I'm Scott, 23 years old. I’m easy-going and respectful, working full-time 9-5 in the CBD doing insurance work, I clean up after myself, and I'm a lover of all things acting, so that means I'll happily watch Netflix or check out a movie at the cinemas with you. Looking to move into a house as soon as possible with people roughly my age, so hit me up if keen!
Hello everyone. I am 26 and originally from New Zealand. I have been in Melbourne for around 8 months and am currently looking for new accomodation. I am musical, crafty and pretty realaxed in general. I play in a band which gigs around Melbourne quite often so am usually doing that one or two nights a week - I don't do practise at home so no need to worry about noise. There is a chance I may have a cat with me, but am not 100% whether she will be coming with me yet so that would need to be considered. She is 11 and fully house trained and loaded with personality. Feel free to ask me any questions or contact me to arrange a viewing. I am looking to find a place in the next week or two. Cheers Brendon
Hi I’m Dave! I’m 33 and doing my Masters of Social Work fulltime at Uni of Melb, I'm currently living in North Melbourne and I work in Before and After School Care at North Melbourne Primary, community is very important to me I’m passionate about social justice and mental health but not in an obtrusive way. I have a mad passion for film, and arts and can talk about it for hours and love going to Nova. I’m a quiet person at first until you unpack some of the layers, but once engaged in conversation I don’t stop. I like a social house environment and to talk over meals, but also enjoy time by myself to wind down in stressful periods. I’m looking for a balanced house, people who do the right thing, not a dictated environment, but one where everybody pitches, in and discussions are open. I love animals, and most arts and look forward to hearing from you Chz Dave Move in date Negotiable.
I am an easy-going, friendly person. I will be working full-time Monday to Friday in the Melbourne CBD area so I am looking for accommodation nearby. Feel free to PM me if you have something suitable available. Cheers.
Hi, I'm Lauren, A full time hospo worker currently working in fine dining Chinese with a passion for the industry! A close friend of cheese and wine and a lover of animals and nature! I'm mostly quiet in the house and really need somewhere that is clean and tidy... As my job is quite full on I do enjoy my downtime and love a homley place, but also enjoy going out to socialise amongst friends food and vino. I am very conscious of others all the time and would really like some flatmates who are just nice and considerate people..I always try to be chilled, easy to get along with and have a good communication within the house. It has worked quite well for me in the past to live with others who are on the 9-5ers life as it gives us our own space in the house but I also love to meet new people and a good chat.. As an avid traveller who is in love with the world, I am planning to make a trip to Mexico/south America at the end of October for an unknown amount of time so I am only looking at a 6 month time frame. Cheers!
I’ve put my move date as end of May as I need to give 28 days notice. So move date depends on date I give notice. :) I'm down to earth and easygoing, clean and tidy. I'm respectful, kind and I love to cook. I love a good laugh with good company and a bit of banter. Also love my own space as well - so all round good housemate (non-biased viewpoint of course) lol I work full time in the City and study online part time through Deakin. I'm active, going to the gym etc. I love catching up with good friends and getting the chance to teach myself guitar. Oh and I love pups and animals. :) I've put 6 months just to choose something but if it works I’m happy to stay. :) Looking to pay less dead money on rent and spend more on holidays and savings.
I am fun, outgoing and looking for a relaxing lifestyle :) I moved from Perth to Melbourne about 2 months ago and looking for a place close to the city... Looking for a place to call home and flatmates to call family... I need enough sunlight in the house and in my room...as dark spaces can be depressing for me
Young professional originally from the UK and a permanent resident of Australia. Have just come back from the UK after some time off and have just taken a new job in the tech industry in Melbourne. Before this I lived in Brisbane for 10+years. I love my sports, being active and meeting new people and i'm looking for a room to rent in Melbourne with some great people and to enjoy this new chapter of my life with.

Hi potential housemate, I am an easy going professional working in the CBD, recently back from the bright lights of London. Looking for a private room close to the CBD with a private bathroom (If possible), moving in mid April however flexible on this. I am housetrained, pay the bills on time and clean up after myself :) Mostly I am either working, at the gym, rediscovering Melbourne or meeting new people. Looking for a similarly relaxed and housetrained housemate.

Hello! I'm Emily. I'm almost 29 years old. And, I will be doing post-grad coursework at the University of Melbourne starting in July. I'm so excited to be moving to Melbourne! About me: born in Alabama but lived most of my adult life in California, former U.S. Navy, love to: cook, read, run and hit the weight room, ride and work on motorcycles (yes, you read that correctly), travel, listen to music, see plays/shows, watch movies, enjoy a good cup of coffee or glass of wine, and I'm slightly pilates obessed. I'm responsible, financially stable and independent, health-conscious (non-smoker, mostly vegetarian diet), respectful of privacy, clean and organized 1) LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! CARLTON, FITZROY, NORTH CARLTON, NORTH MELBOURNE, BRUNSWICK EAST, PARKVILLE and COLLINGWOOD. Short walk/public transit commute to the University of Melbourne and near free tram zone. Would love to be in a location close to coffee, a great gym and shopping, you know all the good stuff. 2) I study at home (mainly me staring at a laptop and writing far too much), so I need a private bedroom with enough space for a desk too. And though I like to socialize occassionally, I am looking for a relaxing space with ideally no more than 3 other flatmates total. A private bathroom would be nice, but I'm willing to share a bathroom with 1 other person. I've lived with couples, all girls and mixed guy/girl houses. Overall, I actually think mixed houses are the most fun, but I'm open to living with pretty much anyone who is genuine and respectful of space and privacy. Housing must have internet/internet capability and a laundry washing machine. Big, nice kitchen. Hopefully, some bit of communal garden, patio or outdoor space. Willing to go up to $400 a week for the right spot, but price must match quality. 3) My program is 1.5 years,so if I found the right spot, I'd be happy to stay longer than 6 months. Though I will not have any pets, I love animals! So, if you have a house-trained doggy or kitty, I'm totally fine with it. Would love for my housemates to become good friends. And will someone please teach me how Aussie Rules Football works! I'm dying to see some games and learn about the sport. I ask that any housemates be respectful, responsible and clean up after themselves and, I will hold myself with the same standards. Thank you for taking the time to read this and consider me! :)
Hi everybody, My name is Jonathan and I'm someone very friendly. I need to live somewhere where it's tidy and clean. I think to be someone pretty discreet and easygoing. I'm a Physical Trainer and I have a sport life style, I will be happy to share that with my new housemates :) I am impatient to meet you.
Hey! We're two psychology students from Norway who are going to study at University of Melbourne for one semester (from July to November). We've been friends since we started studying at University of Bergen in 2014. Vivian is very tidy and clean, and Anders is also tidy and clean most of the time hehe :) We're both very sociable, caring and love having fun. Of course, we're also serious students. Occasionally... It's kind of difficult to tell you what we like to do, because we're both interested in culture, news, politics, technology and so on. We're just really adaptable, and willing to try new things. We're the kind that can stay home an evening to watch movies, go on a full night party or even a hiking trip. The keyword is "variety"! We're not going to be in Melbourne until the start of July, but would love to move in to the flat as soon as possible. We would love an apartment with two bedrooms for ourselves, but we don't mind sharing flats with other likeminded people either! The most important part is that the flat is at a convenient distance from the university, is clean and tidy and at a convenient price! We're willing to pay around 350$ pw each of us. Feel free to contact us if you want to know more about us! Best regards, Anders and Vivian

Hi there. : ) My name’s Kim, I’m 31 years old and I’m from Korea. I'm an Art director and am currently working on a film here in Melbourne. I’ve also made 6 films back in Korea. I love to travel! I've been to 31 countries. I enjoy trekking, working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I like to think I'm a reliable, energetic, easygoing and curious girl who wants to experience heaps of new things! I'm a neat and tidy person, and I always clean up after myself. : ) I would love to check out the place ASAP, and I’m able to move in straight away. Thank you : )
I've been in Melbourne for four years now - I grew up in Adelaide and spent a year in Sydney between. Ex-lawyer now working in payment tech for events, so if you like a good show, I've always got some tickets to share. In my spare time I run some industry passion projects, as well as am a freelance writer. I'm getting into a work out habit, so bonus points if that's your forte. I've been living in share houses for a few years so I'm respectful and used to the deal. I'm clean, reliable and pay things on time. Always down to share a meal with housemates, grab a beer or keep it quiet. All I need in a housemate is someone who's tidy, reliable with bills and drama free. I'm looking for ideally a house but will settle on an apartment with the right people. Some outdoor space would be great! I have a car so included parking would be ideal.
Hi there, I'm a french man coming to live in Australia. My girlfriend is from Melbourne which is the main reason of my presence here :) but I'm looking for a flat for myself only. Being under the working holiday visa status I'll be looking for a temporary consulting mission until I can get a permanent residency. I've lived in shared flat for 7 years in different countries with people from all around the world. I can speak fluent French, Spanish and English. I've always enjoyed sharing moment with my flatmates: have dinner, drinks, go out at night, have a chill Sunday run to get the body back on track for Monday morning or even reggaeton flat cleaning sessions. I'm always ready for a good laugh, I love cooking heartwarming dishes and decorate the house with funky stuff! I'll be available from the 24th of April to come and see the flat. Cheers, Antoine
