Hey there future housemate, I have tried to be as open as I can so please don't be creeped out by how extensive this :) ME - 27, study and work in architecture field -Easy going, reliable, pay bills, clean, decent human being etc. etc. -Indoor plant enthusiast (although they don’t always reciprocate) -Strongly believe that dressing gowns are underrated and often hang out in my pajamas -I sleep. -Not a ‘box ticker’ I'd say that I am open minded, responsible, accepting and friendly. All of that stuff. I can be social and enjoy a good chat but I also like to keep to myself. I am easy to live with and I have no problems with communal meals and chores etc. if need be. I have lived with people that identify as vegetarian and LGBTQIA in the past with no problems. I am respectful of the culture and opinions of others. I have shared individual leases in four houses since I was a wee lass where I have paid rent and bills separately- always paid all on time. I am really looking for long term with reliable people that can hold a decent conversation, respects privacy, is comfortable to be around and understands the need for personal space. Ultimately, I am looking for a 'home' rather than just a house to crash. HOUSE/MATE/S (YOU) -Experience with sharing, bills chores etc. -Not a raging house. Or ‘clicky’ -USES MANNERS* not that much to ask guys - Hilarious (will settle for mildly humorous) -Not bossy and can clean up after themselves -Similar maturity -Understands the need for privacy -Lovely... just damn lovely BORING STUFF -Longterm lease -Walking distance to PT and public amenities etc. -No carpark required -Enough space for a desk -Perhaps a washing line -Drama free please Let me know if you are interested in having me as your housemate! Please be honest with me, I will not take anything personally if am not what you are looking for 🙂.

This is a pre-emptive post since I already have a lease until 2021 but looking to move out whenever to find a more sociable household (post isolation realisations). Ahoy potential future housemates, I am a green architect-designer in my mid-late twenties (graduated from Italy, worked in Dubai) who has lived in 7 different countries (lots of stories) before calling Melbourne my home. Currently getting my graduate degree on property development at the University of Melbourne and working part time in hospitality since I don't wanna go back to being an architect. If I was to briefly describe myself with cliché mottos, mines would be somewhere around 'work hard, play hard' , 'love what you do, do what you love' and 'less is more'. I absolutely love all outdoor activities (when its not on fire), love to dance (anything that has a good beat), interested in anything arts - design - business related, a little bit of a travel addict (In good ol' days when travel was a thing) and a self-proclaimed wine guru. My home is my sanctuary so even though I like adventures and occasional boogies, home is where I recharge my batteries and feel safe. Lived with housemates my entire adult life (males, females and LGBTQ) so perfectly house trained and fully aware of personal space. Have my own busy life but nonetheless would still like to have the ability to socialise with my housemates on occasional basis ex: movie nights, odd drinks, dinners etc. Love animals of all kinds (especially dogs) but allergic to cats (sadly) and drama (not so sadly). I also have my own room's furniture, a bean bag, A dishwasher, dryer machine for clothes and a smug smile. Ideally looking for a MODERN 11m2+ room in northern inner city suburbs for long term in a house/unit that has 2- 4 bedrooms, and an en-suite or a shared bathroom. Would prefer to go on a lease so happy to provide references and bank statements if required. I am considering moving out of my current place in Kensington due to lack of sociability of my housemates which has been especially boring during isolation. So if you are a member of a mature and neat household that is looking for another crew to trim the sails, feel free to reach out. Cheers Efe
