Beside my work, I keep myself glued to books my kindle. Playing badminton , cycling, swimming and meditation are ways I unwind and nourish myself. During weekends, I enjoy socializing with people over good food and a drink. I also enjoy watching good movies and plays. I believe in cleanliness and tidiness for a pleasant stay.
We Are a decent and friendly couple and would like to stay in a friendly environment. The house we are looking for should have a bigger space since we both have our own stuffs. If there are 2 rooms available in the same house, we can share it with our friends too. We can stay for more than a year or two if we really like the house. We are able to be flexible on the dates and can be from mid week of June till July 1st week. We both are working and so we are flexible with the price upto 170$/week per person.
Hi, I'm Shane, 23. I study full time at Melbourne Uni and work part-time at weekends. During the weekday, I'm super busy with my essays, but still happy to have a chat or a drink at night. I like cooking and am crazy about food. I prefer long-term stay around one year and hope I can find a place that I can call home. :)
I’m easy going person that always create a good atmosphere at home. I’m friendly and respectful.
Hi! Just arrived in Melbourne with my fiancée and are looking for a place to rent for the upcoming months. We are a Swedish couple that have spent our past six months working in Sydney but now are seeking new adventures in Melbourne. Looking for a room preferably with a private bathroom, in an apartment close to the cbd. We’re also interested in renting a whole two bedroom apartment together with our Swedish friend Marcus (22y/o). So if there’s anything available please contact me, we’re happy to come inspect asap :)
My name is Chels, 24, and I am currently looking for somewhere to reside in the Melbourne area. I currently have been living with my parents for the last 2 years and need a change of scenery. I previously lived out of home, for 3 and a half years. I have a few rental references if you want some background and if you’d like to contact some of my previous housemates I can give you their email addresses. I am a musician (I play saxophone, clarinet, flute, guitar, sing) and I sometimes do practise during the day. If this is in any way disruptive I am very happy to do all my practise at work/elsewhere. I have a partner who visits me semi-regularly. I am an instrumental teacher who works at different schools in the Melbourne area. I am quite a tidy person - anyone who knows me knows that I love things to be clean and neat, which makes me very easy to live with if you share the same ideals. I will disclose that I am a vegan, but I am not affected in the slightest by anyone else’s dietary decisions. I’m not someone who pushes any agendas or ideals, as I love and accept everyone. If I sound like the right type of candidate for your household, I’d love to hear back from you! Even just for coffee and a chat and see where we go from there. Kindest regards, Chels
I am 33 years middle eastern. I work as a telecommunications professional. I have been deployed into a short assignment for 2 to 3 months at our head office located in Ducklands. I am looking for a privet room in a share house fit for single occupancy, preferably with a privet bathroom if available. I am quiet, tidy, disciplined, though a funny person :)
Im a friendly laid back person who is happy to do family dinners and netflix on a weekend! I'm clean and like to keep myself busy with school, work, going to get coffee with friends and exploring! Im always down for a good laugh and a coffee in the afternoon after work, and I'm happy to sit in my own space and do my own thing.
Couple moving to Australia on a working holiday visa, hoping for a flat with a medium length stay so we have a place while we look for jobs/farmwork to extend the visa. Adam is Canadian, Edward is British. Met and lived together in Manchester, England for 2 years while Adam worked on a holiday visa there. We both enjoy travelling (one of the reasons we're here!) but can be home bodies as well, enjoying a nice Netflix binge night. We aren't people who party much, maybe going out for a couple drinks with mates a few nights every few weeks. We are both neat and tidy, especially in common areas, and would love to get to know the people we are living with, but also respect privacy. Looking for easy going flatmate that could share knowledge about renting and everyday life of Melbourne/Australia. Planning on finding a place of our own after we do our required farmwork to extend our visas, but if we all get on really well would be interested in maybe staying longer with said flatmate. Moved to Melbourne March 12th and will be staying with a friend while we look for a place
