pm) a minimum of 10 days a fortnight on a constantly changing roster, so definitely appreciate being able to come home and sleep in after a long night shift! I play Saturday sport, really enjoy a good workout and a bit of a clean freak!
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
I am clean and tidy, I have a very friendly and approachable personality. I am currently looking for full time work in the corporate world. I love goingfor morning runs, going to the gym and I love art. I also like to go out on the weekends and socialise with friends over a few drinks.
I'm a 22-year-old Australian looking to rent a furnished room in the Hills District. I work 4-5 days per week and study at Macquarie Uni full time, am into health and fitness and live a busy lifestyle. I'm mature, super friendly and easy going, reliable, punctual, tidy and highly respectful. Whilst I like time to myself, I'm also up for chilling out casually and always down for a chat! Looking for a place to rent with like-minded house mates!
Hi, I have just been offered a job at a Hospital in Hornsby and I am looking to move close to my new workplace. I am friendly and outgoing but also respect the personal space of others. I am looking to live with someone who is social and loves meeting new people, but also is happy to have a night to chill out. I enjoy baking but also going to the gym and finding new places to explore. I am hoping for flatmates between 21-31 years old.
Hi, I am looking for a team up to get a 2 bedroom for $450-$550. I currently live on the northern beaches, but am looking to be closer to a train line to lessen the commute. I'm usually pretty relaxed, however like the house to be clean and tidy. Happy to spend a night at the movies or watch a season on Netflix with you. I have a boyfriend, who will most likely stay over around 4 nights a week, however will obviously pay for his share of the utilities etc. I also have heaps of furniture from my past apartment and would be happy to help out where needed. I would love you to get in contact with me if you think we would be a good match. Kind regards, Georgia
Love good conversation, quite intellectual, enjoy sharing a meal and some heady discussion, mature minded, LGBTI friendly, clean up after myself. I have a cat as well, and am an animal lover. Work part-time in mental health, but will happily work elsewhere if someone's prepared to pay me for my time (lol!). Keen to move in as soon as possible.
friendly, courtious, and respectful of everyone's space and property! I'm ideally looking for someone to team up with on a small house or apartment in the Hornsby area. Lease time is flexible. Not looking to start a party house! :)
I am a quiet, easy going IT professional who respects privacy. I will be moving to Sydney for the first time and looking for a place to stay for 2 to 4 months. During first 2 to 3 weeks I will be looking to secure a job.

Hi I'm Gabby. I'm a pretty down to earth 27 year old. I am a non-smoker, who works full time. I am not a big partier but I do enjoy being social. I also do appreciate down time and like to have my own space. I am clean, pay bills on time and am looking for a place for minimum 6 months.
I am looking for a place for either just myself, or for me and my brother to possibly live in until the end of the year. He works full time in the city and will be gone all day. I work part time at Macquarie university so will be out for part of the week. We are both respectful people and will follow whatever rules are in place. However, we both do go out a couple times of the week and may come home late.
